A Microcomputer Fitted Method for Determination of the True ODF of Hexagonal Materials according to the Maximum-Entropy Estimate

A method which is especially suitable for microcomputer calculation of the true orientation distribution function (ODF) according to the maximum-entropy estimate is proposed for hexagonal system polycrystalline materials with physical symmetry.The resultant computational software system has been also designed and first carried out in a microcomputer PANAFACOM-U1200 being on line with the X-ray diffractometer D/max-3A.The simu- lated calculation shows that the method is concisely pragmatic and easily popularized,while the results obtained are trust worthy.

Use of single chip microcomputer in hydraulic digital adaptive control system

Presents a one grade adaptive controller with one reference model which is built according to δ MRACS adaptive control theory and used to control an actual high order hydraulic system, and the whole hardware system used, which includes a AT89C51 single chip microcomputer, 74Ls373 flip latch, 6116 store, eight bit ADC0809, and so on, and the satisfactory results obtained in study on hydraulic control system.

A MICROCOMPUTER PROGRAM PACKAGE FOR PHARMACOKINETICS AND BIOPHARMACEUTICS

In this paper, a microcomputer program package for pharmacokinetics and biopharmaceutics (PKBP) was presented. This package is applicable to various calculations for pharmacokinetics and biopharmaceutics. Some mathematical models and computing methods were developed. It has been used over 200 users.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MICROCOMPUTER PROGRAM FOR THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL NON-LINEAR FEM

This paper presents a microcomputer program system for the three-dimensional non-linear finite element method (FEM), which is developed for applications in mining engineering, such as excavation, filling, caving, damming, etc. Our attention is focused on some of the key aspects of the programing techniques for an applicable microcomputer program, such as the structure of the program, data processing in the core, communication between the core and mass storage, input and output systems, etc. In the last part of this paper, two test examples are presented verifying the computational accuracy of this programing system and illustrating its applicability in practical engineering.

STATISTICAL TESTS FOR THE COMPARISON OF THE INCIDENCE OR MORTALITY RATES IN CANCER REGISTRY AND DESCRIPTIVE EPIDEMIOLOGY──A MICROCOMPUTER PROGRAM IN BASIC

This paper describes the statistical methods of the comparison of the incidence or mortality rates in cancer registry and descriptive epidemiology, and the features of microcomputer program (CANTEST) which was designed to perform the methods. The program was written in IBM BASIC language. Using the program CANTEST we presented here the user can do several statistical tests or estimations as follow: 1. the comparison of the adjusted rates which were calculated by directly or indirectly standardized methods, 2. the calculation of the slope of regression line for testing the linear trends of the adjusted rates, 3. the estimation of the 95% or 99%conndence intervals of the directly adjusted rates, of the cumulative rates (0-64 and 0-74), and of the cumulative risk. Several examples are presented for testing the performances of the program.

Microcomputer Simulation of Elution Behaviour for Dicarboxylic Acids in Ion－Exclusion Chromatography

he present paper covers a model involving Donnan memhrane equilibrium andadsorption eluilibrium to describe the retention process for diprotic organic acids inion-exclusion chromatography. On this basis the microcomputer simulation of elu-tion behaviour for dicarboxylic acids was investigated. Influences of eluent acidityand sample concentration on the retention value were studied. The theoreticallypredicted results are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data.

MICROCOMPUTERIZED MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF ELECTRON EMISSION PROPERTIES OF THERMIONIC CATHODES

A microcomputerized measurement system is developed.This system automatically acquiresan I-V characteristic curve in 5 seconds with the accuracy of 0.05％ FSR(full scale range).The Schottkyextrapolation field-free emission,the inflection-point emission,the flection-point emission,the average effec-tive work function.the Richardson work function,the work function distribution at the operation tempera-ture and other important information that reflects properties of cathodes are obtained by this system.The re-sults of analysing four types of cathodes demonstrate that this system is very suitable for measuring the activi-ty changes of the cathode in the processes of activation,ageing,poisoning and life test.It is proved that thissystem can also be used to monitor the actlvity of the cathode in the assembled tube by measuring a gridcontrolled travelling-wave tube.

In cancer survival analysis, it is very frequently to estimate the confidence intervals for survival probabilities.But this calculation is not commonly involve in most popular computer packages, or only one methods of estimation in the packages. In the present Paper, we will describe a microcomputer Program for estimating the confidence intervals of survival probabilities, when the survival functions are estimated using Kaplan-Meier product-limit or life-table method. There are five methods of estimation in the program (SPCI), which are the classical(based on Greenwood's formula of variance of S(ti), Rothman-Wilson, arcsin transformation, log(-Iog) transformation, Iogit transformation methods. Two example analysis are given for testing the performances of the program running.

Design of an Automated Sorting System for Apples Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

The grading judgment for apples is related to a variety of factors including,size,shape,color,texture,and scars.Traditional manual sorting methods are time consuming and labor intensive.In addition,the accuracy of the method is easily subjective,not repeatable,error-prone,and affected by the sorting environment.This paper presents a complete and automated grading system for apples.The system uses a single-chip microcomputer as the controller of the system,and a PC as the graphics processing unit.It also includes a conveyor,drive motor,frequency converter for motor control,photoelectric sensors,air compressor,and air jets for ejecting the graded apples.The classification algorithm is implemented by using a convolutional neural network(CNN).In order to eliminate contact damage of apples,the system specifically uses air jets as actuators to eject the graded apples into the corresponding bins.At the same time,in order to ensure that an apple triggers the correct ejecting actuator,this paper designs a jet controller with proper logic.

Ovulation detection mechanism—a microcomputer based approach

This paper presents a real-time microcomputer-based logger for measuring basal body temperature (BBT). BBT is the normal resting body temperature of a healthy person immediately upon waking in the morning. The temperature for women normally rises after ovulation due to hormonal changes. The temperature is logged real-time into the computer over a period and the BBT chart produced is used to predict ovulation. There is high correlation between the approach developed by this study and other standard measuring equipments—correlation of 0.9945with standard thermistor, and correlation of 0.9977 with standard thermocouple. This development enables privacy of use, allowing women to predict their ovulation status at a personal level.

基于AT89S52单片机的稻作区智能灌溉控制系统设计

【目的】克服稻作区田间难以铺设电路等难题,实现田间灌溉无人化,提高安徽省稻作区灌溉智能化和精准化水平,探索利用新一代电子信息技术实现智能灌溉的可行性。【方法】本文设计了一种基于AT89S52单片机的稻作区智能灌溉控制系统,包括一体化提拉式水闸、灌溉硬件子系统和灌溉软件子系统。闸门采用一体化设计,集成了以AT89S52单片机为控制器的中央处理单元模块、传感器感知模块和太阳能供电模块;以Keil C语言开发了闸门终端控制软件,以C++语言开发了系统上位机控制软件。【结果】应用试验表明,本系统运行安全稳定,电机自动控制响应时间<1 s,闸门开度控制误差<1.5 mm,闸前、后水位控制误差<8 mm,数据传输丢包率最大为0.11%,自由出流状态下闸门流量计算误差<1%,淹没出流状态下闸门流量计算误差<1.2%。【结论】本系统运行安全稳定,在室外环境条件下响应速度快,可满足稻作区田间灌溉复杂环境下用水智能化和精准化的要求。
