Sequential experimental observation on the curative effect of Yingbupu decoction of Zhuang medicine on stage I and II acute kidney injury

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction on stage I and II acute kidney injury through sequential test.Methods:The open one-way qualitative response sequential design of experiments was adopted,and the patients with AKI in phase I and II who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization by random number table.On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction,and the control group was treated with Jinshuibao tablet.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,24 h urine volume,serum creatinine(Scr),microalbumin in urine(mAlb),neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid delivery albumin(NGAL)of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:After 14 d of treatment,when the treatment group reached the 10th case,the experimental line contacted the upper bound U-line and reached the experimental standard to terminate the experiment.The effective hypothesis was accepted,and it was believed that the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction had a therapeutic effect on stage I and II AKI.The conclusion was drawn that the treatment group received the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu.The clinical effective rate and improvement days were similar between the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the integral value of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),After treatment,the Scr,mAlb,and NGAL levels of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the Scr,mAlb,and NGAL values in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine volume in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the values in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no significant adverse reactions or complications in either group.Conclusion:The Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction is effective in treating stage I and II AKI,and the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with stage I and II AKI.Its improvement of renal function is better than that of Jinshuibao tablets,and its safety is good.

Research Overview of Zhuang Medicine Fumigation Lotions

At present,there is little research on the application of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotions in skin diseases,and there is no research on related preparation processes and quality standards.In this paper,the characteristics of its formulation and the research progress in skin diseases are reviewed,in order to deepen the understanding of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotions and provide a more detailed theoretical basis for its clinical research,development and application.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

Summary and clinical application of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion

Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion is a kind of external therapy with ethnic medicine characteristics that spreads in Guangxi Zhuang region.It has a wide range of clinical application and significant curative effect,and can be used to treat diseases such as internal medicine,surgery,dermatology,gynecology,pediatrics,and five sense organs.Through reviewing and combing the literature on the Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion in recent years,this paper summarizes and prospects its clinical application,with a view to further explaining the basic principles and application rules of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion and digging its clinical value.

Application Research of Artificial Intelligence in the Innovation of Zhuang Brocade Digital Art: Taking “The Speech of Zhuang Brocade” as an Example

Purpose: Based on the dilemma faced by the digitization of Zhuang Brocade intangible cultural heritage in Guangxi and the analysis of the advantages of artificial intelligence art in the digitization and innovation of intangible cultural heritage, this study explores the application path of the digital inheritance and dissemination of Zhuang Brocade in Guangxi by relying on the current theory and practice of artificial intelligence art, and provides reference significance for the inheritance and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage through artificial intelligence art. Method: Through in-depth analysis of the types, characteristics, and cultural connotations of Zhuang Brocade patterns in Guangxi, machine learning is performed using StyleGAN’s adversarial neural network, and digital art works are generated by applying Clip-style. The feasibility of developing digital resources for Zhuang Brocade intangible cultural heritage is explored through artistic practice, and an application process and implementation strategy for digital art innovation are proposed. Result: It is feasible to create NFT digital collections through artificial intelligence art to achieve the application scenarios of digital inheritance, innovation, cross-regional dissemination, and even industrialization of Zhuang Brocade in Guangxi. Conclusion: Artificial intelligence art creation can provide new opportunities for digital cultural dissemination and inheritance of Zhuang Brocade while reflecting its cultural connotations and characteristics, and ensure traceable development while ensuring intellectual property rights. It realizes the continuation and revival of the value of Zhuang Brocade in Guangxi, and provides a certain reference for the inheritance and development of other intangible cultural heritage in the current context of rapid media updates and iterations.

Study on Quality Standard of Zhuang Medicine Buddlejae Flos

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the quality control method and establish the quality standard of Zhuang medicine Buddlejae Flos.[Methods]The microscopic identification method was adopted to identify the characters and microscopic characteristics of dried Buddlejae Flos in combination with traditional experience.The moisture,ash,acid-insoluble components and extracts of Buddlejae Flos were determined with reference to general rules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).TLC identification was performed.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was used to determine the contents of linarin and verbascoside in Buddlejae Flos,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was adopted to detect pesticide residues in Buddlejae Flos.Heavy metal elements As,Cd and Pb were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).[Results]The established method is simple and accurate.Clear spots were observed on the thin layer chromatograms,and the resolution was good.The average value of moisture content was 12.24%;the average value of ash content was 5.1%;the average value of acid-insoluble content was 7.5%;and the average value of extract content was 27.3%.The regression equation of rutin in Buddlejae Flos was y=11.896x-0.0049,R^(2)=0.9996,and the contents of linarin and verbascoside were 5680 and 2080 mg/kg,respectively.No pesticide residues and heavy metals were detected in the medicinal materials of Buddlejae Flos.[Conclusions]This study can provide reference for the quality standard control of Guangxi Zhuang medicine Buddlejae Flos.

This paper summarizes the mechanism,methods and characteristics of Zhuang folk medicated bath,as well as the composition and application of prescriptions,which provides a basis for the popularization of Chinese ethnic medicine.

Extraction Process of Zhuang Medicine Fumigation Lotion

[Objectives]To establish the extraction process and quality standard method of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotion.[Methods]The orthogonal design method was employed to optimize the water extraction process with the amount of water added,decocting time and extraction times as factors,and syringin content and dry extract yield as indexes.The content of syringin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.[Results]The best water extraction process was:soaking in water for 1 h,decocting twice,added 10 times the amount of water each time,decocting for 1 h.The average content of syringin in 3 batches was 0.98 mg/g,and the average dry extract yield was 26.07%.[Conclusions]The project adopts water extraction method to prepare Zhuang medicine fumigation lotion,which has the characteristics of high efficiency and suitable for large-scale production.The quality control method is reliable,rapid and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of the lotion.

Practical Application and Development Trend of External Treatment of Zhuang Medicine Based on CiteSpace

The external treatment of Zhuang medicine is a treatment method commonly used from outside the human body.The advantages of external treatment methods are easy operation and small side effects.People are more familiar with medicated thread moxibustion,meridian tendon massage,and acupuncture therapy of Zhuang medicine.Although the curative effect of external treatment is significant,it is little known due to insufficient publicity and other factors.The purpose of this project was to comprehensively analyze and organize the latest relevant scientific and technological literature graphs in the study on clinical external treatment of Zhuang medicine using CiteSpace software and adopting the research method of visual literature graph search.Current research status and research development process of the external treatment of Zhuang medicine in Chinese literature were summarized,which has been able to present the current trends and future research prospects of the development and research of external treatment of Zhuang medicine in China in detail and comprehensively.Finally,307 papers were selected and included.Wei Yingcai and Pang Yuzhou were the authors with the largest number of documents and had formed a stable core research team.The analysis showed that Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine published the largest number of research documents,and there was less cooperation between institutions.At present,the research on the external treatment methods of Zhuang medicine is still in the development stage,which provides ideas and reference for quickly mastering the research hotspot of the external treatment method.

Clinical Observation and Safety Evaluation of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula for Dermatosis

[Objectives]To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula by retrospective analysis of clinical use.[Methods]A total of 225 cases were collected,including 117 males and 108 females,115 cases of contact dermatitis and 110 cases of acute eczema.Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula was administered to 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.[Results]After one week of treatment,among 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema,76 cases were cured(33.78%),133 cases showed marked response(59.11%),16 cases(7.11%)were improved,0 case was ineffective,and the overall response rate was 92.89%.After one week of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula treatment,the symptoms of itching,pain and swelling were significantly improved in all patients,and the rash was partially crusted without new symptom,and there were no complications and adverse reactions.[Conclusions]Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula therapy has a remarkable effect in the treatment of contact dermatitis and acute eczema.

Quality Control of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion

[Objectives]To establish the TLC identification methods of Llicis Rotundae Cortex and Mahoniae Caulis and the determination method of syringin content in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.[Methods]Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to qualitatively identify Llicis Rotundae Cortex and Mahoniae Caulis in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.The quantitative analysis of syringin in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion was carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Chromatographic conditions are as follows:Luna 5μm C_(18)((2)100 A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was adopted;acetonitrile(10%)-water(90%)was as the mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 265 nm;the sample size was 5μL;the column temperature was 30℃.[Results]Syringin had a good linear relationship with its peak area in the range of 0.190-2.856μg(R^(2)=0.9995).The RSD values of precision,stability and repeatability experiments were all lower than 2.5%,and the average sampling recovery rate(n=6)was 100.37%(RSD=-0.88%).[Conclusions]The method had the advantages of simple operation,strong specificity,good repeatability and stability,and can be used for the quality control of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.

Lament of a Northwestern Woman(Qin Fu Yin),composed by Wei Zhuang after the Huangchao uprising,is a long poem that showcases the sufferings of the civilians and embodies the people’s character of the poem,which is the profound empathy and compassion of the poet towards the civilians’plight.The poem was written during the reign of Emperor Xizong of the Tang Dynasty in the year Gengmao(883 AD).2023 is also the year Gengmao,so this poem has existed for a remarkable 1140 years.For over a millennium,this long poem remained submerged in history until the opening of the Dunhuang Grottoes at the turn of the 20th century.The deep compassion and commiseration towards the underprivileged masses conveyed in this long poem are reminiscent of Du Fu’s renowned“Three Poems of Separation.”Moreover,it is widely believed that this poem foretells the decline of the Tang Dynasty.

Zhuang medicine shallow needling has a long history and plays a significant role in Chinese medicine.With the development of medical treatment in China,there is a constant improvement in the use of needles.Bone needles have been modified to pottery needles,bronze needles,and electroacupuncture.From this long development history,there are some improvements in terms of material and technology.By analyzing and comparing the primitive and current acupuncture instruments used in China and their therapeutic effects,it can be seen that China’s medical treatment is constantly improving and will continue to improve with technology.

Study of the Effect of Zhuang Medicine Aponeurotic System Triple Therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation and Alpha-1 Acid Glycoprotein Level

Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods:200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with manipulation+fire needling+cupping.The alpha-1-AGP levels before and after treatment,as well as the lumbar spine function and pain scores before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alpha-1 AGP levels,lumbar function,and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function scores of the two groups were significantly increased,with the treatment group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.00%,which was much lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate application of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation can promote the improvement of alpha-1 AGP index level,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve their lumbar spine function.At the same time,Zhuang medicine also has significant advantages in terms of safety,while ensuring the efficacy and safety of the treatment.

2011—2021年广西戊型病毒性肝炎流行病学特征分析

目的分析广西戊型病毒性肝炎(简称戊肝)的发病情况和流行趋势,为制定戊肝防控策略提供依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病监测系统,收集发病时间为2011—2021年、现住址为广西的戊肝病例资料,并采用描述流行病学方法对报告病例的时间、地区、人群等分布特征进行分析。结果2011—2021年广西累计报告戊肝病例14699例,年均报告发病率2.75/10万,2020年报告发病率最低,为1.73/10万,2016年报告发病率最高,为3.27/10万。年均报告发病率前5位的地区分别为玉林市(5.22/10万)、防城港市(4.23/10万)、梧州市(3.94/10万)、贵港市(3.93/10万)、桂林市(3.48/10万)。报告病例数最多的月份是3月(1854例,占12.61%),上半年报告病例数(8498例)稍多于下半年(6201例)。男性病例10309例,女性4390例,性别比为2.35∶1;男性、女性的年均报告发病率分别为3.76/10万、1.73/10万。各年龄段均有发病,发病率随年龄的升高呈上升趋势,发病数最多的是50~59岁组(3507例,占23.86%)。职业分布中,农民发病人数最多(9726例,占66.17%)。结论近年来广西戊肝发病率总体呈先上升后下降趋势,玉林等地是高发地区,男性、农民、中老年群体是高发人群。应进一步加强对重点地区和重点人群的监测,积极开展健康宣传,以降低戊肝对群众的危害。

“真且美”的边疆民族形象建构——基于庄学本西北边疆考察的民俗视角

20世纪30—40年代,庄学本在西北边疆各民族进行民俗调查,这些考察以消除民族歧视作为考察的主旨思想,综合运用影像记录与民族志形式,对边疆多民族的各类民俗事象进行客观、完整地记录,塑造充满人文尊严、“真且美”的边疆各民族形象。庄学本以影像呈现的调查成果成为内地社会认识西北边疆民族的重要渠道,也是当时“开发西北”历史任务的回应。庄学本在长期西北各民族调查中的民俗影像记录方法,对中国记录民俗学实践与理论建设有重要贡献。

壮医针法起源探析

壮医针法是在壮医理论指导下,运用针具刺激人体体表的相关穴位,通过调整人体脏腑、骨肉、气血功能,调达人体三道两路,促进人体三气同步,达到人体康复的治疗方法。从文献记载、出土文物、自然环境、独特病种、壮族习俗等方面探究壮医针法的起源,得以推论壮医针法源远流长,应萌芽于原始社会时期,盛行于春秋战国时期,并对中医“九针”的形成产生了重大的影响。

壮医经筋疗法研究文献可视化分析

目的探讨壮医经筋疗法研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库建库(CNKI)至2022年12月31日收录的壮医经筋疗法研究文献,运用CiteSpace6.2.R4软件对作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献172篇,年发文量整体呈上升趋势,2021年发文量达到峰值(22篇),发文量较高的作者为韦英才、梁树勇和张云;作者共现网络显示该领域形成多个研究团队,团队之间合作联系较少;发文量较高的研究机构为广西中医药大学、广西中医药大学第一附属医院和广西国际壮医医院;关键词聚为10类,分别是壮医、壮医经筋疗法、腰椎间盘突出症、肩周炎、经筋疗法、推拿、综述、温针灸、技术规范,壮医经筋学。结论该领域研究形成以广西名中医韦英才为首的稳定团队,主要集中在广西壮族自治区,应加强多区域协同合作发展,促进壮医经筋疗法的应用。壮医经筋疗法研究关注临床疗效与筋骨病,经筋疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛是研究热点。

广西医疗机构落实国家药品集中带量采购政策的效果分析

目的探讨国家药品集中带量采购政策(后文简称“国家集采政策”)在广西壮族自治区的实施效果,为医疗机构后续开展集采药品相关工作提供参考。方法选取广西壮族自治区医疗机构国家集采政策实施前后的药品采购数据,以政策目标、利益相关方关注的问题等为导向,引入并研究6个二级指标(如可获得性、可负担性、药品安全性等)、18个三级指标(如约定采购量完成率、负担水平、药占比等)。采用描述性统计方法对国家集采政策实施前后(2019年和2020年)的数据进行差异性、变化趋势等分析。结果在可获得性方面:广西壮族自治区医疗机构参与度为92.55%,疾病覆盖率为40.16%,整体约定采购量完成率中值为287.82%,总体配送率为97.20%。在可负担性方面:2019-2022年药品价格总体的降幅为74.80%,人均住院药品费用、门诊药占比、住院药占比降幅依次为17.61%、10.22%、20.10%,除慢性病、抗肿瘤用药外,药品可负担水平均低于1。对医药的影响:2022年药品不良反应事件占比为66.00%,相比执行国家集采政策前增幅为1.29%,广西壮族自治区通过一致性评价的药品共12个品规,前8名的制药企业的市场集中度小于20.00%。对医疗医保的影响:直至2022年基本实现仿制药替代原研药,同类非中选药品使用比约为9.12%,未提出二次换药的人数占63.39%;药品费用支出减少共24.59亿元。结论国家集采政策在广西壮族自治区取得了显著的效果,但同时还需重点关注扩大专科病种用药覆盖面、中选药品的临床综合评价、优化待分配量选择方案等问题。

郑伯克段:破坏人伦秩序是大恶——公羊家亲亲尊尊复杂个案的辞法辨义

郑庄公杀死亲弟共叔段一案因为渗透着亲亲尊尊的纠结、政治与伦理的对冲而常被后世所议论,但《春秋》诠释史上却罕有论及郑伯大恶的根本原因是破坏人伦秩序。经文书“伯”而非“侯”,已有贬义,称“克”、书“段”则表明兄弟已宛若“途之人然,亲亲之义绝”。对兄弟关系诉诸武力,有违亲亲原则。不弟之辞是谴责庄公蔽于昆仲一伦。叔段是自取灭亡,其不遵臣道,当国、僭制,本就该杀。兄弟一伦崩溃,弟而不弟,兄而不兄。庄公也需要母爱,故对弟弟得宠始终心存芥蒂,明知母亲更爱其弟却依然杀之,视同间接施虐于其母,不孝之至。分析《春秋公羊传》多种辞法,可以辨析此案包含的义理来重新理解罪责的判定,进而论证郑庄公破坏血亲人伦基本秩序已构成大恶的道理,指出公羊家评价之不足。
