The influencing factors of the aggregate strength in...The sintering conditions of artificial lightmass aggregate (LWA) made up of sewage sludge,clay and pulverized flyash (PFA) by trefoil rotary kiln were investigated. The influencing factors of the aggregate strength including furnace temperature when feeding,the heating-up time from 500 to 1 000 ℃ ,the highest burning temperature,retention time at the highest burning temperature and furnace temperature at burning end were analyzed by orthogonal tests. The results show that 44.4% (mass fraction) sewage sludge meets the requirement of aggregate strength,others are 5.5% clay and 50.1% PFA. The burning temperature is the most important factor for the aggregate strength. The optimal sintering condition includes a furnace temperature of 471-490 ℃ when feeding,heating-up time of 10-11min from 500 to 1 000 ℃ ,the highest burning temperature between 1 161 and 1 170 ℃,retention time of 4 min at high burning temperature,and furnace temperature within 1 101-1 150 ℃ at burning end.展开更多
Particles,including soot,aerosol and ash,usually exist as fractal aggregates.The radiative properties of the particle fractal aggregates have a great influence on studying the light or heat radiative transfer in the p...Particles,including soot,aerosol and ash,usually exist as fractal aggregates.The radiative properties of the particle fractal aggregates have a great influence on studying the light or heat radiative transfer in the particle medium.In the present work,the performance of the single-layer inversion model and the double-layer inversion model in reconstructing the geometric structure of particle fractal aggregates is studied based on the light reflectancetransmittance measurement method.An improved artificial fish-swarm algorithm(IAFSA)is proposed to solve the inverse problem.The result reveals that the accuracy of double-layer inversion model is more satisfactory as it can provide more uncorrelated information than the single-layer inversion model.Moreover,the developed IAFSA show higher accuracy and better robustness than the original artificial fish swarm algorithm(AFSA)for avoiding local optimization problems effectively.As a whole,the present work supplies a useful kind of measurement technology for predicting geometrical morphology of particle fractal aggregates.展开更多
In order to evaluate placement of artificial reefs in Huidong County and observe biological aggregating effect of fishery resources,background investigation and follow-up investigation were carried out for trawl fishi...In order to evaluate placement of artificial reefs in Huidong County and observe biological aggregating effect of fishery resources,background investigation and follow-up investigation were carried out for trawl fishing and gill-net fishing in Daxingshan artificial reef area.The biological resource density index(D),Margalef species richness index(R),Shannon-Winener diversity index(H'),and Pileou evenness index(J')were used to study diversity of water biological population and resource density.Trawl fishing investigation indicated that after placement of reefs,there was significant increase in quantity of species of nekton,total resource density,species richness index,and diversity index in reef area,which were 1.321,2.07,1.012 and 1.084 times the value before placement of reefs respectively.Gill-net fishing investigation indicated that after placement of reefs,the quantity of species of nekton,total resource density,species richness index,and diversity index in reef area were 2.571,7.976,2.399 and 2.667 times the value before placement of reefs respectively.After reef placement,fishes and crabs become dominant population.It showed that after reef placement,attraction effect of fishes is significant,community structure is obviously optimized,and water environment in reef area is significantly improved.Thus,it proved that the multiplication system through artificial reefs has been basically established in Daxingshan reef area of Huidong County.展开更多
