Equipment damage measurement method of wartime based on FCE-PCA-RF

As the“engine”of equipment continuous operation and repeated operation, equipment maintenance support plays a more prominent role in the confrontation of symmetrical combat systems. As the basis and guide for the planning and implementation of equipment maintenance tasks, the equipment damage measurement is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of maintenance support. Firstly,this article comprehensively analyses the influence factors to damage measurement from the enemy’s attributes, our attributes and the battlefield environment starting from the basic problem of wartime equipment damage measurement. Secondly, this article determines the key factors based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) and performed principal component analysis (PCA) on the key factors. Finally, the principal components representing more than 85%of the data features are taken as the input and the equipment damage quantity is taken as the output. The data are trained and tested by artificial neural network (ANN) and random forest (RF). In a word, FCE-PCA-RF can be used as a reference for the research of equipment damage estimation in wartime.

Analysis of the Influence of Woodcut Works of Anti-Japanese War on the National Spiritual Identity of Young People

Through a systematic analysis of the historical background and artistic characteristics of woodcuts of the Anti-Japanese War and their impact on the national spiritual identity of young people, this paper aims to explore how woodcuts enlightens and inspires young people’s national consciousness through visual language and spiritual connotation, and enhances their sense of belonging to the country and the nation.

The Wartime Bridge Reliability Evaluation Model Based on Birth-and-Death Process

At first, the concept of bridge reliability is given, followed with its mathematic model. Then, based on the analysis about the mechanism of the damage and repair of bridges, and the state diversion of bridge network, the state diversion process is proved to be birth-and-death process. In the end, the state diversion balance equation of bridge network is built, and the evaluation model of wartime bridge reliability is got. The model is used in a certain example, and it is proved to be precise and credible.

Norms of International Law on Environmental Protection in Wartime: Application and Improvement

The enormous environmental damage caused by war makes it necessary for international law to balance the reality of military necessity with the need to ensure the survival of human beings and other life forms. International law provides a large number of norms for environmental protection in wartime, constituting a legal order including general and special norms of wartime law and wartime environmental protection obligations of international law in peacetime. It explicitly prohibits unreasonable environmental damage caused by military needs in wartime. Contrary to the cognition that there is no international norm to protect the environment in wartime,the key reason that causes the effect of environmental protection in wartime is not as good as expected lies in the different degrees of defects in the application of these complex norms. It is a more important and practical path choice to renew the general principles of wartime environmental protection, expand the scope of application of wartime laws and special environmental norms, strengthen the wartime application of international law in peacetime, and give full play to the maximum effectiveness of the existing normative system than to expect the new convention to accomplish the whole task at one stroke.

A Study of the People’s Nature in Woodcuts During the Anti-Japanese War in Shanxi

The anti-Japanese woodcuts focus on the red revolutionary culture and describe the connotation of the Anti-Japanese War era,which is self-evident in the commemorative value of China’s revolutionary struggle history.For example,in Shanxi,China,woodcut art activities and social practice promotion activities organized around the theme of the Anti-Japanese War are also everywhere,which all show the people’s nature of the Chinese people during the revolutionary struggle from the two aspects of the red culture of the Anti-Japanese War and traditional art and culture,and its humanistic connotation is quite profound.In this paper,we first introduce the historical origin of woodcut during the Anti-Japanese War,and then show the people’s value connotation of woodcut art activities in Shanxi.This paper mainly discusses the image narration,language and picture narration and construction significance of woodcuts in Shanxi’s War of Resistance,fully reveals the narrative nature of image media,strives to arouse people’s recognition of this period of Shanxi’s War of Resistance culture and history,and reflects the realistic value and significance of Shanxi’s War of Resistance Woodcuts art activities.

杭州国家版本馆恒温恒湿空调系统设计

介绍了恒温恒湿库房空调系统的设计,提出了可在库房建成初期、运行稳定期、战时等灵活切换的3种运行模式,分析了其各自的处理过程与节能性;给出了平、战时空调系统选择方案,提出了平时回收空气源热泵机组和冷水机组的冷凝热作为再热热源,战时利用新风预冷实现温湿度独立控制的方法;利用CFD模拟对室内气流组织进行了优化设计;提出了采用含湿量控制代替定露点法进行湿度控制和风机变频等控制策略。通过调试与运行,证明了各项设计措施在项目中应用的有效性。

战时从军日记的甲午战争书写——以佐川和辅《日清战争从军记》为中心

扩充史料或再读史料是继续推进和突破现有甲午战争史研究的一个较为踏实和可靠的研究路向。尽管甲午战争相关的日记类文献存量较少,且公开有限,但其深具“个体生命体验”的独特视角,可在一定程度上增益或弥补基于官方档案“主流叙述”的不足。本文通过对一个普通参战士兵佐川和辅所撰写的《日清战争从军记》的个案解读及由此衍生出的相关问题进行讨论,希冀对“甲午战争史像”愈加具体、生动、丰富和立体地呈现有所小补。

延安时期中共对战时“联合国日”的宣传与纪念——以《解放日报》为中心

在世界现代史上,10月24日是“联合国日”,确立于二战以后。但二战期间的1942至1945年的6月14日也曾是“联合国日”,可谓之战时“联合国日”。后者因庆祝世界反法西斯各国签订联合抵抗侵略宣言和实现大团结而成为“联合国日”。对于联合国家的战时“联合国日”纪念活动,延安《解放日报》通过转发路透社、塔斯社、中央社等的电讯,作了大量或简要或翔实的宣传报道。而中共对于战时“联合国日”的纪念,主要通过发表社论和举办活动来进行,尤其是1944年延安举行了盛况空前的庆祝活动,当天的《解放日报》也被送到会场朗读。二战胜利后,联合国成立,战时“联合国日”不复存在,两年后被10月24日这一新的“联合国日”所取代,成为后者的前身。

基于平时和战时全视角,探索应对重大突发公共卫生事件的科技支撑能力本质。首先,总结科技支撑应对新冠感染的典型,指出科技支撑平时和战时的双元特性;其次,进一步从平时、战时及嵌入关系层面对科技支撑能力及其发挥的作用进行解构,构建科技支撑应对突发公共危机的全过程管理模型;最后,从多方面提出提升科技支撑能力的路径和对策,以拓展科技支撑能力相关研究,为完善应急管理科技支撑体系提供理论与实践指导。

基于CM-FCE-AHP的战时维修器材供应保障能力评价研究

战时维修器材供应保障具有高度的复杂性、随机性和动态性,导致战时维修器材供应保障评价的不确定性和模糊性。以战时维修器材供应保障任务与流程为依据构建保障能力评价指标体系,提出一种基于云模型的层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法,对战时维修器材供应保障能力进行客观评价。利用云模型对判断矩阵进行标度并聚合,得到指标权重,降低权重计算的主观性和随机性;利用云模型描述评价矩阵,得到隶属度矩阵。评价结果表明,指标体系能够很好地反映战时维修器材供应保障能力,改进的综合评价方法能有效解决战时维修器材供应保障能力评价中的高度模糊性和不确定性,提高评价结果的鲁棒性和客观性。

国民党退台初期台湾地区财政转型述论

国民党退台初期,财政状况严重失衡,经费主要用于军事开支。国民党当局利用美援、税收、债券等手段平衡收支,为了获得美国援助,不惜牺牲财政独立性,又强征“防卫捐”才勉强实现收支平衡。这种服务于军事的“战时财政”严重拖累经济建设。到了1950年代末期,台湾地区开始进行经济改革,国民党当局转变传统的财政观念,积极利用减税、奖励投资等财政手段促进经济发展,台湾地区经济由此获得发展动力,开始步入发展的轨道。由于两岸和平前景的存在,财政转向不仅发展了台湾地区经济,而且在一定程度上遇制了国民党的军事冒险行为,有利于两岸关系的稳定。

“抗战意志论”与战时写作的文本裂隙——以沈从文《战国策》派时期的写作为中心

全面抗战时期,围绕抗战建国的时代召唤,沈从文生成了一种隐性的“抗战意志论”思想观念。“抗战意志论”有两个层面:国家意志和生命意志。国家意志的观念对应《战国策》派“大政治”主张下“民族至上、国家至上”的抗战现实;生命意志的观念接续沈从文对生命存在本体的抒情化思考。“抗战意志论”是一种将民族国家存亡和个人生命重造二者结合,用来指导文学写作,表现理想人生的“有情”的观念创造。“抗战意志论”作为抗战建国的观念自有其历史与现实合理性,但与沈从文的创作个性不相符合,表之于小说写作中出现人物、叙事节奏、叙述重心等方面的裂隙或者矛盾,体现出别样的艺术审美特质。“抗战意志论”折射出沈从文观念写作与个性写作的龃龉,也必然导致其以寓言体、主观抒情和传奇故事等方式复归“抽象的抒情”的个性创作并修正战时文学路径,继续书写其对生命、理想、人性等抽象对象的表达。也因此,在战时文学写作版图中,沈从文逐渐成为一位不合时宜的被划为“与抗战无关”的孤独的思索者。其实,历史并非这么简单。
