2023年蒙古国标准化工作进展分析

In 2023,the Mongolian Bureau of Standards and Metrology issued 163 new national standards,among which,69 were developed by Mongolia itself and 94 were adopted from international and foreign standards.These new standards span crucial sectors such as environment,construction,and food,reflecting Mongolia’s commitment to enhancing domestic industrial management,ensuring public health and safety,promoting economic growth,and facilitating international trade.Notably,metrology,environment,and construction were prioritized in standards development,with the biggest number of new national standards in metrology released,indicating a focused allocation of resources in this area.By adopting international standards,Mongolia has made significant progress in ensuring product and service quality,and strengthening its competitiveness in the global market.

Standards and Best Practices Application of Standards for Equipment-Manufacturing Industries Workshop Held in Shanghai

The "Application of Standards for Equipment-Manufacturing Industry Workshop" was held for two days in Shanghai from May 25th to May 26th, 2007. 2022年蒙古标准化发展分析:基于标准涉及领域的统计

This paper makes an analysis of the standardization efforts in Mongolia in 2022,with a focus on the areas and quantity of standards development,and collects and analyzes the data from the Mongolian Agency for Standardization and Metrology(MASM)and China’s Standard Information Platform Contributed by the Belt and Road Countries.The study reveals that Mongolia attaches great importance to standardization work,with the government actively promoting standardization in various fields.In 2022,MASM released 134 new national standards,with 128 standards at the enquiry stage.Mongolia’s standards development mainly focuses on medical and health technology,environmental protection,health care and safety,and agriculture.The findings of this study provide technical reference for promoting the adoption and application of standards in Mongolia and fostering technical cooperation in the field of standardization.

Investigation of Amoxicillin Use in Fever Clinic Patients:Standardized Application of Antibiotics is Still Challenging

Amoxicillin is widely used by the Chinese population and available in pharmacies without prescription.We performed a retrospective study on patients with fever who took amoxicillin before going to the fever clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 1,2020 to March 31,2021.Among the total of 9093 patients attending the fever clinic,446 patients had a history of taking amoxicillin,from which 100 cases were randomly selected to evaluate the therapeutic effects of non-prescribed amoxicillin by changes in clinical symptoms,counts of white blood cells,neutrophils,and lymphocytes,and levels of C-reactive protein(CRP).The control group consisted of 100 randomly selected patients for who it was verified that they did not take antibiotics before attending the fever clinic.Our study showed that there were no significant differences between the group of patients taking amoxicillin and the control group in terms of symptom improvement,white blood cell,neutrophil or lymphocyte counts,or the levels of CRP.Therefore,our study indicated that although non-prescribed amoxicillin is widely used among patients with fever,it does not provide significant beneficial therapeutic effects.There is still a long way to go to standardize the application of antibiotics and popularize knowledge on proper antibiotics use among the population.

Manure nutrient application on a Chinese dairy farm with arable land:A case study based on Dutch experience of equilibrium fertilization

For a Chinese dairy farm with 2200 milking cows,the annual manure production and manure nutrients(nitrogen and phosphorus)were estimated.Gaseous nitrogen losses from cattle housing with scraped solid floors were based on on-farm measurements.Based on experiences from the Netherlands,nutrient levels in the solid and liquid fractions after slurry separation were estimated.On the basis of assumptions for nutrient losses during covered lagoon storage and land application of the liquid fraction,nitrogen and phosphorous fertilization rates were calculated for the 67 hm^(2)of agricultural land that receive the liquid fraction by gravity irrigation.The results show that the application rates of nitrogen and phosphorous significantly exceed the crop needs,which will probably result in losses to soil and water.In order to aim for a balance between nutrient application and crop needs and,as such,reduce environmental harm,the authors recommend to establish application standards for nitrogen and phosphorous on arable land in China and to formulate farm-specific Nutrient Management Plans.
