Sequential experimental observation on the curative effect of Yingbupu decoction of Zhuang medicine on stage I and II acute kidney injury

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction on stage I and II acute kidney injury through sequential test.Methods:The open one-way qualitative response sequential design of experiments was adopted,and the patients with AKI in phase I and II who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization by random number table.On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction,and the control group was treated with Jinshuibao tablet.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,24 h urine volume,serum creatinine(Scr),microalbumin in urine(mAlb),neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid delivery albumin(NGAL)of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:After 14 d of treatment,when the treatment group reached the 10th case,the experimental line contacted the upper bound U-line and reached the experimental standard to terminate the experiment.The effective hypothesis was accepted,and it was believed that the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction had a therapeutic effect on stage I and II AKI.The conclusion was drawn that the treatment group received the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu.The clinical effective rate and improvement days were similar between the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the integral value of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),After treatment,the Scr,mAlb,and NGAL levels of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the Scr,mAlb,and NGAL values in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine volume in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the values in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no significant adverse reactions or complications in either group.Conclusion:The Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction is effective in treating stage I and II AKI,and the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with stage I and II AKI.Its improvement of renal function is better than that of Jinshuibao tablets,and its safety is good.

Research Progress of Zhuang Medicine Combined with Nanogels in Mastitis

Mastitis is a common and frequently-occurring disease among Chinese women, which seriously harms their mental and physical health. External application of Zhuang medicine has the effects of dredging collaterals, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and softening hardness to dissipate stagnation, and show definite curative effect in preventing and treating breast diseases. Nano-composite hydrogels have the advantages of small toxic and side effects, high bioavailability, high targeting and controllable drug release. Therefore, this paper summarized and analyzed relevant literature of Zhuang medicine in treating breast diseases and clinical research of nanogels, providing new ideas and scientific basis for the treatment of mastitis with Zhuang medicine combined with nanogels.

Research Overview of Zhuang Medicine Fumigation Lotions

At present,there is little research on the application of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotions in skin diseases,and there is no research on related preparation processes and quality standards.In this paper,the characteristics of its formulation and the research progress in skin diseases are reviewed,in order to deepen the understanding of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotions and provide a more detailed theoretical basis for its clinical research,development and application.

Summary and clinical application of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion

Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion is a kind of external therapy with ethnic medicine characteristics that spreads in Guangxi Zhuang region.It has a wide range of clinical application and significant curative effect,and can be used to treat diseases such as internal medicine,surgery,dermatology,gynecology,pediatrics,and five sense organs.Through reviewing and combing the literature on the Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion in recent years,this paper summarizes and prospects its clinical application,with a view to further explaining the basic principles and application rules of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion and digging its clinical value.

Study on Quality Standard of Zhuang Medicine Buddlejae Flos

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the quality control method and establish the quality standard of Zhuang medicine Buddlejae Flos.[Methods]The microscopic identification method was adopted to identify the characters and microscopic characteristics of dried Buddlejae Flos in combination with traditional experience.The moisture,ash,acid-insoluble components and extracts of Buddlejae Flos were determined with reference to general rules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).TLC identification was performed.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was used to determine the contents of linarin and verbascoside in Buddlejae Flos,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was adopted to detect pesticide residues in Buddlejae Flos.Heavy metal elements As,Cd and Pb were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).[Results]The established method is simple and accurate.Clear spots were observed on the thin layer chromatograms,and the resolution was good.The average value of moisture content was 12.24%;the average value of ash content was 5.1%;the average value of acid-insoluble content was 7.5%;and the average value of extract content was 27.3%.The regression equation of rutin in Buddlejae Flos was y=11.896x-0.0049,R^(2)=0.9996,and the contents of linarin and verbascoside were 5680 and 2080 mg/kg,respectively.No pesticide residues and heavy metals were detected in the medicinal materials of Buddlejae Flos.[Conclusions]This study can provide reference for the quality standard control of Guangxi Zhuang medicine Buddlejae Flos.

Practical Application and Development Trend of External Treatment of Zhuang Medicine Based on CiteSpace

The external treatment of Zhuang medicine is a treatment method commonly used from outside the human body.The advantages of external treatment methods are easy operation and small side effects.People are more familiar with medicated thread moxibustion,meridian tendon massage,and acupuncture therapy of Zhuang medicine.Although the curative effect of external treatment is significant,it is little known due to insufficient publicity and other factors.The purpose of this project was to comprehensively analyze and organize the latest relevant scientific and technological literature graphs in the study on clinical external treatment of Zhuang medicine using CiteSpace software and adopting the research method of visual literature graph search.Current research status and research development process of the external treatment of Zhuang medicine in Chinese literature were summarized,which has been able to present the current trends and future research prospects of the development and research of external treatment of Zhuang medicine in China in detail and comprehensively.Finally,307 papers were selected and included.Wei Yingcai and Pang Yuzhou were the authors with the largest number of documents and had formed a stable core research team.The analysis showed that Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine published the largest number of research documents,and there was less cooperation between institutions.At present,the research on the external treatment methods of Zhuang medicine is still in the development stage,which provides ideas and reference for quickly mastering the research hotspot of the external treatment method.

Quality Control of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion

[Objectives]To establish the TLC identification methods of Llicis Rotundae Cortex and Mahoniae Caulis and the determination method of syringin content in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.[Methods]Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to qualitatively identify Llicis Rotundae Cortex and Mahoniae Caulis in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.The quantitative analysis of syringin in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion was carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Chromatographic conditions are as follows:Luna 5μm C_(18)((2)100 A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was adopted;acetonitrile(10%)-water(90%)was as the mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 265 nm;the sample size was 5μL;the column temperature was 30℃.[Results]Syringin had a good linear relationship with its peak area in the range of 0.190-2.856μg(R^(2)=0.9995).The RSD values of precision,stability and repeatability experiments were all lower than 2.5%,and the average sampling recovery rate(n=6)was 100.37%(RSD=-0.88%).[Conclusions]The method had the advantages of simple operation,strong specificity,good repeatability and stability,and can be used for the quality control of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.

Extraction Process of Zhuang Medicine Fumigation Lotion

[Objectives]To establish the extraction process and quality standard method of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotion.[Methods]The orthogonal design method was employed to optimize the water extraction process with the amount of water added,decocting time and extraction times as factors,and syringin content and dry extract yield as indexes.The content of syringin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.[Results]The best water extraction process was:soaking in water for 1 h,decocting twice,added 10 times the amount of water each time,decocting for 1 h.The average content of syringin in 3 batches was 0.98 mg/g,and the average dry extract yield was 26.07%.[Conclusions]The project adopts water extraction method to prepare Zhuang medicine fumigation lotion,which has the characteristics of high efficiency and suitable for large-scale production.The quality control method is reliable,rapid and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of the lotion.

Clinical Observation and Safety Evaluation of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula for Dermatosis

[Objectives]To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula by retrospective analysis of clinical use.[Methods]A total of 225 cases were collected,including 117 males and 108 females,115 cases of contact dermatitis and 110 cases of acute eczema.Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula was administered to 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.[Results]After one week of treatment,among 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema,76 cases were cured(33.78%),133 cases showed marked response(59.11%),16 cases(7.11%)were improved,0 case was ineffective,and the overall response rate was 92.89%.After one week of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula treatment,the symptoms of itching,pain and swelling were significantly improved in all patients,and the rash was partially crusted without new symptom,and there were no complications and adverse reactions.[Conclusions]Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula therapy has a remarkable effect in the treatment of contact dermatitis and acute eczema.

Study of the Effect of Zhuang Medicine Aponeurotic System Triple Therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation and Alpha-1 Acid Glycoprotein Level

Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods:200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with manipulation+fire needling+cupping.The alpha-1-AGP levels before and after treatment,as well as the lumbar spine function and pain scores before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alpha-1 AGP levels,lumbar function,and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function scores of the two groups were significantly increased,with the treatment group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.00%,which was much lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate application of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation can promote the improvement of alpha-1 AGP index level,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve their lumbar spine function.At the same time,Zhuang medicine also has significant advantages in terms of safety,while ensuring the efficacy and safety of the treatment.

History and Development of Zhuang Medicine Shallow Needling from Bone Needle,Pottery Needle,and Bronze Needle to Electroacupuncture

Zhuang medicine shallow needling has a long history and plays a significant role in Chinese medicine.With the development of medical treatment in China,there is a constant improvement in the use of needles.Bone needles have been modified to pottery needles,bronze needles,and electroacupuncture.From this long development history,there are some improvements in terms of material and technology.By analyzing and comparing the primitive and current acupuncture instruments used in China and their therapeutic effects,it can be seen that China’s medical treatment is constantly improving and will continue to improve with technology.

Effects of Medicated Bamboo Cupping Therapy of Zhuang Nationality Medicine on Long-term Efficacy and Quality of Life in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Stagnation of Liver Qi and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the effect of medicated bamboo cupping therapy of Zhuang nationality medicine on long-term efficacy and quality of life in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with stagnation of liver Qi and spleen deficiency syndrome,and to provide a new,effective and easy to promote treatment method for functional dyspepsia.Methods:A total of 150 cases of functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the treatment group(medicated bamboo cupping therapy),the control A group(Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets+Domperidone Tablets)and the control B group(acupuncture),50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,the gastric electrical index,the recurrence rate and the quality of life were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control A group and the control B group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the main frequency and electrical amplitude in each group was significantly improved,and the rhythm disorder coefficient was significantly reduced(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control A group and the control B group,the difference of rhythm disturbance coefficient in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control A group and the control B group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after drug discontinuance,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,scores of each physiological function after treatment had no significant change(P>0.05),and the scores of physiological function,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health were significantly improved(P<0.05).The comparison of scores in each group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The medicated bamboo cupping therapy of Zhuang nationality medicine on functional dyspepsia with stagnation of liver Qi and spleen deficiency syndrome can significantly improve clinical efficiency,and reduce the coefficient of rhythm.The long-term recurrence rate is low,and the quality of life is significantly improved.It is a convenient and effective treatment,which is worthy of promotion.

Microscopic Identification of Pueraria phaseoloides,a Zhuang Medicine

This study aimed to investigate the structural characteristics of different tissues and tissue powder of Pueraria phaseoloides by microscopic identification. The main microscopic characteristics of roots, stems, leaves, root powder, stem powder and leaf powder of P. phaseoloides were determined by microscopic identifi- cation, which provided reference for the establishment of quality standards of P. phaseoloides.

Research on Zhuang Medicine Scheflera kwangsiensis Merr.ex Li

Zhuang medicine Scheflera kwangsiensis Merr.ex Li is a plant of Schefflera in Araliaceae,and its roots,stems and leaves are used as a medicine.In order to fully understand the development and utilization of S.kwangsiensis resources,we analyzed and summarized literatures on crude drug research,planting distribution,harvesting and processing,chemical components,pharmacological effects and quality testing of S.kwangsiensis,aiming to provide a reference basis for establishing the quality standard of Zhuang medicine S.kwangsiensis.

Safety Limit Test of Heavy Metals and Pesticide Residues in the Zhuang Ethnic Medcine Herba Polygoni Chinensis from 13 Producing Areas

[Objectives]This study was conducted to determine the contents of such five heavy metals as lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),mercury(Hg)and copper(Cu)and the contents of nine kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues including total BHC(α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC)and total DDT(pp-DDE,pp-DDD,op-DDT,pp-DDT)and pentachloronitrobenzene in the Zhuang medicine Herba Polygoni Chinensis from 13 producing areas.[Methods]The five heavy metals were determined in accordance with the second method of general rule 2341,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method,in part 4 of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia;and the nine organochlorines were determined in accordance with the first method of general rule 2341,organochlorine pesticide residue determination method(chromatography),in part 4 of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.[Results]In the Herba Polygoni Chinensis from 13 origins,the lead contents were in the range of 0.50-3.28 mg/kg;the cadmium contents were in the range of 0.06-4.21 mg/kg;the arsenic contents were in the range of 0.16-6.9 mg/kg;the copper contents were in the range of 10.5-45.1 mg/kg;the mercury contents were in the range of 0.00-0.003 mg/kg;and the nine organochlorines including the total benzene hexachloride(α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC),total DDT(pp-DDE,pp-DDD,op-DDT,pp-DDT)and pentachloronitrobenzene were all not detected.Referring to part 4 of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the Cu and As of the Herba Polygoni Chinensis produced in Hezhou exceeded the standards,the Cu of the Herba Polygoni Chinensis produced in Wuzhou exceeded the standard,and the As of the Herba Polygoni Chinensis produced in Yulin City and Guilin City exceeded the standard.[Conclusions]This study provides safety limit test data for the development and utilization of Herba Polygoni Chinensis of the Zhuang medicine.

Experimental Study of Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment Combined with Zhuang Medicine Detoxification for Chronic Refractory Wound Healing

Background: This is still a public problem that needs to be solved urgently: chronic and refractory wound healing with long course and complex pathological mechanism. At present, there is still a lack of effective clinical treatment. This study, therefore, aims at exploring moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment (MEBT/MEBO) combined with Zhuang medicine detoxification in the treatment of chronic refractory wound healing. Methodology: 100 SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, MEBO group, Zhuang medicine group and Combined group, with 20 rats in each group. Open wound model was established in blank control group, and chronic refractory wound model was established in other groups. Black control group and model control group were given food and water freely, MEBO group was given dressing change once a day, Zhuang medicine group was given intragastric administration once a day, and combined group was given dressing change and intragastric administration once a day. The effective rate of wound healing was observed after 12 days of continuous intervention. Conclusion: Skin regeneration medical technique combined with Zhuang medicine poison theory can effectively reduce the symptoms of bleeding and exudation, reduce the area of wound, shorten the healing time of wound, and achieve physiological healing of wound. It has a good effect on chronic refractory wound.

Microscopic Identification of Zhuang Medicine Jatropha curcas L.

[Objective] This study was conducted to investigate the microscopic identification characteristics of Jatropha curcas .[Methods] Jatropha curcas was identified by microscopic identification. [Results] The stem bark of J. curcas has a thick phellem layer and broad cortex layer; and there are a great deal of dispersed laticifers and many fibers. The parenchymal cells contain clusters of calcium oxalate. In the powder, there are many clusters of calcium oxalate; the secreta is often dispersed; and the stomata are in parallel axle shape. Brown bodies can be seen commonly. [Conclusion] The results of the microscopic identification are reliable. These characteristics could provide an effective basis for the differentiation of this plant from other plants in the same genus and the establishment of its quality standard.

Analysis on the Construction Path of Database of Zhuang and Yao Medicine Information Resources

In order to realize the sharing,exchange,protection and rational utilization of Zhuang and Yao medicine resources,the problems encountered in the development of Zhuang and Yao medicine industry can be solved by using modern information technology in accordance with the present situation of Zhuang and Yao medicine resources in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the actual needs of the development of ethnic medicine.This paper expounds the significance of constructing the database of Zhuang and Yao medicine information resources from three aspects:the inheritance and development of Zhuang and Yao medicine,the sustainable development of Zhuang and Yao medicine industry and the information service system.On this basis,the principle and framework of constructing Zhuang and Yao medicine information resource database are put forward.

Research on the Development of Guangxi Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Medicine Industry

The Chinese medicine revitalization plan represented by Zhuang and Yao ethnic medicine has been incorporated into China’s and Guangxi’s overall economic and social development plans,reflecting that The Zhuang and Yao ethnic medicine industry is an important part of China’s ethnic medicine,and it is also the representative ethnic medicine industry in Guangxi.In this paper,we investigated the development of Zhuang and Yao ethnic medicine industry and its development status by consulting literature,documents and related materials and visiting relevant departments,systematically analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Guangxi Zhuang and Yao ethnic medicine industry,and put forward feasible suggestions,aiming to accelerate the healthy development of Guangxi Zhuang and Yao ethnic medicine industry and provide effective data and decision-making basis for China to formulate relevant policies.

Effect of Zhuang Medicine Feilongzhangxue on the Expression of HMGB1-TLR4 / RANKL-NF-κB Signaling Pathway Related Factors in Osteoclasts

Objective:To study the regulatory effect of feilongzhangxue on the levels of HMGB1-TLR4/RANKL-NF-κB signaling pathway related factors HMGB1,RANKL,rank,TRAF-6 and NF-κBp65 in osteoclasts,so as to explore the mechanism of feilongzhangxue intervention in RA;Methods:The osteoclasts with good activity were randomly divided into blank group,methotrexate control group and Zhuang medicine feilongzhang blood containing serum treatment group,which were divided into OC+blank group,OC+methotrexate control group,OC+Zhuang medicine feilongzhang blood containing serum group;The expression of HMGB1,RANKL,rank,TRAF-6 and NF-κBp65 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR;The protein expressions of HMGB1,RANKL,RANK,TRAF-6 and NF-κBp65 were detected by immunofluorescence.Results:PCR results showed that:Compared with the blank group,feilongzhangxue could effectively inhibit the expression levels of HMGB1,RANKL,rank,TRAF-6 and NF-κB p65 mRNA in OC cells,and the inhibitory effect was stronger than methotrexate.Immunofluorescence test results showed that:Compared with the blank group and methotrexate group,feilongzhangxue could effectively inhibit the protein expression of HMGB1,RANKL,rank,TRAF-6 and NF-κB p65 in OC cells.Conclusion:The effect of Zhuang medicine feilongzhangxue on hmgbl-tlr4/rankl-nf-κB signaling pathway of osteoclasts is through the regulation of related factors HMGB1,RANKL,rank,TRAF-6 and NF-κB p65,which may be the key mechanism of Zhuang medicine feilongzhangxue on rheumatoid arthritis.
