High frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR) is well proved to have over the horizon (OTH) detection capability to weak aerial targets, such as concealed airplanes or cruise missiles. The most important problem of detection of fast and small targets using HFSWR is earlier warning, i.e. enlargement of detection range oftargets. Therefore, the detection threshold should be decreased as low as possible, but numerous false alarms are brought about at the same time. On this condition, conventional track initiation techniques, which normally require the probability of false alarm to be at the level of 10-6, will initiate enormous false tracks and lead to abnormal operation of tracking system. An adaptive modified hough transform (AMHT) track initiator is proposed accordingly and the relation of detection range to the performance of track initiator is analyzed in this paper. Simulations are performed to confirm the capability of track initiation to fast and small targets in dense clutter by AMHT track initiator. The tolerable probability of false alarm of detector can reach the level of 10 -3 . And it performs better than track initiator based on modified hough transform (MHT). 展开更多

A modified slow-fast analysis method is presented for the periodically excited non-autonomous dynamical system with an order gap between the exciting frequency and the natural frequency.By regarding the exciting term as a slow-varying parameter,a generalized autonomous fast subsystem can be defined,the equilibrium branches as well as the bifurcations of which can be employed to account for the mechanism of the bursting oscillations by combining the transformed phase portrait introduced.As an example,a typical periodically excited Hartley model is used to demonstrate the validness of the method,in which the exciting frequency is far less than the natural frequency.The equilibrium branches and their bifurcations of the fast subsystem with the variation of the slow-varying parameter are presented.Bursting oscillations for two typical cases are considered,which reveals that,fold bifurcation may cause the the trajectory to jump between different equilibrium branches,while Hopf bifurcation may cause the trajectory to oscillate around the stable limit cycle. 展开更多

Polyurethane modified organic silicone was successfully prepared from hydroxyl-terminated polyether modified silicone,toluene-2,4-diisocyanate( TDI), and NaHSO3. The chemical structure of the polyurethane modified organic silicone was characterized by FT-IR and1H-NMR. The polymer film on the cotton surface was investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and the results showed that a thin polymer film was successfully formed. The FT-IR of treated cotton fabrics indicated that hydroxyl( OH) of cellulose fiber and isocyanate group( NCO)of the polyurethane modified organic silicone has formed covalent cross-linking. X-ray diffraction( XRD) analysis revealed that the crystalline region of treated cotton fabrics wasn't changed. The wet rubbing fastness of treated cotton fabrics was increased by approximately rating 1 on average. There was little change of DE values for the polyurethane modified organic silicone. The softness was improved significantly. 展开更多

In this study, the numerical solution for the Modified Equal Width Wave (MEW) equation is presented using Fourier spectral method that use to discretize the space variable and Leap-frog method scheme for time dependence. Test problems including the single soliton wave motion, interaction of two solitary waves and interaction of three solitary waves will use to validate the proposed method. The three invariants of the motion are evaluated to determine the conservation properties of the generated scheme. Finally, a Maxwellian initial condition pulse is then studied. The L<sub>2</sub> and L<sub>∞</sub> error norms are computed to study the accuracy and the simplicity of the presented method. 展开更多

Protective effect of modified Yu-Ye decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus rats

Background:Yu-Ye decoction is a classic prescription therapy that is widely used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).In this study,we evaluate and exhibit the protective effect of modified Yu-Ye decoction on T2DM rats.Methods:Sixty rats with T2DM were included in this study that was induced by high-fat high-glucose diet for 6 weeks.following 6 weeks later,1%streptozotocin 30 mg/kg was injected intraperitoneally,and the T2DM rats were randomly divided into the model group,the metformin(90 mg/kg)positive control group,and the modified Yu-Ye decoction(6.4 g/kg,12.7 g/kg,25.4 g/kg)group.In contrast,standard chow was provided to the 10 rats in the control group.The drug was administered for four weeks,and fasting blood glucose was monitored.After four weeks of treatment,oral glucose tolerance test experiments were carried out.Serum was collected for the detection of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,and total cholesterol,triglyceride.Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to assess potential pathological changes in the liver,kidneys,and pancreas.Results:Results from fasting blood glucose monitoring and oral glucose tolerance test showed that modified Yu-Ye decoction could significantly improve the blood glucose concentration and insulin resistance,compared to the model group.In addition,modified Yu-Ye decoction could significantly reduce the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,low density lipoprotein,total cholesterol,triglyceride,and increase the level of high density lipoprotein.At the same time,hematoxylin-eosin results exhibited that modified Yu-Ye decoction could increase the number of islet cells,reduce the volume of islet cells,improve liver edema and inflammation,and improve renal glomerular hypertrophy.Conclusion:This study shows that modified Yu-Ye decoction ameliorates T2DM because it can reduce fasting blood glucose concentration,improve glucose tolerance,protect liver and kidney function,and improve livers,kidneys,and pancreas tissue morphology. 展开更多

六环石改性杨木木材的制备

目的探讨肺泡灌洗液(BALF)改良抗酸染色和基因芯片法诊断肺结核的价值。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月江西省胸科医院收治的150例疑似肺结核患者作为研究对象,患者均行肺泡灌洗液改良抗酸染色和基因芯片法进行诊断,观察两者对肺结核的... 目的探讨肺泡灌洗液(BALF)改良抗酸染色和基因芯片法诊断肺结核的价值。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月江西省胸科医院收治的150例疑似肺结核患者作为研究对象,患者均行肺泡灌洗液改良抗酸染色和基因芯片法进行诊断,观察两者对肺结核的诊断价值。结果150例疑似肺结核患者中,最终诊断肺结核105例,非肺结核45例,以临床最终诊断为金标准,肺泡灌洗液改良抗酸染色灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为63.81%、95.56%、73.33%、97.10%、53.09%;肺泡灌洗液基因芯片法灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为80.00%、97.78%、85.33%、98.82%、67.69%;肺泡灌洗液基因芯片法检测结核分枝杆菌的灵敏度和准确度高于改良抗酸染色,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺泡灌洗液基因芯片和改良抗酸染色法诊断肺结核具有良好价值,相比改良抗酸染色法基因芯片法可以更灵敏、准确地诊断肺结核,值得临床借鉴。 展开更多

针对传统快速峭度图在轴承故障诊断中,通过计算滤波信号的包络峭度确定频带范围容易受到随机脉冲干扰的问题,提出一种基于改进快速峭度图的轴承故障诊断方法。首先运用自相关算法、改进谱幅值调制(improved spectral amplitude modulati... 针对传统快速峭度图在轴承故障诊断中,通过计算滤波信号的包络峭度确定频带范围容易受到随机脉冲干扰的问题,提出一种基于改进快速峭度图的轴承故障诊断方法。首先运用自相关算法、改进谱幅值调制(improved spectral amplitude modulation, ISAM)算法对包络信号进行处理,获取修正信号并以其频谱峭度衡量冲击响应的强度;然后以修正信号谱峭度代替传统快速峭度图中的包络峭度,得到可降低各频带随机干扰的改进峭度图;最后通过对3组信噪比不同的仿真信号、2组轴承试验信号的平方包络谱故障诊断情况进行对比分析,验证该方法的有效性和稳定性。通过与原始快速峭度图、功率谱峭度图、ISAM法3种方法对比,验证该方法的优越性。对比结果表明,所提方法可有效降低随机脉冲的影响,实现轴承故障特征频率的准确提取。 展开更多

Adsorption property of direct fast black onto acid-thermal modified sepiolite and optimization of adsorption conditions using Box-Behnken response surface methodology 被引量:2

The adsorption of direct fast black onto acid- thermal modified sepiolite was investigated. Batch adsorp- tion experiments were performed to evaluate the influences of experimental parameters such as initial dye concentra- tion, initial solution pH and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption process. The three-factor and three-level Box- Behnken response surface methodology (RSM) was utilized for modeling and optimization of the adsorption conditions for direct fast black onto the acid-thermal modified sepiolite. The raw sepiolite was converted to acid-thermal modified sepiolite, and changes in the fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR) adsorption bands of the sample were noted at 3435 cm] and 1427 cm1. The zeolitic water disappeared and the purity of sepiolite was improved by acid-thermal modification. The decoloriza- tion rate of direct fast black adsorbed increased from 68.2% to 98.9% on acid-thermal modified sepiolite as the initial solution pH decreased from 10 to 2. When the adsorbent dosage reached to 2.5 g. L-1, 2.0 g. L-~, 1.5 g. I,I and 1.0g.L-1, the decolorization rate was 90.3%, 86.7%, 61.0% and 29.8%, respectively. When initial dye concen- tration increased from 25 to 200 rag. L-l, the decolorization rate decreased from 91.9% to 60.0%. The RSM results showed that the interaction between adsorbent dosage and pH to be a significant factor. The optimum conditions were as follows: the adsorbent dosage 1.99 g.L-1, pH 4.22, and reaction time 5.2 h. Under these conditions, the decolor- ization rate was 95.1%. The three dimensional fluores- cence spectra of direct fast black before and after treatment showed that the direct fast black was almost all adsorbed by the acid-thermal modified sepiolite. 展开更多

目的了解诺卡菌的培养及染色特征。方法采用脑心浸液琼脂培养基、哥伦比亚血琼脂基础培养基和沙保弱琼脂培养基,分别在25℃和37℃条件下培养,观察不同种类诺卡菌的生长时间和菌落生长形态。应用革兰染色、抗酸染色及改良抗酸染色方法进... 目的了解诺卡菌的培养及染色特征。方法采用脑心浸液琼脂培养基、哥伦比亚血琼脂基础培养基和沙保弱琼脂培养基,分别在25℃和37℃条件下培养,观察不同种类诺卡菌的生长时间和菌落生长形态。应用革兰染色、抗酸染色及改良抗酸染色方法进行染色,观察诺卡菌的染色特征和形态特点。结果共对从德国的DSMZ菌种保藏中心购得的7个种23株诺卡菌标准参照菌株进行了培养观察。诺卡菌的菌落形态和颜色多样,菌落形态有针尖状、雪花状、菜花状、不规则状等,菌落颜色有白色、黄色、橙红色、灰色等。诺卡菌为革兰氏阳性菌,弱抗酸性菌,用不同浓度的脱色液进行抗酸染色,所用脱色液浓度越低,抗酸染色阳性率越高,硫酸脱色液浓度为0.125%时,诺卡菌抗酸染色阳性率最高。结论诺卡菌具有独特的培养和染色特征,菌落形态和镜下形态多样。诺卡菌为弱抗酸菌,0.125%硫酸脱色液的改良抗酸染色方法检测阳性率最高。 展开更多

目的探讨不同病原学检测方法在结核性脑膜炎(结脑)临床诊断中的应用。方法对临床诊断为结脑患者60例(结脑组)和非结脑患者70例(非结脑组)的脑脊液标本,同时进行离心涂片抗酸染色、结核菌BACTEC MGIT 960快速培养、实时荧光定量聚合酶链... 目的探讨不同病原学检测方法在结核性脑膜炎(结脑)临床诊断中的应用。方法对临床诊断为结脑患者60例(结脑组)和非结脑患者70例(非结脑组)的脑脊液标本,同时进行离心涂片抗酸染色、结核菌BACTEC MGIT 960快速培养、实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)、玻片离心改良抗酸染色检测,并对其结果进行比较分析。结果结脑组标本中,涂片抗酸染色、结核菌快速培养、FQ-PCR检测、玻片离心改良抗酸染色法的检出率分别为11.7%(7/60)、6.7%(4/60)、48.3%(29/60)、61.7%(37/60)。非结脑组中2例玻片离心改良抗酸染色阳性。玻片离心改良抗酸染色法检出率高于其他3种检测方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且能发现细胞内抗酸杆菌,应用该种方法检测,4例结核菌培养阳性患者的8份脑脊液标本均为阳性。结论玻片离心改良抗酸染色法操作简便、快速,可明显提高脑脊液中抗酸杆菌的检出率,既能检出细胞外抗酸杆菌,也可检出细胞内抗酸杆菌,此方法可能有助于提高病原检测的阳性率,值得进一步探讨其在结脑早期诊断中的临床意义。 展开更多
