Party construction aesthetics is a valuable aesthetic resource formed in the practical exploration of rural revitalization,and it has logical compatibility with ideological and political education in terms of concepts,goals,tasks,etc.At present,comprehensive deepening reform has entered a deep-water zone,and some erroneous value orientations such as utilitarianism,emptiness,and liberalization are common in colleges and universities,and ideological and political education is caught in a new round of difficulties.As the main position of ideological and political education,colleges and universities should further use party construction aesthetics to strengthen and improve ideological and political education,adhere to the carrier of aesthetic education,carry out diversified integrated education,broaden the ideological and political practical teaching system,build a long-term mechanism for collaborative education of ideological and political education and party construction aesthetics,and fully integrate party construction aesthetics into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

Radical Right Parties in the Political System of States： Theoretical and Practical Aspects

The article deals with the question of whether far-right parties are able to influence the political and party system in the contemporary state. Far-right parties have acquired special political features that are grounded on a broad variety of far-right ideological norms and political instruments. Far-right parties challenge the state government and policy offering the key （anti-immigration politics） to solve a variety of complicated issues. The main idea of the article is that far-right parties are flexible enough in their political rhetoric and instruments to gain electoral support. Based on different concepts and theories we should underline that far-right parties have a prominent electoral future but their place in the political arena greatly depends on existing conflicts of social and cultural nature in the nation-state.

This paper presents an overview and analyzes the impact of the Partido Renacimientoy Union de Espana （PRUNE, Renascence Party and Union in Spain） specifying in the socio-political articulation of Muslims in Spain. Political Involvement of Citizens in Belarus and Ukraine＂ A Comparison with Russia, Moldova and Caucasus

This paper analyses core elements of political culture in post-Soviet Eurasia in the two decades between 1991 and 2010. It compares political transformations in transition countries along the continuum between authoritarian and democratic regimes in the years since the collapse of the Soviet Union in December 1991. It provides a general overview of findings on political support across certain post-communist nations by ordering them from most basic to more specific form of support. The broadest base of support is support for the political community, the next considered level is support for the democratic regime. The last two more specific levels are confidence in parliaments and confidence is expressed for political parties. Post-Soviet countries considered in the paper are Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Georgia. WVS 1995, 2005 and EVS 2000, 2008 surveys are used as empirical basis of the analysis.
