针对印刷电路板(PCB)组装工艺装贴方式多样,生产线工艺切换需要改变硬件组态和优化工艺流程,导致生产线停机时间加长、维护成本升高、生产效率降低等问题。以西门子PLC和分布式IO模块为例,提出了组态控制功能在PCB组装系统中的应用方案... 针对印刷电路板(PCB)组装工艺装贴方式多样,生产线工艺切换需要改变硬件组态和优化工艺流程,导致生产线停机时间加长、维护成本升高、生产效率降低等问题。以西门子PLC和分布式IO模块为例,提出了组态控制功能在PCB组装系统中的应用方案。采用最大硬件方案组态形成标准机器项目。根据不同的生产工艺、不同的生产方案,存储在专门的组态控制数据块中。当需要切换PCB组装工艺时,加载相应的组态方案,就可以运行新的组态项目和生产工艺,达到快速完成生产工艺切换的目的。使用西门子TIA博途V17的仿真检验,验证了组态控制功能的有效性和可靠性。 展开更多

For time-of-flight(TOF)light detection and ranging(LiDAR),a three-channel high-performance transimpedance amplifier(TIA)with high immunity to input load capacitance is presented.A regulated cascade(RGC)as the input stage is at the core of the complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)circuit chip,giving it more immunity to input photodiode detectors.A simple smart output interface acting as a feedback structure,which is rarely found in other designs,reduces the chip size and power consumption simultaneously.The circuit is designed using a 0.5μm CMOS process technology to achieve low cost.The device delivers a 33.87 dB?transimpedance gain at 350 MHz.With a higher input load capacitance,it shows a-3 dB bandwidth of 461 MHz,indicating a better detector tolerance at the front end of the system.Under a 3.3 V supply voltage,the device consumes 5.2 mW,and the total chip area with three channels is 402.8×597.0μm2(including the test pads). 展开更多

To reduce additional mass, this work proposes a nonlinear energy sink(NES)with an inertial amplifier(NES-IA) to control the vertical vibration of the objects under harmonic and shock excitations. Moreover, this paper constructs pure nonlinear stiffness without neglecting the gravity effect of the oscillator. Both analytical and numerical methods are used to evaluate the performance of the NES-IA. The research findings indicate that even if the actual mass is 1% of the main oscillator, the NES-IA with proper inertia angles and mass distribution ratios can still effectively attenuate the steady-state and transient responses of the main oscillator. Nonlinear stiffness and damping also have important effects. Due to strongly nonlinear factors, the coupled system may exhibit higher branch responses under harmonic excitation. In shock excitation environment, the NES-IA with a large dynamic mass can trigger energy capture of both main resonance and high-frequency resonance. Furthermore, the comparison with the traditional NES also confirms the advantages of the NES-IA in overcoming mass dependence. 展开更多

The entirely fiberized system is built by erbiumdoped oscillator and two-stage amplifiers with polarization maintaining commercial silica fibers and devices, which can provide robust and stable soliton generation. High-power soliton laser with the average power of 0.28 W,the repetition rate of 42.7 MHz, and pulse duration of 515 fs is generated directly from the main amplifier.Our experiment provides a feasible method for high-power all-fiber polarization maintaining femtosecond laser generation working at 1.7 μm. 展开更多

In this paper,a simple adaptive power dividing function for the design of a dual-input Doherty power amplifier(DPA)is presented.In the presented approaches,the signal separation function(SSF)at different frequency points can be characterized by a polynomial.And in the practical test,the coefficients of SSF can be determined by measuring a small number of data points of input power.Same as other dualinput DPAs,the proposed approach can also achieve high output power and back-off efficiency in a broadband operation band by adjusting the power distribution ratio flexibly.Finally,a 1.5-2.5 GHz highefficiency dual-input Doherty power amplifier is implemented according to this approach.The test results show that the peak power is 48.6-49.7d Bm,and the 6-d B back-off efficiency is 51.0-67.0%,and the saturation efficiency is 52.4-74.6%.The digital predistortion correction is carried out at the frequency points of 1.8/2.1GHz,and the adjacent channel power ratio is lower than-54.5d Bc.Simulation and experiment results can verify the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method. 展开更多

A Josephson traveling wave parametric amplifier(JTWPA),which is a quantum-limited amplifier with high gain and large bandwidth,is the core device of large-scale measurement and control systems for quantum computing.A typical JTWPA consists of thousands of Josephson junctions connected in series to form a transmission line and hundreds of shunt LC resonators periodically loaded along the line for phase matching.Because the variation of these capacitors and inductors can be detrimental to their high-frequency characteristics,the fabrication of a JTWPA typically necessitates precise processing equipment.To guide the fabrication process and further improve the design for manufacturability,it is necessary to understand how each electronic component affects the amplifier.In this paper,we use the harmonic balance method to conduct a comprehensive study on the impact of nonuniformity and fabrication yield of the electronic components on the performance of a JTWPA.The results provide insightful and scientific guidance for device design and fabrication processes. 展开更多

In this paper,since the Avalanche Photo Diode(APD)for Light-to-Voltage LTV conversion uses a high voltage in the operating range unlike other Photo Diodes(PD),the quenching resistor must be connected in series to prevent overcurrent when using the Transimpedance Amplifier(TIA).In such a case,quenching resistance may affect the transfer function of the TIA circuit,resulting in serious stability.Therefore,in this paper,by analyzing the effect of APD quenching resistance on the voltage and current loop transfer function of TIA,we proposed a loop analysis and a method for determining the quenching resistance value to improve stability.A TIA circuit with quenching resistance was designed by the proposed method and its operational stability was verified through simulation and chip fabrication. 展开更多

加拿大TIA评分预测TIA后缺血性脑卒中风险的价值及其与ABCD2评分的诊断效能比较

目的 探究加拿大TIA评分预测短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)发作7 d后发生缺血性脑卒中风险的效能,并与ABCD2评分进行对比。方法 回顾性选取2020年5月至2022年5月在衡水市人民医院急诊收治并确诊的174例TIA患者作为研究对象。以7 d内发生缺血性... 目的 探究加拿大TIA评分预测短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)发作7 d后发生缺血性脑卒中风险的效能,并与ABCD2评分进行对比。方法 回顾性选取2020年5月至2022年5月在衡水市人民医院急诊收治并确诊的174例TIA患者作为研究对象。以7 d内发生缺血性脑卒中为观察终点。以7 d内发生了缺血性脑卒中为阳性组,7 d内没有发生缺血性脑卒中为阴性组。分别采用加拿大TIA评分和ABCD2评分进行危险分层(加拿大TIA评分,低危:-3~3分,中危:4~8分,高危:9~23分;ABCD2评分,低危:0~3分,中危:4~5分,高危:6~7分),并进行比较。结果 7 d内发生缺血性脑卒中28例(16.1%)。在加拿大TIA评分中,低危27例,中危123例,高危24例,7 d内缺血性脑梗死发生情况:低危1例,中危19例,高危8例,区间似然比分别为0.18、1.11和1.74。ABCD2评分中,低危0例,中危159例,高危15例,7 d内缺血性脑梗死发生情况:低危0例,中危23例,高危5例,区间似然比分别为0、0.87和3.26。加拿大TIA评分受试者曲线的曲线下面积高于ABCD2评分(0.73 vs 0.61,P=0.001)。结论 加拿大TIA评分可以更好预测TIA患者早期发生脑梗死的风险,对控制TIA患者7 d内发生缺血性脑梗死具有重要的临床价值。 展开更多

3D ASL联合3D T1高分辨黑血管壁成像技术对烟雾病导致TIA的诊断应用

目的探讨磁共振三维动脉自旋标记成像(3D Arterial Spin Labeling imaging,3D ASL)联合3D T1高分辨黑血管壁成像(3D T1 Black Blood imaging,3D T1BB)技术对烟雾病(Moyamoya Disease,MMD)导致短暂性脑缺血发作(Transient Ischemic Attac... 目的探讨磁共振三维动脉自旋标记成像(3D Arterial Spin Labeling imaging,3D ASL)联合3D T1高分辨黑血管壁成像(3D T1 Black Blood imaging,3D T1BB)技术对烟雾病(Moyamoya Disease,MMD)导致短暂性脑缺血发作(Transient Ischemic Attack,TIA)的诊断价值。方法临床上疑似诊断烟雾病导致TIA患者172例,分别行磁共振平扫、3D ASL、3D T1BB和DSA检查,采用DSA检查结果作为诊断烟雾病的金标准,比较3D ASL联合3D T1BB与3D ASL、3D T1BB的敏感度、特异度和准确度差异,并分析3D T1BB图像上斑块的特点。结果根据DSA检查结果显示,3D ASL诊断真阳性为105例,真阴性19例,假阳性7例,假阴性41例,3D T1BB诊断真阳性为112例,真阴性21例,假阳性5例,假阴性34例,3D ASL联合3D T1BB诊断真阳性139例,真阴性18例,假阳性8例,假阴性7例,3D ASL联合3D T1BB诊断烟雾病导致TIA的敏感度、特异度和准确度分别为95.21%、69.23%、91.28%,其敏感度和准确度均高于单独应用3D ASL和3D T1BB(P<0.01),3种诊断方法的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3D ASL联合3D T1BB诊断方法曲线下面积为0.822,高于分别两项单独诊断的曲线下面积(3D ASL,AUC=0.725;3D T1BB,AUC=0.787)。3D T1BB图像显示:172例患者中有MCA血管344根,其中发现有稳定斑块82根(23.84%),易损斑块262根(76.16%),斑块特征为斑块呈向心性狭窄,易损斑块增强扫描可见明显强化。结论3D ASL能够反应脑组织血流灌注情况,3D T1BB能够反应斑块的特征并反映斑块的性质,3D ASL联合3D T1BB对烟雾病导致TIA具有较高的诊断价值。 展开更多

设计了一种基于0.18μm BCD工艺的全差分TIA电路和光隔离IGBT驱动系统。分析了共模瞬态干扰对光隔离驱动系统的影响,提出了一种可以提高共模瞬态抗扰度(CMTI)的全差分TIA结构。TIA的差分输入端分别接一个遮光的PD和一个透光的PD,TIA的... 设计了一种基于0.18μm BCD工艺的全差分TIA电路和光隔离IGBT驱动系统。分析了共模瞬态干扰对光隔离驱动系统的影响,提出了一种可以提高共模瞬态抗扰度(CMTI)的全差分TIA结构。TIA的差分输入端分别接一个遮光的PD和一个透光的PD,TIA的差分输出端做电平比较。只有一个TIA的输入能够接收光信号,产生差分增益,但是共模瞬态在隔离层的干扰却能耦合到TIA的两个输入端,因此共模瞬态的干扰作用将会被差分电路的共模抑制比(CMRR)减弱。且加入了窄脉冲滤波电路可滤掉共模瞬态干扰引起的短脉冲误差信号,进一步提高CMTI。所设计的TIA电路的仿真结果显示,CMRR达到105.4 dB,CMTI可以达到325 kV/μs。 展开更多

A differential cross-coupled regulated cascode(RGC)transimpedance amplifier(TIA)is proposed. The theory of multi-stage common-source(CS) configuration as an auxiliary amplifier to enhance the bandwidth and output impedance of RGC topology is analyzed. Additionally, negative Miller capacitance and shunt active inductor compensation are exploited to further expand the bandwidth. The proposed RGC TIA is simulated based on UMC 0.18 μm standard CMOS process. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed TIA has a high transimpedance of 60.5 d B?, and a-3 d B bandwidth of 5.4 GHz is achieved for 0.5 p F input capacitance. The average equivalent input noise current spectral density is about 20 p A/Hz^(1/2) in the interested frequency, and the TIA consumes 20 m W DC power under 1.8 V supply voltage. The voltage swing is 460 m V pp, and the saturation input current is 500 μA. 展开更多

We demonstrate the design of a novel voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), which is based on a metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOS) differential amplifier with active load. This VCO achieves low phase noise and wide tuning range. The phase noise is –120 dBc/Hz at 600 KHz offset from a 1.216 GHz carrier frequency. This value is comparable to that of a LC-based integrated oscillator. The operating frequency can be tuned from 117 MHz to 1.216 GHz with the supply voltage varying from 1.3 V to 3.3 V. Therefore, the tuning range is about 90.38% which is larger than most of the LC and ring oscillator. The VCO circuit, which is constructed using a standard 0.35 μm CMOS technology, occupies only 26.25 × 7.52 μm2 die area and dissipated 10.56 mW under a 3.3 V supply voltage. 展开更多

Theoretical and experimental research on the effect of initial chirp on near-infrared supercontinuum generation by a nanosecond pulse in a nonlinear fiber amplifier is carded out. The complex Ginzburg-Landau equation is used to simulate the propagation of the pulse in the fiber amplifier and the results show that pulses with negative initial chirp produce the widest supercontinuum and pulses with positive initial chirp produce the narrowest supercontinuum when the central wavelength of the pump lies in the normal dispersion region of the gain fiber. A self-made line width narrowing system is utilized to control the initial chirp of the nanosecond pump pulse and a four-stage master oscillator power amplifier configuration is adopted to produce a high power near-infrared suppercontinuum. The experimental results are in good agreement with simulations which can provide some guidance on further optimization of the system in future work. 展开更多
