With the increasing amount of college graduates every year, the employer needs structural contradiction, traditional college graduates employment difficulties. Chinese Language and Literature is as a strong tradition of employment facing unprecedented challenges. Based on the severe employment situation, Teacher Education in Local Comprehensive Universities need to start improving their own quality of graduates, and actively guide the graduates to change jobs ideas, updating the concept of employment, and use existing resources, and actively expand employment channels, and explore new ideas and open up new market, employment path is becoming more diverse to ensure employment stability and sustainable development.

Integrating ideological and political education into comprehensive English teaching

Ideological and political education is the core of quality education. In order to better impart knowledge and educate students, teachers should put ideological and political education into the teaching practice. This paper attempts to discuss the issue of how teachers of comprehensive English course carry out ideological education by making good use of the teaching materials.

Prenatal Playful-Educational Activities, Psycho-Emotional Well-Being of Pregnant Women and Perinatal Outcomes: A Pilot Study

Objective: To present the results of a pilot study that evaluated the psycho-emotional well-being, and the perinatal results of a group of 44 women who attended a prenatal program that incorporates playful and educational activities, in a Child Development Center in Durango. Mexico. Methods: A group of 44 women with informed consent participated for 28 weeks in the prenatal program. The condition of psycho-emotional well-being during the first and third trimesters and the perinatal results were analyzed with validated instruments. Physiological stress was also assessed with salivary cortisol in the same trimesters. Results: More than 90% of the women evaluated their psycho-emotional condition as satisfactory and very satisfactory. The evaluation of anxiety in its Trait/State modalities placed the participants in the category of mild and moderate. Salivary cortisol showed values within a normal range. Perinatal results showed that 98% of deliveries were at term, 93% of newborns weighed more than 2500 grams, and 98% of newborns had an APGAR score of 9 at 5 minutes. Conclusion: The results suggest that the incorporation of playful and educational actions to prenatal surveillance positively influenced the biopsychosocial condition of the pregnant woman and favorable perinatal outcomes.

Research on the Construction of a Comprehensive Teaching Case Library for Ergonomics under the OBE Concept

In recent years,case-based teaching has become a hot spot in higher education reform,and the construction of case libraries has received increasing attention.The development of teaching case libraries not only promotes changes in talent training models but also enhances teaching effectiveness.Taking the ergonomics course as an example,this paper explores the construction of a comprehensive teaching case library for ergonomics under the outcome-based education concept,providing a reference for future ergonomics teaching case library development.

Quality Provision of Comprehensive Sexuality Education and Sexual and Reproductive Health in Resource Constrained Higher Education Institutions: A Case of Mukuba University

In an effort to ensure that Institutions of Higher Learning provide quality Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) at the level of Universities and Colleges, indeveloping countries such as Zambia, some universities have engaged in offering programmes and services in CSE and SRH. However, the provision of such programmes has had some limitations in terms of resources to ensure quality delivery. As a result, there was a need to examine the provision of CSE and SRH in a resource constrained Mukuba University. The study has three research objectives: 1) to examine the CSE and SRH programmes and services that are available at Mukuba University;2) to determine the actual resources available for the University to ensure quality provision of CSE and SRH to students;3) to use views and opinions of students and academics to examine the extent to which the CSE and SRH are reflected as standards by UNESCO and universities and colleges. The study took a pragmatic philosophy stance and convergent parallel research design of mixed methods;the primary approach is qualitative which will be analysed using thematic analysis, while the quantitative approach was secondary and the data was analysed using descriptive statistics. The study envisaged some implications that include the rise in communicable diseases such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), gender based violence, general lack of information on matters relating to CSE and SRH among students at Mukuba University. The policy implication is that policy makers will be able to formulate policies that address the needs and challenges of students in providing quality CSE and SRH programmes and services for a university that is constrained with resources. The study found that there was a need to contextualize the quality provision of CSE and SRH at an institutional level, for instance, Mukuba University has created an enabling environment for quality provision of CSE and SRH activities and programmes through training of the stakeholders. Further, it was found that in any successful programme, it is expected to meet certain challenges that might in some cases make it difficult to implement the programme as envisaged. In other words, this study has revealed that there are some drawbacks as well as lessons that Mukuba University could learn from other universities that offer CSE and SRH. The study provides a synergistic conceptual model that could be used in the implementation of CSE and SRH in colleges and universities for sustainability. It is hoped that this study has proved that even with limited resources a university can provide CSE and SHR programmes and services without depending on support from other external funders and cooperating partners.

The Effect of a Psycho-Educational Program on Psychiatric Symptoms, Drug Attitude and Treatment Satisfaction of Patients with Schizophrenia

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a Comprehensive Psycho-Educational Approach and Scheme Set (COMPASS) for patients with schizophrenia who were treated with risperidone long-acting injectable (RLAI), on their psychiatric symptoms, drug attitudes, and treatment satisfaction levels. Participants were sixty-five patients at thirteen hospitals in Japan who met ICD-10 F2 criteria for schizophrenia or schizo-affective disorder and were treated with RLAI. A correlational study design was used to measure the effect of the COMPASS on the psychiatric symptoms, drug attitudes, and treatment satisfaction levels of patients treated with RLAI. Using the following evaluation indicators: The Subjective Satisfaction to Treatment Scale (SSTS), Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF), Drug-Induced Extrapyramidal Symptoms Scale (DIEPSS), and Drug Attitude Inventory-10 (DAI-10), measurements were taken at the beginning of the program (baseline), at the end of the program, and six months after (endpoint). Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test or Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. Significant differences were observed in BPRS total (p < 0.001), sub-scales of BPRS positive (p < 0.001), BPRS negative (p < 0.01), BPRS affective (p < 0.01), and GAF (p < 0.001). However, there was no significant change in subscale of BPRS manic, DAI-10, DIEPSS, or SSTS but significant positive correlations were found between SSTS and DAI-10 and GAF at baseline;a negative correlation was found between SSTS and BPRS. The findings of the study suggested the benefit of using the COMPASS in conjunction with RLAI to decrease patients’ psychiatric symptomatology and improve treatment satisfaction. In addition, patient satisfaction was found to be an important factor to be considered by the psychiatrist.

老年冠心病病人应用基于CGA的专科干预与反馈式健康宣教的效果观察

目的:探讨基于老年综合评估(CGA)的专科干预结合反馈式健康宣教在老年冠心病病人中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月本院收治的100例老年冠心病病人,采用随机数字表法分为甲组和乙组,各50例。甲组采用常规老年护理及健康教育,乙组予以基于CGA的专科干预联合反馈式健康宣教。观察两组应对方式、健康教育需求、自我管理能力及心脏不良事件发生情况。结果:与干预前相比,两组随访6个月的医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)面对维度评分均升高,回避、屈服维度评分均降低,且乙组面对维度评分高于甲组,回避、屈服维度评分低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组随访6个月的心脏康复信息需求表(INCR)评分均低于干预前,冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)评分均高于干预前,且乙组INCR评分较甲组低,CSMS评分较甲组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组随访6个月内心脏不良事件发生率低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CGA下专科干预联合反馈式健康宣教能够改善老年冠心病病人对应对方式,满足其心脏康复健康教育需求,有助于提高病人自我管理能力,改善心脏不良事件控制效果。

基于AHP-FCE的职业农民学历教育教学效果评价研究

开展新型职业农民学历教育教学效果评价,为职业院校教学质量的评估提供切实可行的科学依据。该文构建教学效果、教学满意度、教学忠诚度和生产状况4个一级指标的新型职业农民学历教育教学效果评价体系,并采用多层模糊综合评价模型(AHP-FCE)进行实证检验。

基础教育领域综合素质评价研究热点、演进与启示——基于2004—2022年文献的CiteSpace可视化分析

“综合素质评价”自2004年首次提出以来,一直是推进素质教育和中高考改革的重要构成部分。为了加快建设高质量教育体系并满足其持续的“完善”需求,结合CiteSpace可视化分析和文献质性分析,对2004—2022年我国基础教育领域的综合素质评价研究热点和演进进行了深入探寻。研究发现,综合素质评价的理论研究和实践探索齐头并进。研究热点涵盖了综合素质评价的价值、内涵、主体探讨,高考改革背景下的研究,借助网络平台推动综合素质评价的研究,以及实践经验与实施问题的研究。综合素质评价发展经历了初步建立框架下的早期探索、制度确立背景中的深入推进、规范实施指向下的多维探讨、完善实施诉求下的技术支持四个阶段。综合素质评价既受到政策的引导,又具有实际操作的性质。在未来研究中,应该整合理论指导、实践发展与技术支持,强化基本理论的系统研究、区域一体化与校本化协同落地的实践研究、评价结果使用的研究以及信息技术支持实施新方式的研究,以推动基础教育的高质量发展。

The Effects of a Community and School Sport-Based Program on Urban Indigenous Adolescents’ Life Skills and Physical Activity Levels: The <i>SCP</i>Case Study

The primary aim of this study was to investigate the effect of a community and school sport program (SCP) on Indigenous adolescents’ life skills and physical activity levels within program sessions. A secondary aim was to determine the acceptability of the SCP. Participants in the SCP (n = 34;89%) participated in a 10-week case study (age = 13.7 ± 1.16;58% girls). Systematic observations of SCP sessions were conducted to determine physical activity levels and a life skills questionnaire was implemented. Acceptability measures included retention, implementation, attendance rates, and interviews with participants [n = 18] and key stakeholders [n = 6]. Systematic observations indicated that Indigenous students were engaged in MVPA for 58% of lesson time. Participants’ life skills remained unchanged (p = 0.93). Interview data showed that Indigenous students and key stakeholders believed the SCP was acceptable. This study highlights the need for partnerships between Indigenous community organisations and schools to design sport-based programs to promote Indigenous adolescents’ MVPA.

On the Feasibility of Incorporating Comprehensive Materials in the Teaching of Watercolour Painting in Chinese Universities

Since the 20^th century,human art has gradually transformed into contemporary forms and comprehensive painting has started to emerge.As such,the teaching of watercolour painting should not strictly adhere to rules;colleges and universities also need to adapt their teaching method of watercolour painting according to the changes in the ideology of today’s society.With the development of contemporary watercolour art,new achievements in the art of teachers and the feasibility of comprehensive materials to expand watercolour painting have become the focus of contemporary watercolour teaching in Chinese universities.

Construction of PE Guiding Framework based on the Enhancement of the Comprehensive Quality

College physical education located at the last stage of school physical education, it is not only related to comprehensively promote and enhance the overall quality of students’ physical and mental quality education, but also related to the quality of higher education and the implementation of personnel training ＇ tness activities. However, for a long time, due to the historical and social impact of many factors, college physical education work is far from being universally recognized. College physical course consists of theoretical physical education class and sports practical classes composed of only two courses in order to achieve common development goals college physical education. At present, although the theory of physical education teaching experts made a number of proposals for reform, but did not form a complete teaching system, which leads to the problem of teaching the theory of college sports programs still cannot get solved. We studied sports teaching evaluation system, describes the theoretical basis for building efficient sports teaching appraisal system, and analyzes the constituent elements of the evaluation system.

Research on the effect of comprehensive physical fitness training on physical education

This paper mainly focuses on the point of view of physical fitness and physical training system structure respectively from the dynamic and static perspective to analyze that frame structure system including physical fitness, body shape, physical function and mental intelligence, and operation structure of the physical training system is the main special physical training and comprehensive training of basic physical fitness training,. In order to have a new understanding of the structure of the system of physical fitness and physical training, so as to provide some reference for scientific physical training. The guiding ideology of school physical education in our country has obtained quality education, student centered, lifelong sports and health first coexistence situation, these 4 guidelines each focal point： quality education is the school sports reform background, student oriented is the value orientation, lifelong physical education is the ultimate goal of health first and work principle but, for solving the problem of student fitness deterioration is tantamount to asking for the impossible. On the basis of theoretical analysis and historical textual research, the author believes that the idea of physical education is of definite aim to improve the students＇ physique. However, the idea of physical education should also keep pace with the times and learn from each other＇ s weaknesses.

A Research on the Strategies for Improving the Teaching Level of Thai Reading in Colleges and Universities

The traditional teaching of Thai reading in colleges and universities mainly focuses on imparting knowledge,hoping to help students accumulate Thai knowledge efficiently.With the continuous attention to the instrumental and humanistic values of language,the focus of college and university teachers has gradually shifted to the training of application skills and the improvement of thinking quality[1].In order to fully demonstrate the value of its teaching,Thai reading teachers need to combine the development needs of students with practical application,constantly innovate teaching strategies,improve the teaching level of Thai reading,and comprehensively promote students’Thai literacy.Based on this and in view of various practical experiences,this paper discusses the strategies to improve the teaching level of Thai reading in colleges and universities.

AI智能背景下综合职业能力培养的高职公共英语教学改革

APP健康宣教模式联合综合性睡眠指导对食管胃静脉曲张出血内镜治疗患者的影响

目的:观察APP健康宣教模式联合综合性睡眠指导在食管胃静脉曲张出血内镜治疗患者延续性护理中的应用。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年6月广西贵港市人民医院消化内科收治的并于消化科进行内镜治疗的食管胃静脉曲张出血患者100例作为研究对象,按照盲抽法随机分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=48)。对照组给予常规延续性护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予APP健康宣教模式联合综合性睡眠指导。评估干预前后2组的健康教育知识水平、睡眠情况、心理状态、再出血发生率以及护理满意度,2组均持续干预3个月。结果:护理后,观察组医院自制健康教育知识调查问卷各维度评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分均有不同程度下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组再出血发生率明显低于对照组,观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经内镜治疗后食管胃静脉曲张出血患者的延续性护理过程中,采用APP健康宣教模式联合综合性睡眠指导干预能显著提高患者对疾病的认知水平,改善睡眠质量与负性心态,同时提高护理满意度。
