Federated learning effectively addresses issues such as data privacy by collaborating across participating devices to train global models.However,factors such as network topology and computing power of devices can aff...Federated learning effectively addresses issues such as data privacy by collaborating across participating devices to train global models.However,factors such as network topology and computing power of devices can affect its training or communication process in complex network environments.Computing and network convergence(CNC)of sixth-generation(6G)networks,a new network architecture and paradigm with computing-measurable,perceptible,distributable,dispatchable,and manageable capabilities,can effectively support federated learning training and improve its communication efficiency.By guiding the participating devices'training in federated learning based on business requirements,resource load,network conditions,and computing power of devices,CNC can reach this goal.In this paper,to improve the communication eficiency of federated learning in complex networks,we study the communication eficiency optimization methods of federated learning for CNC of 6G networks that give decisions on the training process for different network conditions and computing power of participating devices.The simulations address two architectures that exist for devices in federated learning and arrange devices to participate in training based on arithmetic power while achieving optimization of communication efficiency in the process of transferring model parameters.The results show that the methods we proposed can cope well with complex network situations,effectively balance the delay distribution of participating devices for local training,improve the communication eficiency during the transfer of model parameters,and improve the resource utilization in the network.展开更多
In this paper,a model of a large-scale optimal power flow(OPF)under voltage grading and network partition and its algorithm is presented.Based on the principles of open loop operations,the node injecting current metho...In this paper,a model of a large-scale optimal power flow(OPF)under voltage grading and network partition and its algorithm is presented.Based on the principles of open loop operations,the node injecting current method is used to divide the large-scale power grid into voltage grading and district dividing structures.The power network is further divided into a high-voltage main network and several subnets according to voltage levels of 220 kV.The subnets are connected by means of boundary nodes,and the partition model is solved using the improved approximate Newton direction method,which achieves complete dynamic decoupling simply by exchanging boundary variables between the main network and the subnets.A largescale power grid thus is decomposed into many subnets,making the solution of the problem simpler and faster while helping to protect the information of individual subnets.The system is tested for correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model,and the results obtained are matched in real-time.Finally,the algorithm is seen to have good convergence while improving calculation speed.展开更多

They are then followed by a discussion of the real numbers and how they are generated without the need for an absolute zero, and how they define an absolute scale of measurement that also does not need an absolute zero. In the AHP/ANP the measurement of an alternative depends on what other alternatives it is compared with. The result is that rank can change if alternatives are added or deleted, something that does not occur in one-at-a-time rating of the alternatives by comparing them with an ideal. An example is provided to show that this is natural and need not involve new criteria or change in judgments. A brief discussion of Utility Theory, the other multi-criteria theory, which uses interval scales to measure intangibles and some of its problems and paradoxes, is given. The references at the end include most of the papers that are adverse to the AHP with brief comments about several of them given in the paper.展开更多
