Integrated high-performance and accurate shaping technology of low-cost powder metallurgy titanium alloys: A comprehensive review

The practical engineering applications of powder metallurgy (PM) Ti alloys produced through cold compaction and pressure-less sintering are impeded by poor sintering densification, embrittlement caused by excessive O impurities, and severe sintering deforma-tion resulting from the use of heterogeneous powder mixtures. This review presents a summary of our previous work on addressing the above challenges. Initially, we proposed a novel strategy using reaction-induced liquid phases to enhance sintering densification. Near- complete density (relative density exceeding 99%) was achieved by applying the above strategy and newly developed sintering aids. By focusing on the O-induced embrittlement issue, we determined the onset dissolution temperature of oxide films in the Ti matrix. On the basis of this finding, we established a design criterion for effective O scavengers that require reaction with oxide films before their dissol-ution. Consequently, a ductile PM Ti alloy was successfully obtained by introducing 0.3wt% NdB6 as the O scavenger. Lastly, a powder- coating strategy was adopted to address the sintering deformation issue. The ultrafine size and shell-like distribution characteristics of coating particles ensured rapid dissolution and homogeneity in the Ti matrix, thereby facilitating linear shrinkage during sintering. As a result, geometrically complex Ti alloy parts with high dimensional accuracy were fabricated by using the coated powder. Our fundament-al findings and related technical achievements enabled the development of an integrated production technology for the high-performance and accurate shaping of low-cost PM Ti alloys. Additionally, the primary engineering applications and progress in the industrialization practice of our developed technology are introduced in this review. 展开更多

A method of accurately measuring the defect density of a high-power light-emitting diode (LED) is proposed. The method is based on measuring the number of emitting photons in the magnitude of 105 under the injection current as weak as nA and calculating the non-radiative recombination coefficient which is related to defect density. Defect density is obtained with the self-developed measurement system, and it is demonstrated that defect density has an important influence on LED optical properties like luminous flux and internal quantum efficiency (IQE). At the same time, a batch of GaN-based LEDs with the chip size of 1 minx 1 mm are selected to conduct the accelerated aging tests lasting for 1000 hours. The results show that defect density exhibits a greater variation and is more sensitive to LED reliability than luminous flux during aging tests. Based on these results, it is concluded that for the GaN-based LED with a chip size of 1 mm ~ I mm, if its defect density is over 1017/cm3, the LED device performance suffers a serious deterioration, and finally fails. 展开更多

甲烷作为全球第二大温室气体,具有增温潜势高、寿命短的特点,主要来源于煤炭、油气生产、农业、畜牧业和废弃物处理等领域。积极稳妥有序控制甲烷排放,兼具减缓全球温升的气候效益、能源资源化利用的经济效益、协同控制污染物的环境效... 甲烷作为全球第二大温室气体,具有增温潜势高、寿命短的特点,主要来源于煤炭、油气生产、农业、畜牧业和废弃物处理等领域。积极稳妥有序控制甲烷排放,兼具减缓全球温升的气候效益、能源资源化利用的经济效益、协同控制污染物的环境效益和减少生产事故的安全效益。甲烷也是煤矿生产排放中最主要的温室气体,目前对煤矿甲烷的排放监测及其在煤矿三维立体空间内的浓度分布研究将成为我国甲烷排放控制行动的重点,对煤矿企业更好顺应国家战略具有重要意义。选取山西某高瓦斯矿井、陕西某低瓦斯矿井进行甲烷排放监测核算,以固定监测、手工监测、无人机监测及矿后活动监测等方式研究我国高低瓦斯矿井甲烷分布,并对其甲烷排放量开展分析。结果表明:①美国Climate TRACE网站公布的山西某高瓦斯矿井、陕西某低瓦斯矿井2022年度甲烷排放量与实测法计算的结果差异较大,其中公布的某低瓦斯矿井年度甲烷排放量为实测法计算结果的10.92倍,自上而下的监测核算方法准确性不足,无法为碳交易提供可靠的数据支持。②矿后活动监测核算发现,采用IPCC缺省值计算的矿后活动甲烷排放量是实测法计算的3~5倍,且不同粒径和暴露时间下煤样反馈的矿后活动排放量差异较大。亟需一套统一精准的测试标准,为未来碳市场交易提供公平准确的数据。 展开更多

目的对甘肃地区新生儿遗传代谢病(inherited metabolic disorder,IMD)的疾病谱和致病基因变异进行分析。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2021年12月甘肃省妇幼保健院286682例新生儿IMD筛查的串联质谱数据,对串联质谱初筛及复查阳性的患儿进... 目的对甘肃地区新生儿遗传代谢病(inherited metabolic disorder,IMD)的疾病谱和致病基因变异进行分析。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2021年12月甘肃省妇幼保健院286682例新生儿IMD筛查的串联质谱数据,对串联质谱初筛及复查阳性的患儿进行基因分析。结果286682例新生儿中共发现28个致病基因导致的23种IMD,IMD总患病率为0.63‰(1/1593),其中苯丙酮尿症患病率最高(0.32‰,1/3083),其次为甲基丙二酸血症(0.11‰,1/8959)及四氢生物蝶呤缺乏症(0.06‰,1/15927)。在28个致病基因中共鉴定出166种变异,其中9个基因中存在13种新变异。根据美国医学遗传学与基因组学学会指南,5种新变异为致病变异,7种为可能致病变异,1种为临床意义未明。结论该研究丰富了IMD相关致病基因变异数据库,为该地区IMD精准筛查与诊断体系的建立提供基础性数据。 展开更多

目的探索肺结节序贯穿刺模式、双针提插活检方式的临床应用价值。方法纳入2020年3月至2023年2月收治的孤立性肺结节患者57例。采用序贯穿刺模式和双针提插方式对肺结节进行穿刺和活组织检查。记录同轴针退针率、脱靶率、靶周率、靶心率... 目的探索肺结节序贯穿刺模式、双针提插活检方式的临床应用价值。方法纳入2020年3月至2023年2月收治的孤立性肺结节患者57例。采用序贯穿刺模式和双针提插方式对肺结节进行穿刺和活组织检查。记录同轴针退针率、脱靶率、靶周率、靶心率,活检组织条长度和肺结节活检成功率,以及并发症。结果57例患者中,肺结节穿刺退针2例(3.5%)。针尖与肺结节空间位置:靶心52例(91.2%),靶周5例(8.8%),脱靶0例。切割槽内活检组织条长度:等于靶结节直径42例(73.7%),≥靶结节半径11例(19.3%),<靶结节半径4例(%),组织条缺如0例。肺结节活检成功57例(100%)。并发症:气胸12例(21.1%),肺针道出血10例(17.5%),活检区出血14例(24.6%)。结论受内应力影响,现行同步穿刺模式和活检方式不是理想的肺结节穿刺模式和活检方式。针尾挂线方法可消除内应力影响,序贯穿刺模式可增加肺结节穿刺精度,双针提插法可提高活检成功率,并发症发生率在可接受范围。 展开更多

目的探讨挂线法辅助微波针肺结节精准穿刺方法,分析术中影响穿刺结果的若干现象。方法收集107例恶性孤立性肺结节患者临床资料,其中原发性86例,转移性21例。肺结节CT轴状位长径平均(13.6±6)mm。采用挂线法辅助微波针肺结节穿刺。... 目的探讨挂线法辅助微波针肺结节精准穿刺方法,分析术中影响穿刺结果的若干现象。方法收集107例恶性孤立性肺结节患者临床资料,其中原发性86例,转移性21例。肺结节CT轴状位长径平均(13.6±6)mm。采用挂线法辅助微波针肺结节穿刺。术中无退针,且插入结节中心区域为穿刺成功。记录并分析肺结节穿刺成功率、穿刺并发症和影响穿刺结果的针体裹挟、针体滑脱、针尖推顶、肺结节坠积、结节径向形变、结节掩蔽和针尖径向调针距离等若干现象发生率。结果穿刺成功101例(94.4%),失败6例(5.6%)。气胸23例(21.5%),肺内出血19例(17.8%)。发生针体裹挟9例(8.4%),平均裹挟距离1.2±0.5 cm;针体滑脱6例(5.6%),平均针尖移动距离0.8±0.3 cm;针尖推顶19例(17.8%),平均推顶距离1.6±0.7 cm;肺结节坠积15例(14.0%),平均移动距离0.9±0.5 cm;结节径向形变14例(13.1%),平均牵拉长度增加0.5±0.3 cm;结节掩蔽5例(4.7%);针尖径向平均调针距离0.7±0.4 cm。结论挂线法辅助微波针肺结节穿刺精度较高。术中应注意并处理影响穿刺结果的现象。 展开更多

针对温室环境因素对樱桃的影响,设计一套大樱桃温室环境自动监测装置,用来采集温室内的环境参数值为樱桃裂果提供数字化预警支持及防治方案。基于采集的环境参数值,首先使用相关性分析得出与棚内裂果具有强相关性的环境参数特征;其次使... 针对温室环境因素对樱桃的影响,设计一套大樱桃温室环境自动监测装置,用来采集温室内的环境参数值为樱桃裂果提供数字化预警支持及防治方案。基于采集的环境参数值,首先使用相关性分析得出与棚内裂果具有强相关性的环境参数特征;其次使用滑动窗口方法将输入的环境特征生成时间序列矩阵形式;随后提出一种融合GA-Attention-LSTM算法的预测模型,实现精准预测棚内的环境参数的功能;最后通过SPSS数据分析软件来分析不同大棚的环境参数和裂果率。所提的融合GA-Attention-LSTM算法的预测模型的平均绝对误差为0.112,均方误差为0.087,相比于LSTM网络模型高出12.80%和9.72%,对环境参数的预测精度更高,同时得出一套科学的樱桃环境参数值范围,为预测模型对樱桃裂果数字化预警提供有力支持。 展开更多
