一流专业建设背景下,高校专业建设与专业认证二者为互生互促的作用关系,开展专业认证工作对地方医学院校的专业建设、人才培养、教学质量提升具有积极作用和意义。本研究以河北省某高校为例,通过对该校专业认证工作常态化机制构建实践进行研究,分析地方医学院校在一流专业建设背景下构建专业认证常态化机制的背景意义、前提条件和路径方向,探索地方医学院校专业认证工作常态化机制构建的必要性和策略路径。实践表明,从构建专业认证组织运行机构章程、加强专业认证与内部质量保障的有效衔接、统领推进基础临床教学融合并进、精准认证评建分工、发挥学院主导地位和内在驱动力、培养师生质量意识厚植全员质量文化六方面可以有效促进高校专业认证工作常态化机制建立。通过构建有效的专业认证常态化工作机制,不仅为地方医学院校专业认证工作顺利开展奠定坚实基础,更为常态化的一流专业持续建设和改进保驾护航,进而助力地方医学院校教学质量和教学改革取得成效。

高校武术教学对学生心理健康的影响研究

该文首先对武术运动的基本特征及其重要意义进行了简要概述,说明了武术教学的价值。其次,阐明了高校武术教学对学生心理健康的主要影响,认为武术有助于学生发泄不良的情绪,培养学生的意志品质,增强学生的责任意识,改善学生的人际关系,增长学生的勇气自信。最后,探讨了基于武术教学发展学生心理健康的有效路径,从武术宣传、教育融合、师资力量建设以及渗透传统文化四个角度进行了详细说明,以供参考。

地方师范学院专业设置状况的实证研究

专业设置是高等教育长远发展的基础与核心。以70所地方师范学院的专业设置数据为研究基础,采用实证分析法,结果发现存在地方师范学院的师范专业数比例远低于非师范专业数,传统专业重复设置率高但就业率低,学科门类较全且专业群较为分散等现状,同时存在师范特色式微,区域内专业设置重复度高,部分专业布点零散等问题。针对以上现状与问题,提出改造升级传统师范专业,加强资源整合、促进专业建设,以及科学设置新专业等建议。
