阿利新蓝的合成

Alcian blue is an extractive from the natural plant.It is one of the water soluble dyes.The title compound was synthesized by chloromethylating of copper phthalocyanine using n octyl chloromethyl ether,paraformaldehyde and alumium chloride in triethylamine,and by reacting of chloromethylated phthalocyanine and 1.1.3.3 tetramethyl 2 thiouren.

心肌特殊染色在大鼠电击死中的应用

目的研究电击死大鼠的心脏在HE染色和Alcian blue-核固红染色下的形态学变化,为电击死和电损伤的鉴定提供一定依据。方法自行设计电击系统一套,雄性Wistar大鼠12只,分为正常对照组和电击死组,每组各6只。电击死后取大鼠心脏中性甲醛固定,制成切片后分别进行HE染色和Alcian blue-核固红染色。结果与正常组大鼠心肌染色相比,电击死组光镜下HE染色仅可见心肌纤维明显断裂,间质水肿、出血,而Alcian blue-核固红染色法可见心房和房间隔的特定区域组织蓝染。结论电击前后心脏HE染色与Alcian blue染色差异对电流损伤的研究有一定的参考价值。
