On the Training Modes of Interdisciplinary and Application-oriented Talents of Business English

This paper focuses on the training modes of interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents of business English and the constructions of curriculum. In the light of our socialist market-oriented economy characteristics, the discussion proceeds, in theory and practice, by putting forward a relatively profound approach according to the trend in the demands for business English talents and to the operational patterns of business English discipline, with some suggestions about the training modes of interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents and the construction of curriculum.

Discussion and Practice on Talent Cultivation Model Based on OBE Concept in Veterinary Medicine Graduate Education

To address the challenges in training veterinary master’s students,it is essential to align with the core objectives of veterinary graduate education.This involves focusing on faculty development,course design,innovative teaching methods,university-industry collaboration,and reforming the evaluation system.By applying the outcome-based education model,new approaches to veterinary graduate training can be developed,particularly for applied talent development in agricultural universities serving local communities.This innovative model emphasizes ideological and political education,aiming to enhance students’abilities in knowledge and practical innovation,preparing them to be well-rounded professionals.The goal is to cultivate senior veterinary experts who are not only skilled in academic research and scientific inquiry but also committed to advancing agriculture,rural areas,and supporting rural revitalization.This approach provides a valuable framework for fostering highly qualified graduates who are both technically proficient and socially responsible.

Exploration and Practice of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Training Model in Medical Colleges under the Background of“New Medicine”

Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become one of the important directions of higher education reform,but innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges generally lags behind other discipline universities or comprehensive universities.Actively exploring the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents is of great significance for cultivating innovative medical talents needed by the country and society.At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher medical colleges is facing many challenges,the most important of which include the lack of concept in innovation and entrepreneurship education,medical students’weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and poor construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff.To address these challenges,we will introduce incentive measures for innovation and entrepreneurship education at the college level,and improve the guarantee and incentive mechanisms for innovation and entrepreneurship education;create an“Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Platform”for teachers and students to exchange ideas on innovation and entrepreneurship;start building a high-quality team of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,promote the continuous improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and ensure the quality of medical talent training.

On Linguistics Course Construction to Foster English Application-oriented Talents in Tibetan Ethnic Colleges: A Case Study of Sichuan Minzu College

Under the social background of application-oriented transformation of local colleges and universities,the construction of linguistics course for English majors in Tibetan ethnic colleges should actively adapt to the requirements of the times,update the teaching concept,take application as orientation,take combination of language theory and language practice as the principle,take interlinguistic study as the basic content and focus on language acquisition and second language teaching of extralinguistic study.In view of the existing problems in this course,the reform should take the following aspects into consideration:redefining the training objectives,finding out the course orientation,revising the teaching contents,improving the teaching methods,enriching the teaching means,reforming the evaluation methods,enhancing the teaching practice,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and the construction of the course resources,to make the linguistic theoretical courses related to and guide students’language learning practice,to make it close to and be applied in students’daily life,to prepare students to be future teachers or researchers and most importantly to train qualified application-oriented English teachers for ethnic areas in Tibet.

Construction of a Talent Cultivation Mode for Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Inheritance

Objective:To explore and build traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing inheritance on the talent training scheme,the foundation for cultivating outstanding talents of TCM nursing inheritance.Methods:The modified Delphi method was used for conducting two rounds of consultation with 15 TCM nursing experts to formulate training plan.Results:The questionnaire recovery rates of two rounds of expert enquiry were 100.00%,with high experts enthusiasm,experts coefficients were 0.83 and 0.81,respectively.Kendall coordination coefficient were 0.26 and 0.30,respectively(P<0.01).After two rounds of expert consultation,the TCM nursing inheritance talent training scheme was finally formed,including 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators.Conclusion:Construction of talent cultivating program of TCM nursing inheritance is scientific and feasible,with a certain reference value.

Exploration on the Reform of English Teaching in Universities and Colleges under the Application-oriented Talent Training Mode

With the rapid development of the economy,China’s economic form has also undergone significant changes.In this case,the requirements for talents are getting higher and higher.In the process of cultivating talents,schools must constantly change their educational concepts and cultivate more application-oriented talents for the society.In this context,the reform of university and college English is of great necessity.Based on the importance of application-oriented talent training,this paper analyzes the current situation of English teaching in universities and colleges under the application-oriented talent training mode,and puts forward some specific measures for the reform of English teaching in universities and colleges.

The current practice and future promise of integration of exercise science and medicine in China

With an increasing proportion of sedentary lifestyle related chronic diseases,an efficient way to help fight the growing world epidemic of non-communicable diseases(NCDs)and promote public health in a fast-changing world is urgently needed.Exercise and medicine science have played an important role in prevention and control of NCDs.However,the current status and future development directions regarding the integration of exercise science and medicine(IESM)in China have not been well discussed.During 2017 Belt and Road Initiative Global Health International Congress&2017 Chinese Preventive Medicine Association-Chinese Society on Global Health Annual Meeting,Xi’an Jiaotong University Global Health Institute,and the Integration of Sport and Medicine Innovation Research Center,China Institute of Sport Science organized the IESM Forum on September 27.Six leaders and experts from China and abroad presented excellent research reports in the IESM Forum from several aspects.Experts reached a consensus at the end of their discussions that,in the near future,the IESM will be a key part of a sustainable health care system and as such should contribute to prosperity in China and around the world.However,compared with European,American and Japanese universities,the development of the IESM in China is in its early stages with huge development potential.

Visualization analysis of the international standard ISO/TC 249 for traditional Chinese medicine

Objective This study proposes to visually review the current situation and progress of standards sets by the International Organization for Standardization/Technical Committee on Traditional Chinese Medicine(ISO/TC 249). The review aims to explore the development strategies of the standards, which will exhibit the considerable impact on the economy, trade and exchanges, and cooperation in the area of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods ISO/TC 249 standards were searched on the ISO website, and their title, proposed time, current stage, scope, and classification were obtained for further summarization. Gephi was utilized to portray the co-occurrence network graph of the ISO/TC 249 standards subject.Results In ISO/TC 249, there were 116 standards, including 81 published standards and 35 developing standards by April 30, 2022. Two withdrawal standards were published after revision, which were not counted in the total standards. The number of published standards has been increasing since the first standard was published in 2014, whose title was “Sterile acupuncture needles for single use”. Among these standards, 17.24%(20/116) standards were in review, 56.03%(65/116) in publication, 3.45%(4/116) in approval, 5.17%(6/116) in enquiry,3.45%(4/116) in committee, and 14.66%(17/116) in preparation, respectively. With 116 standards, most of the research focused on the medicament, as its classification of the International Classification for Standards(ICS) showed the proportion reaching 49.54%. The network analysis data revealed that the top five most frequent words were “materials” “root” “requirements” “products” and “system”, after removing the noise data, such as prepositions,conjunctions, and pronouns. Additionally, the word “system” co-exists with the terms “computerized” “coding” “image” “tongue” and “analysis”;the word “requirement” co-exists with“manufacturing” “decoction” “process” and “materials”;whereas the word “devices” coexists with “pulse” “electric” “skin” and “measurement”.Conclusion With the increased diversification and complexity of problems, the development of standards is also oriented to multidisciplinary fields to cultivate the interdisciplinary talents, and especially the international standardization talents of compound TCM. Multi-angle analysis, formulation, and demonstration of standards, in line with industry needs in different disciplines, enhance the availability of standards and the ability to serve the industry.

“五术”医学人才培养理念下中医院校非学历继续教育课程体系的构建与实践

目的在国家持续推进继续教育改革,建设学习型社会背景下,探讨“五术”医学人才培养理念下中医院校非学历继续教育课程体系构建与实践。方法选取黑龙江中医药大学中医康复学、针灸推拿学、中医内科学、中西医结合4个专业的非学历继续教育学员为研究对象,以“五术”医学教育理念为导向,从教学理念、教学内容、教学过程、教学模式、教学评价等方面对中医院校非学历继续教育课程体系进行一系列的改革,构建和实施“一个理念、两横融合、三纵贯穿、五维培养,多元评价”的创新课程体系。结果90.55%(115/127)的学员认为新课程体系的构建有实用性,能调动积极性,提高自主学习能力,88.98%(113/127)的学员认为能提高中医辩证思维能力及与临床结合能力,特别适合不同层次的临床医生,92.13%(117/127)的学员认为基础与临床融会贯通能力得到提升,知识变得立体而鲜活,66.14%(84/127)的学员认为能提高创新能力,89.76%(114/127)的学员表示职业素养有所提升,增加了自信心和岗位胜任力。结论相较于传统的非学历继续教育课程体系,此创新课程体系能提升学员自主学习能力、中医辨证思维能力、融会贯通能力、科研创新能力、岗位胜任力,有利于培养高素质医学人才。

深度科教融合创新人才培养模式在重症医学教学中的应用与探索

目的创新型人才的培养对重症医学学科的可持续发展至关重要,而科研和教学的深度融合是高校培育创新型人才的有效途径,本研究基于深度科教融合创新人才培养模式,探索其在重症医学教学中的应用效果。方法选取新疆医科大学重症医学专业2021级学生为对照组(n=20),2022级学生为试验组(n=20)。试验组采用“三进式”科研育人模式推进创新能力培养,对照组则按照传统教学模式推进创新能力培养,培养周期为1年。培养结束后通过课程成绩、临床理论知识、临床技能操作、科研成果等方面对比两组学生的教学情况,并通过问卷调查评价试验组学生及指导教师对培养模式的满意度。结果本次教改紧贴重症医学专业特色,采用“三进式”科研育人模式,进课堂→进临床→进课题,全方位科研育人,课程成绩、临床理论知识及临床技能操作测评成绩、科研成果评比结果显示,试验组学生均优于对照组,平均分对比差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);调查问卷显示试验组学生及指导教师对“三进式”科研育人模式满意度高,95.45%的学生认为这种培养模式能够增加自身就业竞争力,绝大多数学生在毕业后会从事重症医学专业相关工作。结论本次教改有效激发学生专业学习兴趣、提高教学效果,有助于重症医学专业创新型人才的培养,同时有利于促进指导教师教学理念的改革。本培养模式对其他专业具有借鉴参考价值。

我国医学人文融合教育模式的构建及其路径

医学人文教育是医学教育的重要环节,医学人文素养是医学人才培养的重要内容。我国医学人文教育的发展逐步呈现出系统化、多元化和应用性等特征,同时仍然存在教育政策协同不足、学科定位模糊不清、育人成效有待提升和评价机制缺乏创新等现实困境。应聚焦跨学科融合、实践性导向、灵活性教学、全程式评价等内涵和特征来构建医学人文融合教育模式,通过创新教育理念、加强学科建设、注重实践导向和完善评价体系,切实提升医学人文教育成效。

新医科背景下“医学+X”模式在妇产科学研究生教学中的运用

传统的医学教学模式以学科为中心,难以应对现代医学的复杂性和多样性。新医科背景下,复合型医学人才的培养成为医学教育改革的核心目标。本研究探讨了“医学+X”教学模式在妇产科研究生教学中的应用,通过整合管理学、法学、社会学、公共卫生学、工程学、材料学、基础医学、统计学、数字媒体,以及人工智能等学科的知识,设计了适合妇产科教学的课程框架。该框架包括需求导向的调研、系统化的课程内容设计、创新的教学方法、综合的评价模式和持续的课程反馈机制。通过前期调研确定了学生在临床技能、管理能力,以及法律知识等方面的需求。课程内容分为医文、医工和医理模块,每个模块涵盖相关学科的核心知识和实践应用。课程安排包括基础课程、应用课程和综合课程,旨在通过结合临床实习和跨学科项目,提高学生的综合能力和实际操作水平。评价模式采用多维度评价标准、实操考核、案例分析以及创新评价方法。该课程设计有效地促进了学科的融合和创新,为医学教育的跨学科整合提供了实践经验和参考。将“医学+X”模式应用到更多医学领域和学科,帮助进一步提升教学的互动性和实用性。

“101计划”背景下法医学人才培养模式思考和创新实践

继计算机领域之后,“101计划”已在数学、物理学,以及基础医学等8个基础学科全面开展。随着越来越多的高校参与其中,“101计划”必将推动中国高等教育教学方式和人才培养模式的改革创新。法医学专业教学工作者亦需顺势而为,大力推动法医学专业课程、师资及教材等核心要素的建设,促进高素质法医学人才的培养。本研究结合我校法医学国家级特色专业、一流本科专业和学科建设的举措经验,就“101计划”背景下法医学核心课程及师资团队建设、基于知识图谱的教材编写等高素质法医学人才培养模式探索与实践进行论述,以期为法医学领域“101计划”的实施做出有益探索,为法治中国建设贡献法医学工作者的智慧和力量。

以岗位胜任力为导向的中西医临床医学专业人才培养模式改革

针对现阶段中西医临床医学专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,进行以岗位胜任力为导向的中西医临床医学专业人才培养模式改革。进一步明晰人才培养目标,实施“2.5+2.5”人才培养新模式,通过增加临床实践比例、改进教学方法、培养创新思维,探索中西医结合专业课程群建设新路径,有效提高人才培养质量,实现岗位胜任力持续提升。

以夯实基础 提升素养 培育思维为导向构建中医基础理论课程多元化考核评价

作为中医学的一门传统基础课程,中医基础理论的学习效果影响着学生对后续课程的学习,在深化医学教育教学内容、课程体系和教学方法改革的背景下,为了契合培养医德高尚、医术精湛的中医学人才的要求,课程考核评价逐步转变为以学生为中心,动态的、多元化的综合性考核评价,构建以夯实基础、提升素养、培育思维为导向的综合性评价体系。评价体系由过程性评价和终结性考核评价构成。其中过程性评价又包括阶段性知识考核评价、综合素质考核评价和运用能力考核评价三方面;终结性考核评价主要以期末考试的方式进行。

以培养现代化炮制人才为导向革新实验教学设备

实验教学是中药炮制学学科教学的重要内容,只有将实验教学与中医药产业现代化发展相结合,才能达到培养符合现代化炮制人才的目标。以培养现代化炮制人才为导向,从中药炮制学实验教学中所呈现的“主观、滞后”教学现状为着眼点,探究中药炮制学实验教学中实验教学设备革新的必要性。针对中药炮制学实验教学与行业现代化发展脱节的现象,强调人才培养应紧跟中医药产业现代化进程,通过教学设备革新,实现中药炮制技术的守正创新。

新医科背景下基础与临床融合式教学的研究与实践

为探索新医科背景下医学人才培养新模式,中南大学湘雅医学院积极推动临床五年制教育教学改革,在基础医学学科和临床学科协同开展系统性研究,从教育理念、教学内容、教学模式、教学资源、评价体系等方面进行改革实践,构建以知识整合为抓手的基础-临床融合式教学模式,建设优质共享资源,多学科整合与渗透、多种教学方法并用,为培养卓越医学人才综合素质提供了新思路。

新时代中医药学科专业人才培养的目标与路径剖析

中医药学科专业人才培养长期处于中医思维弱化阶段,其培养过程重知识、轻文化,导致执业中医医师在临床诊疗实践时运用中医思维和典籍理论、方药等力有未逮,中医药特色优势亟待强化。复兴新时代中华文化成为潮流,为培养中医药学科专业人才提供新机遇、提出新要求,以人才培养为切入点是解决影响中医药发展核心瓶颈问题、全面营造良好中医药生态环境、造就一批堪当时代大任的中医药行业学者专家的关键。遵循中医药自身规律,以马克思主义坚持问题导向的世界观、方法论为原则,提出新时代中医药学科专业人才培养的目标和路径,剖析面临的问题。新时代背景下中医药专业人才的培养可以从加强中医药经典古籍教学改革、优化中医药基层临床人才培养、大力开展卓越复合型优秀人才培养、建设一批中医药学科专业人才培养高地等方面实施。

Research on Developing BIM Intelligent Construction Programs Based on Application- Oriented Talent Cultivation

Cultivating application-oriented talents have become essential in vocational and higher education.This concept also applies to BIM intelligent construction programs.Based on literature review and general observations,we analyzed the connotation,key points,and value of developing a BIM intelligent construction program based on application-oriented talent cultivation.We also identified problems in the development of the program such as lack of comprehensive planning and the school being the sole authority in program development.Therefore,we proposed several strategies to address these problems,including systematic program development planning and fostering a multi-faceted partnership between schools and the industry.The goal is to provide valuable insights for the development of relevant programs in the new era.
