Firstly,a fault diagnosis observer is designed to estimate both the fault and the state simultaneously by using the event-triggered sampled output. Some H∞constraints between the estimation errors and the event-triggered sampling mechanism are established to ensure the estimation accuracy. Then, based on the constraints and the obtained fault information, an event-triggered detector and a static fault tolerant controller are co-designed to guarantee the stability of the faulty system and to reduce the sensor communication cost.Furthermore, the problem of the event detector and dynamic FTC co-design is also investigated. Simulation results of an unstable batch reactor are finally provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

The results indicated that there were significant differences between the two cultivars with respect to Cd uptake in shoots(113–248 mg/kg for Zibo No. 5 and 130–288 mg/kg Zibo No. 8), biomass tolerance indexes(64.9%–74.6% for Zibo No. 5 and 80.1%–90.9% for Zibo No. 8) in the hydroponic experiment and survival rates(0% for Zibo No. 5 and 100% for Zibo No. 8)determined by the addition of EDTA in the pot experiment, suggesting that Zibo No. 8 has higher tolerance than Zibo No. 5. Moreover, the castor cultivars have low bioconcentration factors(4.80% for Zibo No. 5 and 5.43% for Zibo No. 8) and low translocation factors(〈1%).Consequently, Zibo No. 8 can participate in Cd phytostabilization in highly Cd-polluted areas. The results indicated that glutathione(GSH) as a non-enzymatic antioxidant, and antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and guaiacol peroxidase(GPX), were cultivar- and dose-dependent. The higher tolerance of Zibo No. 8compared with Zibo No. 5 can be attributed to the higher GSH levels in the root and higher GPX activity in the leaf.展开更多

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of integral continual jejunal interposition after subtotal gastrectomy on the nutritional status, glucose levels, and gastric-intestinal motility. Methods The study investigated the effects of the integral continual jejunal interposition, the Billroth I and Billroth II operations, and the isolated jejunal interposition following subtotal distal gastrectomy on the blood glucose, insulin, routine blood parameters, liver function, and myoelectrical activity in Beagle dogs. Results The weights of the dogs decreased during the first post-operative weeks. Dogs in the integral continual jejunal interposition, Billroth I, and Billroth II groups gained significantly more weight by 8 weeks. The prognosis nutrition index of the dogs decreased in the first 2 post-operative weeks and increased significantly by 4 weeks in the integral continual jejunal interposition and Billroth I groups. The group with duodenal exclusion (Billroth II) had significantly higher glucose levels compared to the normal control group. The insulin curve was much higher in dogs that underwent the Billroth I, continual jejunal interposition, and isolated jejunal interposition than the Billroth II and normal groups. The frequencies of fasting and postprandial jejunal pacesetter potentials (PPs) were greater in the continual jejunal interposition and Billroth I groups than that in the isolated jejunal interposition and Billroth II groups. The percentage of aboral propagation of PPs was greater in the continual jejunal interposition group than the Billroth I, isolated jejunal interposition, and Billroth II groups. Conclusion Continual jejunal interposition after subtotal gastrectomy avoids jejunal transection, maintains the duodenal Dassaqe and food storaae baas, and reduces the influence of blood qlucose and insulin.展开更多
