How to Foster Students' Ability of Studying Independently——English Study for Example

Among students' abilities,the important one is the ability of studying independently.It is the teachers' indispensable task to foster students' ability of studying independently.This essay deals with the problem that how a teacher can foster the ability of student self-study,especially English study,from these perspectives:the nature,the characteristics,the conditions and the structure of the ability of independent study.The appropriate methods that the teacher should take in the process of fostering the ability are discussed in the last part of this essay.

STUDIES ON THE SYNTHESIS AND DNA-BINDING ABILITY OF ZINC FINGER MOTIF

Transcription factor SPI is a protcin present in mammalian cells that binds to GC box promoter clements of Gene and selectively activates mRNA synthesis. The gene contains functional recognition sites. It contains three continuous zinc finger motifs, which are believed being mctalloprotein structures that interact with DNA. We synthesized the second zine finger fragment of SP1 (SP1-ZF2) and its mutant (SP1-ZF2 / HT. E20→H. R23→T), we also synthesized the Cys-Cys loop (ZF6) and the His-His loop (ZF5) of SPI and linked the twoloops together using a β-turn structure to obtain a finger mimic analogue (ZF-15) by stepwise solid-phase technique. Atomic absorption studies show that SP 1-ZF2 and SP1-ZF2 / HT bind zinc cquimolarly, but ZF-15 docs not bind Zn anyway. The CD experiments demonstrate a significant change in secondary structure in the prescnce or absence of Zn to SP1-ZF2 and SP1-ZF2/ HT, but there is no change about ZF-15. Gcl-retardation clectrophoresis assays indicate that SP1-ZF2 binds to DNA sequence specifically in the presence of Zn, but SP1-ZF2 / HT docs not bind as SP 1-ZF2 did. We observed that a single zine finger like SP1-ZF2 is able to bind DNA sequence specifically.

Validation of the Ability of Full Configuration Interaction Quantum Monte Carlo for Studying the 2D Hubbard Model

To validate the ability of full configuration interaction quantum Monte Carlo （FCIQMC） for studying the 2D Hubbard model near half-filling regime, the ground state energies of a 4×44×4 square lattice system with various interaction strengths are calculated. It is found that the calculated results are in good agreement with those obtained by exact diagonalization （i.e., the exact values for a given basis set） when the population of psi particles （psips） is higher than the critical population required to correctly sample the ground state wave function. In addition, the variations of the average computational time per 20 Monte Carlo cycles with the coupling strength and the number of processors are also analyzed. The calculated results show that the computational efficiency of an FCIQMC calculation is mainly affected by the total population of psips and the communication between processors. These results can provide useful references for understanding the FCIQMC algorithm, studying the ground state properties of the 2D Hubbard model for the larger system size by the FCIQMC method and using a computational budget as effectively as possible.

Chiral asymmetry of anti-symmetric coordinates studied by the Raman differential bond polarizability of S-phenylethylamine

The Raman optical activity （ROA） study on S-phenylethylamine is presented by the intensity analyses via bond polarizability and differential bond polarizability. Ample information concerning the physical picture of this chiral system is obtained, and its ROA mechanism is constructed. Especially, we propose that the asymmetric modes and/or the off-diagonal elements of the electronic polarizability tensor are the potential keys to the exploration of ROA.

Research on the Abilities of Community Education Study Tour Instructors

Community education study tour instructors are important action elements of community education tours.It is necessary to sort out the abilities of community education study tour instructors as well as construct a scientific and reasonable professional ability index system for community education study tour instructors,so as to promote the high-quality development of community education as well as the modernization of lifelong education governance system and governance ability.Based on the practice of community education in Jiangsu and the basic theory of pedagogy,this paper puts forward five core vocational abilities of community education,including travel education and teaching ability,curriculum development ability,management and research ability,training and guidance ability,as well as study tour guarantee ability.This paper attempts to sort out the ability of community education study tour instructors through research and analysis.A three-dimensional and multi-dimensional framework of community education instructors’ability has been constructed to provide a path for the professional development of community education study tour instructors.

Application of narrative nursing in the families of children with biliary atresia:A retrospective study

BACKGROUND Narrative nursing is an important clinical nursing intervention model.It is the practice of patient storytelling to share the essence of nursing.The current clinical intervention for biliary atresia(BA)mainly focuses on disease treatment and does not pay enough attention to the psychological state of family members.AIM To explore the application value of narrative nursing in the families of children with BA.METHODS Sixty-four family members of children with BA in our hospital from December 2017 to October 2020 were retrospectively included and were divided into a study group(n=32)and a control group(n=32).The control group was provided with routine nursing,while the study group was given narrative nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of mood state(depression and anxiety),family members’nursing ability,perceived stress,and nursing job satisfaction of the children’s families were calculated before and after the intervention.RESULTS Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores between groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(both P=0.000).Before intervention,the study group adjusted life to meet care needs,evaluated family members and social resources,dealt with personal emotions,responded to needs,and provided assistance,and the adaptive care role scores were not significantly different from those in the control group(P=0.802,0.819,0.694,0.796,and 0.686,respectively).After intervention,all scores were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.0001).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the child post-traumatic stress disorder symptom score(CPSS)score between groups(P=0.615).After intervention,the CPSS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention in both groups and lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.0001).Nursing job satisfaction of the family members of the study group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P=0.039).CONCLUSION Narrative nursing with family members of children with BA can effectively alleviate negative emotions,reduce perceptual pressure,and improve nursing ability.Additionally,family members are more satisfied with nursing work.

运用E-Study提升本科生研学能力的教学实践——以无脊椎动物学课程教学为例

针对目前大学课程教学中普遍存在所用教材与课本知识经典成熟但相对滞后、主题深入性不强等问题,本文以无脊椎动物学课程教学为例,在课程教学中引入E-Study平台拓展研读、提升本科生研学能力的教学实践方法,介绍了平台的利用与拓展研读主题的建立。让学生掌握系统的动物学课程知识及动物学领域的研究最新成果,拓宽学生的专业知识视野,帮助学生发现学习兴趣点,引发学生的学习主动性、积极性与创造性,提高本科生的信息素养与研学能力。

基于CIPP模型的全科基层实践基地指导医师门诊教学能力提升项目评价研究

背景基层实践基地指导医师的门诊教学能力是关系到全科住院医师规范化培训质量的重要因素。近年来,国内多个地区开展了社区全科师资培训项目,但缺少采用综合方法评价项目实施情况的相关研究。目的探明浙江大学医学院附属第二医院“分层督导式教学门诊”培训项目的实施现状与阻碍因素,为制定问题导向的应对策略提供理论参考和策略支持。方法2021年10月—2022年1月,基于CIPP模型,使用内容分析法、专家会议法、深度访谈法、专家评分法、问卷调查法等多种研究方法,从背景、输入、过程和成果4个方面对浙江大学医学院附属第二医院全科医学科“分层督导式教学门诊”培训项目的实施情况进行系统评估。结果政策文件分析和文献回顾结果表明,社区师资培训是受到国家卫生政策大力支持的医疗人才培养计划,且目前在国内已有广泛的实践基础。浙江大学医学院附属第二医院全科医学科“分层督导式教学门诊”培训制度基本涵盖了社区全科师资培训的内容和过程规范,基层实践基地制定的考核和激励制度缺乏实施细则,2021年5月—2022年1月,10名基层指导医师共完成了57人次社区教学门诊,每人参加4~7轮次,人均门诊教学能力评价得分从第1轮次的(78.6±5.7)分提升至第7轮次的(87.8±4.5)分。基层指导医师和全科住院医师对“教学场地与设备”“培训形式”“培训内容”及“培训效果”的满意度均超过90%,但基层指导医师对“教学激励制度”的满意度仅为20%。参与项目培训的受访者反映目前存在的主要阻碍因素是“教学相关激励制度不健全”“教学门诊患者招募困难”与“培训内容适用性不足”。结论“分层督导式教学门诊”培训项目初期取得了较为理想的结果,但仍有较大的提升空间,在下一阶段的培训中需要结合基层实践基地的实际情况制定相应的策略,以持续地改进培训质量。

基于COMET职业评价模型的工学结合课程职业能力内涵及评价探索

为实现“培养什么人,怎样培养人,为谁培养人”的教育价值回归,积极推进职业教育的“提质培优”建设,分析培养对象作为“学习者、社会人、职业人、岗位者、筑梦人”五类属性的职业能力要求。基于COMET职业评价模型建立基于职业能力发展逻辑顺序的工学结合学习领域课程体系,以及专业能力加关键能力的项目任务型课程与课程职业能力评价规范性操作文件并例证。构建工学结合课程职业能力培养与评价体系,为高职课程教学质量提升提供了新参考。

全科医学和初级保健横断面研究的基本设计和实施步骤

横断面研究是经典的研究设计方法之一,在临床各个专业中均有广泛的应用。在全科医学研究中大量科学问题的解答采用了横断面研究设计。这其中不仅包括了对人群健康特征,疾病特征或卫生服务现状的调查研究,还包括了面向社区人群的疾病筛查诊断方法构建等多种研究场景。在全科医学领域中,横断面研究可以做现况描述和比较分析,关联因素分析以及社区筛查诊断方法探索。开展横断面研究应包括研究设计和研究实施两个阶段,研究设计包括准确提炼研究目标,明确研究人群,研究因素及结局指标等临床要素以及确定样本获取方式,明确样本量的确定依据及合理的统计分析策略等方法学要素。研究实施,则需要通过完备的研究方案和病例报告表呈现研究设计思路,在伦理批准的前提下开展数据收集工作,同时注重数据管理工作质量并严格执行方案中的统计分析方法,求证医学问题。横断面研究的特点是相比于随访观察研究所需要的研究周期相对较短,不同基础的研究团队都能找到适合的研究方向,通过了解健康医疗现状,从探讨关联因素创建筛查方法等角度,服务社区医疗。

以认知神经科学为导向的课堂教学环境构建机理与实践分析

针对雷达系统课程内容多、难度大等问题,从认知神经科学理论出发,阐述了神经递质与深度学习之间的关系,揭示了课堂教学本质并给出了神经学解释,提出了以诱导神经递质分泌为牵引、以人脑协同认知为目标的课堂教学环境构建方案,体现了“学为中心”的教育理念。教学环境由日常舒适环境、教室舒适环境、内容舒适环境、好奇挑战环境和自主舒适环境五部分构成。课堂教学环境的构建使得课程从舒适区边缘展开突破,符合脑科学机理,培养了学员以“新旧知识关系建立”为核心的自主学习能力。

思维、教育与民族性

东西方在思维方式上的差异被很多学者探讨过。思维方式的复杂性及其在不同文化中的不同倾向,对教育产生了不可忽略的重要影响。教育史上很多大规模教育改革都直接或间接与对思维的重要性或对它新的认识有关。思维研究涉及很多学科。世界上不同文化背景下的国民思维方式几乎都存在长项和欠缺。提高思维品质、平衡不同思维方式的获取、弥补思维方式的欠缺是教育改革应该特别关注的事情。一个国家的教育既是民族性的体现,其兼顾不同文化的思维方式的教育上的努力,也可能是影响民族性的重要因素。

研究生“结构动力学”课程建设及实践研究

研究生专业课程建设应本着“夯实基础、融合前沿、强化实践、激励创新”的原则持续开展。结合“结构动力学”的课程特点,探讨了“研融于教、以学促研”理念下的研究生专业课程改革思路与实施路径。具体举措包括构建文献素材库、拓展教学内容的深度和广度、设计并实施建模及编程专项训练任务、工程案例剖析与拓展研究、自主探究的课程项目综合训练及注重过程评价的考核方式。研究成果对提升土木类研究生专业课程教学质量具有指导与借鉴意义。

妇产科临床技能线上教学模式的初探

目的探讨线上教学模式在妇产科临床技能培训中的效果,评价该授课方式的效果。方法选取2021年12月—2022年1月广州医科大学2016、2017级855名临床本科生作为研究对象。将2017级344名学生分为研究组,将2016级511名学生分为对照组。研究组实行线上教学,对学生进行线上妇产科临床技能教学;对照组实行线下教学。比较2组临床技能理论考试成绩,开展针对线上技能教学认可程度的问卷调查,以收集参与线上学习的医学生的反馈意见,分析线上教学模式在妇产科临床技能培训中的应用效果。结果试验组临床技能学理论考试成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,研究组85%(292/344)的学生对线上技能教学感兴趣,75%(258/344)的学生有很大收获,5%(17/344)的学生对线上教学无兴趣,收获不大。结论线上教学模式有利于提高学生的临床技能理论考试成绩,在妇产科临床技能教学中存在一定的局限性,但是切实可行且有一定效果。

影响物流业与制造业深度融合创新发展实施绩效的理论框架——来自中国的多案例研究

近年来,物流业与制造业两业深度融合对物流企业与制造企业实施绩效产生了重要的现实影响。目前我国缺少聚焦两业深度融合创新发展实施绩效影响因素的系统研究。文章采用多案例研究方法,以国内的六家案例企业为研究对象,对两业深度融合创新发展实施绩效影响因素进行探究,基于单案例分析与多案例对比分析,构建相应的理论框架,为企业深化两业融合提供实践指导。研究表明:服务能力与创新能力是影响两业深度融合创新发展实施绩效的两大主要因素;客户需求对资产投入、流程优化、技术升级以及组织协同存在重要影响,在此过程中快速响应对客户需求的影响机制存在调节作用;资产投入、流程优化、技术升级、组织协同对服务能力、创新能力具有正向影响,合作主体异质性会对上述因素的影响产生调节作用;服务能力与创新能力是资产投入、流程优化、技术升级以及组织协同影响两业融合创新发展实施绩效的中介变量。创新性地结合两业深度融合创新发展的特点,构建影响两业深度融合创新发展实施绩效的理论框架,填补了既有研究的不足,为两业深度融合创新发展提供了全新视角,研究结论可以助推两业深度融合实践进程。

基于项目的团队学习结合翻转课堂在护理研究教学中的应用

目的探索基于项目的团队学习结合翻转课堂的混合式教学在护理研究中的应用效果。方法采用整群随机分组方法,将2019级本科护理专业4个平行班的学生分为对照组(103名)和观察组(103名),对照组护理研究课程采用传统教学法,观察组采用基于项目的团队学习结合翻转课堂的混合式教学法。结果除期末考试客观题得分外,观察组护理研究课程期中测验、期末考试主观题、科研项目申报书评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。课程后,观察组学生自主学习能力得分显著高于课程前(P<0.05)。结论基于项目的团队学习结合翻转课堂的混合式教学有利于提高本科生护理研究课程教学效果。

互联网时代大学生课外英语能力提升途径研究

随着互联网的发展,大学生利用互联网在课余时间提升英语能力的趋势逐渐扩大。研究以全国各地215名大学生为研究对象,通过网络问卷调查和线下访谈,调查在互联网时代背景下的大学生们在课外时间通过何种网络途径提升自己的英语能力及其有效性。调查结果显示大学生们通过各种互联网途径提升英语能力是有效的,但仍面临着如自制力不足、学习效率较低等问题。针对存在的主要问题,研究进行了分析并给出可行性建议,旨在帮助大学生们更科学、合理地通过互联网途径提升英语能力。

新课标实施中高职英语教师发展路径研究——基于职业院校教学能力大赛参赛经历

当前新课标在高职英语教师发展中的实践研究缺失,但这是新课标和教师正向互动中最亟待解决的问题。本课题以新课标的颁布为背景,通过研究参加教师教学能力大赛的个体成员,发现参赛可充分激励个体教师综合运用新课标中提出的教师发展的六大途径:深入学习新的政策与文件、积极参加针对性较强的培训和课题、强化自身英语语言能力、更新和创新教学模式、充分运用信息化手段、团队合作拓展专业和职场领域。通过这六大途径,教师在比赛中取得较好成绩,自身实现从任务关注型教师向自我更新型教师的转变。
