The system is composed of two parts: one current measurement element and one voltage measurement element. A Rogowski coil and a capacitive voltage divider are used respectively for the line current and voltage measurements. Active electronic components are used to modulate signal, and power supply for these components is drawn from power line via an auxiliary current transformer. Measurement signal is transmitted by optical fibers, which is resistant to electromagnetic induction and noise. With careful design and the use of digital signal processing technology, the whole system can meet 0.5% accuracy for metering and provides large dynamic range coupled with good accuracy for protective relaying use. 展开更多

The work principle of all fiber optical current transducer (AFOCT) was introduced. By analyzing the characteristic of photo-detector's output, a measurement and signal processing scheme based on sine wave modulation and demodulation was put forward for eliminating the influence of light intensity change and modulation degree change. A digital signal processing system and a calibration scheme were also advanced. The experimental data show that the mean ratio error is 0.016 74% for direct current and 0.035% for alternating current, and the correlation coefficient of linearity is up to 0.999 982 4, meeting the precision requirement of 0.2 grade. Stability experiments and temperature drift experiments show the AFOCT has a better stable capability. 展开更多

The advantages of the all-fiber optical current transformer include but are not limited to being small in size,having no magnetic saturation,exhibiting high measurement accuracy,and boasting strong electromagnetic interference resistance.However,the high cost of the all-fiber optical transformer limits its promotion and application in engineering.This paper proposes a design scheme of an independent double acquisition loop for the all-fiber optical current transformer based on the single optical path.Firstly,based on the closed-loop control mode and open-loop control mode,the twochannel sampling signal demand for relay protection,and the independent dual-acquisition loop design scheme of the all-fiber optical current transformer are proposed.Secondly,the reliability and economic feasibility of the scheme are demonstrated by an analysis of system failure and cost.The results show that the scheme can actualize the acquisition function of two independent all-fiber optical current transformer products on a single all-fiber current transformer in an integrated manner,which greatly reduces the cost of the all-fiber optical current transformer in engineering applications. 展开更多

According to IEC660044-8, the performance of AOCT was examined roundly applying the standard testing system authenticated by the state authority. Comparison of three formulations for eddy-current problems in a spiral coil electromagnetic acoustic transducer

Formulations II and {I1 are based on inc... Three differential equations based on different definitions of current density are compared. Formulation I is based on an incomplete equation for total current density (TCD). Formulations II and {I1 are based on incomplete and complete equations for source current density (SCD), respectively. Using the weak form of finite element method (FEM), three formulations were applied in a spiral coil electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT) example to solve magnetic vector potential (MVP). The input impedances calculated by Formulation III are in excellent agreement with the experimental measurements. Results show that the errors for Formulations I & II vary with coil diameter, coil spacing, lift-off distance and external excitation frequency, for the existence of eddy-current and skin & proximity effects. And the current distribution across the coil conductor also follows the same trend. It is better to choose Formulation I instead of Formulation Ili to solve MVP when the coil diameter is less than twice the skin depth for Formulation I is a low cost and high efficiency calculation method. 展开更多

In this study,a 2kHz Tonpilz projector was designed using a Terfenol-D and modeled in ATILA.For the purpose of modeling studies,it has been determined that a radiating head mass exhibits better transmitting current response(TCR) at 136 mm diameter,where the resonance occurs at 2.4kHz and the peak value of 118 dB re 1 μPa/A at 1 m occurs at 12 kHz.Also bolt at a 46mm distance from the center of the head mass offers resonance at 2.4kHz,and the peak value of 115.3 dB re 1 μPa/A at 1m occurs at 11.5kHz.This optimized design is fabricated and molded with polyurethane of 3mm thickness.The prototype was tested at the Acoustic Test Facility(ATF) of National Institute of Ocean Technology(NIOT) for its underwater performances.Based on the result,the fundamental resonance was determined to be 2.18kHz and the peak value of TCR of 182 dB re 1 μPa/A at 1m occurs at 14 kHz.The maximum value of the RS was found to be -190 dB re 1V/μPa at 1m at a frequency of 2.1kHz. 展开更多

This paper considers the design of EMAT (Electro-Magnetic Acoustic Transducer) based on numerical simulation. The EMAT consists of an exiting coil and two permanent magnets, which transmits the ultrasonic wave by the Lorentz force between the eddy current and the static magnetic field by the magnets. From the experimental result on self-prepared EMATs, the intensity and the directivity of the transmitted wave depend on the widths of the coil and the magnets. By means of EEM analysis the authors attempt to determine the optimal values of the above widths such that both the intensity and the directivity achieve the maximum or allowable performance. 展开更多

压电陶瓷调制激光回馈外腔的实验和分析

为了研究微片激光器的光回馈效应的调制方式对激光器光灵敏度的影响,采用不同调制电压、频率驱动压电陶瓷(PZT)来调谐微片激光器外腔的方法,观察光回馈条纹幅值和灵敏度的变化情况,并结合复合腔等效模型进行了数值仿真和分析。结果表明... 为了研究微片激光器的光回馈效应的调制方式对激光器光灵敏度的影响,采用不同调制电压、频率驱动压电陶瓷(PZT)来调谐微片激光器外腔的方法,观察光回馈条纹幅值和灵敏度的变化情况,并结合复合腔等效模型进行了数值仿真和分析。结果表明,增大PZT调制频率,使其越靠近激光器的弛豫振荡频率,光放大效果越明显,输出幅值和PZT调制频率具有相同变化趋势;PZT调制频率不变,将140 mA抽运电流调小至出光阈值电流约100 mA,弛豫振荡峰值会逐渐靠近PZT移频调制量,能主动放大回馈光,增益可高达105;光灵敏度与PZT移频量相对弛豫振荡峰值的距离有关,两者越接近,光灵敏度则越强;经PZT调制的激光回馈系统相对声光调制,有降低成本、易于调节的优势。该研究为联动调节抽运电流和PZT调制量获得幅值合适、噪声小的光回馈条纹提供了参考。 展开更多

声学时差海流计具有高精度、高采样率、无盲区和不受海洋散射条件限制的优点,目前国内尚无时差海流计系统样机以及核心部件(四声道双晶换能器)的报道。为了实现对海洋矢量流速的长期精确测量,设计并研制了基于时差法的低功耗超声波三维... 声学时差海流计具有高精度、高采样率、无盲区和不受海洋散射条件限制的优点,目前国内尚无时差海流计系统样机以及核心部件(四声道双晶换能器)的报道。为了实现对海洋矢量流速的长期精确测量,设计并研制了基于时差法的低功耗超声波三维海流测量系统,构建了四声轴三维矢量流速测量模型,通过有限元仿真设计并制备了小体积异形异构V形双晶换能器。系统采用低功耗STM32L431和MSP4306288为主控芯片,由TDC-GP22高精度时间测量模块、换能器驱动电路、低功耗放大滤波电路、SD卡存储模块等组成测量电路,通过测量换能器4个声轴上的超声波飞行时间差,得到海水的三维矢量流速。系统采用低功耗硬件系统设计,配合软件低功耗管理降低系统功耗。经实际测试,所研制的三维海流测量系统具有测量准确、低功耗、存储方便等优点。 展开更多

该文设计了一种利用STM32F103C8T6实现的盲盒识别装置,用于识别装在封闭盒子(盲盒)里的硬币及硬币组合。该系统采用STM32F103C8T6单片机为控制核心实现对整个电路的控制,对WL01涡流传感器的空心线圈中通以交变电流,在线圈周围产生一个... 该文设计了一种利用STM32F103C8T6实现的盲盒识别装置,用于识别装在封闭盒子(盲盒)里的硬币及硬币组合。该系统采用STM32F103C8T6单片机为控制核心实现对整个电路的控制,对WL01涡流传感器的空心线圈中通以交变电流,在线圈周围产生一个交变的磁场,当WL01涡流传感器模块检测到硬币时,该模块输出0~3.3 V的电压信号,并通过STM32F103C8T6单片机内部的AD模块采集该模拟信号,经过中值滤波算法对采集的模拟信号进行预处理,采用KNN算法对识别系统进行训练。通过随机对6种不同版本的硬币各10次实验验证,所设计的盲盒识别装置的正确率最高达到100%,平均准确率达到97.5%,识别的平均时间低于3 s。通过实验证明该系统具有响应速度快、抗干扰能力强等特点,能够对不同面值硬币均具有很高的识别率。 展开更多
