Status,Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Industrialization of Se-enriched Agriculture in Guangxi

With the rapid development of China's agricultural production and the improvement of people's living standards and health awareness,people's demands for food quality and nutrition have become increasingly strong. Agricultural products that meet various functional needs such as nutrition,health care and safety are increasingly favored by the general public. Se,one of the trace elements necessary for the human body,has begun to be applied and developed in medicine and other life sciences. Developing Se-enriched agricultural relying on Guangxi's unique Se-enriched soil resources is of great significance to enhance people's quality of life,increase the added value of agricultural products,and promote the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture in the region. Starting with the development status and advantages of industrial development of Se-enriched agriculture in Guangxi,the main problems existing in the current industrial development of Se-enriched agriculture in Guangxi were summarized,and specific countermeasures were put forward in this paper,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of Se-enriched agriculture in Guangxi.

Guarantee Strategy for the Safety of Agricultural Industry in Hunan Province

The safety of agricultural industry in Hunan Province shows an upward trend from"basically safe"to"very safe",but the state in the"safe"or"very safe"range is still unstable.In view of this,Hunan Province should guarantee the agricultural production ability,cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of agriculture,firmly grasp the agricultural control power,attach importance to the export quality of agri-cultural products and other aspects to ensure the safety of agricultural industry.

Research on Efficiency of Financial Supports in Agricultural Industrialization in China

The agricultural industry development in China has been very successful, but there exist some problems, such as weak financial support strength. With the help of DEA-Malmquist index method, this paper evaluated the efficiency of the agricultural industrialization＇s financial supports, made a deep study of its influencing factors, which have an extremely important influence on the perfect agricultural industrialization＇s development.

Effects of Industrial Agriculture and Urbanization on Structure and Functional Organization of Macroinvertebrate of Coastal Streams in Cameroon

The impact of land use changes on watercourses is poorly documented in Cameroon. Therefore, this study examines the effects of agriculture and urbanization on water quality, the structure and functional organization of macroinvertebrates of streams in the coastal zone of Cameroon. Nine sampling stations including three per catchment area with different land occupations (agricultural, urban and forest) were selected. Benthic macroinvertebrates were sampled monthly from February to July 2018 and the physicochemical variables were measured simultaneously. The urban and agricultural streams showed highly polluted waters with high nutrient and suspended matter content, whereas the forest stream waters are moderately polluted. In addition, the hierarchical ascending classification indicated a proximity in water quality between the agricultural and forest streams for which the main physicochemical variables did not vary significantly. With regards to macroinvertebrates, the forest watercourse is characterized by the proliferation of pollution-sensitive taxa, high diversity indices and complex trophic structuring, indicating its good ecological status. In contrast the urban watercourse, heavily polluted is characterized by low diversity indices reflecting a simplification of the structure of stands dominated by the pollution-tolerant collector-gatherer stands. The majority of biological indices and functional feeding groups were not significantly different between the agricultural and forest streams, suggesting a less pronounced impact of agriculture on macroinvertebrates. Our results showed that, riparian vegetation even though constituted of perennial crops, reduces the effects of agricultural inputs on streams and promotes the establishment of diversified macroinvertebrate communities.

Research on the Policy Orientation of Government in Agricultural Industrialization Development

Governmental functions in agricultural industrialization management are analyzed, mainly including supplying public products, providing property right security, managing and protecting resources and environment as well as stabilizing the agro-product market. The policy orientation promoted by the government in agricultural industrialization management is pointed out: formulating a series of macro-management planning to guide and regulate agricultural industrialization operation; fully playing the comprehensive coordinating role of "economic manager"; making and carrying out relevant laws and regulations to normalize the implementation of agricultural industrialization management. To implement the industrial management of agriculture and promote the construction of new countryside, governments at all levels should eliminate the institutional barriers, transform governmental functions gradually and prioritize planning, regulation, service and supervision, changing from merely management to playing the role of market mechanism. Meanwhile, economic, legal and administrative means should be properly adopted to advance the industrial management and the healthy improvement of modern agriculture.

The Industrial Cluster of the Primary Agriculture Based on "Diamond Model"

The status quo and problems of industrial cluster of the primary agriculture is discussed by dividing the cluster into primary cluster and advanced cluster and by using Michael Porter's Diamond Model from the five aspects including production factors, demand factors, relevant industry and supporting industry, the strategy and structure of enterprises and horizontal competition and opportunities and government. In the end, the countermeasures on promoting the development and expansion of industrial cluster of primary agriculture are put forward. Firstly, intensifying the training on farmers and introduce into advanced science and technology results; secondly, perfecting the construction of infrastructure, creating famous brand and widening the channels for funding; thirdly, strengthening the development of relevant industries and supporting industries; fourthly, perfecting land transfer system; improving the degree of systematization and cultivating pillar industries; fifthly, intensifying the government' support on industrial cluster.

Structural Adjustment of Oasis Agriculture in Xinjiang

Xinjiang’s oasis agriculture has made enormous strides over past decades. Structural adjustment of oasis agriculture sector has promoted production diversification. Xinjiang’s oasis agriculture sector is entering a new era. The era means more adjustments in oasis agricultural and rural economic structure so as to realize the sustainable development of agriculture. By summing and analyzing the main problems in Xinjinag’s oasis agricultural structure, such as raising farmer’s income, industry structure within agriculture, rural urbanization, pressure coming from market, agricultural environment degradation, puts forward the thinking, director and countermeasures to adjust oasis agricultural structure.

Developing Agricultural Logistics Based on Agricultural Industrialization

Developing agricultural logistics is important to farm products circulation and it is helpful to solve the problems about agriculture, rural areas and peasantry of China. It is not a negligible countermeasure to increase peasants＇ incomes and enhance the capability of agriculture development in agricultural industrialization, meanwhile it can also raise the efficiency of farm products circulation. This paper firstly expounded that agricultural industrialization should include agricultural logistics, then analyzed the present problems of agricultural logistics and the significance of developing modem agricultural logistics which based on agricultural industrialization in China. Lastly, it put forward the countermeasures to develop agricultural logistics based on agricultural industrialization.

The Basic Path of Modern Agriculture with Chinese Characteristics-Industry Nurturing Agriculture

Constructing the modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics is the path and direction for solving issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers in China, the key to new village construction, the important measure for promoting overall agricultural production capacity, and the prerequisite and guarantee for coordinating urban-rural development. At present, the level of agricultural mechanization in China is promoted steadily; the science and technology are applied to agriculture extensively; the agricultural regionalization layout gradually takes shape; the agricultural industrialization management develops steadily. Be that as it may, the overall quality of farmers is low; the agricultural infrastructure is weak; the agricultural resources are limited; the inputs of agricultural science and technology are short. These hamper the development of modern agriculture. We should implement "industry nurturing agriculture"; through capital support and policy guidance, reform household registration system; connect the fragmented land into parcel; encourage the leading enterprises to develop in rural areas; establish agricultural cooperative organizations; deepen rural financial system reform; quicken the promotion and application of agricultural technology. These measures can effectively promote the development of agriculture, and realize the agricultural modernization in China.

Agricultural Production Structure Adjustment Scheme Evaluation and Selection Based on DEA Model for Punjab(Pakistan)

DEA is a nonparametric method used in operation researches and economics fields for the evaluation of the production frontier. It has distinct intrinsic which is worth coping with assessment problems with multiple inputs in particular with multiple outputs. This paper used D~ C2 R model of DEA to assess the comparative efficiency of the multiple schemes of agricultural industrial structure, at the end we chose the most favorable also known as ＂OPTIMAL＂ scheme. In addition to this, using some functional insights from DEA model non optimal schemes or less optimal schemes had also been improved to some extent. Assessment and selection of optimal schemes of agricultural industrial structure using DEA model gave a greater and better insight of agricultural industrial structure and was the first of such researches in Pakistan.

Comparative Analysis on Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives from the Perspective of Agricultural Industry Chain

Taking three typical farmers' specialized cooperatives in Jingyuan County of Gansu Province as example,this paper compared with the operating mode of three cooperatives and their position in the agricultural industry chain,and analyzed operating characteristics,problems,and similarities of three cooperatives and their functions in the agricultural industry chain.The study indicated that the farmers' specialized cooperatives can accurately find their position in the agricultural industry chain.This is helpful for raising their comprehensive competitiveness and it is very important to manage the survival and development of farmers' specialized cooperatives,which is of utmost importance to their effective operation.According to this study,the government should strengthen its support,speed up the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,while farmers' specialized cooperatives should grasp the operating characteristics,locate themselves and integrate multi-resources.These are effective measures for promoting healthy operation of farmers' specialized cooperatives.

Optimal Scheme Selection of Agricultural Production Structure Adjustment——Based on DEA Model; Punjab(Pakistan)

This paper used the modern evaluation method of DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis） to assess the comparative efficiency and then on the basis of this among multiple schemes chose the optimal scheme of agricultural production structure adjustment. Based on the results of DEA model, we dissected scale advantages of each discretionary scheme or plan. We examined scale advantages of each discretionary scheme, tested profoundly a definitive purpose behind not-DEA efficient, which elucidated the system and methodology to enhance these discretionary plans. At the end, another method had been proposed to rank and select the optimal scheme. The research was important to guide the practice if the modification of agricultural production industrial structure was carded on.

The Construction and Competitiveness of Operation Model of Agricultural Industrial Cluster

Through reviewing the viewpoints of former scholars, the connotation and features of supply chain of agricultural industrial cluster are introduced. The agricultural industrial cluster model constituted by core network and supporting network is constructed. Three operation models of this kind of supply chain is described: the model takes wholesale market of agricultural products as the core; the model take pillar industries of agricultural industrialization as core; model takes the chains of retail enterprises as core. The competitiveness of agricultural industrial cluster is researched. The research assumes that the competiveness of supply chain of agricultural industrial cluster is mainly represented to make the agricultural industrial cluster to acquire more capabilities in terms of innovation and knowledge sharing capability, resource allocation capability, agile market adaptability and distinct value creation capability.

Assessment on Different Schemes of Industrial Structure Adjustment Based on DEA

DEA is a new research field in operations research. It has unique virtues in dealing with assessment problem with multi-inputs especially multi-outputs. In this paper, DEA model of D?着C2R has been applied to evaluate the relative efficiency of several different schemes of industrial structure adjustment of agriculture and finally select the optimal scheme. Furthermore, the inferior scheme has been improved according to some useful insights got from DEA model.

Contents and spatial distribution patterns of heavy metals in the hinterland of the Tengger Desert,China

The desert in northern China is one of important sources of loess and one significant source of material for sandstorms in Asia.The sand/dust that is transported from desert when sandstorms occur can destroy the growth of crops,cause serious losses and great harm to the economic construction and life safety,and cause natural environment pollution.Hence,it is very important to deepen the research into heavy metals in surface deposits at vulnerable ecological region of arid land of northern China to guide local industrial and agricultural development and improve environmental protection.In this research,10 heavy metal elements(Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb,and Th)were tested and analyzed in 33 soil sample sites collected from the hinterland of the Tengger Desert,northern China.The results showed that the average abundance of Th exceeded its background soil value of China by more than 5.2 times,which suggests that the Tengger Desert is polluted by Th.In addition,based on principal component analysis,spatial differentiation,and correlation analysis,we identified the source of element with a coefficient of variation in abundance of greater than 0.5 or exceeding the background soil value of China.Principal component analysis and correlation analysis showed that the sources of heavy metals of Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,and Cd were similar,while those of Th and Zn were different.Moreover,based on the contents and spatial distribution characteristics of those heavy metal elements,we found that the formation of heavy metal elements enrichment areas is caused by industrial pollution,development of irrigated agricultural,geological,and geomorphic conditions,and the sedimentary environment in the study area.Our result can provide information on the environmental background values of soils in the hinterland of the Tengger Desert.

Transformation and Upgrading and Countermeasures of Agricultural Industry in Xixia County,Henan Province

[Objectives]Industrial prosperity is an important part of implementing rural revitalization strategy,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry has strong practical significance for the development of high-quality agriculture and the construction of a modern agricultural industry system.[Methods]Based on the overview of agricultural production in Xixia County from 2012 to 2018,the status,advantages and main problems of the agricultural industry development in the county are sorted out.[Results]The fruit-medicine-fungus featured agriculture has begun to take shape,and the effect of industrial clusters and large-scale operations has begun to become prominent.The output of shiitake mushrooms,Chinese patent medicines and kiwifruit all shows a steady growth trend.Excellent varieties,brand building,and deep integration of the three industries are the key factors for the development of agricultural industrialization.[Conclusions]In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,countermeasures and suggestions on the development of ecological green agriculture,high-quality agriculture,brand agriculture,and modern agricultural management system are put forward.

Characteristics of Thermal Climate Resources Changes of Agricultural Production during Frost Period in Jianchang County

[Objective] The characteristics of thermal climate resources changes of agricultural production during frost period in Jianchang County were studied. [Method] By dint of Jianchang climate resources and routine numerical statistics method, the sunlight and temperature changes trend from 1960 to 2009 in Jianchang County were analyzed. [Result] The sunshine hours and sunshine percentages during frost period in Janchang County from 1960 to 2009 tended to decrease. The climate tendency rates were -55.556 h/10 a and -2.39%/10 a respectively, 287 h and 12% of deduction in recent 50 years. There were climate transition in 1981 and 1982. And there were a shortage of 161 h and 7% of sunshine hours and sunshine percentages before and after the transition. The temperature during the frost period generally was increasing. The average temperature, average maximum and lowest temperature tendency rate were 0.386, 0.392 and 0.567 ℃/10 a. There was a growth of 1.93, 1.96 and 2.84 ℃ in recent 50 years. There were temperature transition in 1987 and 1988. The average temperature, average maximum and lowest temperature increased 1.3, 1.2 and 1.7 ℃. In recent 50 years, the sunshine resources during frost period in Jianchang were decreasing, while the thermal resources were strengthening, forming complementary of light and heat. [Conclusion] The study provided climate accordance to the development of local facility agriculture during frost period.

Expansion Strategy of Agricultural Industrial Chain of Suburban Villages and Towns in the Process of Urbanization——A Case Study of Yongle Town in Nanming District of Guiyang City

On the basis of introducing the connotation of agricultural industrial chain, taking Yongle Town in Nanming District of Guiyang City as an example, this paper analyzes the advantages and constraint factors of the suburban villages and towns in the process of expanding agricultural industrial chain in the context of urbanization. Corresponding strategies of expanding the agricultural industrial chain of Yongle Town in the process of urbanization as follows: vigorously develop the leading enterprises; strengthen the construction of farmers' specialized cooperatives and agricultural associations; build and perfect agricultural industrial chain organizations; set up the public information platform; rely on the food industrial park to propel the deep processing of agricultural products; vigorously develop the logistics of agricultural products; promote the development of operation model of "brand+ standard+ scale"; vigorously develop ecology-oriented rural tourism; give full play to the functional role of the government.

Early Warning of Agricultural Industrial Safety in Hunan Province:Based on Entropy Weighted Grey Relational Analyses

In this article,early warning analyses on agricultural industrial safety in Hunan Province from 2001 to 2013 are performed by constructing a four-indexed evaluation system and adopting the entropy weighted grey relational analysis model.The results show that Hunan's agricultural industrial safety showed a good trend of transforming from"heavy warning"to"light warning";the early warning results of agricultural industrial productivity index and the overall index remained consistent and performed well;the agricultural industrial competitiveness index and dependence index changed frequently and fluctuated around"medium warning";and the control power index showed a deteriorating trend from"light warning"to"heavy warning".Therefore,support shall be increased continuously for the agricultural industry in terms of system construction,policy support and capital supply,and technological innovations and system innovations in the agricultural industry shall be promoted,especially for the improvement of the independent control of domestic capital,truly ensuring the efficiency,stability and safety of the agricultural industry development.
