专创融合视角下“学研赛创”一体化能力培养研究——以移动应用开发专业“Android移动应用开发”课程为例

基于Android的移动应用开发是当前移动互联网开发领域的重要方向,其中产生了大量的创新创业机会。为了对专创融合进行研究,围绕专创融合人才培养定位,探索了“学研赛创”四维度的专创融合一体化路径,并以移动应用开发专业“Android移动应用开发”课程为例,阐述从课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价四个阶段专创融合的课程实施路径。从实践效果来看,推进了教学改革,并且显著提升了师生的创新创业能力。

Entrepreneurship training:its influences on innovation potentials among nursing students

Objective:To evaluate the influences of entrepreneurship training on the innovation potential among nursing students.Methods:A quasi-experimental design was utilized to conduct this study.The study was conducted in the classroom at the faculty of nursing,and the“i Hub”center at Ain Shams University(ASU)in Cairo,Egypt.A purposive sample of 42 nursing students who participated in the“Ain Shams University-innovate”competition from the Faculty of Nursing of ASU were included in this study.Data collection tools included(1)Nursing students'innovation skills assessment questionnaire and(2)Innovative projects evaluation tool.Results:There was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of nursing students'total innovation skills pre-and post-implementation of entrepreneurship training,where P-value<0.05.Conclusions:The results of the current study support the research hypothesis because the implementation of entrepreneurship training positively affects nursing students'innovation potential.Developing entrepreneurship education in nursing and integrating it into nursing programs will stimulate creativity,innovation,and entrepreneurship among nursing students and health care services.

Inheritance,Innovation and High-quality Development of Tea Industry in Xianning City,Hubei Province

Xianning City is a main tea producing area in Hubei Province,the capital of"border-selling tea"in China,and an important starting point for the Ten-Thousand-Mile Tea Road across the Eurasian continent.This paper studies the tea industry in Xianning from the aspects of top 100 counties of tea industry,important agricultural cultural heritage,famous Chinese historical and cultural villages,China’s time-honored brands,major brands,and designated production enterprises of border-selling tea.Besides,it introduces intellectual property resources of the tea industry from traditional knowledge,biological genetic resources,new plant varieties,patents,geographical indications,trademarks,etc.Then,it analyzes major problems in the inheritance,innovation and high-quality development of Xianning tea,especially the border-selling tea.Finally,it comes up with constructive recommendations of starting the cultural inheritance and development project and upgrade project of the tea industry to build the capital of China’s border-selling tea.

Three Tales of Capitalism and Creative Economy

The aim is to examine how the creative economy develops in shareholder,state,and stakeholder capitalism.In the shareholder capitalism,the creative economy is headed by large companies in cooperation with governments,which replicate pregiven formulas of governance with no consideration of local specificities,and reinforces the exclusion of small and medium-sized creative enterprises.The state capitalism has the government authorities as the main drivers of the creative economy’s growth,which is usually connected to their political interest in preserving authority and manipulating the population.In the stakeholder capitalism,companies should pay their fair share of taxes,show zero tolerance for corruption,uphold human rights throughout their global supply chains,and advocate for a competitive level playing field.These elements create the specific conditions for a more diversified set of actors leading the initiatives dedicated to the development of creative economy.

Environmental Capital,Negative Externality and Carbon Finance Innovation

In the context of global climate change,the internalization of negative externality,which is brought about by the traditional mode of economic growth,has become an inevitable choice.In order to achieve the internalization,it is necessary to make innovations on the market mechanism and system,find the value of environmental capital,establish a new mode of economic growth based on environmental capital,and then transform the environmental capital,an exogenous factor of economic growth,into an endogenous factor.Of this,the key of market mechanism and system innovation is the financial innovation that is based on environmental capital and negative externality;the government defines the initial property right of environmental resources and establishes environment energy trading market,so as to guide enterprises to trade environmental resources(represented by carbon emission permit trading) based on the Clean Development Mechanism,and to vigorously develop environmental finance and carbon finance.

Study on the Relationship between Entrepreneur's Spiritual Capital and Employee Creativity

Through this research about the relationship between entrepreneur'spiritual capitals and employee creativity,this paper explores the influence mechanism of entrepreneur's spiritual capital on employee creativity,and constructs a mediating model.The research shows that entrepreneur's spiritual capital has positive predictive effect on employee creativity,and organizational innovation atmosphere plays a partial mediating role between them.

A Meta-analysis of the Effects of Firm’s Social Capital on Innovation Performance

Despite a surge of studies examining the impact of firm’s social capital on the innovation performance,empirical research shows controversial results.To resolve this problem,this paper conducted a meta-analysis to restudy the impact of the firm’s social capital and its three dimensions on innovation performance based on the previous empirical research results of independent samples.This paper also explored some moderators affecting this relationship from culture,industry,firm and methodology.The results indicated that the firm’s social capital and its three-dimension had positive impact on innovation performance.At the same time,the age of the firm and the cultural context can also affect the impact of social capital on innovation performance to a large extent.Based on these findings,this paper developed recommendations for future research.

In the Arms of Unconsciousness:Capitalism,Creative Economy,and the End of Rest in Gustavo Vinagre’s Unlearning to Sleep

The aim of the article is to explore the relation among capitalism,creative economy,and the end of rest in Gustavo Vinagre’s movie Unlearning to Sleep.The main argument indicates that,in the context of the imperatives within the inhumane temporalities of the 24/7 society,sleep and rest may represent an inevitable and anomalous resistance to the demands of the capitalist order in which creative economy is immersed and exposed in the movie.

Empirical Research on the Influence of Marine High-end Human Resources on Marine Knowledge Innovation——With Organizational Incentive and Technological Innovation as Mediating Variable

The main purpose of this paper is to explore the intermediary role of policy incentives and marine technological innovation in marine high-end human capital promoting marine knowledge innovation.Previous studies on the impact of marine high-end human capital on marine knowledge innovation mainly focused on the direct impact of marine high-end human capital on marine knowledge innovation,while ignoring the role of intermediary variables.Based on 512 sample survey data from 138 organizations in 16 coastal cities of China,this paper uses structural equation model to examine the relationship between high-end human capital and policy incentives,technological innovation and marine knowledge innovation.The research shows that marine high-end human capital has an impact on marine knowledge innovation through policy incentives and marine technology innovation.Policy incentives and marine technology innovation play a full intermediary role in the relationship between marine high-end human capital and marine knowledge innovation.

Based on the case of WuXi App Tec,this paper explores the mechanism of private innovative enterprises to realize enterprise value growth through innovation-capital interaction in the framework of life growth cycle.This paper constructs a mechanism of interactive coexistence of innovation and capital,which has certain enlightenment and reference significance for innovative enterprises to realize technology catch-up and improve their independent innovation ability through capital operation.

The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Innovation Ambidexterity:The Mediating Effect of Social Capital

This study focused on the strategic leadership in the organization and the internal and external social capital can be seen as the ambidexterity innovation assets for building organization capability.The research selected 500 top managers and 385 ones were returned,using purposive sampling in Southern Tainan Real Estate firms as subjects to explore the interactions and relationships among strategic leadership,social capital,innovation ambidexterity,and contextual ambidexterity,and examines the fitness of model in this study.The data were analyzed by a variety of statistical methods,such as regression analysis,hierarchical regression analysis,ANOVA,and SEM to test the hypotheses of this study and model fitness.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Strategic leadership has significant positive influence on social capital and innovation ambidexterity.(2)Social capital has significant positive influence on innovation ambidexterity.(3)Good model fitness of relationship exists among each construct,and the social capital has significant mediating effects between strategic leadership and innovation ambidexterity.(4)The relationship between social capital and innovation ambidexterity has a moderating influence of contextual ambidexterity.

Research and Practice of Cultural Creative Product Design Teaching Based on Semantic Innovation

This topic makes an exploratory research on the teaching mode of cultural and creative product design.Besides,via the research method of semantic combination,we make a product redesign of Liaoning traditional culture.Through the cognitive construction and semantic innovation of the semantic vocabulary of regional characteristics,crowd characteristics,innovation characteristics and metaphorical features,it provides new ideas for the innovation and dissemination of regional cultural product design.Verify the design hypothesis through the practice of design model,so as to obtain the solution of Liaoning cultural product design.

Relationship Between Firm’s Social Capital and Innovation Performance:A Meta-Analysis

Despite a surge of studies examining the impact of firm’s social capital on the innovation performance,empirical research shows controversial results.To resolve this problem,this paper conducted a meta-analysis to restudy the relationship between firm’s social capital and innovation performance based on the empirical research results of 63 independent samples.This paper also identified some moderators affecting this relationship.The results indicated that the firm’s social capital-innovation performance link was positive and significant(r=0.363),and the age of the firm and the cultural context affected the impact of social capital on innovation performance to a large extent.Based on these findings,this paper developed recommendations for future research.

Reform and Innovation of Creative Writing Teaching——Modular Teaching Design and Personalized Process Evaluation

In recent years,creative writing courses have attracted much attention in China,but there is a lack of relevant research on the practice of creative writing courses at present.Teachers are faced with such problems as vague teaching objectives,complex teaching contents,and lack of practical schemes.Moreover,it is difficult to evaluate the results of creative writing courses comprehensively and truly.Through the modularized combing of the course content and the establishment of personalized process evaluation scheme,we have realized the creative inspiration and creative practice guidance for students in creative writing course teaching,and enhanced the students’participation in the course and practical ability.

Endogenous Innovation,the Organization of Work and Institutional Context

Drawing on the results of the third Community Innovation Survey and the third European Working Conditions Survey,this paper develops aggregate indicators at the national level of innovation modes and forms of work organization for the 15 member nations of the European Union in 2000.The analysis based on these indicators demonstrates that there is a close connection between how people work and learn in a country and the way firms’ innovate.Specifically,it shows that in nations where work is organized to support high levels of discretion in solving complex problems firms tend to be more active in terms of endogenous innovation,i.e.innovation developed,at least to some degree,in house.In countries where learning and problem-solving on the job are more constrained,and little discretion is left to the employee,firms tend to engage in a supplier-dominated innovation strategy.The technological renewal of these firms reflects,almost exclusively,absorption of innovations developed elsewhere.
