It analyzes and discusses h...Based on Fillmore’s frame theory, this paper examines the translator’s cognitive frame operation in the English subtitle translation of Quanzhou’s World Heritage application documentary. It analyzes and discusses how the translator maximizes translation effect between the source language and the target language, so as to enhance the readability of documentary subtitles and promote the spread of traditional Chinese culture. The findings are as follows: Firstly, in the translation process, the frame operations used by the translator include frame correspondence, intra-frame operations, frame replacement, frame perspective shift and frame transplantation. Secondly, cultural documentaries are full of culture-loaded words, for which the translator usually uses frame transplantation. Thirdly, due to the instantaneous nature of subtitles, intra-frame operations and frame replacement are applied in terms of cultural background of the target language audience. Besides, in order to enhance the audience’s reading experience, there may be some changes of narrative perspective in the English translation of cultural documentaries.展开更多

Objective:To study the clinical effect on old ankle injury treated with collateral bloodletting at ashi point combined with the external application of Sānqī(三七Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng)powder.Methods:120 outpa...Objective:To study the clinical effect on old ankle injury treated with collateral bloodletting at ashi point combined with the external application of Sānqī(三七Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng)powder.Methods:120 outpatients with old ankle injury were collected from the Department of Disease Prevention of Shenzhen Pingle Orthopaedics and Traumatology Hospital.Ashi points were selected.The threeedged needle or the syringe needle for single use was used to prick the ashi points for 5-10 times till the slight bleeding presented in local area.Afterwards,the cupping was used at the pricked area for 10-15 min to ensure the complete elimination of stagnant blood.Such therapies were given once a week.On the day after the day of bleeding and cuping,Sanqi powder was applied externally,once a day.The pain score(visual analogue scale,VAS)and the clinical effect were observed in the patients.Results:A total of 115 patients accomplished the whole procedure of treatment The pain mean score of VAS was(3.2±0.4)points before treatment and it were(0.28±0.5)points after treatment.Of them,104 cases were cured completely,8 cases effective significantly and 3 cases failed.Conclusion:The combined treatment with bloodletting therapy at ashi point and the external application of Sanqi powder achieves the satisfactory clinical effect on old ankle injury and this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.展开更多
Continuous dopaminergic stimulation（CDS）is a prominent therapeutic concept for the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease（PD）,which proposes that continuous brain dopamine-receptor stimulation,rather than intermittent ...Continuous dopaminergic stimulation（CDS）is a prominent therapeutic concept for the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease（PD）,which proposes that continuous brain dopamine-receptor stimulation,rather than intermittent doses of oral L-dopa,prevents or manages L-dopa-induced dyskinesias（LIDs）.In the normal situation,dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta fire tonically to keep the dopamine receptor stimulation at a steady-state level.But when the dopaminergic pathway is impaired,the dopamine receptor stimulation becomes intermittent or pulsatile.This pulsatile stimulation causes a series of gene and protein changes in striatal neurons,leading to alterations in the firing patterns of basal ganglia neurons that result in LIDs.Studies in animal models and clinical trials of PD have shown that approaches providing CDS,currently including patches,extended-release formulations of L-dopa or dopamine agonists,continuous delivery of apomorphine and duodenal L-dopa infusion,are associated with a decreased risk of LIDs.In this review,we summarize both preclinical and clinical evidence for the five methods that may provide CDS in theory and compare the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.展开更多
