Research funding and citations in papers of Nobel Laureates in Physics, Chemistry and Medicine, 2019-2020

Purpose:The goal of this study is a comparative analysis of the relation between funding(a main driver for scientific research)and citations in papers of Nobel Laureates in physics,chemistry and medicine over 2019-2020 and the same relation in these research fields as a whole.Design/methodology/approach:This study utilizes a power law model to explore the relationship between research funding and citations of related papers.The study here analyzes 3,539 recorded documents by Nobel Laureates in physics,chemistry and medicine and a broader dataset of 183,016 documents related to the fields of physics,medicine,and chemistry recorded in the Web of Science database.Findings:Results reveal that in chemistry and medicine,funded researches published in papers of Nobel Laureates have higher citations than unfunded studies published in articles;vice versa high citations of Nobel Laureates in physics are for unfunded studies published in papers.Instead,when overall data of publications and citations in physics,chemistry and medicine are analyzed,all papers based on funded researches show higher citations than unfunded ones.Originality/value:Results clarify the driving role of research funding for science diffusion that are systematized in general properties:a)articles concerning funded researches receive more citations than(un)funded studies published in papers of physics,chemistry and medicine sciences,generating a high Matthew effect(a higher growth of citations with the increase in the number of papers);b)research funding increases the citations of articles in fields oriented to applied research(e.g.,chemistry and medicine)more than fields oriented towards basic research(e.g.,physics).Practical implications:The results here explain some characteristics of scientific development and diffusion,highlighting the critical role of research funding in fostering citations and the expansion of scientific knowledge.This finding can support decision-making of policymakers and R&D managers to improve the effectiveness in allocating financial resources in science policies to generate a higher positive scientific and societal impact.

A Study on the Application of Evidence-Based Nursing in The Care of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective: To explore the application research of evidence-based nursing in the care of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: This study focuses on evidence-based nursing care of severe acute pancreatitis. Patients with severe acute pancreatitis who received treatment in our hospital were selected, from which 80 cases were chosen for detailed analysis. The patients were randomly grouped into a control group (conventional nursing care) and a study group (evidence-based nursing care), with 40 patients each. Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process, analyzed, and used as research indicators. Results: The hospitalization time and morbidity and mortality rate of the research group were shorter than those of the control group, and the recovery rate was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Patient satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with severe acute pancreatitis, the use of evidence-based nursing methods effectively reduced the patient’s mortality rate, improved its curative effect, and also shortened the patient’s hospitalization time.

基于Lucene的全文检索引擎研究与应用

2011—2015年国际应用行为分析热点研究——以《Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis》为例

为了探究应用行为分析在国外的研究成果和动态,利用共词分析的原理对2011—2015年JABA刊文的关键词进行了分析,结果显示近五年国外应用行为分析研究热点有自闭症谱系障碍、功能分析、区别性强化、口语行为、进食障碍等。对这些热点进行分类,探讨了各领域所处的研究地位,最后提出我国学界不仅要加强应用行为分析在特殊儿童问题行为管理和干预中的运用,也要把它推广到其他领域。

基于Lucene的科研查新系统构建

利用Java Web平台,以Lucene检索工具包为检索核心,设计实现了一套科研管理系统。调用Lucene分词索引功能,检索已有申报课题库,初步过滤出相关性计算得分高于30%的文档;通过构建领域术语库,引入查询单词的近义词或别称,一定程度上缩小了相近词文本替换的检索盲区;提出了利用Lucene高亮显示二次处理的方法,设置阈值为0.7,将比例超过阈值的分散高亮单词进行平滑处理,使得对比查阅文档重复内容更加自然。在此基础上,利用高亮处理后的文本结果,重新设计文档重复率的计算算法。系统在企事业单位进行部署应用,根据系统现场运行反馈,重复率计算较准确,科研查新系统避免了项目重复申报,提高了科研经费的使用效益,为提升企事业单位科研管理水平提供了技术支撑。

Research on the Application of Diversified Teaching in Gynecological Clinical Teaching

At present,the main body of clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology is still the traditional clinical teaching method,in which clinical teachers are the main body,and interns are the passive.It is not conducive to giving full play to interns'learning enthusiasm and ability to actively solve problems if lack of stimulating the clinical thinking and cultivating the ability to raise questions.In the face of the problems and deficiencies in gynecological clinical teaching in the new era,our team tries to adopt diversified teaching methods,such as medical record teaching method,multimedia teaching method,main-role teaching method,problem-based learning teaching method and so on,so as to improve students'ability of autonomous learning and problem-solving,as well as students'ability of innovation and cooperation.Therefore,clinical teaching teachers and teaching managers should keep pace with the times to carry out diversified teaching mode reform in gynecological clinical teaching.

Teaching Applied Piano Singing While Playing Based on Xindi Applied Piano Pedagogy:Taking Fujian Vocational College of Art as an Example

As known to all,China has witnessed remarkable development in addition to its effective implementation of the“double reduction”policy.Under such circumstance,the piano has drawn more interest and parental affection as a vital course that may improve students’all-round qualities.While piano education is gaining momentum,the country has raised the requirements for the piano teacher workforce in terms of their professional qualities.Under the background of promoting quality-oriented education nationwide,piano education in Chinese vocational colleges of art has garnered more attention.In contrast to applied piano instruction,which has received wide recognition and promotion,the traditional elite private teaching model targeted at nurturing pianists has more than ever failed to meet societal demands.The majority of graduates from vocational colleges of art seem to be unable to apply what they have learned.They are unable to compose accompaniment for simple songs,write piano music,provide piano accompaniment for singers,or sing while playing the piano.As a result,they fall short of living up to the expectations of piano teaching and meeting the needs of music teacher employment in primary and secondary schools.The development of“Xindi Applied Piano Pedagogy”can effectively address the aforementioned problems.As piano teachers,the authors experimented with Xindi Applied Piano Pedagogy to teach singing while playing the piano to first-year students at Fujian Vocational College of Art.A measurement table was used to measure the differences in various musical abilities of those students after the experiment,statistical analysis of the data was performed,and the preliminary results were obtained.The results showed that training in Applied Piano Singing while Playing led to a noticeable improvement in students’musical literacy,harmonic hearing,singing while playing beloved songs,and other abilities.Xindi Applied Piano Pedagogy is guided by the philosophy of talent cultivation,featuring“application,theories,and practice.”It can be tailored to different students,so that they can indeed apply what they have learned and enhance their practical and innovative capabilities.

Pearl S. Buck’s Values of “Cultural Convergence” and Their Application

The typical features of internal and external integration of cultures as revealed by the conception of“cultural convergence”provide a new perspective on the study of cultural exchanges and mutual learning.In the context of“a global community of shared future for humankind”,this paper adopts the novel idea of“cultural convergence”to probe the growth of Pearl S.Buck’s cultural values and the specific contents and representation of Pearl S.Buck’s conception of“cultural convergence”,highlighting the application of Pearl S.Buck’s values to cultural education,growth and success,family education,cultural exchanges,humanistic practices,etc.Feasible suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to better promote the cultural exchanges and mutual learning as well as the convergence of different cultures.

以OBE为导向的多元教学模式在实验诊断学教学改革中的应用

目的 探究以成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)为基础的多元教学模式在实验诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法 2022年2—8月,选取河北大学2019级临床专业3班、4班学生作为研究对象,共计159名学生,将3班79名学生作为对照组,4班80名为试验组。对照组学生应用传统教学模式教学,试验组学生应用以OBE为导向的多元教学模式教学,比较两组学生的总成绩、笔试成绩、课堂提问+出勤成绩,并从多维度对教学满意度进行调查,对比分析两组学生的学习效果。结果 试验组总成绩、笔试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组课堂提问+出勤成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组学生对教学的课程设计、教学方法、教学内容、学习兴趣、学习效率、检验报告解读能力、临床思维培养能力的满意度均高于照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论OBE导向的多元教学模式在实验诊断学教改中的应用提高了学生的学习能力、学习兴趣、团结合作和沟通能力,有助于培养适应医学发展所需要的具有创新能力的实用型医学人才。

基础科学研究和应用技术研究对企业技术发展的影响与比较——以华为公司为例

企业技术发展主要体现在授权发明专利的年度变化。专利的引文主要包括论文引文和专利引文两部分,前者体现基础科学研究的影响,后者表征应用技术研究的贡献。本文融合论文共被引网络聚类、专利共被引网络聚类和论文-专利混合共被引网络聚类,构建基础研究-应用研究对技术发展的影响分析模型,检索下载华为公司在2010—2019年的美国授权发明专利,分析基础科学研究和应用技术研究的影响,将论文共被引网络聚类和专利共被引网络聚类映射到论文-专利混合共被引网络聚类中,并结合结构视角和演化视角进行分析。结果表明:①技术渐进式发展推动技术不断演化,部分科学融入技术,颠覆原技术演化轨迹;②仅从技术的角度看待技术发展,局部是片面或割裂的;③部分基础科学研究对技术发展起着变革、桥梁的作用。

规范化H2H营养管理模式在鼾症患儿加速康复中的应用研究

目的:探究规范化H2H(Hospital To Home)营养管理模式在鼾症患儿加速康复中的应用效果。方法:便利选取云南省某三级综合医院儿科住院手术的92例鼾症患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组予以常规营养管理模式,研究组予以规范化H2H营养管理模式,对比两组患儿的营养状况及护理满意度。结果:研究组较对照组的营养状况好,护理满意度评分高(P<0.05)。结论:在鼾症患儿手术治疗后的加速康复护理中,运用规范化H2H营养管理模式,可使患儿获得个体化、针对性的营养护理指导,使得患儿的体格发育和营养状况得到较大的改善,有利于患儿的身心健康,同时可获得较好的护理满意度,值得进一步推广应用。

大豆肽不溶性聚集体形成机制及应用研究进展

大豆肽是一种具有多种功能特性的酶解产物,因其具有抗氧化、降血压等特性在食品领域中应用广泛。蛋白质酶解过程中产生的不溶性聚集体含有人体必需的多种氨基酸,是一种优质的蛋白质资源。但其产生会降低蛋白质水解效率,丢弃则造成资源浪费和环境污染。目前这种不溶性聚集体的成因及有效利用引起了学界的广泛关注。文章综述了大豆肽不溶性聚集体的形成机制、影响因素、功能特性及在食品领域中的应用,为肽不溶性聚集体的深入研究及在食品领域中的应用拓展提供了理论基础。

关联规则在高职院校教学监控中的应用研究

随着国家对高等职业教育的大力扶持,高职院校提高教育教学质量,增强社会服务能力,是学校持续发展的有效途径之一。科学有效的教学监控评价机制可以提升人才培养质量,该文中利用关联分析算法和数据挖掘工具(SPSS Modeler)进行教学评价。首先对学院的教学评价数据进行关联分析,之后对教学评价关联分析的数据进行优化,根据优化的数据进一步完善学院教学评价机制,提出切实能够改进教育教学质量的措施和方法,保障日常教育教学质量,提高人才培养质量。
