In face of modern enterprises' picky needs for marketing talents, the majority of graduates majoring in marketing from agricultural universities and colleges are often criticized due to old marketing concept, mediocre expertise, lack of practical ability and lack of communication skills in the process of searching job. It exposes the flaws of agricultural universities and colleges in training objectives of marketing talents, curriculum setting, features, teachers and their quality. The marketing education should serve the marketing practice needs, and the training mode and training way of marketing talents in agricultural universities and colleges need to be urgently reformed and improved. To satisfy the needs of enterprises, it is necessary to establish modern educational thought of marketing and training philosophy of application-based marketing talents; position the majors to highlight the characteristics of agricultural universities and colleges, cultivate all-around, application-based, inter-disciplinary marketing talents and explore new ways to cultivate agricultural marketing talents. 展开更多

Finally,this paper makes the following recommendations: strengthening specialty construction in agricultural colleges and universities; establishing the competitiveness assessment system for colleges and universities based on discipline competitiveness; scientifically choosing the suitable discipline when students choose colleges and universities and discipline; consolidating the basic position of undergraduate teaching; improving the teaching level and teaching ability of young teachers; creating a good academic research atmosphere based on agriculture. 展开更多

To find out graduates' repayment awareness of student loan,we conducted a questionnaire survey for those graduates who applied for student loan in Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering.The survey has following results.First,the national student loan plays an important role in assisting poor students in finishing their study.Second,graduates value social function of personal credit.Third,trustworthiness education activities carried out by colleges and universities are effective.Fourth,economic income is a major factor of graduates repaying capital with interest.Fifth,bank's student loan management system is not perfect.Sixth,the national student loan system remains to be improved.In line with these results,we put forward five countermeasures and suggestions:strengthen the trustworthiness education of students;standardize the credit investigation management of students' personal credit;establish student information management mechanism;standardize banks' payment reminder administration behavior;and perfect national student loan system. 展开更多

Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional characteristics.Only by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching management.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and SPSS24.0.The results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not high.There are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and grades.It is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training. 展开更多

With the continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment in China,the phenomenon of postgraduate tutors'experiencing dereliction of duties,morality and behavior in colleges and universities has become prominent in recent years.It has repeatedly attracted widespread attention from the whole society,producing a negative impact on postgraduate education.Agricultural and forestry universities take root at the grassroots level,serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers,have simple and practical education characteristics,and have made positive adjustments to mutual assistance between teachers and students,teachers'self-examination and regulatory system.This article analyzes the reasons for the current unethical and dishonest behaviors of postgraduate tutors in colleges and universities from the perspective of postgraduate tutors,and puts forward the implementation mechanism of the morality-establishing and talent-cultivating responsibilities of postgraduate tutors in agricultural and forestry universities combined with the school-running characteristics and practical experience of agricultural and forestry universities,so as to provide a reference for the construction of postgraduate tutor teams in colleges and universities. 展开更多

English is one of the most common languages in the world,and it has become one of the most important subjects in various countries.The native languages of China and Thailand are not English,and both countries are located in Asia and have many similarities in geographical location and cultural background.The Ministries of Education of the two countries have successively put forward relevant policies to promote the development of English education in the country.The implementation of these policies has promoted the development of college English course teaching in the country.These factors determine that the two countries have similarities in college English course teaching for Non-English majors.However,there are differences in teaching mode and teaching staff in the two countries because of their different national conditions,which make many differences,exist in college English course teaching for non-English majors in the two countries.During the author’s career as an exchange student in Chiang Mai University,she experienced the difference of college English course teaching for non-English majors in Thai universities,so the author did some researches on the basis of the understanding of English course teaching in Thai universities.Therefore,this thesis takes Sino-Thai college English course teaching for non-English majors as the research object—takes Jiujiang University and Chiang Mai University as example,and analyses their present situation from the aspects of the development and evolution,the teaching mode,and teaching staff of college English course teaching for non-English majors.On this basis,the author makes a comparative analysis of the English course teaching for non-English majors in two selected universities,then find their respective advantages and disadvantages,and put forward some suggestions on the development of Sino-Thai college English course teaching. 展开更多
