Methods Given the notion of reproductive health and the Junction of family in society, the author bring Jorward a new mode of family planning service, that was ＂healthy, happy household promotion ＂ based on the principle of health education and health promotion. Results The mode of ＂healthy,, happy household promotion ＂ reflected the new KP. service mode, and was the direction of family planning service. It might benefit both service provider and clients to make the family as the entrance point of quality care of reproductive health in communities, to develop health education and health promotion, and promote fiunily health and fanily happiness. Conclusion Family health and family happiness should be the final goal of family planning.展开更多
