The samples were developed through a sand casting process and machined into tensile and impact test samples before carrying out solution heat treatment at 550?C (0.83 Tm) on two parts of the samples while retaining one part as the control. The two parts were further divided into sets denoted A and B and were aged at 180?C (0.27 Tm) and 160?C (0.24 Tm), respectively, for 12 hours. The results showed that sample A has the optimal yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of 192 and 206 MPa, respectively. Likewise, the sample gave the highest impact strength value of about 9.63 J/mm2. The observed results were supported by the optical micrograph, which revealed that the sample has evenly dispersed precipitates in its microstructure. This is deemed responsible for the observed increase in strength of the sample.展开更多

The recent financial crisis proved that the two issues could lead to systemic risk if not handled properly. Based on dynamic panel data from 1980 to 2012 in 119 countries, this paper examines the impact of population ageing on financial leverage J?om an empirical point of view and finds that there is a signOqcant inverted U-shape relationship between the two. In addition, empirical studies show that after passing the "turning point" of ageing, there will be a marked increase in the probability of financial crisis during the "deleveraging" process. It can be projected from the empirical conclusions of this paper that China will likely enter the range of a turning point between 2019 and 2028. After that, population ageing, deleveraging and asset price collapse may have a "resonance" effect to severely impact the stability of the financial system. Therefore, China should shift to more proactive macro financial regulations as quickly as possible, as dynamic and robust management of financial leverage and forward-looking control of bubbles could ensure that the financial system remain flexible enough to avoid systemic risk to the greatest extent.展开更多

The aging of this oil under two different conditions of conservation was the subject of our work. One of the results was an increase in the content of long-chain carbonaceous fatty acids during aging for 11 months of storage at low temperature (6℃) and at 30℃. This behavior does not find a concordant explanation by the comparative analysis of the chemical indices. Hence, there is the need to use the Medium Infra-Red spectroscopy (MIR) which allowed to clarify the information of the saponification index, to justify the weakness of the formation of peroxides in the case of the conservation at 30℃ and to confirm the information given by the peroxide index. It also allowed to understand the formation of the long carbon chains by the “cis-trans” isomerization and the homolytic cuts which intervene within the matrix of the fat by the analysis of the number of -CH2 and -CH3 groups in the two conditions of conservation. This study reveals that the rapid solidification of Irvingia gabonensis oil at room temperature[2] is an advantage for its preservation at room temperature but a great weakness when the fat is stored at low temperature.展开更多

Therefore, China should shift to more proactive macro financial regulations as quickly as possible, as dynamic and robust management of financial leverage and forward-looking control of bubbles could ensure that the financial system remain flexible enough to avoid systemic risk to the greatest extent.

文摘Presenilin(Psn)protein is associated with organismal aging.Mutations in the Psn gene may lead to Alzheimer’s disease(AD),dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),and many age-dependent degenerative diseases. These diseases seriously affect the quality of life and longevity of the population and place a huge burden on health care and economic systems around the world.Humans have two types of Psn,presenilin-1(PSEN1)and presenilin-2(PSEN2).Mutations in the genes encoding PSEN1,PSEN2,and amyloid precursor protein(APP)have been identified as the major genetic causes of AD.Psn is a complex gene strongly influenced by genetic and environmental factors. The effects of exercise, training, and a high-fat diet on the Psn gene expressed in the heart and its related pathways are not fully understood.Fortunately, relevant aspects of the mutational effects on Psn can be studied experimentally in easily handled animal models, including Drosophila, mice, and other animals, all of which share orthologous genes of Psn with humans. Many previous studies have linked aging, exercise training, and a high-fat diet to the Psn gene. This review discusses the interrelationship between aging, exercise training, and a high-fat diet on the Psn gene and its associated disease,AD.The aim is to understand the adverse effects of Psn gene mutations on the body and the diseases caused by AD,find ways to alleviate the adverse effects and provide new directions for the improvement of treatment strategies for diseases caused by Psn gene mutations.

文摘Based on the available experimental phase equilibrium relations and aging precipitation sequences, the Mg–Gd–Y ternary system has been thermodynamically re-assessed by means of CALPHAD technique. To simulate the experimentally reported aging precipitation sequence,α(Mg)_(SS)(supersaturated)→GP zones(D019-type,metastable)→β’-Mg_(7)Gd(c-bco,metastable)→β_(1)-Mg_(3)Gd(fcc,metastable)→β-Mg_(5)Gd(fcc,stable)near the Mg–Gd side,andα(Mg)SS(supersaturated)→β’-Mg_(7)Y(c-bco,metastable)→β-Mg_(24)Y_(5)(bcc,stable)near the Mg–Y side, the effective nucleation driving forces obtained by deducting the nucleation resistances from the thermodynamic driving forces are calculated and analyzed. Two metastable components,GP zones(D019-type)andβ’(c-bco)ordered fromα(Mg)_(SS),do not exist in the stable equilibrium phase diagram but appear in the annealing process of typical alloys. The Redlich–Kister equations are adopted to describe three solution phases,Liquid,HCP_A3 and BCC_A2.The intermediate compounds Mg_(2)Y,Mg_(24)Y_(5),Mg_(2)Gd,Mg_(3)Gd and Mg_(5)Gd are expressed by the formulas of(Mg,Y)_(2/3)(Gd,Mg,Y)_(1/3),Mg_(24/29)(Gd,Mg,Y)_(4/29)Y1/29,(Gd,Mg)_(2/3)(Gd,Mg,Y)_(1/3),(Gd,Mg)_(3/4)(Gd,Mg,Y)_(1/4)and Mg_(5/6)(Gd,Mg,Y)_(1/6),respectively.In particular, the two-sublattice models(Gd,Mg,Y)_(1/2)(Gd,Mg,Y)_(1/2),(Gd,Mg,Y)_(3/4)(Gd,Mg,Y)_(1/4)and(Gd,Mg,Y)_(7/8)(Gd,Mg,Y)_(1/8)have been respectively used to describe the stable Mg(Gd,Y)(BCC_B2)alloy compound as well as the metastable GP zones(D019-type)andβ’(c-bco)phase,in order to cope with the order-disorder transitions.A set of self-consistent thermodynamic parameters has been obtained to ensure the thermodynamic calculations well consistent with the reported experimental data, containing not only the stable equilibrium phase diagram but also the aging precipitation sequence.
文摘The most significant invention made in recent years to serve various applications is software.Developing a faultless software system requires the soft-ware system design to be resilient. To make the software design more efficient,it is essential to assess the reusability of the components used. This paper proposes a software reusability prediction model named Flexible Random Fit(FRF)based on aging resilience for a Service Net(SN)software system. The reusability predic-tion model is developed based on a multilevel optimization technique based on software characteristics such as cohesion, coupling, and complexity.Metrics are obtained from the SN software system, which is then subjected to min-max nor-malization to avoid any saturation during the learning process. The feature extrac-tion process is made more feasible by enriching the data quality via outlier detection. The reusability of the classes is estimated based on a tool called Soft Audit.Software reusability can be predicted more effectively based on the pro-posed FRF-ANN(Flexible Random Fit-Artificial Neural Network)algorithm.Performance evaluation shows that the proposed algorithm outperforms all the other techniques, thus ensuring the optimization of software reusability based on aging resilient. The model is then tested using constraint-based testing techni-ques to make sure that it is perfect at optimizing and making predictions.
文摘The Irvingia gabonensis kernels, which have been extensively studied for their numerous virtues, including the ability to act against the accumulation of fats in the body[1], contain an oil. This study reveals that the rapid solidification of Irvingia gabonensis oil at room temperature[2] is an advantage for its preservation at room temperature but a great weakness when the fat is stored at low temperature.

文摘Rapid population aging is a social reality facing China at present, and the issue of elderly care has become a hot topic of social concern.Legislation to address the issue of elderly care in the context of population aging should follow systematic concepts to achieve“vertical and horizontal integration.”In terms of content,it is necessary to formulate specific legal approaches around“the elderly and children,”with a focus on guaranteeing the livelihood and protection of the rights of the elderly while taking into account childbirth, employment and other issues.the laws should not only safeguard the social participation and labor rights of the elderly, but also effectively respond to the social challenges brought about by the aging of the population. It is also necessary to optimize the family planning policy to ease the burden of child-raising,improve the population structure and promote the long-term balanced development of the population, thus fundamentally solving the problem of population aging.the effort to improve the legal system to deal with the issue of elderly care in the context of population aging will better advance Chinese modernization.
