Numerous studies have recently documented the abundance a...The production of novel behavioral sequences that gives rise to animal innovation and creativity is one of the most intriguing aspects of behavioral evolution. Numerous studies have recently documented the abundance and diversity of innova- tive and creative behaviors between and within species, yet the ability to innovate or to act creatively has mainly been described and quantified as a measure of animals' cognitive ability without explicit reference to cognitive mechanisms that may account for these behaviors. Here we discuss the creative process from a computational point of view and suggest such a mechanistic frame- work. In light of recent research on human creativity, animal learning, and animal problem solving, we suggest that animal crea- tivity is best understood as the production of context-appropriate novel behavioral sequences, which may be facilitated by the ability to learn the regularities in the environment and to represent them hierarchically, allowing for generalization. We present a cognitive framework that we recently developed, which employs domain-general mechanisms and has been used in the modeling of a range of sequential behaviors, from animal foraging to language acquisition, and apply it to behavioral innovation. In a series of simulations, we show how innovation and creative behavior can be produced by this learning mechanism, as it constructs a network representing the statistical regularities of the environment. In this study,we analyze new ways of conceptualizing improvements in firms'innovation by implementing the"right-factors configuration,"illustrated through an analog of a recipe and its ingredients.Specif...In this study,we analyze new ways of conceptualizing improvements in firms'innovation by implementing the"right-factors configuration,"illustrated through an analog of a recipe and its ingredients.Specifically,we research the multiple combinations of three ingredients(creativity,innovation networks,and resources)required to accomplish the innovation recipe.Using a sample of firms from a Spanish science and technology park,we apply qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)-specifically,fuzzy-set QCA(fsQCA)-to test the importance of each component in technological and non-technological innovation.First,the results suggest a map of combinations of innovative ingredients with eight possible patterns.Second,they show that the only ingredient needed is the combination of a creative climate and creative intensity.Finally,the methods of obtaining technological and non-technological innovations differ.The implications for management and policymakers are discussed,and directions for future research are highlighted.展开更多

Their learni...The purpose of the present research was to develop an innovative knowledge-based hyper-multimedia to promote a culture of using information and communication Technology (ICT) creatively for adolescents. Their learning processes and attitudes toward such innovation in their community were also examined. Thirty juveniles, 13-18 years of age in each Hangdong and Maerim districts, Chiang Mai province were employed in the study. Data collections were made through questionnaires, interview, test, group discussion and brainstorming. Analysis and evaluation were carried out with the applications of sufficient economy philosophy, constructivism theory and Torrance's future problem-solving instructional model. Results showed that the learning innovation of hyper-multimedia presented by the use of animation, video, scene and sound with related action script synchronization was considerably effective. With the application of sufficient economy philosophy, the result indicated that performance efficiency (El/E2) was 92.228/9.83 and the adolescents learning processes and attitudes were very good. These included purchasing of moderate ICT equipments, information screening for self-immunity and creative using of internet and ICT morally and ethically according to the computer laws. This independent learning system was properly designed for the juveniles with the right to retrieve the data or stop using at anytime. By using Torrance's approach and constructivism theory emphasizing on brainstorming techniques, it was noted that learning process was very well adopted by the adolescents with high satisfaction. They had good attitudes toward the extension of sufficient ICT cultural using in their community with emphasis on brotherly relationship. Related organizations should educate their parents to instruct the juveniles to use the internet properly and encourage people to be aware of ICT business in order to protect social and cultural problems encountered in the future.展开更多

It draws upon a creativity process that...This paper focuses on verifying the relevance of two theoretical propositions and related empirical investigation about the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurship. It draws upon a creativity process that considers three "dimensions" or "disciplines" (3D) critical for creative organizations--within discipline expertise, out of discipline knowledge, and a disciplined creative process. The paper first explores the Cobb-Douglas production function as a relevant tool for modeling the 3D creative process. The next part discusses the 3D process as a production function, which is modeled following the well-known Cobb-Douglas specification. Last, the paper offers implications for future research on disciplined creativity/innovation as a method of improving organizations' creative performance. The modeling shows that labor and investment can readily enter into the 3D creativity process as inputs. These two inputs are meaningful in explaining where innovation outputs come from and how they can be measured, with a reasonable theoretical decomposition. It is not true that the more capital investments in the creativity process, the better the level of innovation production, but firm's human resource management and expenditures should pay attention to optimal levels of capital and labor stocks, in a combination that helps reach highest possible innovation output.展开更多

They had good attitudes toward the extension of sufficient ICT cultural using in their community with emphasis on brotherly relationship. Related organizations should educate their parents to instruct the juveniles to use the internet properly and encourage people to be aware of ICT business in order to protect social and cultural problems encountered in the future.
文摘The aim of this study is to assess creativity of the students from a project of first year undergrad students of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi,a residential college(KMUTT-RC).A project is a part of academic contents from Physics and Chemistry subjects.There were instructors from Chemistry,Physics,Engineering,and Social Sciences Department for consulting and engineering students for building a prototype.Formative assessment activity is explored from question,answer,and presentation.The characters,assessed on creativity,associated with an analysis on the rubric of prototype design,knowledge,and selective materials.Most students understood the perspective on creativity correlating with the observation from instructors.The instructor’s view represented that most of creative scores gained from motivate design and materials selection while their knowledge was not adequate.The accuracy of prototypes from the students did not relate to creativity in terms of design but error of measurement could occur from confusing with refractive index scale and from preparing a standard solution in chemical laboratory.
文摘The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of creative leadership in moderating the influence of knowledge sharing on innovation in the SMEs of leather craft industry in Badung Regency.The population of this study is employees of the leather craft industry of which the data were obtained from Bali Province Industry and Trade Office.The data of 2019 show that there is a population of as many as 115 employees in the industry,and by using the Slovin formula,the samples obtained are 53 respondents.The collected data were analyzed using Right Moderating Regression Analysis(MRA).The results show that knowledge sharing has a significant effect on innovation.Creative leadership has a significant effect on innovation.Furthermore,the findings of this study indicate that creative leadership can strengthen the influence of knowledge sharing to support innovation.The implications of this study inform that creative leadership plays an important role because it can amplify the effect of the activities of cultural knowledge sharing to create innovation.

文摘In recent years,creative writing courses have attracted much attention in China,but there is a lack of relevant research on the practice of creative writing courses at present.Teachers are faced with such problems as vague teaching objectives,complex teaching contents,and lack of practical schemes.Moreover,it is difficult to evaluate the results of creative writing courses comprehensively and truly.Through the modularized combing of the course content and the establishment of personalized process evaluation scheme,we have realized the creative inspiration and creative practice guidance for students in creative writing course teaching,and enhanced the students’participation in the course and practical ability.
文摘This paper focuses on verifying the relevance of two theoretical propositions and related empirical investigation about the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurship. It draws upon a creativity process that considers three "dimensions" or "disciplines" (3D) critical for creative organizations--within discipline expertise, out of discipline knowledge, and a disciplined creative process. The paper first explores the Cobb-Douglas production function as a relevant tool for modeling the 3D creative process. The next part discusses the 3D process as a production function, which is modeled following the well-known Cobb-Douglas specification. Last, the paper offers implications for future research on disciplined creativity/innovation as a method of improving organizations' creative performance. The modeling shows that labor and investment can readily enter into the 3D creativity process as inputs. These two inputs are meaningful in explaining where innovation outputs come from and how they can be measured, with a reasonable theoretical decomposition. It is not true that the more capital investments in the creativity process, the better the level of innovation production, but firm's human resource management and expenditures should pay attention to optimal levels of capital and labor stocks, in a combination that helps reach highest possible innovation output.
文摘目的对人工智能在设计领域的应用进行梳理与总结,分析当下人工智能对设计流程和设计师的影响,展望未来人工智能对设计行业的影响趋势。方法使用VOSviewer工具和文献计量法对Web of Science数据库中关于“人工智能在设计领域的创新与应用”的文献进行详细的可视化和聚类分析,深入探讨文献中的核心观点和案例。结果基于四个主要聚类(AI+技术应用、AI+设计流程、AI+创意协作、AI+影响反思)来展开讨论。特别关注生成式人工智能(AIGC)技术对设计方法和设计流程的影响,指出生成式人工智能在促进设计创新和提升设计效率方面发挥着至关重要的作用。此外,生成式人工智能对设计师的传统角色及设计原创性提出了新的挑战并重新定义需求。预测未来人工智能将进一步整合进设计流程,促进设计创新,更加关注人工智能的原创性、责任边界问题,探讨人工智能与设计师合作的新模式。结论通过对人工智能在设计领域应用的全面综述,为未来设计创新与人工智能融合提供了有价值的理论参考和发展方向。

文摘This study aimed to provide a fresh approach for the cultivation of compound talents in the new era through a green and healthy creative workshop project,which is an integrated platform of innovation,entrepreneurship,learning,scientific research,and practice for both,undergraduates and postgraduates.The creative workshop was meticulously designed as an independent space,comprising of a front counter,a design area,an experience area,a physical therapy area,and an operational room.Various activities and creative products are made available within this confined space.It plays a useful role in promoting the development of a personnel training system for relevant disciplines,spreading excellent traditional medicine culture,and extending the educative and practical modes in Sichuan University.
