Application and Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Technology Inheritance in Research and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations in Medical Institutions

Medical institution preparations play an important role in the development of hospitals,being one of the main forms of traditional Chinese medicine clinical characteristic medication,as well as an important carrier for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations has become a hot spot in the research and development of preparations by medical institutions.Traditional Chinese medicine preparations prepared by traditional processes and their entrusted preparation matters have changed from the current licensing management to filing management.The registration model of traditional Chinese medicine preparations has undergone significant changes,emphasizing more on real data and evaluation results from the objective world,respecting traditional medication experience,and emphasizing the inheritance and innovative development of traditional technological experience.In the process of following teachers in the inheritance project of traditional Chinese medicine,we combined the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology with the research and development practice of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions,and focused on the analysis and discussion of technical problems such as prescription screening,dosage form selection,process route design and clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,hoping to provide reference for scholars in the same field of traditional Chinese medicine.

Research on Technology Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Based on Patent Information

Objective To understand the development status of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology,so as to provide a reference for enterprises and scientific research institutions to determine the direction of technological innovation.Besides,the government can formulate scientific and technological innovation strategies.Methods Based on patent information,statistical methods were applied to analyze the development of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology.Then,the core technology was identified by constructing a patent citation network.Finally,the main path analysis method was applied to discover the technological evolution path.Results and Conclusion The extraction technology of traditional Chinese medicine is still in the growth stage.At present,its R&D is based on enterprises,supplemented by scientific research institutions.The core technologies are ultrasonic extraction and enzymatic extraction.The main path represented by enzymatic extraction technology reveals the evolution process of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology.Based on this,relevant suggestions are put forward.Firstly,technological innovation cooperation should be strengthened to explore new models of achievement transformation and cooperation.Secondly,key enterprises of technology clusters should be cultivated to accelerate breakthroughs in core technologies.Thirdly,combined technologies can achieve high-efficiency enzyme-assisted extraction and open up new ways of extracting traditional Chinese medicine.Fourthly,traditional techniques should be improved to develop innovative modern techniques.

Bibliometrics and visual analysis for clinical research on intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on rheumatoid arthritis

Objective:The objective of this study is to explore the current situation,clinical research hot spots,and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),to draw a panorama of clinical research,to provide the basis and clues for subsequent high-level evidence integration and further in-depth research.Materials and Methods:Seven databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Scientific Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(Sino-Med),PubMed,Embase,and the Cochrane Library were searched.The bibliometric method and visualization software CiteSpace were used to conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of the included literature.Results:A total of 805 pieces of literature were included(of them,one was written in German and four in English),and the number of published literature showed an increasing trend year by year.There were only 30(3.73%)pieces of literature published in nursing journals.The hot spots of the co-occurrence map were concentrated in:(1)the nursing of fumigation in RA;(2)the efficacy evaluation of TCM nursing technology on pain,joint malformation,and joint dysfunction caused by RA.The included literature themes focused on five TCM technologies:fumigation,moxibustion,acupoint patching,acupoint injection,and Chinese herbal soaking.The beginning year and strength in TCM fumigation were 2012 and 5.2,and those in moxibustion were 2011 and 3.38.Conclusion:The related studies are on the rise.It has entered the field of international readers with clear research hot spots.However,there are still shortcomings such as little literature published in Chinese nursing core journals,few non-Chinese-related documents,and a lack of international exchanges and cooperation.The current research hot spots in this field are TCM fumigation,and the cutting-edge trend of future research may be fumigation and moxibustion technology.It is suggested that further research can focus on evidence integration and original research on the self-optimization of these two techniques.

Machine learning models for stroke detection by observing the eye-movement features under five-color visual stimuli in traditional Chinese medicine

Objective:To develop a novel diagnostic modality to identify and diagnose stroke in daily life scenarios for improving the therapeutic effects and prognoses of patients.Methods:In this study,16 stroke patients and 24 age-matched healthy participants as controls were recruited for comparative analysis.Leveraging a portable eye-tracking device and integrating traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern color psychology principles,we recorded the eye movement signals and calculated eye movement features.Meanwhile,the stroke recognition models based on eye movement features were further trained by using random forest(RF),k-nearest neighbors(KNN),decision tree(DT),gradient boosting classifier(GBC),XGBoost,and CatBoost.Results:The stroke group and the healthy group showed significant differences in some eye movement features(P<.05).The models trained based on eye movement characteristics had good performances in recognizing stroke individuals,with accuracies ranging from 77.40%to 88.45%.Under the red stimulus,the eye movement model trained by RF became the best machine learning model with a recall of 84.65%,a precision of 86.48%,a F1 score of 85.47%.Among the six algorithms,RF and CatBoost performed better in classification.Conclusion:This study pioneers the application of traditional Chinese medicine's five-color stimuli to visual observation tasks.On the basis of the combined design,the eye-movement models can accurately identify stroke,and the developed high-performance models may be used in daily life scenarios.

Development of chromatographic technologies for the quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia

As an important branch of medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has been applied for the treatment of diseases for thousands of years in China and other countries in East Asia. The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(ChP) is a drug code formulated by the Chinese government, and it includes a special volume for the monographs of TCM, which plays an important role in ensuring the quality of drugs. The use of quality control technology has always been a complex and important factor in TCM. Owing to the chemical diversity of TCM, chromatography technology has been proven to be a comprehensive strategy for the assessment of the overall quality of TCM and has become the main analytical method in the ChP.This article provides an overview of the classical and modern chromatographic technologies applied in the ChP, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each technique in the TCM monographs.In 2020, the new edition of the Ch P(the 2020 edition) has been implemented at the end of 2020. This paper also contains a brief introduction about the application of chromatographic technologies in the new edition of the ChP.

Health technology assessment in traditional Chinese medicine in China: current status, opportunities, and challenges

Objectives:The widespread usage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the government's emphasis on TCM in China have created a positive macro-environment and great opportunities to develop and strengthen health technology assessment(HTA)in TCM.Over the past ten years,a series of policies have been issued by the government to promote the application of HTA and the development of TCM in China.This study reviews the concepts and characteristics of TCM,summarizes the current status of HTA in TCM,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by HTA development in TCM with respect to deepening of healthcare reforms.Methods:Literature review and website searches were used to acquire information regarding the basic theories of TCM and the current status,opportunities,and challenges for HTA in TCM.Results:The number of articles on HTA in TCM rose substantially,especially those published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).With the optimistic policy environment and huge market demand for TCM,the development of HTA in TCM is expected to flourish in China.However,HTA in TCM also faces numerous challenges such as the absence of a clinical efficacy evaluation system for TCM and insufficient basic research evidence and qualified personnel.Conclusions:TCM has unique characteristic that distinguishes it from Western medicine.Currently,it is important to take all measures to address the existing main challenges and thereby take advantage of the present opportunities to develop and improve HTA in TCM.

Hospital-based health technology assessment:The next frontier for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals

Hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA)is highly valuable in the application of hospital medical technology,cost control,improvement of medical quality,and protection of medical safety,and its use is increasing daily globally.However,in China,HB-HTA is still in its infancy,and it is yet to be adopted in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Therefore,this article introduces the application and development of HB-HTA,as well as discusses the current situation of TCM and related future development strategies to provide ideas and references for the development of HB-HTA in TCM.We conclude and recommend that all major stakeholders,including the state,health departments,and hospital leaders,support and promote the exploration and development of HB-HTA in TCM hospitals and integrative medicine hospitals.We also suggest the utilization of existing talents and introduction of other necessary talents to promote better and faster organizational development,as well as suggest the formation of a national and internationally recognized HB-HTA guidance manual and toolkit for TCM hospitals based on both the national HTA guidelines and the evaluation of TCM hospitals pilot projects.Moreover,we recommend that HB-HTA pilot study should be executed with Chinese patent medicine as the starting point to form the implementation process and framework in the TCM arena.

Analysis of the application of Chinese medicine nursing technology in obstetrics

目的:分析中医护理技术在产科的应用价值。方法:以产科的204 例患者为研究,将其随机分为中医组与参照组(n = 102)。参照组患者接受常规护理,中医组患者接受中医护理,比较两组患者的焦虑抑郁评分及患者对护理的满意状态评分。结果:护理前组间评分比较无差别,护理后,中医组在焦虑、抑郁评分改善方面,数值降低幅度显著高于参照组,具有统计学显著性(P < 0.05)。中医组患者的综合护理满意率为99.02%,参照组患者的综合护理满意率为80.39%,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:中医护理技术在产科的应用,有助于改善患者的负性情绪,提升患者的总体满意率,护理干预价值较高。

Operating procedures of moxibustion technology

Moxibustion therapy is a treatment and health-care method that originated from China.It is a kind of therapy for preventing and treating diseases by stimulating meridians and acupoints using heat to regulate the viscera and enhance immunity.This article introduces the definition and mechanism of moxibustion technology,clinical operation technics,and precautions of moxibustion in practice,and demonstrates plenty of iconic cases of application of moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia,dysmenorrhea,urinary retention,knee arthritis,chronic eczema,etc.,so as to provide a reference for the wide application of moxibustion technology.

Operational procedures of auricular point sticking technology

As an external treatment technique of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),auricular point sticking,which is rooted in holographic biology theory and TCM viscera and meridian theory,is a safe and effective treatment method.This article introduces the technology overview and development process.The auricular point sticking technique for constipation is taken as an example to specify the basic requirements,assessment,operational points,acupoint selection and matters needing attention during the implementation of the auricular acupressure technique,providing a reference for the operating procedures of this technique in the clinical treatment of other diseases such as insomnia,diarrhea,colds,hypertension,headache,and dysmenorrhea.

Research hotspot and frontier progress of cancer under the background of precision medicine

The timely introduction and rapid development of precision medicine have provided strong theoretical support and technical support for tumor research.The treatment methods have been developed from single to multiple;the research technology has been transformed from macro to micro;the treatment drugs have been updated from systemic chemotherapy to targeted therapy and immunotherapy,and cancer has changed from a highly lethal disease to a"chronic disease".Based on the current international cancer research hotspots and treatment frontiers,this paper takes stock from five aspects,namely,treatment methods,detection technology,new drug research and development,information data and traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to"from the point to the surface","from the outside to the inside",and"the combination of Chinese and western",so as to explore the overall picture of cancer treatment and research.

基于CiteSpace的慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医护理技术研究的可视化分析

目的:基于CiteSpace软件分析国内慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中医护理技术的研究概况和动态前沿,为该领域的研究提供参考依据。方法:检索中国知网中COPD中医护理技术的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.2.R3软件分析该研究领域作者、机构和关键词等文献特征,并结合图谱解读其含义。结果:最终纳入655篇文献,发文量整体呈先升后降趋势;已形成2个规模较大的合作团队,钱叶长是发文量最高(12篇)作者;安徽中医药大学和广州中医药大学是发文量最多(均为12篇)的研究机构;穴位敷贴等中医护理技术的应用及疗效观察是研究热点;血气指标、肺康复、子午流注、耳穴贴压、肺胀、肺功能等研究热度较高。结论:COPD中医护理技术已取得了阶段性发展,研究热点较为集中,但相关研究深度不足,建议不断丰富COPD病人中医护理研究内容,充分发挥中医护理技术在COPD人群健康管理中的独特优势。

中医适宜技术联合盆底肌肉训练治疗产后压力性尿失禁临床观察

目的 对产后压力性尿失禁患者进行中医适宜技术干预治疗,并观察效果。方法 将60例患者随机分为治疗组和训练组,并对其进行相应治疗,观察2组1 h尿垫试验结果、Sandvik尿失禁指数和国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分改善情况,以及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,治疗组1 h尿垫试验结果、Sandvik尿失禁指数和ICI-Q-SF评分改善均优于训练组。治疗结束时,治疗组总有效率为86.7%(26/30),高于对照组的63.3%(19/30)(P<0.05)。6个月随访时治疗组总有效率86.7%(26/30)亦高于对照组的56.7%(17/30)(P<0.05)。结论 在产后女性中,压力性尿失禁的发生是值得关注的问题。将中医适宜技术与凯格尔训练联用干预产后压力性尿失禁达到巩固、延长疗效的目的。

糖尿病患者应用中医适宜技术预后不良的危险因素分析与路径

目的分析糖尿病患者应用中医适宜技术预后不良的危险因素与路径研究。方法纳入120例应用中医适宜技术干预的糖尿病患者为研究对象,并将其按预后情况分成预后良好组80例、预后不良组40例,统计分析糖尿病患者的临床基本资料。比较2组健康调查简表(SF-36)、血糖相关指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白)水平,应用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析糖尿病患者预后不良情况的主要危险因素。结果良好组SF-36各项评分均高于不良组患者(P<0.05)。良好组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于不良组(P<0.05)。单因素分析显示,糖尿病患者预后不良情况发生与性别、高血压、吸烟、文化程度无关,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);主要与年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、血脂异常、病程、糖尿病家族史、治疗依从性、科学运动、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平有关,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果发现,年龄≥70岁、BMI肥胖或超重、病程长短、血脂异常、糖尿病家族史、未科学运动、治疗依从性差、ALT升高为糖尿病患者发生预后不良情况的主要危险因素(P<0.05)。以糖尿病患者预后是否发生预后不良为因变量,发现病程、BMI、年龄、血脂异常、科学运动、治疗依从性、ALT、糖尿病家族史对糖尿病患者发生预后不良情况具有间接的中介作用。结论通过使用中医适宜技术对糖尿病患者进行干预,可有效改善患者的血糖指标及生活质量,糖尿病患者预后不良情况主要与年龄、病程、BMI指数、糖尿病家族史、血脂异常、ALT相关,为临床改善患者预后情况提供了参考。

中医护理技术的应用及发展现状研究

国务院在2016年2月26日印发的《中医药发展战略规划纲要(2016-2030年)》中,明确提出到2020年要实现人人基本享有中医药服务。中医护理是中医药服务重要的组成部分。中医护理技术是中医护理的重要组成部分,其种类丰富并具有简、便、验、廉的特点,在临床疾病护理、治未病、慢性病防治和养生康复中发挥着重要作用。文章旨在总结近年来中医护理技术在临床中的应用及发展情况,发掘目前亟待解决的问题,并对其未来的发展进行展望,以期为中医护理技术的规范化发展提供客观的参考。

中医外科技术结合长皮膏在术后创面修复中的临床应用

目的观察中医外科技术结合长皮膏方案在术后创面修复中的临床疗效。方法回顾性收集临床术后创面病例65例,采用中医外科技术结合长皮膏的综合治疗方案,自身前后对照,观察临床效果。结果术后创面65例,其中肿瘤术后33例(口腔颌面肿瘤术后18例,乳腺肿瘤术后10例,阴部肿瘤术后3例,肺癌术后病例2例),跟腱断裂术后6例,心脏搭桥术后6例,下肢内固定取出术后3例,皮脂腺囊肿切排术后4例,肛旁脓肿术后3例,血管瘤切除术后2例,植皮术后5例,剖腹产术后3例。结果治愈62例,无效3例,无效病例中1例骨髓炎,2例肿瘤复发转移。治愈患者愈合时间最短6 d,最长时间184 d。结论中医外科技术结合长皮膏在术后创面修复中的临床疗效明显,能促进术后创面修复,避免再次手术。

早期高血压弦脉脉象特点及其瞬时波强技术参数特征分析

目的:应用瞬时波强(WI)技术探测早期高血压弦脉患者颈总动脉各参数,分析早期高血压弦脉的脉象特点;提取弦脉脉象判别的特征参数,探讨早期高血压弦脉患者颈总动脉WI参数的特点,以期为弦脉的精准分型及信息解读提供客观依据。方法:选择52例早期原发性高血压弦脉、50例生理性弦脉、50例平脉受试者,分析其颈总动脉的WI参数,总结早期高血压弦脉的脉象特点,并运用SIMCA14.1统计软件提取脉象分型的主参数。结果:早期高血压弦脉组与平脉组及生理性弦脉组比较,瞬时加速度波强(W1)、负向波面积(NA)值增高,W1-W2间期降低(均P<0.01);而平脉组与生理性弦脉组W1、NA、W1-W2间期比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。平脉组、生理性弦脉组、早期高血压弦脉组的血管压力应变弹性模量(EP)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、血管硬化参数(β)数值均逐渐增高(均P<0.01)。平脉组血管顺应性(AC)高于其他2组(均P<0.01),生理性弦脉组AC高于早期高血压弦脉组(P<0.05)。3组R-W1间期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。基于主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS-DA),生理性弦脉组与平脉组样本区分明显,表明2组WI各参数比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),特征性的WI参数[投影重要性(VIP值)>1]为EP、PWV、β、AC,其中贡献率为EP>PWV>β>AC。基于PCA和OPLS-DA,生理性弦脉组与早期高血压弦脉组样本区分明显,表明2组WI各参数差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),特征性的WI参数(VIP值>1)为EP、PWV、NA、W1、β,其中贡献率为EP>PWV>NA>W1>β。结论:区分早期高血压弦脉组与生理性弦脉组的WI特征性参数为EP、PWV、β、NA、W1。区分平脉组与生理性弦脉组特征性参数为EP、PWV、β、AC。WI技术可为脉象的精准分型和信息解读提供客观依据,值得进一步推广应用。

中医药产业技术创新联盟的构建动机及运行机制研究——以江西省为例

基于中医药在改善民生、转变经济发展方式、弘扬中华文化、建设生态文明等国家大局中日益凸显的作用,结合产业技术创新联盟在推动产业发展、突破关键共性技术这一显著特点,提出中医药产业技术创新联盟的内涵,分析联盟构建动机。以江西省为例,从全生命周期角度提出中医药产业技术创新联盟的运行机制,保障联盟的稳定发展。

背部痧象特征要素数显划分方法

目的通过对痧象图片数据的研究,提出一种数显的客观方法来对背部痧象特征要素进行准确辨识,以避免主观认知不同带来的偏差,帮助人们快速辨识痧象的相关特征,为中医医师的诊断提供一定的客观依据,减少主观化成分。方法首先,采用深度语义分割算法模型对采集的背部痧象图片进行分割,以获取只包含痧象的部分区域,去除图片中其他无关部分,尽可能减少对后续实验所带来的影响。然后针对分割得到的图像,结合中医五脏六腑在背部的映射区,采用关键区域检测的方法对痧象颜色特征进行3种区间的识别;根据中医主观上对于痧象形状的划分,采用像素统计方法将痧象形状划分为片状和点状两种。最后,通过准确度、精确度、召回率、F1值对客观识别的结果进行数据上的评价。结果本文提出的客观数显方法在痧象颜色特征划分上的准确率达到了80.56%,在痧象形状特征的划分上准确率达到了89.60%,能够较为准确地对痧象特征要素进行划分,具有一定的可行性。结论本文提出的数显方法能够对痧象的颜色和形状特征进行较为准确的辨识,可以在很大程度上避免主观认知所造成的辨识不同问题,在辅助医师诊断以及用于中医痧象特征的识别教学方面具有较大的应用前景,可为正确了解痧象特征信息提供帮助。

高职院校“教学考评”一体化教学改革实践思考——以“中药制剂技术”为例

在数字中国背景下,教育数字化是数字经济的重要组成部分之一。同时,随着数字技术的发展,职业教育也将逐步升级和转型。各高校都积极打造教学一体化平台,以迎接信息时代数字化教学变革。文章以教育教学一体化平台为依托,以开展“中药制剂技术”课程数字化教学改革为例,探索了“教学考评”一体化数字化教育教学改革实践,并对实施情况进行分析:数字化教学改变了传统教育教学环节,对教师的数字素养提出了更高要求,方便学生时时处处皆可学习,提倡师生在交流中共同进步;注重过程性考核评价,为学生个性化的学习改进和教师教学改进提供方案。同时,数字化技术时代,职业院校希望更多企业参与办学,通过校企合作开发更优质的教学及实训资源。希望本研究能为当前高职院校数字化教学评价改革提供参考。
