This study explores the potential of LDH flakes decorated with metallic oxide nanoparticles to function as both anti-corrosion barriers against chloride anions and heterogeneous photocatalysts for tetracycline degradation under visible light.The process involves modifying the primarily MgO-based inorganic porous film by growing a MgFe LDH film,followed by the individual and dual incorporation of SnO_(2)and WO_(3)nanoparticles.The dual incorporation of these nanoparticles into the LDH matrix leads to synergistic interactions,effectively sealing pre-existing defects within LDH flakes and facilitating the in-situ formation of catalytic sites through oxidation and the induction of surface oxygen vacancy defects,which synergistically contribute to the enhancement of both electrochemical and photocatalytic activities.The enhanced electrochemical stability is reflected in a significant reduction in corrosion current density by 4 orders of magnitude compared to unmodified porous film.Additionally,the decorated film demonstrates sustained photocatalytic functionality,achieving significant degradation(95.5%)of tetracycline within two hours.This study presents a novel approach,highlighting the dual effectiveness of LDHs decorated by dual metal oxides as an anti-corrosive agent and photocatalyst,with promising implications for environmental remediation and wastewater purification. 展开更多

Systemic therapy has become the standard treatment for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)whose treatment options are limited.However,the long-term patient response to drugs and the survival outcomes remain a concern.With increasing exploration of the HCC microenvironment,particularly in terms of T lymphocyte immunity,a new era of immunomolecular targeted therapy,based on molecular signaling,has arrived for advanced HCC.In the study of immune tolerance of the intrinsic HCC microenvironment,we found that multiple immunosuppressive mechanisms and immune checkpoint inhibitors,such as anti–programmed cell death protein 1/ligand of programmed cell death protein 1 therapy,have improved clinical outcomes in some patients with advanced HCC.Furthermore,various combination therapies have been investigated,and HCC types have been categorized into different types based on anti–programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)/ligand of programmed cell death protein 1(PD-L1)treatment.In this paper,we first discuss the tumor-infiltrating T lymphocyte immunity and immune tolerance of HCC.We then clarify the basic mechanism of anti–PD-1/PD-L1 therapy and discuss the types of HCC based on anti–PD-1/PD-L1 therapy.Thereafter,we explain the relevant studies and mechanisms of combination therapy of anti–PD-1/PD-L1 with antiangiogenesis drugs or multikinase kinase inhibitors,anti–T lymphocyte–related signaling pathways in HCC,and other anti-CD8+T cell immune checkpoints.In this way,this review offers a deeper understanding of anti–PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy for advanced HCC,in order to provide better individualized treatments for patients with advanced HCC. 展开更多

Antibody Pattern: Correlation of Age and Gender in ANA and Anti-ds-DNA Prevalence

The study was designed to find the prevalence of ANA antibodies and anti-dsDNA antibodies in samples tested at AFIP Rawalpindi and their correlation with age and gender and to find positive and negative predictive values of ANA antibodies.For this purpose,twelve thousand nine hundred sixty-seven(12,967)patients were analyzed for ANA with four hundred sixty-eight(468)healthy samples tested as control and four thousand seven hundred three(4,703)patients tested for ds-DNA antibodies.Retrospective data of all samples tested by indirect immunofluorescence(IF)for ANA antibodies and dsDNA antibodies was collected.To address positive and negative predictive values another control group(autoimmunity not suspected)of serum samples was taken from the healthy population.For the first group,age,gender,ANA antibodies and ds-DNA antibodies results(both tests performed by IIF)data was collected from a computer record cell;for the second control group,ANA antibodies were performed by IIF.12,967 and 4,703 samples(Group 1)were tested for ANA antibodies and dsDNA antibodies,respectively,during this period.1,119(9%)and 99(2%)were found positive for ANA antibodies and ds DNA antibodies.Among these positive samples,850(76%)and 73(74%)were females respectively.Gender predisposition towards autoimmunity(ANA)was found significant with a P value of(P=0.001).Relation of age was also found significant with anti-ANA antibodies with a P value of(P=0.001).This study shows a negative correlation between age(P=0.025)and gender(P=0.001)with anti-dsDNA which is also significant.High prevalence was found below the mean age of 38 years(SD±16.635)for ANA antibodies and the mean age of 35 years(SD±15.066)for ds-DNA antibodies.The age of ANA antibodies and dsDNA antibodies positive patients ranged from 1 year old to 98 years old and 2 years old to 95 years old respectively.In the second(autoimmunity-free)control group,a total of 468 samples were tested for ANA antibodies and 9(2%)were found positive.Positive predictive value(PPV)was 8.6%and negative predictive value(NPV)was 98%.ANA is a sensitive test for autoimmunity and it is significantly related to female gender and increasing age.The low prevalence of ANA antibodies among clinically suspected cases suggests that rationalization of test prescriptions is needed.Anti-ds-DNA is also a sensitive test for diagnosis of SLE and it is significantly related to female gender and increasing age. 展开更多

This review summarized the current controversies in the management of acute pancreatitis(AP).The controversies in management range from issues involving fluid resuscitation,nutrition,the role of antibiotics and antifungals,which analgesic to use,role of anticoagulation and intervention for complications in AP.The interventions vary from percutaneous drainage,endoscopy or surgery.Active research and emerging data are helping to formulate better guidelines.The available evidence favors crystalloids,although the choice and type of fluid resuscitation is an area of dynamic research.The nutrition aspect does not have controversy as of now as early enteral feeding is preferred most often than not.The empirical use of antibiotics and antifungals are gray zones,and more data is needed for conclusive guidelines.The choice of analgesic is being studied,and the recommendations are still evolving.The position of using anticoagulation is still awaiting consensus.The role of intervention is well established,although the modality is constantly changing and favoring endoscopy or percutaneous drainage rather than surgery.It is evident that more multicenter randomized controlled trials are required for establishing the standard of care in these crucial management issues of AP to improve the morbidity and mortality worldwide. 展开更多

Residual Capacity of Friction⁃Type High⁃Strength Bolted T⁃stub Connection with Nut Corrosion Damage

Corrosion is a primary cause of the slippage of friction⁃type high⁃strength bolted(FHSB)T⁃stub connections.This paper attempts to quantify the residual capacity of FHSB T⁃stub connections with corroded nuts.Firstly,corrosion simulation tests were conducted on 48 manually cut nuts to find out the relationship between the damage degree of nut section and the residual clamping force(RCF)of bolt.Then,static load tests were carried out on 24 FHSB T⁃stub connections with nuts of different degrees of damage to obtain the failure modes.By finite⁃element(FE)models,a comparative analysis was performed on the initial friction load(IFL)and ultimate strength(US)of each connection with corroded nuts.Finally,the parameters of 96 FE models for FHSB T⁃stub connections were analyzed and used to derive the calculation formulas for the degree of damage for each nut and the IFL and US of each connection.The results show that the RCF decay of a bolt is a quadratic function of the equivalent radius loss ratio and the shear failure after nut corrosion;the IFL of each connection had a clear linear correlation with the RCF of the corresponding bolts,and the correlation depends on the applied load and static friction on connecting plate interface induced by the clamping force;the static friction had little impact on the US of the connection;the proposed IFL and US formulas can effectively derive the residual anti⁃slip capacity of FHSB T⁃stub connections from the degree of damage of the corroded nut section.The research results provide a scientific basis for the replacement and maintenance of corroded bolts of FHSB T⁃stub connections. 展开更多

Objective:To screen the anti-inflammatory monomeric compounds isolated from Berchemia lineata(L.)DC and explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of some compounds based on NF-κB signaling pathway.Methods:LPS was used to induce RAW264.7 to establish a model of cellular inflammatory reaction.CCK-8 method was used to detect the effect of monomer compounds on the activity of RAW264.7 cells.The release of nitric oxide(NO)in the superneant was measured by Griess method,and NO inhibition rate was calculated.The anti-inflammatory activity gradient of some monomeric compounds was also measured.The effects of monomer compound 21 on the secretion of IL-6,TNF-α,NF-κB,COX-2 and iNOS induced by LPS were detected by ELISA.Results:The concentration of monomer compound of Berchemia lineata(L.)DC.was 50μmol/L,and it was administered for 24 h.The results showed that anthraquinone compound No.19 had obvious drug toxicity,while other compounds had weak or no obvious drug toxicity.The concentration was 50μmol/L,and the drug was administered for 12 h.The results showed that all the monomer compounds could inhibit the release of NO to varying degrees,and the highest NO inhibition rate was over 90%,which showed obvious anti-inflammatory activity.NO inhibition rate of No.01 new skeleton compound can reach 70.81%.The results of anti-inflammatory activity gradient showed that the monomer compound of Berchemia lineata(L.)DC.could inhibit the release of NO in a dose-dependent manner.The results of ELISA showed that phenolic compound 21 could inhibit the secretion of IL-6,TNF-α,NF-κB,COX-2 and iNOS in RAW264.7 cells.Conclusion:The monomer compound of Berchemia lineata(L.)DC.has a certain anti-inflammatory activity,among which flavonoids and bibenzyl components isolated from this plant for the first time may be the material basis for its anti-inflammatory activity.The simple phenolic monomer compound 21 may play an anti-inflammatory role by regulating NF-κB signaling pathway. 展开更多

The rationale of this study is to add to the literature regarding the safety and efficacy profile of the ziv-aflibercept as there is insubstantial data in patients with intraocular vascular pathologies being treated with this injection with prime focus on the complications of the injection. Materials and Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted at Opthalmology Department, Lahore General Hospital, Lahore between 14 August 2018 and 23 December 2019. Patients with choroidal and retinal vascular diseases like diabetic macular edema (DME), age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and retinal vein occlusion (RVO) who had no active infection of eye and had no history of myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident were added in this study. The as-prepared AgX NP’s were characterized by FTIR, thermogravimetric analysis, XRD, EDX and HRTEM. The antimicrobial susceptibilities against two Gram-positive bacteria (Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus) and four Gram-negative bacteria (Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, P. aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae) in addition to five fungi (Aspergillus flavus, A. carbonarus, Penicillium verrucosum, Fusarium verticelloides and A. niger) were tested by the disk diffusion technique. The antibacterial and antifungal results suggest that the prepared AgX NP’s show high activity against the tested organisms compared to tetracycline and Nystatin taken as standard drugs. As an application, the use of the prepared AgX NP’s as photo catalyst for the decontamination of malathion as VX chemical warfare agent (CWA) stimulant from water sample was extensively studied. 展开更多

综述了Anti-W indup算法的发展过程,以及大致的分类情况和各种方法的应用特点。不同角度定义的W indup现象会产生不同类型的Anti-W indup算法结构,大致可将其分为:线性结构和非线性结构算法。线性结构算法又产生两种主要类型:传统的Anti... 综述了Anti-W indup算法的发展过程,以及大致的分类情况和各种方法的应用特点。不同角度定义的W indup现象会产生不同类型的Anti-W indup算法结构,大致可将其分为:线性结构和非线性结构算法。线性结构算法又产生两种主要类型:传统的Anti-resetW indup和条件作用。线性结构Anti-W indup算法一般符合两步法设计原则,但由于其分步设计原则,忽略了线性控制器和非线性补偿环节是同时作用在系统闭环响应中,造成了系统综合困难,即补偿后的系统性能没有明确的数学表达。针对这一问题,众多学者在线性结构算法的基础上提出了不同的设计方案,理论上取得了许多成果,可以在补偿器设计的同时得到预期的动静态性能。但是,由于事先设计的算法过于复杂,制约其在应用领域的推广,因而应用最为广泛的还是传统的Anti-resetwindup算法。如何简化事先设计算法推广其应用或改进传统的Anti-resetwindup算法直接获取最优补偿效果将是今后该领域研究的主要方向。 展开更多

本研究旨在通过阻断致敏小鼠的B7/CD28及CD40/CD154共刺激信号途径,探讨其免疫功能的变化,为应用于异基因骨髓移植的免疫耐受提供实验依据。将致敏的BALB/c小鼠分成4组:①CTLA4Ig+anti-CD154鼠源性同型对照抗体;②anti-CD154单克隆抗体+... 本研究旨在通过阻断致敏小鼠的B7/CD28及CD40/CD154共刺激信号途径,探讨其免疫功能的变化,为应用于异基因骨髓移植的免疫耐受提供实验依据。将致敏的BALB/c小鼠分成4组:①CTLA4Ig+anti-CD154鼠源性同型对照抗体;②anti-CD154单克隆抗体+CTLA4Ig鼠源性同型对照抗体;③CTLA4Ig+anti-CD154单克隆抗体;④CTLA4Ig及anti-CD154单克隆抗体的鼠源性同型对照抗体。正常BALB/c小鼠应用CTLA4Ig及antiCD154单克隆抗体的鼠源性同型对照抗体。给予每只小鼠CTLA4 Ig和anti-CD154单克隆抗体或相对应的同型对照抗体各500μg,于移植前7天尾静脉输注,每组小鼠各5只。移植当天处死各组小鼠,应用流式细胞仪检测脾细胞中CD19+CD69+B细胞数量、CD44high/CD62Lhigh及CD44high/CD62Llow/-T细胞数量。用流式细胞仪或ELISA法检测血清中抗体及细胞因子的变化。结果表明:小鼠致敏后CD19+CD69+B细胞数量与正常小鼠相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),阻断B7/CD28或/和CD40/CD154共刺激信号通路后可见抑制效应(P<0.01),两者同时阻断具有协同作用(P<0.01)。小鼠致敏后记忆性T细胞CD44high/CD62Lhigh及效应性T细胞CD44high/CD62Llow/-与正常相比亦明显增多(P<0.01)。阻断共刺激信号通路后可使其明显抑制,CTLA4 Ig和anti-CD154单克隆抗体联合应用具有协同效应(P<0.01)。各组小鼠细胞因子及IgG、IgM抗体均无明显差异(P>0.05),但血清中致敏抗体检测显示致敏后特异性抗体升高,阻断共刺激信号通路后其明显被抑制(P<0.01)。结论:阻断B7/CD28或CD40/CD154共刺激信号途径均能抑制致敏小鼠的细胞免疫功能及体液免疫功能;同时阻断有协同作用。 展开更多

The exact analytic solution of a Mode Ⅲ Griffith crack in the material was obtained by using the Fourier transform and dual integral equations theory, and so the displacement and stress fields, the stress intensity factor and strain energy release rate were determined. The results show that the stress intensity factor is independent of material constants, and the strain energy release rate is dependent on all material constants. These provide important information for studying the deformation and fracture of the new solid material. 展开更多

应用物理吸附法将羊抗人IgG抗原直接固定于3,5-二溴水杨醛席夫碱镍配合物-氧化石墨烯修饰的金电极表面,制备电化学免疫传感器。采用循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对传感器进行表征,结果表明该传感器适合检测Anti-IgG浓度。同时探讨了缓冲液pH... 应用物理吸附法将羊抗人IgG抗原直接固定于3,5-二溴水杨醛席夫碱镍配合物-氧化石墨烯修饰的金电极表面,制备电化学免疫传感器。采用循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对传感器进行表征,结果表明该传感器适合检测Anti-IgG浓度。同时探讨了缓冲液pH值、扫描速度、免疫反应温度、抗原与抗体配比对循环伏安峰电流的影响,结果表明在5-100mV/s扫速范围内,峰电流与扫速呈线性。孵育最优条件为25℃,h-IgG与Anti-IgG配比为1∶1。循环伏安法研究还表明Anti-IgG浓度在0.01-260μg/L范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r^2=0.993,检出限(S/N=3)为0.006μg/L,据此建立了检测Anti-IgG浓度的新方法。 展开更多

目的分析心包积液的病因,比较临床常用检查对心包积液诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾分析122例心包积液患者的临床及实验室检验资料。结果心包积液的病因包括慢性心肾功能不全(25例)、甲状腺功能减低(6例)、肿瘤(20例)、结核性(59例)... 目的分析心包积液的病因,比较临床常用检查对心包积液诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾分析122例心包积液患者的临床及实验室检验资料。结果心包积液的病因包括慢性心肾功能不全(25例)、甲状腺功能减低(6例)、肿瘤(20例)、结核性(59例)及特发性(12例)。心包积液中腺甘脱氨酶(ADA)的活性在结核组较肿瘤组及特发组显著增高,但血清中ADA活性三组未见显著性差异;抗结核抗体在结核组阳性率较肿瘤组及特发组明显增高;血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原199(CA199)阳性率在肿瘤组明显高于结核组及特发组;癌抗原125(CA125)阳性率在所有患者中均增高,各组之间差异无统计学意义。结论结核是心包积液最常见病因,CEA、CA199、ADA、抗结核抗体(TBanti-body)等检测指标可对临床诊断有较大帮助。 展开更多
