On the Training Modes of Interdisciplinary and Application-oriented Talents of Business English

This paper focuses on the training modes of interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents of business English and the constructions of curriculum. In the light of our socialist market-oriented economy characteristics, the discussion proceeds, in theory and practice, by putting forward a relatively profound approach according to the trend in the demands for business English talents and to the operational patterns of business English discipline, with some suggestions about the training modes of interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents and the construction of curriculum.

Research on the Internal Talent Training Path and Performance Evaluation Mechanism of New R&D Institutions in Zhejiang Province

New research and development(R&D)institutions are an important part of the national innovation system,playing an important role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years,new R&D institutions have gradually become the driving force of innovation-driven development in China.Taking new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper studies the internal talent training path and performance evaluation mechanism of new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province by using the literature research method,comparison method,case verification method,and other methods.The investigation results show that there are problems such as lack of material and spiritual support and neglect of the absorption of local talents in the internal talent training,and there are problems such as unclear standards,insufficient data,and opaque processes in the performance evaluation mechanism,which greatly affect the establishment and improvement of the performance evaluation mechanism.Given the above problems,this paper puts forward a forward-looking,oriented,flexible,and compatible talent training path and performance evaluation mechanism,hoping to optimize the effective internal talent training path of new R&D institutions,improve the evaluation performance,and promote healthy development of new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province.

Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Model for the Integration of Industry and Education in University Asset Evaluation

During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the main task of talent team construction in China’s asset appraisal industry was to develop innovative talent training models.Therefore,this article focuses on the talent cultivation model of integrating industry and education in asset evaluation in universities,systematically summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of research on asset evaluation talent cultivation models in universities,and explores the construction measures of asset evaluation talent cultivation models based on the integration of industry and education that meet social needs and the development of the times[1].At the same time,the strategy of constructing a deep integration talent training system was explored,guided by the integration of industry and education,to cultivate asset evaluation composite talents with strong practical skills.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the quality of asset evaluation professionals in China and promoting the development of asset evaluation talent training models.

Construction of Quality Evaluation System for Translation Majors in Application-Oriented Colleges and Universities

Under the background of“One Belt and One Road Initiative”,China’s internationalization improves greatly,which promotes all-round communication and cooperation between China and foreign countries;the demand for application-oriented translation talents is bound to increase substantially.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a scientific and reasonable quality evaluation system to train translation professionals.This paper aims to discuss how to construct a quality evaluation system for translation majors in application-oriented colleges and universities for the purpose of promoting the translation talents cultivation.

On Linguistics Course Construction to Foster English Application-oriented Talents in Tibetan Ethnic Colleges: A Case Study of Sichuan Minzu College

Under the social background of application-oriented transformation of local colleges and universities,the construction of linguistics course for English majors in Tibetan ethnic colleges should actively adapt to the requirements of the times,update the teaching concept,take application as orientation,take combination of language theory and language practice as the principle,take interlinguistic study as the basic content and focus on language acquisition and second language teaching of extralinguistic study.In view of the existing problems in this course,the reform should take the following aspects into consideration:redefining the training objectives,finding out the course orientation,revising the teaching contents,improving the teaching methods,enriching the teaching means,reforming the evaluation methods,enhancing the teaching practice,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and the construction of the course resources,to make the linguistic theoretical courses related to and guide students’language learning practice,to make it close to and be applied in students’daily life,to prepare students to be future teachers or researchers and most importantly to train qualified application-oriented English teachers for ethnic areas in Tibet.

Research on Evaluation of China s Marine Talent Ecosystem

Based on the research on talent ecosystem,China s marine talent ecosystem was evaluated and analyzed from the aspects of its constituent elements,characteristics,operation mechanism,and evolution mechanism,and an evaluation index system of China s marine talent ecosystem was constructed.Finally,relevant suggestions on the optimization and perfection of China s marine talent ecosystem were put forward.The research has guiding significance for the in-depth analysis of China s marine talent ecosystem.

Exploration on the Reform of English Teaching in Universities and Colleges under the Application-oriented Talent Training Mode

With the rapid development of the economy,China’s economic form has also undergone significant changes.In this case,the requirements for talents are getting higher and higher.In the process of cultivating talents,schools must constantly change their educational concepts and cultivate more application-oriented talents for the society.In this context,the reform of university and college English is of great necessity.Based on the importance of application-oriented talent training,this paper analyzes the current situation of English teaching in universities and colleges under the application-oriented talent training mode,and puts forward some specific measures for the reform of English teaching in universities and colleges.

A Vague Set Based OWA Method for Talent Evaluation

In recent years,decision-making under uncertainty has attracted substantial attention in both academia and industry,with a growing number of organizations prioritizing decision support for talent evaluation.Vague set theory has been recognized as a powerful tool to address the ambiguity of problem parameters and manage uncertainty.This paper introduces a novel talent evaluation method that harnesses the potential of vague sets.We construct a vague set Ordered Weighted Averaging(OWA)operator for offering a robust solution to intricate decision-making problems,especially in talent evaluation.The application of the OWA operator augments the decision-making process by providing a mechanism to handle the aggregation of information in a more flexible and comprehensive manner.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method,presenting an alternative for decision-makers,aiding them in selecting their preferred choices amidst uncertainty.

Research on the evolutionary characteristics of evaluation policies of Chinese science and technology talents

Science and technology talent evaluation is an important part of the talent development system and mechanism,and the state's emphasis on science and technology talent evaluation is reflect-ed in the national policy.This paper takes 49 policy documents on science and technology tal-ent evaluation issued by the state from 1978 to 2022 as the object,and uses policy text analysis,word frequency analysis and co-word network analysis to interpret the content of the policies.These policy texts are divided into four stages.200 high-frequency words were extracted from the policies in each stage after word segmentation was made,and the co-word matrixes and co-word networks were constructed for each stage.The research draws the following conclu-sions:1)The content of Chinese science and technology talent evaluation policies is gradually becoming concrete,and the concept of science and technology talent evaluation is gradually clear;2)The policies have transitioned from"scientific and technological development"to"sci-entific and technological innovation";3)The distribution of policies with different strengths is uneven;4)The cooperation between all departments involved in policy formulation is not e-nough.

科技人才评价研究综述

加强科技人才评价研究,有助于发挥“评价”的“指挥棒”和“风向标”作用,充分激发科技人才的创新创造活力,为加快实现高水平科技自立自强和建成科技强国的宏伟目标提供有力的人才支撑。综述了科技人才评价对象的研究现状,从专家定性评价法、定量指标评价法以及综合评价法3个方面对科技人才评价方法进行述评,重点介绍了层次分析法、熵值法、因子分析法、基于熵权的TOPSIS法、模糊综合评价法,对科技人才评价常见指标体系进行了梳理总结,展望了科技人才评价的发展趋势,结合当前形势与政策,提出今后应进一步细化评价对象分类研究,注重科技人才评价指标的价值导向和数字化技术在科技人才评价中的深化应用。

Research on Developing BIM Intelligent Construction Programs Based on Application- Oriented Talent Cultivation

Cultivating application-oriented talents have become essential in vocational and higher education.This concept also applies to BIM intelligent construction programs.Based on literature review and general observations,we analyzed the connotation,key points,and value of developing a BIM intelligent construction program based on application-oriented talent cultivation.We also identified problems in the development of the program such as lack of comprehensive planning and the school being the sole authority in program development.Therefore,we proposed several strategies to address these problems,including systematic program development planning and fostering a multi-faceted partnership between schools and the industry.The goal is to provide valuable insights for the development of relevant programs in the new era.

科技治理范式下的人才评价:理论指向与实践进路

当前,以科技管理范式为应然的人才评价体制机制相对滞后于科技治理改革实然,导致人才评价实践中衍生诸多问题,亟需建立符合科技治理需要的人才评价体制机制。但是,由于科技治理的理论内涵尚未厘清,对于人才评价改革实践的指导作用有限。为阐明科技治理时代的人才评价实践进路,本文首先从目标、行动、话语、组织、规范5个维度对科技治理的理论内涵进行解构。在此基础上,明确了科技治理时代的人才评价应将创新生态系统建设作为评价目标、以网络结构重塑评价主客体关系、面向合作重构人才评价标准、以平等对话改良评价方式、在行动中规范人才评价过程。

区域人才创新指数构建与评价——基于粤港澳大湾区的实证分析

创新人才是中华民族赢得国际竞争的核心要素。客观、科学地评价城市人才创新发展水平,对城市科技创新能力的提升具有重要意义。在确定人才创新指数的概念内涵基础上,科学合理的人才创新指数评价指标体系的构建从创新基础、创新投入和创新产出三个维度展开,对2011—2021年粤港澳大湾区人才创新发展水平进行综合分析评价。结果表明:其一,2011—2021年粤港澳大湾区人才创新指数逐年提升,发展态势良好;其二,粤港澳大湾区城市间的人才创新发展水平异质性显著,且中心效应较为明显。基于指数评价结果,人才战略的制定应当围绕人才规模、人才流动和人才产出方面进行,以进一步提升城市创新能力。

基于地方产业需求的卓越职业技能型食品专业人才培养模式构建

为探索卓越职业技能型食品人才培养模式,提升食品专业人才职业能力,聚焦地方产业发展,结合课堂教学改革创新,充分论述食品专业人才培养体系目前存在的问题及重构的重要性,开展重庆市地方食品企业人才职业能力需求度调查,提出提升食品专业人才职业技能的人才培养方案,即从构建产业课程及“双向”实践教学体系、提升基本职业能力及制定人才质量的行业评价体系等方面进行系统阐述,探究多维度模块化课程体系,拓宽学生产业化视野,提升学生职业技能认知度,建立学校培养与产业需求零距离衔接机制。

五年一贯制大专办学创新路径探析

五年一贯制大专在现代职教体系构建和职业教育高质量发展中起到了重要作用。本文在对五年一贯制大专的概念进行界定基础上,对比了职业教育现行的九种办学形式,回顾了五年一贯制大专的发展历程,直面五年一贯制大专办学不能回避的“长学制还是短学制”“一贯制还是贯通制”“中职还是高职”“学历证书为主还是职业资格证书为主”“就业还是升学”五个问题,提出了新时代背景下五年一贯制大专办学的三个创新路径,包括构建更加科学合理的培养环节、建立健全办学“准入评价退出”机制和运用“学习科学”助推职业教育教学改革。研究对五年一贯制大专办学的实践与创新具有一定的指导意义。

共同体理论下产教融合质量评价指标体系的构建研究

产教融合是提升职业教育办学水平、提高人才培养质量、激发企业创新活力的有效举措,是优化职业教育类型定位的必由路径。产教融合涉及多元主体,对其质量评价体系的建构要从政府、企业、院校等多个主体维度进行系统性思考,致力形成利益共享、责任共担、多方共赢的共同体。基于共同体理论内涵的共同利益、集体责任、公共精神三个维度内容,构建并具体分析了包含上述内容的产教融合质量评价指标体系,根据这一指标体系,可对职业院校产教融合质量情况进行有效分析及评价。
