The optimal selection of schemes of water transportation projects is a process of choosing a relatively optimal scheme from a number of schemes of water transportation programming and management projects, which is of ...The optimal selection of schemes of water transportation projects is a process of choosing a relatively optimal scheme from a number of schemes of water transportation programming and management projects, which is of importance in both theory and practice in water resource systems engineering. In order to achieve consistency and eliminate the dimensions of fuzzy qualitative and fuzzy quantitative evaluation indexes, to determine the weights of the indexes objectively, and to increase the differences among the comprehensive evaluation index values of water transportation project schemes, a projection pursuit method, named FPRM-PP for short, was developed in this work for selecting the optimal water transportation project scheme based on the fuzzy preference relation matrix. The research results show that FPRM-PP is intuitive and practical, the correction range of the fuzzy rained is both stable and accurate; preference relation matrix A it produces is relatively small, and the result obtherefore FPRM-PP can be widely used in the optimal selection of different multi-factor decision-making schemes.展开更多

The comprehensive evaluation of the co-de...The characteristics of the design resources in the ship collaborative design is described and the hierarchical model for the evaluation of the design resources is established. The comprehensive evaluation of the co-designers for the collaborative design resources has been done from different aspects using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) ,and according to the evaluation results,the candidates are determined. Meanwhile,based on the principle of minimum cost,and starting from the relations between the design tasks and the corresponding co-designers,the optimizing selection model of the collaborators is established and one novel genetic combined with simulated annealing algorithm is proposed to realize the optimization. It overcomes the defects of the genetic algorithm which may lead to the premature convergenee and local optimization if used individually. Through the application of this method in the ship collaborative design system,it proves the feasibility and provides a quantitative method for the optimizing selection of the design resources.展开更多

Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used to solve the tasks of multi-criterion decision system fields, but some complicated questions processed by AHP cannot be easily solved by means of the general method....Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used to solve the tasks of multi-criterion decision system fields, but some complicated questions processed by AHP cannot be easily solved by means of the general method. It is because of being unsatisfied with consistency condition or judgment matrix too intricate to solve, which causes AHP invalidation. So in order to resolve this problem, AHP knowledge systems reduced with the aid of Genetic Algorithms (GA) were proposed, which directly acquired the order of AHP issue through the rule of Rough Sets Theory (RST) method, or solved the tasks reduced by RST with classical AHP method. On this condition, the compare decision system of region informatization level was solved, and the results solved were the same to those by classical AHP, which denoted that this method was more simple and reliable, besides the four rules of changing AHP system into RST Decision System.展开更多
