This study took Artemisia selengensis Turoz and green tea as primary materials and sugar, lemon acid potassium as supplementary materials to make compound health beverage.The main influence factors to the quality of the compound beverage were investigated,such as addition amounts ofArtemisia selengensis juice, green tea juice,sugar and lemon acid.By orthogonal test ,the best formula of the compound health beverage is Artemisia selengensis juice 10 ml, green tea juice 200 ml, sugar 6 g and lemon acid 0.06 g. The optimum stabilizer of the beverage is CMC-Na with 0.03% amount. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to culture virus-free tissue culture plantlets of mid-maturing green-stalk Artemisia selengensis sp.varieties in Yangxin County.[Methods]With bud tips of A.selengensis in Yangxin as explants and MS as the basal medium,screening and proportioning of plant growth regulators were performed to establish a virus-free and rapid propagation system for mid-maturing green-stalk varieties of A.selengensis in Yangxin.[Results]The optimal callus induction medium,adventitious shoot differentiation medium,adventitious shoot elongation medium and rooting medium for explants were MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+sucrose 25 g/L+agar 7 g/L,MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+sucrose 25 g/L+agar 7 g/L,MS+6-BA 0.02 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+sucrose 25 g/L+agar 7 g/L and 1/2 MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+sucrose 25 g/L+agar 7 g/L,respectively,and the seedling rate reached more than 95%.The culture conditions were as follows:temperature(25±2)℃,relative humidity 85%,illumination intensity 3000 lx,and illumination time 14 h/d.[Conclusions]This study has important practical significance for the purification and rejuvenation and large-scale industrial breeding of Yangxin A.selengensis seedlings. 展开更多

The technology used for the storage and transportation of Artemisia selengensis is becoming increasingly important with its increasing consumption and demand;moreover,the amounts of artificial planting contribute to the challenges in Artemisia selengensis harvesting.Therefore,the mechanical property parameters of the Artemisia selengensis stalks were determined and researched to reduce the mechanical damage during harvesting,transportation,processing and storage.The Artemisia selengensis stalks were taken as the test object and a physical test method was adopted to study the impact of different positions,diameters,and directions on the mechanical properties by using the TMS-Pro texture analyzer;then,the relevant changing trends of the characteristic mechanical parameters were analyzed using statistical software.In the compression test,the compression load-deformation curve was observed and the breaking force and deformation were obtained;then,the compressive strength,elastic modulus and compression energy were computed.Next,the curve-fitting of the compressive strength and compression energy was carried out.In the shear test,the shear stress-deformation curve was obtained and the shear force,deformation,shear strength,and shear work were calculated.Then,the regression fitting of the section area,peak shearing stress and shearing work was conducted.Finally,in the last bending test,the bending stress-deformation curve,bending peak force,deformation,and bending work were obtained.Then the bending forces of other plants were tested,the results were compared and analyzed with the theoretical values,and finally the regression fittings were implemented.All the analysis results showed that Artemisia selengensis stalks can be considered to be anisotropic materials.The results also showed that the compressive strength and elastic modulus decreased with the height of stalk position,while the deformation increased.In addition,with the increase in the stalk diameter,the bending strength and fracture mechanical work increased,while the deformation decreased.The research results can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the design of the harvest equipment of Artemisia selengensis while minimizing its mechanical damage. 展开更多

对保存在国家种质武汉水生蔬菜资源圃的20份蒌蒿种质资源根状茎的主要营养成分进行了测定与评价。结果表明,蒌蒿种质资源根状茎的干物质、蛋白质、可溶性糖、粗纤维含量分别为17.90%、3.28%、10.14%、1.09%。从茎色来看,蒌蒿根状茎干物... 对保存在国家种质武汉水生蔬菜资源圃的20份蒌蒿种质资源根状茎的主要营养成分进行了测定与评价。结果表明,蒌蒿种质资源根状茎的干物质、蛋白质、可溶性糖、粗纤维含量分别为17.90%、3.28%、10.14%、1.09%。从茎色来看,蒌蒿根状茎干物质、蛋白质、可溶性糖含量几乎都表现为红蒌蒿>青蒌蒿>白蒌蒿,仅青蒌蒿和白蒌蒿根状茎蛋白质含量相等,粗纤维含量表现为白蒌蒿>红蒌蒿>青蒌蒿。从叶型来看,蒌蒿根状茎干物质、蛋白质、可溶性糖含量都表现为碎叶蒿>柳叶蒿,而粗纤维含量表现为柳叶蒿>碎叶蒿。同一营养成分在类型间的差异都不显著。红蒌蒿和碎叶蒿根状茎的营养品质性状相对较好。李市蒌蒿的干物质、可溶性糖和粗纤维含量均为最高;沙洋蒌蒿蛋白质含量最高。蒌蒿根状茎的干物质与蛋白质、可溶性糖含量之间偏相关系数达显著正相关;蛋白质与可溶性糖含量之间偏相关系数达显著负相关。 展开更多
