The virtual prototype technology is applied to the design of the hydraulic impingement shovel, which is to increase the reliability of the design. The work principle of hydraulic impingement shovel is expatiated, and its dynamic equations are established. The 3D model of virtual prototype is built by PRO/E. Then the couple between the mechanical body of prototype and the hydraulic system is completed by virtue of ADAMS. Finally, the simulation is made on the virtual prototype. The simulation results show that the design of underwater hydraulic impingement shovel is rational. The virtual prototype technology could lay sound foundation of successful manufacturing of physical prototype for the first time and offer highly effective and feasible means for the design and production of underwater equipments. 展开更多

This paper designs a new intelligent instrument for solving the above-mentioned problems of the marine engine temperature measurement, which combines the conventional thermocouple temperature measurement technology and SCM(single chip microcomputer). This paper analyzes the motion state and forces of the warship gun breechblock cam. Firstly, the method of driven cam locking the breechblock safely and reliably can be obtained through analyzing the force between the driven cam and breechblock. And then according to the geometry and motion relationships between the driving cam, driven cam and stopper, the angular range of cams and the instantaneous angular velocity of driven cam are obtained. Finally,with the specific velocity, the velocity-acceleration curve at the head of the driven cam can be obtained by simulating with the Adams software. It can ensure that the driven cam can make the part driven certain velocity in a short time and cannot deform plastically. 展开更多

It is an important control process to operate motion of an submergence rescue vehicle(SRV). Seeing that the motion of the submergence rescue vehicle is special, it is necessary to employ non-linear predictive control system. For this reason, continuous dynamic performance of the system, the logical components and the operative restraints are expressed as the non-linear equations of state with the inequality restraints, and the model principle of hybrid system is introduced. The conclusion shows that it comes true to exactly control position and attitude of the SRV by means of non-linear model predictive control. The test in a model basin has also proved that the above methods are efficient. 展开更多
