An investigation of the influence of intestinal flora in external traditional Chinese medicine therapy

External therapy,which has been used for millennia to treat disease,has now become the newest member of complementary and alternative therapies.A growing number of clinical studies and animal experiments have shown that external therapy exerts a positive effect on the intestinal flora.In this paper,we review the research related to external therapy on various systemic diseases and focus on changes in the intestinal flora.We found that studies on external therapy are dominated by acupuncture and tuina,primarily aimed at the treatment of digestive and neurological diseases.However,the deeper mechanism of regulation of the intestinal flora by external therapy has not yet been experimentally confirmed.

Clinical Comparison and Analysis of Decoction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Ear Acupoint Application and Simple Artificial Tears in the Treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome

OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical comparison and analysis of decoction of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) combined with ear acupoint application and simple artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye syndrome. METHODS:A total of 62 patients(124 eyes) with dry eye syndrome treated in the Department of Ophthalmology of The 4th People's Hospital of Shenyang from July 2017 to March 2018 were selected and equally divided into 2 groups according to the admission order. The observation group received the combination therapy of TCM decoction and ear acupoint application, while the control group was given the simple artificial tears. The symptom score after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks as well as the indicators including break-up time(BUT), Schirmer I test(SIT) and fluorescein(FL) were recorded and compared between groups. RESULTS: The symptom scores had no difference before treatment(P > 0.05), and were better in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05). At 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks after the treatment, the amelioration level of BUT, SIT, and FL indicators in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Compared with the artificial tears treatment method, the TCM decoction combined with ear acupoint application can significantly ameliorate the tear film stability, tear secretion, and reduce ocular surface damage for dry eye patients.

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Five-element Music Combined with Acupoint Application on Perioperative Sleep Quality in Patients Undergoing Joint Replacement Surgery

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) five-element music combined with acupoint application on perioperative sleep quality in patients undergoing joint replacement surgery. METHODS: In this study, a total of 122 patients with joint replacement surgery in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital were targeted from 2015 to 2018. All patients were grouped by random number table method. Among them, 61 patients with routine nursing were included in the control group. On this basis, the other 61 patients with acupoint application and TCM five-element music therapy were included as the observation group. 2 weeks later, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality in all patients. The sleep improvement of the 2 groups was evaluated, and the patient was assessed for anxiety and depression, and the curative efficacy was evaluated. RESULTS: After 2 weeks of nursing, the PSQI of the patients improved significantly. The PSQI of the observation group was only 6.6 ± 2.4, and the control group decreased to 9.9 ± 2.7. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the 2 groups, the anxiety score of the observation group decreased to 4.8 ± 1.6, which was significantly lower than that of 6.9 ± 2.2 in the control group. The depression score of the observation group decreased to 4.6 ± 1.3, which was significantly lower than that of 6.8 ± 2.3 in the control group. In the control group, the negative emotion scores after nursing were better than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the 2 groups, the effective rate of sleep improvement in the observation group was 96.6%, and the cure rate was as high as 49.1%. The control group was 82.0%, and the cure rate was 18.0%. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of TCM five-element music with acupoint application can improve the perioperative sleep quality of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery, and it can help patients to relieve negative emotions. It is worth promoting.

Quantitative and Qualitative Investigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Protocols for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To analyze the implementation status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing protocols for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Totally 420 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were given TCM nursing protocols by syndrome differentiation.A quantitative and qualitative investigation was conducted to patients who received TCM nursing and nurses who performed TCM nursing techniques.Results:According to the self-evaluation outcomes of patients,TCM nursing protocols were effective to relieve polydipsia,polyuria,fatigue and other symptoms.Patients exhibited a high level of compliance with nursing techniques such as auricular point pressing,acupoint massage,Chinese herbal foot-bath and moxibustion.The interview showed that patients could benefit from the TCM nursing protocols,and nurses considered that application of TCM nursing protocols could enhance their awareness of TCM knowledge and practice skills.Conclusion:The application of TCM nursing protocols is effective to relieve clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes mellitus.It can also improve the knowledge level and practice skills of nurses in TCM hospitals.

International Communication of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Context of COVID-19 Pandemic by Analogy of Directional Solidification

According to the phenomenon-taking of classified analog,directional solidification can be an excellent approach for international communication of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the context of COVID‑19 pandemic.Attitudes toward TCM by Western Medicine(WM)can be represented by various morphologies of the solid/liquid interface.COVID‑19 has created an urgent need for the worldwide spread of TCM.To counter any doubts and objections against TCM,COVID‑19 pandemic provides a good opportunity,meanwhile a steady and firm pace forward should be kept.It is also necessary to resolve domestic controversies and to lower cultural shock.The philosophy of TCM can agree fairly well with dialectical materialism;the scientific connotation of pentacy in TCM can be explained through the symptoms of COVID‑19‑infected patients.A TCM understanding compatible with WM will accelerate its international acceptance,which could help to better elaborate the significance of humanity in TCM.Holistic medicine under the guidance of TCM principles is an important trend in medical development,whose framework is illustrated in a 4C+T diagram.

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Lingze Tablets Combined with TCM Herbal Acupoint Plasters

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Lingze tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine herbal acupoint plasters on chronic prostatitis.Methods:A total of 64 patients with chronic prostatitis who were admitted to the Andrology Clinic of Shuyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group took Lingze tablets orally,4 tablets/time,3 times/d;the treatment group took the same medication along with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint herbal plasters.The two groups of patients were treated continuously for 6 weeks,and the differences in the relevant indexes of the curative effect were observed.Results:The NIH-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI)scores of the two groups significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment received in the treatment group achieved and efficacy of 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that of the group,which was 81.25%(P<0.05).The maximum flow rate(MFR),average flow rate AFR,and urine output of the patients of both groups improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).However,the experimental group showed better improvements in these indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lingze tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint herbal plasters can significantly improve the symptoms and urodynamic function of patients with chronic prostatitis.

Review on the research of Chinese medicine promoting tissue regeneration

In the long history of the Chinese nation,traditional Chinese medicine has made great contributions to the protection of the health of the Chinese people.Given that many pathological processes can cause tissue damage,does Chinese medicine also promote tissue regeneration in the process of disease recovery?It has been found from recent research articles that traditional Chinese medicine can promote tissue regeneration in the treatment of diseases.The following is an illustration of the role of Chinese medicine in selected parts of the study.

Electroacupuncture at the Wangu (GB 12) acupoint suppresses expression of inflammatory factors in the hippocampus and frontal lobe of rats with post-stroke depression

Electroacupuncture was performed at the Wangu （GB 12） acupoint, whose position is similar to the cerebellar fastigial nucleus in rats with post-stroke depression. Results showed that the expression of nuclear factor-κB and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β decreased. Simultaneously, the extent of edema in the hippocampus and frontal lobe decreased, and the morphology of the nerve cells recovered to near normal. In addition, fluoxetine treatment displayed a similar effect on post-stroke depression as electroacupuncture at GB 12 acupoint. The results indicate that electroacupuncture at GB 12 acupoint can reduce the levels of cytokines in the hippocampus and frontal lobe of rats with post-stroke depression, and thus provide a neuroprotective effect on post-stroke depression.

Core acupoints of acupuncture for hyperplasia of mammary gland: a network analysis

Backgroud:Clinical studies on acupuncture treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland(HMG)have proved its effectiveness,but most studies have paid little attention to acupoints prescription and acupoint compatibility.The clinical prescription is not identical,the curative effect also has the difference.Therefore,through data mining and network analysis,this study explored the core acupoints and the compatibility law of acupoints in acupuncture treatment of HMG.Methods:To search and select qualified literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria for relevant clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of HMG in CNKI,VIP database,WanFang database and PubMed,etc.Then extract relevant information and establish a database.Using the method of statistical and complex network analysis,this paper studies the core acupoints and the law of acupoint compatibility.Results:A total of 104 Chinese literatures and 0 English literatures were included and 106 acupuncture prescriptions were extracted.The core acupoints in the treatment of HMG are Danzhong(CV 17),Wuyi(ST 15),Zusanli(ST 36),Jianjing(GB 21).Danzhong(CV 17)and Zusanli(ST 36),Danzhong(CV 17)and Wuyi(ST 15),Jianjing(GB 21)and Tianzong(SI 11),Jianjing(GB 21)and Wuyi(ST 15)have the highest correlation degree.The method of acupoint matching mainly consists of local-remote acupoints,upper-lower acupoints and front-rear acupoints.Conclusion:The results of a network analysis substantially accord with the general rules of acupuncture theories in traditional Chinese medicine,able to reflect the points-selection principles and features in acupuncture treatment of HMG and provide evidence for the acupoints selection in the treatment of HMG in acupuncture clinic.

Clinical Study of Acupoint Application of Jiezi Fangxiao Ointment Combined with Pingchuan Prescription in the Treatment of Pediatric Asthma

[Objectives]To study the clinical effect of Acupoint Application of Jiezi Fangxiao Ointment combined with Pingchuan Prescription in the treatment of pediatric asthma.[Methods]A total of 40 children with asthma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random classification method,with 20 cases in each group.Among which the control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,the observation group was treated with Acupoint Application of Jiezi Fangxiao Ointment combined with Pingchuan Prescription on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed and the changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),maximum expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS)and interleukin-17(IL-17)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scores such as asthma,cough,expectoration,chest tightness,dyspnea and wheezing sound of lungs in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FEV1,PEF and FVC in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of EOS and IL-17 decreased in both groups,and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The clinical effects of Acupoint Application of Jiezi Fangxiao Ointment combined with Pingchuan Prescription in the treatment of infantile asthma were obvious,which can significantly improve the TCM symptoms scores,pulmonary function and immune function of patients.

Clinical Study on the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion with the Method of Acupoints on the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Sleep Disorder

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion with acupoints on the treatment of chronic gastritis with sleep disorders.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic gastritis and sleep disorders in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and recruited.These patients were divided into two groups,namely the control group and experimental group by using random number table method.Each group consisted of 30 cases.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,whereas the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion with acupoints on top of the treatment prescribed for the patients in control group.The TCM syndrome score,gastrin level,and sleep quality level were compared between the two groups.Results:After four weeks of treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom score,gastrin level,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion with acupoints can improve TCM symptom scores,reduce gastrin levels,and improve sleep quality in patients with chronic gastritis and sleep disorders.

New therapy for oral ulcer:Evodia rutaecarpa patch combined with acupoint application

Background:Oral ulcer is the most common and easily recurrent disease in stomatology,which influence the patients’communication,normal dietary,and sleep.Evodia rutaecarpa(ER)is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine recorded in ancient Chinese medical books,which has a medicinal history of more than 2,000 years.Clinically,the application of ER at plantar Yongquan point(KI1)is effective in the treatment of oral ulcer.The purpose of this study was to combine the modern transdermal drug delivery system with traditional Chinese medicine to develop the transdermal absorption patch of ER and apply it to the treatment of oral ulcer at Yongquan point of plantar.Methods:Firstly,the medicinal materials of ER were extracted and the extracted materials were prepared into dispersed ER patch.The formulation and preparation process were screened by orthogonal design method and single factor investigation method.The adhesive and transdermal properties of the patch were used as the evaluation index of the preparation.Secondly,Wistar rats were used as experimental animals to establish a rat model of mouth ulcers.Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group(A),model group(B),low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group.the efficacy of ER on rat’s oral ulcer model was evaluated through three aspect such as apparent index,pathological index and biochemical index.Results:The patch had suitable adhesion and good skin penetration,which was an effective treatment for oral ulcer.In vivo pharmacodynamic studies,compared with the normal group,the body mass and food intake of rats in each group after modeling decreased,the amount of drinking water increased,the tissue structure of oral mucosa was damaged,and the levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6)and malondialdehyde increased,the levels of anti-inflammatory factors(IL-10),cell growth factor(epidermal growth factor,TGF-β_(1))and superoxide dismutase decreased.Compared with the model group,the body weight and food intake of each dosing group increased,water consumption decreased,the oral mucosal tissue structure was more complete,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and malondialdehyde decreased,the levels of IL-10,epidermal growth factor,TGF-β1 and superoxide dismutase increased,and the changes of various indexes were dose-related.Conclusion:ER patch can inhibit inflammatory reaction,enhance the antioxidant defense ability of the body,and promote the repair of damaged oral mucosa,so as to play an effective role in the treatment of oral ulcer.

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Shangjinbitong Powder(伤筋痹痛散)on Improving Acupoint Plaster

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Shangjinbitong Powder(伤筋痹痛散)on improving acupoint plaster,in order to provide some scientific basis for clinical use.Methods:This project was carried out from June 2020 to January 2021,30 patients with low back pain in the outpatient department of orthopedics and traumatology in our hospital and 30 patients with low back pain in the rehabilitation department of Fuping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.Patients with low back pain in our hospital were treated with Shangjinbitong Powder as the control group,and patients in rehabilitation department of Fuping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research group were treated with acupoint plaster improved by Shangjinbitong Powder.After one week of treatment,the effective rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as infection,scald and bleeding in the study group and the control group during the treatment.Conclusion:Shangjinbitong Powder improved acupoint plaster has good curative effect,convenient use,certain safety and clinical popularization value.

基于CiteSpace的慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医护理技术研究的可视化分析

目的:基于CiteSpace软件分析国内慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中医护理技术的研究概况和动态前沿,为该领域的研究提供参考依据。方法:检索中国知网中COPD中医护理技术的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.2.R3软件分析该研究领域作者、机构和关键词等文献特征,并结合图谱解读其含义。结果:最终纳入655篇文献,发文量整体呈先升后降趋势;已形成2个规模较大的合作团队,钱叶长是发文量最高(12篇)作者;安徽中医药大学和广州中医药大学是发文量最多(均为12篇)的研究机构;穴位敷贴等中医护理技术的应用及疗效观察是研究热点;血气指标、肺康复、子午流注、耳穴贴压、肺胀、肺功能等研究热度较高。结论:COPD中医护理技术已取得了阶段性发展,研究热点较为集中,但相关研究深度不足,建议不断丰富COPD病人中医护理研究内容,充分发挥中医护理技术在COPD人群健康管理中的独特优势。

中药离子导入联合穴位贴敷对膝骨关节炎患者步态行走及致痛因子表达的影响

目的观察中药离子导入联合穴位贴敷对膝骨关节炎康复效果和步态行走及致痛因子表达的影响。方法将80例膝骨关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组40例予中药离子导入联合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组40例予艾瑞昔布片口服。2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、核转录因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)、甲壳质酶蛋白40(YKL-40)、神经肽Y(NPY)、6-酮前列腺素E_(1α)(6-keto-PGE_(1α))、过氧化脂质(LPO)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,以及膝关节运动功能Lysholm量表(LKSS)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数、关节炎生活质量测量量表(AIMS2-SF)评分,并统计2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95.00%(38/40),对照组总有效率82.50%(33/40),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后sICAM-1、sIL-2R、TNF-α水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后T-AOC、SOD水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后LPO水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CGRP、NPY、6-keto-PGE_(1α)水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后RANKL、YKL-40水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后BALP水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后BBS、LKSS、AIMS2-SF评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后WOMAC评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入联合穴位贴敷治疗膝骨关节炎患者,可改善炎症,减少氧化反应,降低致痛因子水平,改善RANKL、YKL-40、BALP水平,改善膝关节功能及步态行走,提升临床疗效及生活质量。

基于大黄散穴位贴敷的中西医结合便秘防治护理在肛肠术后的应用观察

目的比较对肛肠术后患者采取大黄散穴位贴敷的中西医结合护理与传统一般护理对预防便秘的疗效差异。方法回顾性研究2021年1月至2022年2月福建中医药大学附属人民医院肛肠科150例肛肠手术后患者预防便秘的方法,按照治疗方式不同分为大黄散穴位贴敷观察组和传统对照组,每组各75例。观察组在一般护理方法基础上采用大黄散穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用一般护理方法。比较干预前后两组患者排便积分、Bristol大便性状分型、便秘发生情况、便秘相关不良事件发生等情况。结果干预前,两组患者排便积分对比差异无统计学意义(P=0.987)。干预后,观察组患者排便积分低于对照组(P=0.034);与对照组相比,观察组患者大便性状改善,便秘发生率降低,灌肠率降低,腹痛减少,肠道出血比例降低,肛门疼痛减少,预防便秘的总有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论肛肠术后患者采用大黄散穴位贴敷的中西医结合护理的便秘防护护理,与传统一般护理方法比较,能更好改善患者便秘情况。

经穴推拿联合中药穴位贴敷对急性心肌梗死病人便秘及心血管事件的预防作用

目的:分析急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人采用经穴推拿联合中药穴位贴敷对便秘及心血管事件的预防作用。方法:选取2022年1月—12月于我院心血管内科收治的100例AMI病人作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预;观察组在对照组基础上给予经穴推拿和中药穴位贴敷。比较两组便秘及心血管事件发生率、心功能指标、生活质量等。结果:干预期间,观察组病人便秘发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(40.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心血管事件发生率(6.00%)低于对照组(26.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组肌钙蛋白、脑钠肽水平低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访后时,观察组生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经穴推拿联合中药穴位贴敷可有效预防AMI病人便秘,降低心血管事件风险,有利于促进心功能恢复,提高生活质量。

耳穴疗法联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

目的分析耳穴疗法联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法经随机方式把80例带状疱疹(HZ)住院患者归入对照组、治疗组,分别实施常规治护+普瑞巴林胶囊口服止痛疗法、常规治护+中医耳穴压豆+普瑞巴林胶囊口服止痛疗法,对比两组神经痛改善状况。结果在疼痛缓解方面,相较对照组,治疗组具有显著优势(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40);治疗组的复发率为10.00%(4/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40)(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆+普瑞巴林胶囊疗法对于气滞血瘀型PHN的缓解有着积极作用,同时止痛效果相较单用普瑞巴林胶囊更具优势。

中医外治单元疗法治疗胡蜂蜇伤的疗效观察

目的观察中医外治单元疗法对胡蜂蜇伤急诊患者的疗效。方法将2021年4月至2023年9月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院急诊科收治的70例胡蜂蜇伤患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组采用基础治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医外治单元疗法,疗程为5 d。比较两组患者治疗前后疗效、数字疼痛评分(NRS)和毒效应指标[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶/丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AST/ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、肌酐(SCr)、部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)],并记录两组蜇伤处肿胀开始消退时间。结果观察组总有效率(85.71%)高于对照组(62.86%),肿胀消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后NRS评分、AST/ALT、TBIL、SCr、APTT、hs-CRP差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医外治单元疗法能加速胡蜂蜇伤局部肿胀消退,缓解疼痛,降低毒效应指标,促进炎症吸收,加速患者康复。
