Based on the teaching concept of “Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum”, taking the curriculum of “Human Resource Management” as an example, this paper explores the reform of ideological and political education design from the perspective of moral education objectives and teaching contents. The course takes “carrying forward the craftsmanship spirit” as the main line, and takes” constructing a pattern of high-quality education” as the main task, which not only cultivates students’ professional skills in human resource management, but also integrates ideological and political elements into all modules of human resource management, pays attention to students’ ideological trends and attaches importance to students’ ideological education. In the teaching content, the course introduces ideological and political elements such as craftsmanship spirit, entrepreneurship spirit and Chinese traditional culture. In the recruitment and selection section, the importance of craftsmanship spirit is emphasized, and talents who strive for excellence and excellence are advocated for selection. In the performance management section, combined with entrepreneurial spirit, the value of innovation driven and efficient execution is explored. When discussing about employee development, it is important to integrate socialist core values and balance individual and collective interests. Objective: “Basic Nursing Skills Practice” is a key course connecting classroom and clinical teaching in nursing specialty teaching. Nursing practice ability is one of the core abilities of nurse practitioners. Therefore, the teaching quality of this course is directly related to the quality of nursing work. To improve the teaching quality of practical course, the assessment reform of the “Basic Nursing Skills Practice” course was carried out among the nursing undergraduates to explore a reasonable and fair assessment mechanism. Method: In the assessment of “Basic Nursing Skills Practice” course, the assessment included individual skill operation assessment, virtual simulation assessment and team comprehensive skill assessment. The assessment proportion was adjusted from 100% for the final examination to 50% for the middle and final examinations respectively. The assessment method was changed from individual skills assessment at the end of the term to a combination of individual skills assessment at the midterm and virtual simulation assessment and team skills assessment at the end of the term. The method has changed from summative evaluation to a combination of formative evaluation and summative evaluation, and self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the effect. Results: After implementing the assessment reform, 86.84% of the students were satisfied with the assessment reform, and the percentage of students with scores above 80 reached 100%. The highest score is 93.0, while the lowest score is 83.0, and the average score was 88.0. Conclusions: High satisfaction of students with basic nursing skills examination reform promoted the learning effectiveness and professional emotions, cultivated comprehensive quality and ability, promoted the realization of talent training objectives. 展开更多

By fully sorting out the ideological and political resources contained in the curriculum, deeply excavating the ideological and political elements, and reasonably designing the integration, this paper analyzed the dimensions of ideological and political education in the physical geography curriculum. Taking professional knowledge as the main line, the educational elements in five aspects were refined, namely, philosophical thinking, power of a big country, patriotism, strict science, and aesthetic education. The development of economy and industrialization further accelerates the pace of development of graphic design education.The educational system actively adopted two ways of“going out”and“inviting in”to communicate with the western world in graphic design(Zhang,2009).Chinese design began to re-examine its balance between globalization and localization after rapid absorption and international experience digestion.As for the negative influence,it led to the risk of developing short-sightedness in design education.Faced with unprecedented challenges,the graphic design industry was continually expanding its functions.The development of Chinese design cannot entirely rely on its own.There was no doubt that graphic design was indeed facing significant obstacles.The suggestions from the American Institute of Graphic Arts(AIGA)are set very high to achieve;the objectives will be excellent if academia can follow.A study aims to understand the overall curriculum and course design and how best to modify the general curriculum and course design to allow for industry practices changes and keep a close eye on the Chinese market's changing needs for design should be carried out. 展开更多
