Precipitation plays a crucial role in the water cycle of Northwest China.Obtaining accurate precipitation data is crucial for regional water resource management,hydrological forecasting,flood control and drought relie...Precipitation plays a crucial role in the water cycle of Northwest China.Obtaining accurate precipitation data is crucial for regional water resource management,hydrological forecasting,flood control and drought relief.Currently,the applicability of multi-source precipitation products for long time series in Northwest China has not been thoroughly evaluated.In this study,precipitation data from 183 meteorological stations in Northwest China from 1979 to 2020 were selected to assess the regional applicability of four precipitation products(the fifth generation of European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)atmospheric reanalysis of the global climate(ERA5),Global Precipitation Climatology Centre(GPCC),Climatic Research Unit gridded Time Series Version 4.07(CRU TS v4.07,hereafter CRU),and Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission(TRMM))based on the following statistical indicators:correlation coefficient,root mean square error(RMSE),relative bias(RB),mean absolute error(MAE),probability of detection(POD),false alarm ratio(FAR),and equitable threat score(ETS).The results showed that precipitation in Northwest China was generally high in the east and low in the west,and exhibited an increasing trend from 1979 to 2020.Compared with the station observations,ERA5 showed a larger spatial distribution difference than the other products.The overall overestimation of multi-year average precipitation was approximately 200.00 mm and the degree of overestimation increased with increasing precipitation intensity.The multi-year average precipitation of GPCC and CRU was relatively close to that of station observations.The trend of annual precipitation of TRMM was overestimated in high-altitude regions and the eastern part of Lanzhou with more precipitation.At the monthly scale,GPCC performed well but underestimated precipitation in the Tarim Basin(RB=-4.11%),while ERA5 and TRMM exhibited poor accuracy in high-altitude regions.ERA5 had a large bias(RB≥120.00%)in winter months and a strong dispersion(RMSE≥35.00 mm)in summer months.TRMM showed a relatively low correlation with station observations in winter months(correlation coefficients≤0.70).The capture performance analysis showed that ERA5,GPCC,and TRMM had lower POD and ETS values and higher FAR values in Northwest China as the precipitation intensity increased.ERA5 showed a high capture performance for small precipitation events and a slower decreasing trend of POD as the precipitation intensity increased.GPCC had the lowest FAR values.TRMM was statistically ineffective for predicting the occurrence of daily precipitation events.The findings provide a reference for data users to select appropriate datasets in Northwest China and for data developers to develop new precipitation products in the future.展开更多
Objective:This paper aims to study the application of flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-course in the practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology.Methods:From September 21 to July 23,1...Objective:This paper aims to study the application of flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-course in the practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology.Methods:From September 21 to July 23,120 students majoring in ophthalmology and optometry were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the study group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-course.Teaching scores and the skills,observation and judgment,adaptability,and communication skills were compared between the groups.Results:Statistical comparison of teaching scores under different management methods showed that the clinical thinking score and practice work quality in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the effect of the study group was better(P<0.05).The overall scores of skills,observation and judgment,adaptability,and communication skills of the study group were better than those in the control group,and the comprehensive ability scores in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:In practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology,the application of flipped classroom teaching based on micro-course can improve the skill scores of personnel,and the overall effect is good.This can lay the foundation for advanced ophthalmology and optometry talents with profound theoretical knowledge and professional skills.展开更多

[Method]2% Imidacloprid GR were selected and applied in the soil for field efficacy trial. [Result] The optimum dosage of 2% imidacloprid GR was 30 kg/hm^2( active ingredient 600 g),which can be mixed with fertilizer( 30 kg pesticide and 40-80 kg fertilizer per hm^2) once combined with sugarcane planting management or big ridging during February and June. The control effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus could be more than 98. 2% and 81. 1%,respectively. The actual yield and sugar content in various pesticide treatments were increased by 33 390 kg/hm^2 and 6. 6% respectively compared to blank control. [Conclusion]2% imidacloprid GR has good control effects on C. lanigera and B. serratus. It is a new pesticide with ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxin effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus. Therefore,it could be used alternatively with other pesticides,to delay production and development of drug resistance.展开更多

It is a landscape phenomenon which describes the relationships between landscape subunits. Landscape connectivity can be measured by measuring the degree to which the landscape pattern facilitates or impedes movement of animals among resource patches, particularly for conserved animal species. In this paper, the landscape connectivity for Giant Panda in Wolong Nature Reserve was evaluated by using landscape ecological model on the base of choosing three natural affecting factors on Giant Panda and using geographic information system. The results demonstrate that only about 90 36 km 2 (c.a.4 47%) of total area 2023 31 km 2 is most suitable for Giant Panda survival, the suitable area is about 226 42 km 2 (11 19%), the moderately suitable area is 286 09 km 2 (14 13%), as much as 1236 51 km 2 is completely unsuitable for Giant Panda living. The result will be helpful for making a decision on improving eco environment and protecting Giant Panda in Wolong Nature Reserve.展开更多

Methods: 60 patients with stages Ⅱ-Ⅳ of ovarian cancer were treated with intraperitoneal chemother...Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy before surgery for ovarian cancer. Methods: 60 patients with stages Ⅱ-Ⅳ of ovarian cancer were treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy of CAP or TP regimen followed by a surgery treatment and another chemotherapy for 6 cycles. And then the efficiency of the therapy was evaluated by analyzing the changes of ascites, the serum CA-125 and CA-19-9 levels and the findings in the operation, and investigating the recurrence of cancer and the survival. Results: After 1-3 cycles of intraperitoneal chemotherapy, serum levels of CA-125 and CA-19-9 and carcinous ascites significantly reduced in all patients, ascites reduce was over 50% in 98.3% cases; all cases were successfully treated with cytoreduction and it was found during the operation that bulky tumor was reduced and looser so as to be easily isolated and removed; PFS of the patients was prolonged, while the toxicity and side-effects were not so serious as beyond the patient toleration. Conclusion: Intraperitoneal chemotherapy before surgery for ovarian cancer has an active efficacy in clinic, being able to improve conditions of surgery and increase the opportunity of maximal cytoreduction, and prolong survival of the patients, and should be a good selection for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.展开更多

However, existing usability evaluation metrics are too general to be applied to a more specific application, such as mobile tourism application. Thus, the objective of the study is to propose usability evaluation metrics for tourism mobile applications. The study employs four phases: identifying problem and the objective, encompassing the techniques of developing usability measurement of metrics, selecting the usability metrics of tourism mobile application and conducting expert review and verification. The verification phase was conducted using expert review approach to measure the proposed metrics in terms of its consistency ease of use, understandable, verifiable and overall impression. The finding revealed that the proposed metrics have been well received by the experts in terms of consistency, ease to use, understandable, verifiability and overall impression. Finally, this study presented usability metrics for the tourism mobile applications that can be used by designers or usability practitioners in creating a useable mobile application for the tourists.展开更多

The XIS-Mobile domain specific language (defined as a UML profile) and its MDD-based framework address this problem by proposing platform-independent models to describe mobile applications and from them automatically generate the application’s source code. Many issues arose during an iterative process of evaluation which originated changes and the evolution of XIS-Mobile. 文摘Objective:This paper aims to study the application of flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-course in the practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology.Methods:From September 21 to July 23,120 students majoring in ophthalmology and optometry were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the study group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-course.Teaching scores and the skills,observation and judgment,adaptability,and communication skills were compared between the groups.Results:Statistical comparison of teaching scores under different management methods showed that the clinical thinking score and practice work quality in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the effect of the study group was better(P<0.05).The overall scores of skills,observation and judgment,adaptability,and communication skills of the study group were better than those in the control group,and the comprehensive ability scores in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:In practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology,the application of flipped classroom teaching based on micro-course can improve the skill scores of personnel,and the overall effect is good.This can lay the foundation for advanced ophthalmology and optometry talents with profound theoretical knowledge and professional skills.

文摘The paper had analyzed natural condition of Daqing Area and distribution of plants of Potentilla in Daqing,and summarized 9 varieties of Potentilla.Based on field study and plot experiment and through observation of their biological traits,7 varieties of Potentilla had been identified suitable for landscaping;and evaluation had been conducted on their landscape application from the perspective of ornament,drought resistance,cold resistance,trampling resistance,adaptability to environment,coverage,and maintenance frequency.It was considered that their ornamental effect was quite good.They had certain drought resistance and cold resistance,and strong trampling resistance.These resistances of Potentilla bifurca L.var.glabrata Lehm.and Potentilla flagellaris Willd ex Schlecht.were stronger than that of Potentilla paradoxa Nutt.and Potentilla anserina L.,and then Potentilla chinensis Ser.,Potentilla discolor Bunge.and Potentilla tanacetifolia Willd ex Schlecht.were secondary.The pattern and structure of plants of Potentilla were coordinated and unified with the environment.The coverage of P.anserina L.,P.flagellaris Willd ex Schlecht.,and P.bifurca L.var.glabrata Lehm.was higher than that of P.paradoxa Nutt.and P.Tanacetifolia Willd ex Schlecht.and P.discolor Bunge..Plants of Potentilla didn't need to be maintained by men and they were ideal landscaping plants.On this basis,it had proposed suggestions on protection and development of landscaping plants of Potentilla in Daqing City.

文摘The application value of 70 kinds of flowers in Hefei City was evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).From the three aspects of adaptability,ornamental value and economic traits,12 indicators were summarized to establish a comprehensive evaluation system.The results show that the application of grade-I plants(J≥3.6642)in flower borders is the most suitable,and they include 19 species of plants such as Osmanthus fragrans var.thunbergii,accounting for 27.14%.The application of grade-II plants(3.2319≤J≤3.6641)in flower borders is suitable,and 36 species of plants such as Jacobaea maritima are included,with the proportion of 51.42%.The application of grade-III plants(2.7935≤J≤3.2318)in flower borders is relatively suitable,and they contain 8 species of plants such as Acer palmatum’Atropurpureum’(Van Houtte)Schwerim,accounting for 11.42%.Grade-IV plants(J≤2.7934)can be applied in flower borders under special circumstances,and include 6 species of plants such as Muehlenbeckia complexa Meisn.,accounting for 8.57%.The results can provide reference for the selection of flower border plants in Hefei.The locations and types of 40 flower borders were summarized to provide a basis for the development direction and future planning of flower borders in Hefei.

文摘Soil quality is a comprehensive reflection of soil properties.Since the soil quality concept was put forward in the 1970s,the quality of different type soils in different regions have been evaluated through a variety of evaluation methods,but it still lacks universal soil quantity evaluation models and methods.In this paper,the applications and prospects of grey relevancy comprehensive evaluation model,attribute hierarchical model,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,matter-element model,RAGA-based PPC /PPE model and GIS model in soil quality evaluation are reviewed.

文摘[Objective]The paper was to screen a new ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxic pesticide and convenient and efficient pesticide application technology for controlling Ceratovacuna lanigera and Baliathrips serratus. [Method]2% Imidacloprid GR were selected and applied in the soil for field efficacy trial. [Result] The optimum dosage of 2% imidacloprid GR was 30 kg/hm^2( active ingredient 600 g),which can be mixed with fertilizer( 30 kg pesticide and 40-80 kg fertilizer per hm^2) once combined with sugarcane planting management or big ridging during February and June. The control effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus could be more than 98. 2% and 81. 1%,respectively. The actual yield and sugar content in various pesticide treatments were increased by 33 390 kg/hm^2 and 6. 6% respectively compared to blank control. [Conclusion]2% imidacloprid GR has good control effects on C. lanigera and B. serratus. It is a new pesticide with ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxin effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus. Therefore,it could be used alternatively with other pesticides,to delay production and development of drug resistance.
文摘Landscape connectivity is a parameter of landscape function, which measures the processes by which the sub populations of organisms are interconnected into a functional demographic unit. It is a landscape phenomenon which describes the relationships between landscape subunits. Landscape connectivity can be measured by measuring the degree to which the landscape pattern facilitates or impedes movement of animals among resource patches, particularly for conserved animal species. In this paper, the landscape connectivity for Giant Panda in Wolong Nature Reserve was evaluated by using landscape ecological model on the base of choosing three natural affecting factors on Giant Panda and using geographic information system. The results demonstrate that only about 90 36 km 2 (c.a.4 47%) of total area 2023 31 km 2 is most suitable for Giant Panda survival, the suitable area is about 226 42 km 2 (11 19%), the moderately suitable area is 286 09 km 2 (14 13%), as much as 1236 51 km 2 is completely unsuitable for Giant Panda living. The result will be helpful for making a decision on improving eco environment and protecting Giant Panda in Wolong Nature Reserve.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to enrich the plant resource of ornamental vegetables in Kunming. [Methods]15 leafy vegetables were selected as test materials in this study. This study investigated the biological characteristics of the 15 ornamental vegetables by introduction trial and grey correlation analysis. In addition,we discussed the application of ornamental vegetables in urban agriculture. [Results]The grey correlation values of 11 ornamental vegetables were greater than 0. 6. The grey correlation values of other four ornamental vegetables were less than 0. 5. Among them,the grey correlation of Beta vulgaris L. var. cicla L. was 0. 94,which have the highest appreciation evaluation. The second appreciation evaluation belonged to rainbow leafy Beta vulgaris L. var. cicla L. with grey correlation of 0. 88. [Conclusions] In short,there are nine ornamental vegetables could be applied in the urban agriculture of Kunming,and there are six ornamental vegetables must be further investigated by cultivation experiment,to understand their cultivation characteristics and key points of management.

文摘Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy before surgery for ovarian cancer. Methods: 60 patients with stages Ⅱ-Ⅳ of ovarian cancer were treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy of CAP or TP regimen followed by a surgery treatment and another chemotherapy for 6 cycles. And then the efficiency of the therapy was evaluated by analyzing the changes of ascites, the serum CA-125 and CA-19-9 levels and the findings in the operation, and investigating the recurrence of cancer and the survival. Results: After 1-3 cycles of intraperitoneal chemotherapy, serum levels of CA-125 and CA-19-9 and carcinous ascites significantly reduced in all patients, ascites reduce was over 50% in 98.3% cases; all cases were successfully treated with cytoreduction and it was found during the operation that bulky tumor was reduced and looser so as to be easily isolated and removed; PFS of the patients was prolonged, while the toxicity and side-effects were not so serious as beyond the patient toleration. Conclusion: Intraperitoneal chemotherapy before surgery for ovarian cancer has an active efficacy in clinic, being able to improve conditions of surgery and increase the opportunity of maximal cytoreduction, and prolong survival of the patients, and should be a good selection for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.
文摘The use of mobile phone applications for our touristic activity is very common nowadays with the simplification of smartphones. The tourism mobile applications currently can be argued to be one of the most useful applications that can facilitate the movement of travelers. However, existing usability evaluation metrics are too general to be applied to a more specific application, such as mobile tourism application. Thus, the objective of the study is to propose usability evaluation metrics for tourism mobile applications. The study employs four phases: identifying problem and the objective, encompassing the techniques of developing usability measurement of metrics, selecting the usability metrics of tourism mobile application and conducting expert review and verification. The verification phase was conducted using expert review approach to measure the proposed metrics in terms of its consistency ease of use, understandable, verifiable and overall impression. The finding revealed that the proposed metrics have been well received by the experts in terms of consistency, ease to use, understandable, verifiability and overall impression. Finally, this study presented usability metrics for the tourism mobile applications that can be used by designers or usability practitioners in creating a useable mobile application for the tourists.
文摘The great evolution of the mobile market during the last years caused some fragmentation of the mobile platforms namely through the existence of different programming languages and software development tools for each platform. This fact can be an obstacle and increases the development complexity and costs when we want to develop mobile applications for multiple platforms. The XIS-Mobile domain specific language (defined as a UML profile) and its MDD-based framework address this problem by proposing platform-independent models to describe mobile applications and from them automatically generate the application’s source code. Many issues arose during an iterative process of evaluation which originated changes and the evolution of XIS-Mobile. This paper presents the results of the evaluation of XIS-Mobile (both the language and the companion framework) obtained through the implementation of a case study and by conducting a user session, and discusses its benefits and challenges.

文摘Energy storage system is an important means to improve the flexibility and safety of traditional power system,but it has the problem of high cost and unclear value recovery path.In this paper,the typical application scenarios of energy storage system are summarized and analyzed from the perspectives of user side,power grid side and power generation side.Based on the typical application scenarios,the economic benefit assessment framework of energy storage system including value,time and efficiency indicators is proposed.Typical battery energy storage projects are selected for economic benefit calculation according to different scenarios,and key factors are selected for sensitivity analysis.Finally,the key factors affecting economic benefit of the energy storage system are analyzed.
文摘[Objective] The aim was to analyze climate resources in south Dongting Lake wetland. [ Method] By dint of the temperature, precipitati- on, sunshine, general cloud, relative humidity and disastrous climate days, the climate resources of wetland in south Dongting Lake were analyzed from the angle of climate characteristics and adaptability. [ Result] The climate was beautiful in south Dongting Lake. The period suitable for travel- ling is from September to next May. The optimal travelling period is from Mid September to last ten days of November, Mid March to last ten days of May. According to the analysis of climate elements, though there are some unfavorable climate factors influencing outdoor activity, they occurred less frequently and had little influence on travelling activity. [ Condusion] The study provided reference for climate resources utilization and the de- velopment of tourism and travelling activity.
