Since the 21^(st)century,the problem of global warming has been prominent,and the problem of climate change has attracted worldwide attention.All countries have issued urban climate adaptation planning policy documents to address the current climate problem.At the same time,the proposal of the“double carbon”vision allows us to focus on the carbon emission reduction of cities and buildings.In addition to the implementation of the direct carbon reduction approach in the whole life cycle of construction,the functional role of indirect carbon reduction cannot be underestimated.By analyzing the domestic and foreign urban climate adaptation planning policy documents,summarizing the indirect carbon reduction approaches,and analyzing the feasibility of the indirect carbon reduction and emission reduction methods from the perspective of urban climate adaptation planning,the indirect carbon reduction adaptation strategy is proposed,which provides a reference for the implementation of urban climate adaptation planning and the target completion of reaching the carbon neutralization and peak on time.

Eco-township is of great significance for constructing beautiful countryside and accomplishing regional coordinated development between rural and urban areas to protect and improve environment in towns and villages in accordance with Envi- ronment Planning and Guidance of Townlets. The research took national eco-town- ship in Luoshi Town, Xinluo County, Jiangxi Province as an example and analyzed major environmental problems and causes by collecting natural, social and environ- ment information, from the perspectives of surveying on pollution source and envi- ronment quality. Finally, the research conducted regionalization of environment func- tion zones, determined environment quality protection objectives, and formulated en- vironment protection countermeasures, providing references for eco-township develop- ment in underdeveloped areas.

An Analysis of the Legal System for the Protection of Marine Resources in China

Climate technology promotion in the Republic of Korea

The implementation of climate technologies and their commercialization ultimately depends on the success of their research and development(R&D) projects. In the Republic of Korea(ROK), twenty-seven climate technologies were selected to boost the greening of existing industries and to develop new green industries to promote a sustainable climate technology development strategy. Rechargeable battery technology, carbon capture and storage(CCS) technology, smart grids, and sewage treatment are all research areas expected to have tangible outcomes in the forthcoming years. As such, they were included in a comprehensive R&D plan for climate technology advancement, which places an emphasis on climate technology development and commercialization strategy. In this study, the R&D plan of the ROK is reviewed by examining its six core climate technology programs: solar cells, fuel cells, bioenergy, rechargeable battery technology, information technology(IT) applications for the power sector, and CCS technology in detail. The climate policy in the ROK aims to find new economic growth engines and to develop new business opportunities while actively participating in international efforts to combat climate change.

对于英语课堂教学,我们关注较多的是采用各种实验分析方法来证实教学方法与假设的可行性。而本文则是依据于在美近距离观察美国课堂的教育模式,采访调查课堂教学活动所获的信息,结合笔者在中国从事英语教学的经验,比较分析了在中美不同教学文化环境下,在教育学理念,教与学的方法与策略等方面的差异,同时探讨了这些差异的相关原因。通过比较分析,旨在思索拓宽中国英语教学改革的路子,寻求借鉴国外教学经验对中国英语教学的有效成分。文章的最后部分涵盖了我国大学英语教学改革的形势和任务以及我校的教改成果,并阐明了对改革的深入的期待。
