Research Progress of Zhuang Medicine Combined with Nanogels in Mastitis

Mastitis is a common and frequently-occurring disease among Chinese women, which seriously harms their mental and physical health. External application of Zhuang medicine has the effects of dredging collaterals, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and softening hardness to dissipate stagnation, and show definite curative effect in preventing and treating breast diseases. Nano-composite hydrogels have the advantages of small toxic and side effects, high bioavailability, high targeting and controllable drug release. Therefore, this paper summarized and analyzed relevant literature of Zhuang medicine in treating breast diseases and clinical research of nanogels, providing new ideas and scientific basis for the treatment of mastitis with Zhuang medicine combined with nanogels.

Sequential experimental observation on the curative effect of Yingbupu decoction of Zhuang medicine on stage I and II acute kidney injury

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction on stage I and II acute kidney injury through sequential test.Methods:The open one-way qualitative response sequential design of experiments was adopted,and the patients with AKI in phase I and II who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization by random number table.On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction,and the control group was treated with Jinshuibao tablet.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,24 h urine volume,serum creatinine(Scr),microalbumin in urine(mAlb),neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid delivery albumin(NGAL)of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:After 14 d of treatment,when the treatment group reached the 10th case,the experimental line contacted the upper bound U-line and reached the experimental standard to terminate the experiment.The effective hypothesis was accepted,and it was believed that the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction had a therapeutic effect on stage I and II AKI.The conclusion was drawn that the treatment group received the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu.The clinical effective rate and improvement days were similar between the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the integral value of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),After treatment,the Scr,mAlb,and NGAL levels of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the Scr,mAlb,and NGAL values in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine volume in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the values in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no significant adverse reactions or complications in either group.Conclusion:The Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction is effective in treating stage I and II AKI,and the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with stage I and II AKI.Its improvement of renal function is better than that of Jinshuibao tablets,and its safety is good.

The Idea of Treating Numbness of Lower Limbs after Stroke with Zhuang Medical Meridian Therapy by Regulating Shaoyang Meridian Tendons

Based on the understanding of lower limb numbness after stroke in Zhuang medicine, this study makes diagnosis and treatment of lower limb numbness after stroke from the clinical differentiation and treatment ideas of "numbness due to Shaoyang (lesser Yang)" through Zhuang Medicine Meridian Tendon Therapy. The triple therapy of meridian tendon Tuina+acupuncture+cupping originally created by Zhuang medicine and head bloodletting by Zhuang medicine were used to improve the numbness symptoms of patients. This provides a new thinking mode for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lower limb numbness after stroke.

Research Overview of Zhuang Medicine Fumigation Lotions

At present,there is little research on the application of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotions in skin diseases,and there is no research on related preparation processes and quality standards.In this paper,the characteristics of its formulation and the research progress in skin diseases are reviewed,in order to deepen the understanding of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotions and provide a more detailed theoretical basis for its clinical research,development and application.

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Lotus Needle Cupping Therapy for Removing Blood Stasis in Zhuang Medicine on PHN and Its Influ-ence on Inflammatory Mediators

[Objectives]To observe the clinical effect of the lotus needle cupping therapy for removing blood stasis in Zhuang medicine in treating PHNand its influence on inflammatory factors.[Methods]96 patients with PHN were randomly divided into three groups:lotus nee-dle cupping therapy group,TCM surrounding acupuncture group and gabapentin group.Venous blood and acupoint blood were collected at 0,21 and 42 d of treatment,and the expression levels of 5-HT,SP and CGRPinflammatory mediators were detected before and after treatment.The changes of VAS scores before,during and after treatment and the clinical efficacy were observed.[Results]The total effective rate of the lotus needle cupping group was 87.50%,which was better than that of the TCM acupuncture group(81.25%)and the gabapentin group(62.50%);after treatment,the VAS scores and the expression of inflammatory mediators in the three groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The lotus needle cupping therapy for removing blood stasis in Zhuang medicine is effective in treating PHN,and its mechanism is to reduce the release of inflammatory media-tors,reduce hyperalgesia,relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.

Study on the Promoting Role of Animating Zhuang Non-Heritage Folktales in the Ethnic Culture Industry

This study aims to explore the role of animating Zhuang non-heritage folktales in promoting the national culture industry.Using literature research,case studies,and comparative research methods,the positive impacts are analyzed in depth across four dimensions:cultural value inheritance,market demand,dissemination channels,and industrial innovation.The results show that animating Zhuang non-heritage folktales can help inherit national culture,meet market demand,broaden communication channels,and promote industrial innovation.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding policy suggestions and implementation paths to provide references for the sustainable development of the ethnic culture industry.

As an important part of Chinese culture,Zhuang medicine has a long history and unique diagnosis and treatment.With the international dissemination of Chinese culture,the international dissemination of Zhuang medicine has become an increasing concern.This paper aims to discuss the status quo,challenges of the international dissemination of Zhuang medicine,then puts forwards corresponding solutions and recommendations,so as to make Zhuang medicine known by the world.

Analysis of the Innovation of Zhuang Medical Culture from the Perspective of a Comprehensive Well-Off Society: Insights from Social Research and Public Engagement

Based on the inheritance and development of Zhuang medicine culture from the perspective of a comprehensive well-off society,traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of Chinese civilization.The inheritance,innovation,and development of traditional Chinese medicine are crucial to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.By engaging young people,reducing the aging of the medical team,and understanding the views and suggestions of various groups on Zhuang medicine culture,questionnaire surveys,field interviews,literature searches,and other methods were employed to gather and analyze public opinions and suggestions on Zhuang medicine.Additionally,online consultations were conducted to assess the popularity of Zhuang medicine and identify existing problems.Based on these findings,recommendations and strategies for improvement were formulated.Furthermore,the design of an online consultation app is proposed to enhance the role and effectiveness of Zhuang medicine’s inheritance and development.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

壮医针刺脐环穴治疗紧张性头痛的临床研究

目的 观察壮医针刺脐环穴治疗紧张性头痛(TTH)的临床疗效。方法 将60例TTH患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组用壮医针刺脐环穴治疗,对照组给予口服西药布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。比较各组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)得分、头痛影响测评量表-6(HIT-6)得分、焦虑测评量表(SAS)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分、血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果 治疗后,两组的VAS、HIT-6、SAS和SDS评分均有所下降,血清5-HT水平显著上升(P<0.05),且观察组的变化幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组的总有效率高、不良反应发生率低(P<0.05)。结论 壮医针刺脐环穴治疗TTH疗效较好,且不良反应小,值得在临床推广使用。

Provincial Comparative Advantages of Watermelon Production in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

[Objective]This study aimed to clarify the spatial patterns of comparative advantage of watermelon production in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, to pro-vide theoretical basis for the development of watermelon industry in China. [Method] Based on the agricultural statistics data of Guangxi and al over China, yield com-parative advantage （YCA） index, efficiency comparative advantage （ECA） index, scale comparative advantage （SCA） index, concentration ratio comparative advantage （CRCA） index, comprehensive comparative advantage （CCA） index, ratio of yield per unit area （RYPA） index and sowing area ratio （SAR） index were established and calculated to determine the watermelon production comparative advantages in 31 provinces （cities） in China. Spacial patterns of the comparative advantages were produced by using GIS software. [Result] Nine provinces Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Hebei, Hubei, Jiangsu, Hunan, Zhejiang and Guangxi were the dominant regions in watermelon production al over the country. The Central and Eastern China showed the integrated comparative advantage in watermelon production, while the Southern, Northeastern, Northern and Northwestern China can be considered as the potential places for watermelon production in future. Southwest China gave more priority to watermelon production, so the comparative advantages kept increasing here. [Con-clusion] Based on this study, watermelon production should be a prior consideration among the agricultural products in Guangxi. Related measures should be developed to optimize the regional distribution of watermelon in Guangxi and China to promote healthy competition in watermelon production.

壮药扶正方通过改善Lewis肺癌CD8^(+)T细胞耗竭提高PD-L1抑制剂疗效的机制研究

目的探讨壮药扶正方对小鼠肺癌浸润的CD8^(+)T细胞耗竭以及对PD-L1抑制剂疗效的影响,并明确其中可能的机制。方法MTT、平板克隆检测壮药扶正方对小鼠肺癌LLC细胞增殖能力影响;流式细胞术检测CD8^(+)T的比例以及检测PD-L1表达水平,并利用Western blot检测蛋白水平表达初步探讨相关机制;最后通过动物体内实验验证壮药扶正方和PD-L1抑制剂协同作用。结果壮药扶正方可抑制小鼠肺癌LLC细胞增殖能力;在小鼠体内实验中,壮药扶正方和PD-L1抑制剂可起到协同抗肿瘤作用;壮药扶正方延缓CD8^(+)T细胞的耗竭情况,并抑制PD-L1表达;壮药扶正方可降低PI3K/AKT通路活性。结论壮药扶正方可延缓CD8^(+)T细胞耗竭和抑制PD-L1表达,增强PD-L1抑制剂治疗肺癌的疗效,机制可能与降低PI3K/AKT信号通路有关。

壮医药线点灸治疗巧坞病理论及临床探析

壮医药线点灸是极具特色的壮医外治法,具有简、验、便、廉、捷等特点,临床应用广泛,疗效令人满意。不过壮医药线点灸在治疗巧坞病(脑系疾病)方面的研究比较零散,有待进一步系统归纳总结。从壮医理论和现代临床应用的角度出发,对壮医药线点灸治疗巧坞病的理论基础进行深度阐述,并对其现代临床应用情况进行总结和分析,以期为后续壮医药线点灸治疗巧坞病的研究提供更多参考依据。

现代汉语普通话zhuang,chuang,shuang的来源、形成过程及其相关问题

本文指出现代汉语普通话音节zhuang,chuang,shuang来自《广韵》的江韵(举平赅上去)开口二等知组、庄组声母字和阳韵(举平赅上去)开口三等庄组声母字,涉及到21个反切,其读音格局(即音类、音类关系和音值的格局)初步形成于元代的《中原音韵》,定型于明代的《等韵图经》。并讨论了把这类《广韵》反切折合成现代汉语普通话读音的问题。

An empirical study on Zhuang Nationalities'Meta-cognitive Strategy Use and Listening Achievement

The present research aims to find out(1) What are Zhuang Nationalities'Meta-cognitive Strategy Use and Listening Achievement(2) What are the correlation between successful and unsuccessful Zhuang subjects' meta-cognitive strategy use and their listening achievement.120 Zhuang subjects in a medical university located in Guangxi participate in the research.The results show:(1) all Zhuang students have an intermediate level at their meta-cognitive strategies use and compensating use but a bit low listening ability;(2) there exist significant differences between successful and unsuccessful Zhuang students'overall meta-cognitive strategy,listening and compensating;(3) significant correlations can merely be discovered between unsuccessful Zhuang students'monitoring and listening,yet significant correlations appear between successful students'overall meta-cognitive strategy,planning,evaluating and listening.

基于谷歌地球引擎和Landsat影像的广西壮族自治区土地覆盖变化及驱动因素研究

基于GEE和随机森林分类算法研究广西壮族自治区在1995—2022年27 a间的土地覆被变化,采用地理探测器对不同土地覆被类型的时空变化及其主要驱动因素进行分析研究。结果表明:1)土地覆被类型分类结果具有较好的分类精度,整体精度在87%~92%。2)1995—2022年,广西壮族自治区的林地和建设用地面积持续增加,增幅分别达75.94%和132.67%。林地面积从85382.72 km^(2)增加到150224.55 km^(2),建设用地面积从2038.73 km^(2)增加到4743.46 km^(2);与此同时,草地及稀疏灌草混交地面积减少了82.46%(66990.97 km^(2));其他土地覆被类型变化则相对稳定。3)通过地理探测器模型的分析结果显示,人为因素是影响土地利用/覆被(LULC)变化的主要驱动因素,经济的快速发展、城市人口的增加和工业扩张是建设用地和林地扩张以及植被减少的主要原因。研究结果对于广西壮族自治区的生态环境管理和土地可持续利用规划具有参考价值。

Clinical characteristics and distribution of hepatitis B virus genotypes in Guangxi Zhuang population

AIM: To investigate the distribution of HBV genotypes and their YMDD mutations in Guangxi Zhuang population, China, and to study the relationship between HBV genotypes and clinical types of HB, ALT, HBV DNA, HBe system as well as the curative effect of Lamivudine (LAM) on hepatitis B.METHODS: A total of 156 cases were randomly chosen as study subjects from 317 patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). HBV genotypes were determined by PCR-microcosmic nucleic acid cross-ELISA. YMDD mutations were detected by microcosmic nucleic acid cross-nucleic acid quantitative determination. HBV DNA was detected by fluorescence ratio PCR analysis.LAM was given to 81 cases and its curative effect was observed by measuring ALT, HBV DNA load, HBeAg, and HBeAg/HBeAb conversion rate.RESULTS: HBV genotypes B, C, D, and non-classified genotypes were found in Guangxi Zhuang population.accounting for 25.6%, 47.4%, 58.3%, and 16.0%,respectively. Seventy-four cases were CD-, CB-, BD-mixed genotypes (47.7%). Forty-six (29.5%) cases had YMDD mutations. Genotype B was mostly found in mild and moderate CHB patients. Genotypes C, D and mixed genotype mostly occurred in severe CHB cases.Genotypes D and CD HBV-infected patients had higher ALT and HBV DNA than patients with other types of HBV infection. There was no significant difference among the genotypes in YMDD mutations, clinical types, ALT and HBV DNA level. Non-classified types geno had a significantly lower positive rate of HBeAg than other genotypes (x2= 12.841, P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in ALT recovery rate, HBV DNA load, HBeAg,and HBeAg/HBeAb conversion rate, 48 wk after LAM treatment between groups of genotypes D, CD, and nonclassified type.CONCLUSION: Genotypes B, C, and D, non-classified and mixed genotype of HBV are identified in the Guangxi Zhuang population. Variations in genotypes are associated with clinical severity and serum ALT levels, but not with YMDD mutation or HBV DNA load.Therapeutic effects of LAM on clinical parameters are not influenced by differences in genotypes. Further studies are needed to gain an in-depth understanding of the relationship between HBV genotypes and serum HBeAb and HBeAg.

Microscopic Identification of Zhuang Medicine Laportea bulbifera(Sieb. et Zucc.) Wedd.

[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the microscopic identification characteristics of Laportea bulbifera(Sieb. et Zucc.) Wedd. [Methods] The characteristics of L. bulbifera leaf, stem and powder were identified by microscopy. [Results] The main microscopic identification characteristics of the tissue structures of L. bulbifera leaf and stem at different positions and L. bulbifera powder were determined. [Conclusions] The microscopic identification results are characteristic, and could serve as the identification basis of L. bulbifera. These results could provide references for the quality control of L. bulbifera.

Clinical effects of digital acupoint pressure combined with hot ironing for scapulohumeral periarthritis in Zhuang medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of digital acupoint pressure combined with hot ironing of Zhuang medicine in the therapy of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:160 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 80 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with digital acupoint pressure combined with hot ironing of Zhuang medicine.The control group was treated with intermediate frequency therapy apparatus.All the treatments were given once a day for 4 weeks,Then the effective rate as well as the scores of shoulder pain and joint inflammation,were calculated.Results:The shoulder pain score of the treatment group was 3.49±0.98,while that of control group was 5.33±1.26(P<0.05).The shoulder joint inflammation score in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(73.24±7.20 vs 60.71±10.46,P<0.05).these results suggested that 4 weeks of treatments improved the shoulder function.Moreover,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(86.25%vs 63.75%).Conclusion:Digital acupoint pressure combined with hot ironing in Zhuang medicine could relieve joint pain of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis and improve their shoulder mobility.
