For the line segme... A new algorithm for clipping line segments by a rectangular window on rectangular coordinate system is presented in this paper. The algorithm is very different to the other line clipping algorithms. For the line segments that cannot be identified as completely inside or outside the window by simple testings, this algorithm applies affine transformations (the shearing transformations) to the line segments and the window, and changes the slopes of the line segments and the shape of the window. Thus, it is clear for the line segment to be outside or inside of the window. If the line segments intersect the window, the algorithm immediately (no solving equations) gets the intersection points. Having applied the inverse transformations to the intersection points, the algorithm has the final results. The algorithm is successful to avoid the complex classifications and computations. Besides, the algorithm is effective to simplify the processes of finding the intersection points. Comparing to some classical algorithms, the algorithm of this paper is faster for clipping line segments and more efficient for calculations. 展开更多

Background Interactions with virtual 3D objects in the virtual reality(VR)environment using the gesture of fingers captured in a wearable 2D camera have emerging applications in real-life.Method This paper presents an approach of a two-stage convolutional neural network,one for the detection of hand and another for the fingertips.One purpose of VR environments is to transform a virtual 3D object with affine parameters by using the gesture of thumb and index fingers.Results To evaluate the performance of the proposed system,one existing,and another developed egocentric fingertip databases are employed so that learning involves large variations that are common in real-life.Experimental results show that the proposed fingertip detection system outperforms the existing systems in terms of the precision of detection.Conclusion The interaction performance of the proposed system in the VR environment is higher than that of the existing systems in terms of estimation error and correlation between the ground truth and estimated affine parameters. 展开更多

Transformation method provides an efficient way to control wave propagation by materials.The transformed relations for field and material during a transformation are essential to fulfill this method.We propose a systematic method to derive the transformed relations for a general physic process,the constraint conditions are obtained by considering geometrical and physical constraint during a mapping. The proposed method is applied to Navier's equation for elastodynamics,Helmholtz's equation for acoustic wave and Maxwell's equation for electromagnetic wave,the corresponding transformed relations are derived,which can be used in the framework of transformation method for wave control.We show that contrary to electromagnetic wave,the transformed relations are not uniquely determined for elastic wave and acoustic wave,so we have a freedom to choose them differently.Using the obtained transformed relations,we also provide some examples for device design,a concentrator for elastic wave,devices for illusion acoustic and illusion optics are conceived and validated by numerical simulations. 展开更多

This paper resorted to some invariant properties under translation, rotation and scaling, and proposed a simple method to estimate the affine transform kernel of the two-dimensional gray image. Maps, applying to the original, produce some correlative points that can accurately reflect the affine transform feature of the image. Furthermore, unknown variables existing in the kernel of the transform are calculated. The whole scheme only refers to one-order moment, therefore, it has very good stability. 展开更多

A new image watermarking scheme is proposed to resist rotation, scaling and translation (RST) attacks. Six combined low order image moments are utilized to represent image information on rotation, scaling and translation. Affine transform parameters are registered by feedforward neural networks. Watermark is adaptively embedded in discrete wavelet transform (DWT) domain while watermark extraction is carried out without original image after attacked watermarked image has been synchronized by making inverse transform through parameters learned by neural networks. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can effectively register affine transform parameters, embed watermark more robustly and resist geometric attacks as well as JPEG2000 compression. 展开更多

A new approach to extraction of affine invariant features of contour image and matching strategy is proposed for shape recognition.Firstly,the centroid distance and azimuth angle of each boundary point are computed.Then,with a prior-defined angle interval,all the points in the neighbor region of the sample point are considered to calculate the average distance for eliminating noise.After that,the centroid distance ratios(CDRs) of any two opposite contour points to the barycenter are achieved as the representation of the shape,which will be invariant to affine transformation.Since the angles of contour points will change non-linearly among affine related images,the CDRs should be resampled and combined sequentially to build one-by-one matching pairs of the corresponding points.The core issue is how to determine the angle positions for sampling,which can be regarded as an optimization problem of path planning.An ant colony optimization(ACO)-based path planning model with some constraints is presented to address this problem.Finally,the Euclidean distance is adopted to evaluate the similarity of shape features in different images.The experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method in shape recognition with translation,scaling,rotation and distortion. 展开更多

针对生成对抗网络生成图像存在结构不完整、内容不真实、质量差的问题,提出一种结合语义分割图的注意力机制文本到图像生成模型(SSA-GAN)。首先采用一种简单有效的深度融合模块,以全局句子向量作为输入条件,在生成图像的同时,充分融合... 针对生成对抗网络生成图像存在结构不完整、内容不真实、质量差的问题,提出一种结合语义分割图的注意力机制文本到图像生成模型(SSA-GAN)。首先采用一种简单有效的深度融合模块,以全局句子向量作为输入条件,在生成图像的同时,充分融合文本信息。其次结合语义分割图像,提取其边缘轮廓特征,为模型提供额外的生成和约束条件。然后采用注意力机制为模型提供细粒度词级信息,丰富所生成图像的细节。最后使用多模态相似度计算模型计算细粒度的图像-文本匹配损失,更好地训练生成器。通过CUB-200和Oxford-102 Flowers数据集测试并验证模型,结果表明:所提模型(SSA-GAN)与StackGAN、AttnGAN、DF-GAN以及RAT-GAN等模型最终生成的图像质量相比,IS指标值最高分别提升了13.7%和43.2%,FID指标值最高分别降低了34.7%和74.9%,且具有更好的可视化效果,证明了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

视觉测量中经常需要用到特征匹配来计算位姿信息,但尚无针对红外主动目标设计特征匹配可用的算法,为实现对不同分布红外主动目标的匹配,本文提出了一种通用的两阶段特征点匹配方法。第一阶段为粗配准,首先检测图像特征点集的凸包,获取... 视觉测量中经常需要用到特征匹配来计算位姿信息,但尚无针对红外主动目标设计特征匹配可用的算法,为实现对不同分布红外主动目标的匹配,本文提出了一种通用的两阶段特征点匹配方法。第一阶段为粗配准,首先检测图像特征点集的凸包,获取最外围点;通过构建三角形特征集,并使用马氏距离进行相似三角形计算搜索实现快速粗配准。第二阶段为精匹配,首先通过粗匹配特征计算欧拉角避免匹配结果的180°旋转对称;针对粗配准后的可能存在的特征点缺失问题,采用极线约束精匹配策略,充分利用已匹配特征点的几何信息,有效实现对剩余点的精确匹配。理论分析与实验表明,在13个红外发光点组成的旋转对称点集及非旋转对称点集下,该方法在绝对大小0°~40°的旋转范围内能高效匹配,实验测试极限性能能够达到50°,并对实际场景下特征点的遮挡等情况具有较好的鲁棒性,实验结果验证其适应性与稳定性,具有较高的实用价值。 展开更多

非预期性是指当前决策无法依赖于未来尚未实现的不确定参数,是电力调度时序决策的因果逻辑和基本原则。全场景可行性是指不确定参数所有可能的实现值都存在一种可行决策结果与之对应,是电力调度的最终目标。随着新能源的大规模并网,电... 非预期性是指当前决策无法依赖于未来尚未实现的不确定参数,是电力调度时序决策的因果逻辑和基本原则。全场景可行性是指不确定参数所有可能的实现值都存在一种可行决策结果与之对应,是电力调度的最终目标。随着新能源的大规模并网,电力系统的运行需要应对显著的不确定性,因此在电力调度的过程中考虑决策过程的非预期性并使决策结果满足全场景可行性变得愈发重要。为此,该文探讨非预期性和全场景可行性的内在机理,并构造非预期性约束和满足全场景可行且场景数目有限的场景集;然后,建立一种基于场景的非预期全场景可行机组组合模型,以提供满足全场景可行性的机组组合结果。鉴于上述机组组合模型的规模巨大且求解困难,利用仿射可调鲁棒模型处理全场景可行机组组合问题,提出基于仿射可调鲁棒的非预期全场景可行机组组合模型。该模型仅以少量保守性和最优性损失,换取了模型规模的指数级显著减小和问题求解效率的显著提升,可以被认为是非预期全场景可行机组组合问题的有效解决方案。最后,基于IEEE-118测试系统,详细分析考虑决策过程非预期性和决策满足全场景可行性在电力调度中的求解效率和保守性,论证所提基于仿射可调鲁棒的非预期全场景可行机组组合模型的优势。 展开更多

摄影测量中环状编码标靶识别与定位方法

为满足环状编码标靶精准定位与识别的要求,提出了一套定位精度和识别稳定性较高的算法。针对环状编码标靶的精确定位,提出了一种基于同心圆投影变换求解圆心的方法;在对编码标靶进行识别时,通过仿射变换将椭圆变为标准圆,进而对内部编... 为满足环状编码标靶精准定位与识别的要求,提出了一套定位精度和识别稳定性较高的算法。针对环状编码标靶的精确定位,提出了一种基于同心圆投影变换求解圆心的方法;在对编码标靶进行识别时,通过仿射变换将椭圆变为标准圆,进而对内部编码带进行解码得到其唯一解码值。试验结果表明:该圆心提取方法与理想圆心平均误差为0.225像素,与椭圆拟合提取外圆圆心平均误差为0.501像素,与内圆圆心平均误差为0.294像素,其精度分别提高了122.05%与30.26%;相机与编码标靶夹角需控制在75°以内,夹角小于75°时,编码标靶识别率可达100%。研究表明该编码标靶识别与定位方法能够满足摄影测量需求,且比椭圆拟合算法精度更高,具有一定的实际意义。 展开更多
