[Method] The Taipinghong was studied on the best selection and collection time of explant, the induction in the early generation and the subculture multiplication. [Result] The best explant of Taipinghong was bulbil, and the best collecting time was March. The best induction recipe in early generation was modified MS medium （ammonium nitrate rate was reduced by half; calcium ion concentration doubled）＋arrageenan 6 g/L＋succharcose 30 g/L＋NAA 0.2 mg/L＋6-BA 2.0 mg/L＋GA3 0.5 mg/L＋AC 100 mg/L. [Conclusion] In the solution to browning phenomenon, both dark and AC （activated charcoal） treatments could obviously decrease the browning rate of explant.展开更多

Tai Chi health culture is one of them, which is an important cultural resource in our country. In recent years, the continuous development of our economy has brought China closer to other countries, and a large number of foreign sports culture have entered into our country. Moreover, backward concept of inheritance has made it more difficult for the health culture of Tai Chi in our country to develop. Therefore, this paper studies strategies for the brand development of Tai Chi health culture from cultural resources to cultural capital. First, it elaborates the dilemma of the development of resources of Tai Chi health culture. Then, it puts forward strategies for the development from Tai Chi health cultural resources to cultural capital to lay a good foundation for the better development of Tai Chi health culture in our country.展开更多

As a result, this paper analyzes the application of Tai Chi cultural semiotic symbols in Chinese construction of national image under the discussion on the selection of culture symbol in Chinese construction of national image, as a base, through its positioning with an introduction of Tai Chi - Chinese unique culture symbol. Finally, this paper explains the application tactics in Chinese construction of national image by Tai Chi culture symbol, laying a good foundation for the improvement of Chinese international status.展开更多
