Plant Antifreeze Proteins and Their Expression Regulatory Mechanism

Low temperature is one of the major limiting environmental factors which constitutes the growth, development, productivity and distribution of plants. Over the past several years, the proteins and genes associated with freezing resistance of plants have been widely studied. The recent progress of domestic and foreign research on plant antifreeze proteins and the identifica- tion and characterization of plant antifreeze protein genes, especially on expression regulatory mechanism of plant antifreeze proteins are reviewed in this paper. Finally, some unsolved problems and the trend of research in physiological functions and gene expression regulatory mechanism of plant antifreeze proteins are discussed.

我国体育硕士专业学位自我迷失症状表现为培养目标模糊化、准入机制单一化、课程设置理论化、教育实践形式化、导师理念传统化、监管机制缺失化。体育硕士专业学位是社会对体育职业精细化需求的产物,也将推动体育事业的发展。我国体育专业硕士学位教育已经步入发展的关键期,面对新时代研究生教育主要矛盾由有学上、有数量到上好学、有质量,为了努力使其朝着职业性、应用性、专业性、时效性、创新性的方向发展,形成良性运行健康发展的培养路径,为社会培养出名副其实的职业型、应用型和复合型的高层次体育专业人才,研究借鉴美国、英国、德国、日本硕士专业学位教育的经验,结合自身专业学科发展特点和以社会体育行业发展需求为导向,提出明确培养目标、完善准入制度、优化课程设置、推进产学研联合培养、构建双师型师资队伍、健全质量评估体系的发展路径。
