Driven by a new round of technological and industrial revolution,China’s manufacturing industry is heading towards green,intelligent,service-based and customized development.In light of the new technological revolution and evolving industrial development model,we need to revise and breathe new life into the traditional industrialization theory.When assessing a country’s industrial development,we should use the level of industrial technology,instead of the proportion of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,as the key criterion.In addition,the level of modern industrial development should be determined according to the degree of digital,network-based,and smart features.The new industrialization theory should employ knowledge-intensive complex labor to replace simple labor as the labor factor input in the production function,and include data as a new factor of production in the analytical framework.We should also define natural resources and the environment and greenhouse gas emissions as hard constraints of the production function.In the comparison of smart,service-based and green development levels of China’s,the US’and Japan’s manufacturing sectors,our results suggest that China lags far behind developed countries in terms of the level of industrial development.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China’s manufacturing industry should shift from quantitative expansion to digital and smart innovations and applications,modernize the industrial system,promote industrial integration,and broaden its horizon from domestic regional planning to the global value chain. 展开更多

Since the global financial crisis,global value chain(GVC)have been contracting amid the trend toward economic de-globalization.With GVC participation rate in mind as the core indicator of economic de-globalization,in this paper we create a multi-country general equilibrium model to characterize the mechanism by which manufacturing localization affects GVC participation rate.Our theoretical derivation shows that changes in the local manufacturing status of final products in various countries directly influence the GVC participation rate of those countries.When the local proportion of a country’s final products reaches a certain level,rising local proportion of intermediate inputs,economic growth below the world average level,and technology progress all cause the country’s GVC participation rate to decline,giving rise to de-globalization at the manufacturing and trade levels.We further provide a comprehensive interpretation based on an empirical test of the deep-seated causes of economic de-globalization in relation to such economic phenomena as increasing trade concentration,the“technology backlash”effect of the new industrial revolution,and economic growth driven by the combined forces of trade protectionism and quantitative easing. 展开更多

However, the traditional static display and graphic version is unable to meet the requirements of the modern audience, which makes museums face the challenge in the distribution of knowledge. Meanwhile, the information storm produced by big data emerged a variety of new media, such as social media, Natural User Interface, Augmented Reality, and electronic publishing. This dizzying array of tools offered opportunities for museums all over the world to become more vibrant and accessible. Museums around the world have been constant changed and improved its presentation, which provides a valuable experience for us. The new Shanghai Natural History Museum has also applied information technology on exhibition, education, research and collection. But the change does not mean a complete subversion. Because the museum audience are di- verse, such as born in a different era, have different learning habits, museums need to control the change magnitude of display technology to meet the requirements of different audience. 展开更多

[目的/意义]通过对新技术论文的Altmetrics指标进行分析,探索新技术论文的传播特征和规律。[方法/过程]以"基因编辑技术"相关论文为实证分析对象,通过Altmetrics,来考察其用作测度新技术传播指标的有效性。通过在PLOS网站检索"genome edit~*",下载406篇相关论文的ALMs,对论文的引用频次(Scopus)与在线浏览、下载、分享与传播数据进行正态性检验、相关性分析及曲线拟合,分析PLOS系列期刊论文的社会影响力和学术影响力。[结果/结论]实验表明:指标间相关性差异较大,高度相关的两变量组合是PLOS Total与Mendeley(r=0.829,p=0.01),Twitter与PLOS Total、Figshare、Scopus、Mendeley微弱相关,Figshare与PLOS Total、Mendeley微弱相关。期刊官网对论文的传播优势明显,但论文的使用与引用与Twitter的相关度都很低,显示出Altmetrics指标在揭示新技术传播方面存在一定的缺陷。Mendeley与PLOS Total最佳的拟合曲线为立方函数。[局限]研究的数据源为PLOS系列期刊,因此,数据的全面性方面存在一定的欠缺,结论能否推广至其他学科,有待进一步研究补充。 展开更多
