Compliance to Medication Management and Mental Health Status of Elderly Hypertensive Patients: Basis of Educational Health Program

Objective:The study aimed to assess medication management compliance and mental health in elderly patients with hypertension.Method:The study evaluated medication compliance and mental health status of elderly hypertensive patients in China using simple random sampling.Data was collected using the Morisky Medication Compliance Questionnaire,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,and a checklist.Ethical practices were strictly observed.Results:A study of 100 elderly hypertensive patients found poor drug management compliance,with female patients showing worse compliance.Female patients were more vulnerable to anxiety and depression.The study also found no significant association between gender,age,education level,marital status,living standards,and medication compliance.Barriers to medication management included food and daily necessities,lack of awareness about the importance of drug treatment,and basic family needs.The lowest-ranked barriers were lack of support from government health clinics,low income,and lack of family support.Conclusion:Based on the results,the study proposes an educational plan for elderly hypertensive patients and their families,to be evaluated and implemented by the hospital and township community service center.The plan aims to improve medication management and lifestyle modification compliance,encourage active participation,and provide access to medical and mental health clinics,support groups,and counseling services.

Value of improved nursing measures and enhanced nursing management to reduce the occurrence of adverse events in pediatric infusion

BACKGROUND Intravenous infusion is a common method of drug administration in clinical practice.Errors in any aspect of the infusion process,from the verification of medical orders,preparation of the drug solution,to infusion by nursing staff,may cause adverse infusion events.AIM To analyzed the value of improving nursing measures and enhancing nursing management to reduce the occurrence of adverse events in pediatric infusion.METHODS The clinical data of 130 children who received an infusion in the pediatric department of our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the differences in nursing measures and nursing management:65 patients in the control group received conventional nursing and nursing management interventions,while 65 patients in the observation group received improved nursing measure interventions and enhanced nursing management.The occurrence of adverse events,compliance of children,satisfaction of children’s families,and complaints regarding the transfusion treatment were recorded in both groups.RESULTS The incidence of fluid extravasation and infusion set dislodgement in the observation group were 3.08%and 1.54%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 12.31%and 13.85%in the control group(P<0.05),while repeated punctures and medication addition errors in the observation group were 3.08%and 0.00%,respectively,which were lower than 9.23%and 3.08%in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The compliance rate of children in the observation group was 98.46%(64/65),which was significantly higher than 87.69%(57/65)in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of children’s families was 96.92%(63/65),which was significantly higher than 86.15%(56/65)in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group did not receive any complaints from the child’s family,whereas the control group received four complaints,two of which were due to the crying of the child caused by repeated punctures,one due to the poor attitude of the nurse,and one due to medication addition errors,with a cumulative complaint rate of 6.15%.The cumulative complaint rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Improving nursing measures and enhancing nursing management can reduce the incidence of fluid extravasation and infusion set dislodgement in pediatric patients,improve children’s compliance and satisfaction of their families,and reduce family complaints.

Application of PDCA Cycle in Hand Hygiene Management of Psychiatric Medical Staff

Objective:To study the application effect of the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle management in the hand hygiene management of psychiatric medical staff.Methods:One hundred and twenty medical staff from a psychiatric hospital from May 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(May 2023 to August 2023)applied the conventional management model,and the observation group(September 2023 to December 2023)applied the PDCA cycle management.The hand hygiene compliance,hand hygiene knowledge,and hygiene qualifications were compared,including the amount of hand sanitizer used.Results:The proportion of medical staff’s hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene knowledge mastery scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the hand hygiene passing rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the daily amount of hand sanitizer per patient bed and the amount of hand sanitizer used was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle management model for psychiatric medical staff promoted the improvement of hand hygiene compliance and increased their hand hygiene qualifications.It is suitable for further popularization and application in future clinical practice.

Analysis of Compliance Management Practice of American Drug Registration Applicants and Its Enlightenment to China

In order to achieve the goal of drug safety, effectiveness and quality control, corporate compliance management construction is significant. Therefore, this paper systematically analyzes the seven elements of compliance management for U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturers as described in the Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers issued by the HHS-Office of Inspector General, as well as further analyzes the implementation of the guidance by representative multinational companies in different drug registration stages. Finally, some suggestions and implications are proposed to strengthen the construction of compliance management for Chinese drug registration applicants based on the former practical experience.

Effect of Case Management Nursing Service on Compliance Behavior and Quality of Life of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective:To explore the effect of case management nursing service on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:69 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The 69 patients were divided into study group(35 cases)and control group(34 cases).The compliance behavior,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were studied and analyzed.Results:The compliance rate of the control group was 82.35%,and that of the study group was 97.14%;The quality of life in the control group was[61.32±7.66],which was significantly lower than that in the study group[71.12±7.23];The satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 73.53%of the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of tuberculosis patients,the use of case management nursing service can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve the compliance behavior of patients,and improve the treatment effect of patients,which is worthy of promotion.

Compliance management and investment efficiency in state-owned enterprises:Evidence from China

Drawing on the implementation of the compliance management guidelines issued by China’s SASACs,we construct a quasi-natural experiment to examine the impact of the implementation of these guidelines on the investment efficiency of SOEs.The investment efficiency of SOEs is significantly improved after the implementation of the guidelines.The impact is more pronounced on SOEs with significant financing constraints,high financing requirements and intense competition in the product market.We also find that the guidelines improve efficiency investment by reducing management’s risk appetite,mitigating the Type I agency problems and enhancing the level of internal control.The conclusions indicate that compliance management is an important strategy for enhancing the investment efficiency of SOEs.

Nearly forty years after the Clean Water Act(CWA)was passed,we’ve come a long way in our understanding of the strength and fragility of our water resources and the impact that our actions or inactions can have on them.Though regulatory systems are in place and best management practices(BMPs)are plentiful,successfully managing risk in environmental compliance remains a constant concern.Fortunately,the rules to environmental compliance are simple:half of it is paperwork and the other half is maintenance.If you take an organized and balanced approach to compliance,you should be able to keep risk at bay and avoid enforcement action.However,remember that no matter how thoroughly you prepare for a construction project,you may still encounter unexpected situations requiring environmental knowledge and understanding.As you start to plan your operation,you should take the time to stop and consider the risk associated with your project.The Environmental Protection Agency(EPA)considers risk to be“the chance of harmful effects to human health or to ecological systems resulting from exposure to the environmental stressor.”The“stressors”are a variety of physical,chemical,or biological activities that can cause negative reactions to ecosystems and the environment.1 In order to limit,and hopefully prevent,risky situations,the key is to assess and target the problems that could arise and then implement a system of metrics that help with prevention.

Authorization Management Framework Based on Joint Trust-Risk Evaluation

Authorization management is important precondition and foundation for coordinating and resource sharing in open networks. Recently, authorization based on trust is widely used whereby access rights to shared resource are granted on the basis of their trust relation in distributed environment. Nevertheless, dynamic change of the status of credential and chain of trust induces to uncertainty of trust relation. Considering uncertainty of authorization and analyzing deficiency of authorization model only based on trust, we proposes joint trust-risk evaluation and build the model based on fuzzy set theory, and make use of the membership grade of fuzzy set to express joint trust-risk relation. Finally, derivation principle and constraint principle of joint trust-risk relationships are presented. The authorization management model is defined based on joint trust-risk evaluation, proof of compliance and separation of duty are analyzed. The proposed model depicts not only trust relationship between principals, but also security problem of authorization.

Adaptive Trust Management Framework in P2P Grid Computing

In P2P Grid computing systems, the authorization decision is often tackled by two different trust management methods： policy-based approach, where authorization are built on logical rules and verifiable properties encoded in signed credentials, and reputation-based approach, based on collecting, aggregating and disseminating reputation among the peers. However, the overhead caused by proof of compliance on authorization and the absence of certifying authorities may negate the strong and objective security advantages of policy-based approach, whilst vagueness, complexity and inaccurate characterization caused by reputation evolution may eliminate the quantitative and flexible advantages of reputation-based approach. We propose an adaptive trust management framework, which combines the merit of policy proof and reputation evolution such that authorization is aware of not only the strong and objective security traits, but also the calculability and the availability security traits. Finally, the framework of system is proposed.

The Role of Health Education in Improving Patient Compliance with Zoledronic Acid

Objective: To define the role of health education in improving patient compliance with Zoledronic Acid for osteoporosis treatment and management and draw closer attention of patients and physicians to the importance of health education. Methods: A total of 198 postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis who were admitted by the osteoporosis outpatient clinic of our hospital and had the first administration of Zoledronic Acid in 2015 were invited to participate in the follow-up visit that involved questions concerning the frequency of health education and the questionnaire survey on osteoporosis in 2015 and the administration of Zoledronic Acid during the past three years. The patients were divided into five groups according to the frequency of health education to compare the survey results of each group in 2015 and 2018 and investigate the differences in the scores and frequency of administration among the five groups. Results: Among the 198 patients, there were 182 attending the follow-up visit. In terms of the frequency of health education (FREQ = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4), these patients were divided into five groups of 47, 63, 35, 18 and 19 members respectively. After three years of treatment, the questionnaire score of each group was higher than the pre-treatment level and the difference showed statistical significance (p Conclusion: Health education is an effective approach to influence a patient’s knowledge connected to relevant diseases in a positive way and improve patient compliance with Zoledronic Acid treatment. An enhanced health education program can be developed to assist the patients in chronic disease management.

I must eat what I want: A roadblock to type 2 diabetes management

Globally,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is considered as one of the most common diseases,which is associated with irreversible risk factors such as age,gene,race,ethnicity,and reversible factors such as diet,physical activity,and smoking.Noncompliance to dietary regimen is the major factors for rapidly rising incidence of T2DM among developing countries.Recently,elevated HbA1c level has also been considered as one of the leading risk factors for developing microvascular and macrovascular complications.Improvement in the elevated HbA1c level can be achieved through diet management;thus,this study found that improvement in patients’dietary knowledge,attitude toward,and compliance to diet regimen will promote a better control of the disease.In conclusion,the stakeholders(health-care providers,health facilities,agencies involved in T2DM care)should educate the patients on the importance of dietary modification in the disease management.Similarly,there is a need for nurses and other health care professionals to advocate and promote a better holistic management that will encourage patients participation and family involvement in the care.

中国典型涉外经营企业竞争情报工作调查研究

[目的/意义]针对中国科学技术情报学会竞争情报分会会员企业之外的中国典型涉外经营企业开展竞争情报工作实态调查,更好展示中国企业竞争情报实际工作全貌,为新时期竞争情报研究与服务工作创新发展提供新的视野、素材和参考。[方法/过程]按照透过“名”与“实”分离表象了解新时期中国企业竞争情报工作真实情况的逻辑思路,以企业合规管理为竞争情报“名”与“实”分离的典型场景,基于2018—2023年合规管理主题公开会议,采取对派出报告人的企业统计分析、专家咨询访谈、合规管理标杆企业案例研究、承接企业合规管理体系建设项目的咨询服务机构企业客户名单调查研究、公开资料收集分析相结合的研究方法,对中国典型涉外经营企业进行竞争情报工作实态调查。[结果/结论]调查得到以下主要发现:(1)所有涉外经营企业的合规管理都是无“名”有“实”的竞争情报工作;(2)新时期中国典型涉外经营企业对事实上的竞争情报普遍具有强烈而持久的需求;(3)中国典型涉外经营企业的竞争情报工作专业水平呈现显著的差异性;(4)中国典型涉外经营企业对名为合规管理实为竞争情报的工作有很高的要求;(5)中国典型涉外经营企业对符合企业需要的竞争情报专业人才需求迫切且需求数量巨大;(6)有“实”而无“名”是中国典型涉外经营企业竞争情报工作存在的最大问题。

时效性激励模式下的延伸护理在老年慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者中的应用效果

目的探讨时效性激励模式下的延伸护理在老年慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院2020年7月至2022年7月收治的老年慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成观察组与常规组,每组50例。常规组采用常规延伸护理,观察组在常规组的基础上采用时效性激励模式下的延伸护理,两组均持续干预3个月。对比两组遵医行为、护理满意度[采用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)评分进行评估],比较两组干预前后自我效能感[采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分进行评估]、应对方式[采用简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)评分进行评估]、健康行为[采用健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分进行评估]、自我管理能力[采用成年人健康自我管理能力测评表(AHSMSRS)评分进行评估]及生活质量[采用慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系-慢性胃炎(QLICD-CG)评分进行评估]情况。结果观察组遵医率(98.00%)和护理满意度(100.00%)均高于常规组(84.00%、88.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组GSES、HPLP-Ⅱ、AHSMSRS、QLICD-CG评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。与常规组相比,干预后观察组积极应对评分升高,而消极应对评分降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论时效性激励模式下的延伸护理可提高老年慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者自我效能感,增强其自我管理能力及遵医行为,提高患者生活质量水平及护理满意度。

“互联网+健康管理”模式在健康体检外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病检出人群的干预效果分析

目的外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)是当前育龄期女性常见的一种下生殖道感染性疾病,VVC除了对患者生殖器官和功能造成一定的损害外,还因其反复发作、顽固难愈引发了患者心理健康、生活质量和社会功能等一系列相关问题。为加强VVC患者对疾病的防治意识,提高卫生服务质量和妇女的生殖健康水平,现探讨应用“互联网+健康管理”模式对健康体检外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)检出人群的干预效果。方法选择2019年7月—2020年3月医院200例被确诊为VVC的育龄期女性为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规基本的健康体检管理方式,发放体检结果及健康指导建议、建立健康体检档案,电话或短信提醒患者按时复诊等;观察组在对照组基础上应用“互联网+健康管理”模式,建立管理小组,搭建医患沟通平台,健康科普宣教,健康风险评估,个性化干预,定期健康随访。比较两组患者干预前后疗效、VVC复发率、遵医行为及VVC相关知识得分情况。结果干预3个月、6个月后,观察组患者各项VVC相关知识评分高于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的遵医行为、临床总有效率及VVC复发率据低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+健康管理”模式可促进健康体检VVC检出人群健康生活方式的养成,提高患者治疗依从性,延缓患者VVC发展,降低VVC的复发率,实现了预期的管理目标。在防治VVC的发展起到了“治未病,防患于未然”的作用。该管理模式具有高效率、广覆盖、低成本的特点,适宜在健康管理和临床护理领域应用。

目标管理理论干预对冠心病合并心衰患者心理负担和应对行为的影响

目的:分析目标管理理论干预对冠心病合并心衰患者心理负担和应对行为的影响。方法:将2021年3月—2023年3月某院收治的80例冠心病合并心衰患者随机分为两组。对照组40例采取常规临床干预,干预组40例予以目标管理理论的干预。比较两组干预前后的心理负担、自我管理行为及应对方式,评价两组的治疗依从性及生活质量。结果:干预后两组心理负担均减轻,且干预组的心理负担轻于对照组(Z=4.641,P<0.05);干预后干预组的自我管理行为量表中日常生活管理行为、疾病医学管理行为、情绪认知管理评分均高于对照组(t=4.410,4.660,6.267,P<0.05);干预后干预组的简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)中积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组(t=5.505,-5.625,P<0.05);干预组的治疗依从性优于对照组(χ2=4.501,P<0.05);干预后干预组的生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)中各维度评分高于对照组(t=6.819,8.072,6.848,3.684,P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病合并心衰患者施于目标管理理论干预可有效减轻患者的心理负担,提升患者的自我管理行为,改善患者的应对方式,提高患者的治疗依从性及生活质量。

论碳排放权交易合规中行政监管的制度优化

在双碳目标下引导碳交易企业积极主动地开展自我合规,是健全碳排放权交易市场的重要路径,亦是国家行政监管模式发展成功的关键。规制理论为我国碳排放权交易合规中的行政监管提供了规范性启示和有益性借鉴。我国碳排放权交易合规管理的行政监管不断优化的过程,是回应型规制、智慧型规制和后设规制从理论逻辑转化为实践逻辑的过程。目前,我国碳排放权交易合规管理的行政监管存在立法规范相对滞后,风险管理明显不足以及配套机制付之阙如等问题,可从三个方面来推动我国碳排放权交易合规中行政监管的优化:完善协同性“碳合规”法律体系,提升碳排放权交易相关法律位阶,发布碳排放权交易合规管理指引;加强多元性“碳合规”风险管理,事前采取源头预防,事中贯穿风险沟通,事后加大处罚力度;结合我国“碳合规”管理的现状,建立行政执法和解、处罚裁量规则激励和社会声誉型激励等激励性“碳合规”监管机制,力图为实现双碳目标贡献思路与方案。

有效合规管理的基本原则

为有效地预防企业发生违法违规行为,避免企业遭受重大的系统性合规风险,需要确立一些基本的合规管理原则,使之成为指导企业建立有效合规管理体系的基本准则。企业无论是搭建日常性合规管理体系,还是在危机发生后进行合规整改,都应遵循“风险导向原则”“相称性原则”“高层承诺原则”“权威性原则”“业务流程渗透原则”“可持续性原则”等方面的要求。这是避免纸面合规、形式化合规或无效合规的制度保障,也是企业实现有效合规管理的最低要求。

移动管理平台在变应性鼻炎患者皮下特异性免疫治疗中的应用

目的观察移动管理平台在变应性鼻炎患者皮下特异性免疫治疗管理中的应用效果。方法2020年1月~2021年1月在我院耳鼻喉科门诊进行皮下免疫治疗的164例变应性鼻炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各82例。对照组接受常规免疫治疗管理,观察组在此基础上接受依托平板电脑和智能手机的移动管理平台进行免疫治疗管理。应用鼻结膜炎相关质量评分、脱落率、注射完成率等指标,分别于干预实施后6个月和1年进行效果评价。结果干预后6个月,两组鼻结膜炎相关质量评分、脱落率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组注射完成率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组鼻炎症状视觉模拟量表差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后1年,两组脱落率无显著性差异(P>0.05),而两组鼻炎症状视觉模拟量表评分、鼻结膜炎相关质量评分、注射完成率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动管理平台有助于提高变应性鼻炎患者皮下免疫治疗依从性,提升干预效果。
