本研究主要聚焦于a-Fe_(2)O_(3)/Ag/MnO_(2)复合催化体系的制备及其光催化性能的深入探究。通过湿化学法制备出a-Fe_(2)O_(3),利用浸渍法将Ag和MnO_(2)成功地引入到a-Fe_(2)O_(3)表面,构建出a-Fe_(2)O_(3)/Ag/MnO_(2)复合催化体系。对... 本研究主要聚焦于a-Fe_(2)O_(3)/Ag/MnO_(2)复合催化体系的制备及其光催化性能的深入探究。通过湿化学法制备出a-Fe_(2)O_(3),利用浸渍法将Ag和MnO_(2)成功地引入到a-Fe_(2)O_(3)表面,构建出a-Fe_(2)O_(3)/Ag/MnO_(2)复合催化体系。对其表面形貌、结构和性质等各方面的详细分析,确认所制备的复合催化体系具有良好的结构和稳定性。在模拟阳光照射下,于a-Fe_(2)O_(3)/Ag/MnO_(2)复合催化体系展现出了卓越的光催化性能,可以有效地降解有机污染物,如甲基橙等。与单一的a-Fe_(2)O_(3),Ag或MnO_(2)相比,复合催化体系的光催化性能更为出色得益于Ag和MnO_(2)的引入,提高了a-Fe_(2)O_(3)的光生电子-空穴对的分离效率和光吸收能力,使得a-Fe_(2)O_(3)/Ag/MnO_(2)复合催化体系在红外光区域具有更强的吸收能力。以上研究成果可为无机-无机复合光催化体系的制备和性能优化提供有益的参考及应用。 展开更多

With a series of 1.0 wt%Bi_(2)O_(3)-x wt%CuO(x=0.0,0.2,0.4,0.6,and 0.8)serving as sintering additives,Ni_(0.23)Cu_(0.32)Zn_(0.45)Ee_(2)O_(4)ferrites are successfully synthesized at a low temperature(900℃)by using the solid state reaction method.The effects of the additives on the phase formation,magnetic and dielectric properties as well as the structural and gyromagnetic properties are investigated.The x-ray diffraction(XRD)results indicate that the added Bi_(2)O_(3)-CuO can lower the synthesis temperature significantly without the appearing of the second phase.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)images confirm that Bi_(2)O_(3)is an important factor that determines the sintering behaviors,while CuO affects the grain size and densification.With CuO content x=0.4 or 0.6,the sample shows high saturation magnetization,low coercivity,high real part of magnetic permeability,dielectric permittivity,and small ferromagnetic resonance linewidth(ΔH).The NiCuZn ferrites are a promising new generation of high-performance microwave devices,such as phase shifters and isolators. 展开更多

针对真空玻璃封接的性能要求,本文采用高温熔融法制备了一种针对真空玻璃封接的铋系非晶无铅玻璃粉,通过高温X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、差式扫描量热仪、热膨胀测试和扫描电子显微镜等测试方法,研究了m(ZnO)/m(B_(2)O_(3))... 针对真空玻璃封接的性能要求,本文采用高温熔融法制备了一种针对真空玻璃封接的铋系非晶无铅玻璃粉,通过高温X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、差式扫描量热仪、热膨胀测试和扫描电子显微镜等测试方法,研究了m(ZnO)/m(B_(2)O_(3))质量比对Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-ZnO玻璃的网络结构、特征温度、热膨胀系数和封接温度的影响。结果表明,增加m(ZnO)/m(B_(2)O_(3))质量比可促进锌氧多面体由[ZnO_(4)]向[ZnO_(6)]转变,导致热膨胀系数降低,特征温度升高。当m(Bi_(2)O_(3))∶m(B_(2)O_(3))∶m(ZnO)质量比为80∶7∶13,玻璃具有较低的玻璃化转变温度T_(g)(371℃)和膨胀软化温度T_(f)(401℃),热膨胀系数为9.3×10^(-6)℃^(-1),封接温度为450℃,可满足真空玻璃封接对低熔点封接玻璃粉的要求。 展开更多

高铝硅酸盐玻璃是一种具有优异光学和力学性能的玻璃材料。本研究采用高温熔融法在高铝硅酸盐玻璃中掺杂摩尔分数为0%~0.5%的Y_(2)O_(3),采用拉曼光谱、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、电子万能试验机和显微硬度计等表征手段,探讨了Y_(2)O_... 高铝硅酸盐玻璃是一种具有优异光学和力学性能的玻璃材料。本研究采用高温熔融法在高铝硅酸盐玻璃中掺杂摩尔分数为0%~0.5%的Y_(2)O_(3),采用拉曼光谱、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、电子万能试验机和显微硬度计等表征手段,探讨了Y_(2)O_(3)掺杂量对高铝硅酸盐玻璃结构、弯曲强度和维氏硬度的影响规律。研究表明,当Y_(2)O_(3)掺杂的摩尔分数小于0.2%时,在高铝硅酸盐玻璃中会作为网络修饰体存在,促进部分铝氧八面体转变为铝氧四面体,补强了网络结构,提高了玻璃的抗弯强度和维氏硬度。当Y_(2)O_(3)掺杂的摩尔分数大于0.2%小于0.5%时,会引起高铝硅酸盐玻璃的结构畸变,破坏网络结构,增加非桥氧的含量,降低玻璃的抗弯强度和维氏硬度。适量的Y_(2)O_(3)可以补强高铝硅酸盐的网络结构,提高力学性能。 展开更多

本文以典型SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-CaO-Na_(2)O-TiO_(2)硼硅酸盐玻璃为基础玻璃,采用热处理析晶法制备含铈钙钛矿玻璃陶瓷固化体。通过DSC、XRD、FTIR、SEM-EDS、ICP等测试方法研究了不同Fe_(2)O_(3)含量对该固化体物相结构及化学稳定性的... 本文以典型SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-CaO-Na_(2)O-TiO_(2)硼硅酸盐玻璃为基础玻璃,采用热处理析晶法制备含铈钙钛矿玻璃陶瓷固化体。通过DSC、XRD、FTIR、SEM-EDS、ICP等测试方法研究了不同Fe_(2)O_(3)含量对该固化体物相结构及化学稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着Fe_(2)O_(3)的掺入,CeO_(2)晶体衍射峰强度逐渐减弱,钙钛矿(CaTiO_(3))晶粒分布的均匀程度呈先升高后降低的趋势,所有元素的归一化浸出率呈先降低后升高的趋势。当Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为6%(质量分数)时,CeO_(2)晶体消失,晶粒的分布最为均匀,所有元素的归一化浸出率最低。28 d后,所有样品中元素的归一化浸出率(g·m^(-2)·d^(-1))均低于10^(-3)数量级,这表明所制备的玻璃陶瓷固化体具有优异的化学稳定性。本研究为采用钙钛矿玻璃陶瓷固化体处理高放核废液提供了理论支撑和实验指导。 展开更多

低介电常数、低介电损耗的微晶玻璃是制造低温共烧陶瓷基板的重要材料。本文采用熔融水淬法制备了CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(CBS)微晶玻璃,重点研究了m(CaO)/m(SiO_(2))质量比、B_(2)O_(3)含量对CBS微晶玻璃介电性能的影响。结果表明:CBS... 低介电常数、低介电损耗的微晶玻璃是制造低温共烧陶瓷基板的重要材料。本文采用熔融水淬法制备了CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(CBS)微晶玻璃,重点研究了m(CaO)/m(SiO_(2))质量比、B_(2)O_(3)含量对CBS微晶玻璃介电性能的影响。结果表明:CBS微晶玻璃的主要晶相有Ca_(3)Si_(3)O_(9)、Ca_(2)B_(2)O_(5)、CaB_(2)O_(4)、SiO_(2)和Ca_(2)SiO_(4)。随着m(CaO)/m(SiO_(2))质量比的增加,介电常数增加,介电损耗先降低后增加;硅灰石相的增多使介电损耗从2.87×10^(-3)降到1.36×10^(-3),介电损耗随着SiO_(2)、Ca_(2)B_(2)O_(5)和CaB_(2)O_(4)含量的增加而增大。随着B_(2)O_(3)含量的增加,介电常数先增加后减少,而介电损耗则相反。当m(CaO)/m(SiO_(2))质量比为0.89、B_(2)O_(3)含量为15%(质量分数)时,在900℃烧结3 h,CBS微晶玻璃的热膨胀系数为7.16×10^(-6)℃^(-1),介电常数为5.85,介电损耗为1.37×10^(-3)(10 GHz)。 展开更多

随着光伏发射极和背面钝化电池双面双玻组件产业的兴起,光伏玻璃背板用光伏油墨的需求量逐年递增。光伏油墨制备成涂层后,其致密程度将直接影响自身的反射率,进而对光伏电池的光电转化效率产生影响。本文通过改变n(Bi_(2)O_(3))/n(SiO_(... 随着光伏发射极和背面钝化电池双面双玻组件产业的兴起,光伏玻璃背板用光伏油墨的需求量逐年递增。光伏油墨制备成涂层后,其致密程度将直接影响自身的反射率,进而对光伏电池的光电转化效率产生影响。本文通过改变n(Bi_(2)O_(3))/n(SiO_(2)),探究玻璃熔剂析晶和其对Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系玻璃熔剂所制备光伏油墨的影响。采用DSC和Raman对玻璃熔剂的特征行为进行了表征,采用XRD、SEM、色度仪对不同光伏油墨涂层的微观结构和反射率进行了研究,并提出了光伏油墨涂层的光反射增强机制。研究表明,n(Bi_(2)O_(3))/n(SiO_(2))的升高会使[BiO_(3)]和[BiO_(6)]基团含量增多,破坏[SiO_(4)]玻璃网络的能力增强,玻璃熔剂的转变温度和析晶峰温度逐渐降低,玻璃熔剂的析晶能力逐渐增大。在短时间内烤制后的玻璃熔剂涂层中会逐渐析出大量的片状Bi_(2)SiO_(5)晶粒,将其制备成光伏油墨涂层后,涂层的反射率会随着n(Bi_(2)O_(3))/n(SiO_(2))的升高而逐渐升高。当n(Bi_(2)O_(3))/n(SiO_(2))为30∶60时,光伏油墨涂层的反射率在近红外波长范围内可提升到82.66%。这主要是因为油墨涂层中的孔隙和空洞作为异相界面,可促使Bi_(2)SiO_(5)晶粒析出并填充在光伏油墨涂层的孔隙和空洞中,使油墨涂层的致密度提高,从而增强光伏油墨涂层对光线的反射能力。 展开更多

铂薄膜是薄膜铂电阻温度传感器的重要组成部分,因其机械强度不高,目前主要采取表面制成一层包封玻璃保护铂薄膜。BaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(BAS)系微晶玻璃具有化学稳定性好、机械强度高、高温性质较稳定等优点,有望将其引入薄膜铂电阻... 铂薄膜是薄膜铂电阻温度传感器的重要组成部分,因其机械强度不高,目前主要采取表面制成一层包封玻璃保护铂薄膜。BaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(BAS)系微晶玻璃具有化学稳定性好、机械强度高、高温性质较稳定等优点,有望将其引入薄膜铂电阻封装领域。本工作分别采用Li_(2)O、ZrO_(2)、TiO_(2)和Y_(2)O_(3)作为BAS系微晶玻璃的成核剂,研究成核剂种类和含量对微晶玻璃析晶的影响。结果表明:对玻璃析晶行为起到促进作用的强弱排序为:Li_(2)O>TiO_(2)>Y_(2)O_(3)>ZrO_(2)。Li_(2)O可显著促进BAS系玻璃析晶,随着Li_(2)O含量的增加,首先析出正交硅钡石相,接着出现六方钡长石相,最后析出单斜硅钡石相;且当Li_(2)O的摩尔分数为1.5%~2.5%时,BAS系玻璃膨胀系数为(7.75~8.13)×10^(-6)/℃,能与铂电阻基底氧化铝陶瓷膨胀系数(7.6×10^(-6)/℃)相匹配。最后,揭示了BAS系微晶玻璃的析晶机理:玻璃中Li_(2)O起到“积聚”作用,夺取玻璃网络结构中的O^(2-),破坏玻璃结构,降低结构的致密程度,从而降低玻璃化转变温度以及玻璃黏度,加快SiO_(2)的迁移,促进玻璃析晶。 展开更多

The luminescent properties of glasses synthesized in air atmosphere by conventional high temperature process were studied. The emissions spectra of Eu2+ and Eu3+ were observed in BaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3 glasses. The results show that the broad emission peaks at 430 nm correspond to 5d→4f emission transition of Eu2+, the sharp emission peaks at 592, 616, 650 and 750 nm correspond to 5D0→7Fj(j=1-4) emission transition of Eu3+, respectively, which indicates that the BaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3 glass can convert ultraviolet and green components of sunlight into blue and red light so as to increase the intensity of blue and red light, respectively. The luminescent intensity of Eu2+ increases with increasing the molar ratio of Tb3+ in BaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3-Tb4O7 glasses, whereas the luminescent intensity of Eu3+ decreases. So the luminescent intensity of Eu(III, II) is influenced by Tb3+. These phenomena can be explained by electron transfer mechanism: Eu3+(4f6)+Tb3+(4f8)→Eu2+(4f7)+Tb4+(4f7). Taking advantage of the luminescent properties of BaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3 glasses, light-conversion glass for agriculture can be produced. 展开更多

Efficiently and thoroughly degrading organic dyes in wastewater is of great importance and challenge.Herein,vertically oriented mesoporous a-Fe_(2)O_(3)nanorods array(a-Fe_(2)O_(3)-NA)is directly grown on fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO)glass and employed as the photoanode for photoelectrocatalytic degradation of methylene blue simulated dye wastewater.The Ovsites on the a-Fe_(2)O_(3)-NA surface are the active sites for methylene blue(MB)adsorption.Electrons transfer from the adsorbed MB to Fe-O is detected.Compared with electrocatalytic and photocatalytic degradation processes,the photoelectrocatalytic(PEC)process exhibited the best degrading performance and the largest kinetic constant.Hydroxyl,superoxide free radicals,and photo-generated holes play a jointly leading role in the PEC degradation.A possible degrading pathway is suggested by liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopy analysis.This work demonstrates that photoelectrocatalysis by a-Fe_(2)O_(3)-NA has a remarkable superiority over photocatalysis and electrocatalysis in MB degradation.The in-depth investigation of photoelectrocatalytic degradation mechanism in this study is meaningful for organic wastewater treatment. 展开更多

The effect of Cr2O3 on the nucleation and crystallization of Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-F- glass has been investigated by means of ESR(Electron Spin Resonance), SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope), EDS(Energy Dispersive Specrometer) and so on. Computer pattern recognition is applied to optimize the heat-treatment schedules. The experimental results show that the base glass containing more than 1 .5 % (mass fraction) Cr2O3 can be nucleated internally and converted to spheroidal crystal glass materials. The spheroidal crystal consisted of fibrous wollastonite crystals radiating from a center. The residual glass phase filled in the interstices between the fibers and between the spherulites. During heat treatment process, the valence states ofchromium changed from Cr6- to Cr3-, and the Cr-spinel solidsolution [CaCr2O4] precipitated followed this valence change. At the primary stage of crystallization, the Cr-spinel could act as a nucleating center on which the principal or}stalline phase β-CaSiO3 grew epitaxially. 展开更多

It is interesting to explore a novel oxyfluoride glass with good glass stability to be applied in optical communication and optical windows at infrared(IR)wavelength.We demonstrated a new glass of Ga_(2)O_(3)-doped ZrF_(4)-BaF_(2)-LaF_(3)-AlF_(3)-NaF(ZBLAN)glass using a melt-quenched technique.The effect of Ga_(2)O_(3)-doping on glass properties and structure was characterized by differential thermal analysis(DTA),IR spectra,Raman spectra,and X-ray diffraction(XRD).It is found that the glass thermal stability(ΔT)increases by 14% when the addition of Ga_(2)O_(3) reaches 1mol%.With the increase of Ga_(2)O_(3) content,the density and refractive index of the glasses increase.Ga_(2)O_(3)-doping does not affect the IR cut-off edge and maintains the transmittance near 90% in the range of 2.5-5μm,which is almost equal to the undoped sample.Ga_(2)O_(3)-doping hardly changes the initial coordinated structure of Zr^(4+)according to the results of IR spectra and Raman spectra.Ga^(3+)holds in the interstice site of the network coordinated with F^(-)and the part of O_(2)-introduced by Ga_(2)O_(3) is coordinated with Al^(3+)forming Al-O bond.This study offers a new glass composition that may be potentially used in fabricating mid-IR optical fiber and large-size glasses for IR windows. 展开更多

The effect of substitution La_(2)O_(3)and YF_(3)as network modifiers respectively for Y_(2)O_(3),and ZnO as intermediate oxide for Al_(2)O_(3)on crystallization and viscous behavior of Y_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)glass was studied.La_(2)O_(3)and YF_(3)substitution for Y_(2)O_(3)decreases the melting temperature of studied glass from 1402 to 1346 and 1379℃,and the activation energy of viscous flow decreases from 340 to 250 and 265 kJ/mol.Meanwhile,ZnO substitution for Al_(2)O_(3)decreases the melting temperature to 1379℃while increases the activation energy of viscous flow to 542 kJ/mol,due to their different role in glass structure.Substitution ZnO for Al_(2)O_(3)refines and homogenizes the crystals size and lowers crystallinity because the nucleation and crystal growth are depressed by higher activation energy of crystallization and change of crystallization mechanism from bulk crystallization to surface crystallization.Replacement of Y_(2)O_(3)by La_(2)O_(3)and YF_(3)respectively also decreases the crystallinity of Y_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)glass ceramic due to competitive and hindering effect on the rearranged atoms,structural units and groups required by precipitated two crystals.Besides,y-Y2Si2O7,precipitation of Y4.67(SiO4)3O,ZnAl_(2)O_(4),and Y3Si3O10F were observed respectively due to incorporation of La_(2)O_(3),ZnO,and YF_(3). 展开更多
