Assessment Index Structure of Mine Ventilation System and Application

Based on the basic content of advanced technology,safety and reliability, and economic reasonability and the definition of mine ventilation system, 16 assessment indexes of ventilation system are put forward from the point of 8 aspects such as mine ventilation power, ventilation network, ventilation equipments, ventilation quality, ventilation monitoring, capacity of preventing and fighting disaster, ventilation consumption of power, and the capacity of ventila- tion system. A new assessment index system is put forward and has a good effect after being applied in coal mines.

Index system and methods for comprehensive assessment of cross-border power grid interconnection projects

With the global economy integration and progress in energy transformation,it has become a general trend to surpass national boundaries to achieve wider and optimal energy resource allocations.Consequently,there is a critical n eed to adopt scie ntific approaches in assessi ng cross-border power grid interconnection projects.First,con sidering the promotion of large-scale renewable energy resources and improvements in system adequacy,a comprehensive assessment index system,including costs,socio-economic benefits,environmental benefits,and technical benefits,is established in this study.Second,a synthetic assessment framework is proposed for cross-border power grid interconnection projects based on the index system comprising cost-benefit analysis,with market and network simulations,iterative methods for indicator weight evaluation,and technique for order preferenee by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method for the project rankings.Fin ally,by assessi ng and comparing three cross-border projects betwee n Europe and Asia,the proposed index system and assessment framework have been proved to be effective and feasible;the results of this system can thus support investment decision-making related to such projects in the future.

Dynamic Risk Assessment Index System for Earth-Rock Dam during Construction

During the construction of earth-rock dam,mutual exclusive construction goals such as quality,safety,progress and cost all have influences on each other,with risk factors being everchanging as the construction progresses.Accurate identification of the risk factors,as well as clearing any possible effect that any risk factors might have on the construction project is the key and foundation to our cooperative control of the construction goals.According to the construction planning of earth-rock dam,the hall3 D structure was used to identify the potential changes of risk factors,and the possible means of any risk factors to interfere with the construction goals.The dynamic risk assessment index system is established by deploying the WBS-RBS(work breakdown structurerisk breakdown structure)method,aiming at the construction goals of earth-rock dam.The case study shows that the index system is very effective at risk management of earth-rock dam during construction,and relatively practicable.

Construction of Trail Tourist Attractions Assessment Index System

Based on the further analysis of trail's concept,trail tourist attractions was proposed as a new concept,and the 5-dimension(trail resource,trail operation,trail technology,trail management and trail economic index) theoretical assessment framework for trail tourist attractions was established. Trail route selection,trail pavement and trail management grade were taken for example to explain the specifications for these secondary indexes. The future research should expand the index system to cover all secondary indexes of the 5 dimensions,put the concept of trail tourist attractions into tourism planning practices,and provide examples for the construction of trail tourist attractions across the country. Proposal of the concept of trail tourist attractions and its assessment standards is an attempt and innovation in the development of scenic areas,and will possibly result in the new development rules of scenic areas.

Theoretical study on safety assessment indexes system of coal mines

The safety status of the coal mines is closely correlated with the operating status and its changes of the whole working system in the coal mines, and the safety system is the sub system of the whole production system. In this paper, based on the analysis of the complicacy of the safety sub system and its affecting factors, the theory basis of the indexes system of the safety assessment was studied, including the establishing principles of the indexes system , the structure of the indexes system, the determining methods of the assessment indexes. The complete indexes system was established for the safety assessment of the coal mines in the paper.

Research on Security Assessment Index System for Operating Reserve in Large Interconnected Power Grid

Optimization and placement of spinning reserve is an important issue in power system planning and operation. Systematic way for security assessment of operating reserve needs to study. A security assessment index system for operating reserve in large interconnected power grids is presented in this paper. Firstly, classification and determination methods of operating reserve at home and abroad are investigated, and operating reserve is divided into transient state operating reserve and quasi-steady state operating reserve from the view of security assessment. Secondly, assessment indexes and optimization methods for transient state operating reserve are studied. Thirdly, optimization model, deterministic and probabilistic optimization methods for quasi-steady state operating reserve are explored. Finally, some principles for determination of operating reserve are suggested, and a security assessment index system is put forward. The proposed index system, considering both transient and quasi-steady state, both deterministic and probabilistic methods, provides a systematic way to assessment and arrangement of operating reserve.

Study on Urban Quality Assessment Index System of Waterfront Landscapes

Urban waterfront space as an essential part of urban landscape belt refl ects unique city images and cultures, and it is an important region for urban leisure activities. With the promotion of new urbanization, population explosion has had new requirements on existing waterfront landscape spaces. Accurate assessment of the quality of waterfront landscaping scheme is the premise and basis of building high-quality landscapes. This paper, on the basis of landscape trialism, landscape assessment standards from the perspectives of landscape environment, landscape aesthetics, and landscape function, elaborated the relationship among the three aspects, proposed the basic framework for the quality assessment of urban waterfront landscapes, and refi ned the control factors, summarized the specific assessment factors, in order to establish an index system fit for the quality asssessment of urban waterfront landscapes, and provide references for urban waterfront landscaping in China.

Construction on Establishment of Security Risk Assessment Index System for Chinese Peacekeeping Operations

In recent years,with the gradual deepening of Chinese participation in peacekeeping operations,the risks associated with peacekeeping operations have also gradually increased.Chinese peacekeeping operation safety risk assessment indicator system is the basis for evaluating the participation efficiency of Chinese participation in international peacekeeping operations and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.This paper discusses the establishment of a risk assessment index system based on the principles of safety system engineering and risk management.It begins with a number of aspects including staffing,equipment and tactics levels.The essay establishes Security Risk Assessment Index System for Chinese Peacekeeping,which provides technical support for the application of the evaluation system in the future.

Construction of an Index System for Earthquake Emergency Loss Assessment and Decision-making

Loss assessment and decision-making are essential for earthquake emergency rescues,and for scientific prediction of seismic damage and determination of rescue objectives.In practice,however,there exist some problems,such as basic data not being precise and rich enough and decision making not having systematic and complete criteria.This paper tries to solve these problems using the method of data indexation by constructing an index system for earthquake emergency loss assessment and decision-making.

Developing a risk assessment system for gas tunnel disasters in China

Gas disasters always restrict the tunnel constructions in mountain area, which becomes a major geological barrier against the development of underground engineering. China is rich in coal resources and has a large amount of gas with a wide range of distribution. However, China experienced not only adverse effects on coal mining but also gas disasters in underground engineering construction, such as tunnels and chambers. With the increased number of tunnels passing through coal-bearing strata, the incidence of gas accidents is also rising. Therefore, the significance of preventing and mitigating gas disasters should be emphasized, and an effective risk assessment method for gas disasters should be established. On the basis of research on over 100 gas tunnels in China, a relatively ideal gas disaster risk assessment method and system for tunnels are established through the following measures. Firstly, geo-environmental conditions and gas situations were analyzed during construction. Secondly, qualitative analysis was combined with quantitative analysis. Finally, the influencing factors of gas disasters, including geological conditions, gas,and human factors, were investigated. The gas tunnel risk assessment system includes three levels:(1) the grading assessment of a gas tunnel during the planning stage,(2) the risk assessment of gas tunnel construction during the design and construction stages,(3) the gas tunnel outburst risk assessment during the coal uncovering stage. This system was applied to the dynamic assessment of gas disaster during the construction of the Zipingpu tunnel of Dujiangyan–Wenchuan Highway(in Sichuan, Southwest China). The assessment results were consistent with the actual excavation, which verified the rationality and feasibility of the system. The developed system was believed to be back-up and applied for risk assessment of gas disaster in the underground engineering construction.

Assessment and Application of Beach Quality Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process in Yangkou Beach, Qingdao

The whole-beach quality assessment is the basis of building and preserving beautiful beaches.The beach quality assessment index system and assessment standard have been established based on the attributes of beaches(including the width,slope,landform,and types),sorting coefficient,and softness degree of surface sediment.The assessment weight of each index for quality evaluation was analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process,and comprehensive scores of selected beach profiles were calculated in accordance with the light assessment standard.A beach quality evaluation model based on index weight and scores was established in this paper.The factors of 12 profiles of Yangkou Beach in Qingdao City were surveyed to carry out a quality assessment,and the comprehensive scores of each profile were calculated in accordance with the evaluation model.The results showed that the quality of Yangkou Beach can be divided into four ratings:excellent,good,medium,and poor.The excellent-quality area includes a wide and flat dry beach zone and soft,flat,and clean intertidal and subtidal zones covered with well-sorted fine sand,and leisure sports,such as volleyball,running,and swimming,are suitable for tourists.The good-quality area features a slightly narrow and dry beach zone,moderately soft and uneven intertidal and subtidal zones covered with fine sand and a small tidal gully,and a small amount of foreign matter;leisure sports,such as walking and running,are suitable for tourists.This study recommends the building of fixed drainage ditches or underground culverts to reduce the tidal gully.The medium-quality area consisted of a narrow and dry beach zone,moderately soft and uneven intertidal and subtidal zones covered by poorly sorted medium sand,a tide ditch,and a small amount of foreign matter.In this area,walking is suitable for tourists.Sand should be supplemented in the intertidal zone.The poor-quality area contained a very narrow and dry beach zone covered with poor-sorted gravel,a very chaotic intertidal zone with a considerable amount of foreign matters,such as bricks and rocks,wide tidal ditches,and an uneven subtidal zone with some reefs;leisure sports are unsuitable here.Thus,foreign matter and reefs should be removed,and the dry beach zone should be supplemented with sand.Therefore,the beach quality assessment is a very useful tool for building beautiful beaches.

Benefit evaluation of the Three-Gorges Reservoir migration by an assessment index model based on analytic hierarchy process

An assessment index model was established to evaulate the benefit of the Three-Gorges Reservoir migration through the analytical hierarchy process. Totally 43 indicators were selected to assess the impact of migration on the economic, social and ecological environmental aspects of the migration communities, with the data of the indicators of the years 1992, 1998, 2002 which represented the period of premigration, the end of the first phase migration and the end of the second phase migration, respectively. The evaluation matrix is sufficiently consistent, with a consistency ratio CR equal to 0.086 3. The assessment turned out a benefit value for the economic subsystem in the year 2004 larger than triple the value in the year 1992, indicating a remarkable economic growth in the Reservoir area. The constantly increasing value for the social subsystem reflects the stable social situations. There is a slight decline in the assessment outcome of the ecological subsystem for the year 1998, which implies enviromental conservation was given insufficient importance during that period. On the whole, the implementation of the migration project is favorable to the Reservoir region, as confirmed by the stably increasing overall evaluation value from 42.22% in 1992 to 68.81% in 2002. However, there is still much room to improve from the status quo to the target criteria.

Research on index system of sustainable development of telecom operator

Considering the characteristics of the communication industry,the sustainable development requirements of the enterprise,the synergy between current and future development and the external stakeholder interest of the enterprise,the sustainable development index system of telecom operator was constructed with three aspects: operation management ability,innovation development ability and strategic leading ability. The index system was designed and a careful case of a telecom operator and its subsidiaries was also studied. The design elements and assessment requirements of the index were also presented clearly. The evaluation and analysis of the index can help enterprises effectively identify the key shortcomings of sustainable development,and better improve the sustainable development ability.

南美锂三角地区锂资源特征及开发环境评价

南美“锂三角”地区是当前新能源产业革命的热点矿产开发区域,有必要对当地的锂资源分布情况和锂矿投资环境进行梳理与比较,为中资企业在该区开发锂矿提供参考。概述了锂三角地区锂资源成矿地质背景、资源概况及勘查开发现状,认为中新世以来的火山作用提供了丰富的成矿物质来源,上新世构造沉降形成大量封闭汇水盆地,锂矿在安第斯高原沙漠极度干旱气候下在盐湖中蒸发富集。研究区锂资源广泛分布于阿根廷、玻利维亚、智利三国,锂离子浓度高,镁锂比值低,品质优越。结合其所在的锂三角三国具体情况,采用层次分析法和线性加权综合评价法对区内锂矿的开发环境展开评价,建立评价指标体系。在评价过程中,综合分析了资源禀赋、政策法律、社会环境、基建便利度4个一级指标和资源品位、盐湖镁锂比值、资源量、勘探投入、锂矿外资开发政策、财税制度、收益兑回、通货膨胀率、矿业冲突、基建质量、水资源可得性11个二级指标,以定量赋值方式对区内三国的锂矿开发环境差异进行量化分析。经计算,阿根廷锂矿开发环境综合分值为0.8,智利0.36,玻利维亚0.27,认为阿根廷为锂三角地区最佳锂矿投资目标国,且翁布雷穆艾托、考查理-奥拉罗兹等盐湖值得关注投资。研究结论对于中资企业赴锂三角地区开展锂矿开采投资具有现实指导意义。

基于陆海统筹的资源环境承载力评价方法探讨

海洋、海岸带蕴含的资源丰富,与人类生存发展息息相关。近年来,随着海洋经济的迅速增长,自然岸线和滨海湿地面积减少、生物多样性降低、典型生态系统受损、近岸海域灾害频发、渔业资源减少等问题日益显现。如何从战略高度提升海洋经济,开发和保护并举,确保海岸带、海洋资源取用合理是新时代的重要课题。陆地和海洋是生态系统不可分割的组成部分,开展陆海统筹的资源环境承载力评价是衡量区域经济发展与生态环境是否协调可持续发展的有效途径。文章系统地梳理了承载力概念的发展历程,对比了常用的海洋资源环境承载力评价方法,初步构建了陆海统筹的资源环境承载力评价指标体系,并提出使用熵值法来确定指标权重,采用状态空间评价模型或TOPSIS模型进行承载力综合评价,可以体现陆地和海洋相互影响、相互制约的关系,并具有较强的可操作性,评价结果可以反映区域资源环境承载力的空间差异或随时间变化情况,能够为海洋和海岸带保护利用提供有效借鉴。

生态旅游赋能矿山修复开发适宜性评价及影响因素

【目的】发展生态旅游赋能以绿色矿山为代表的矿山土地综合修复利用受到广泛关注,研究生态旅游赋能矿山修复开发适宜性评价体系与影响因素,为全国绿色矿山生态旅游高质量发展提供技术支撑。【方法】基于层次分析法(AHP)从科研价值、历史文化价值、休闲游憩价值、生态环境价值、矿区开发条件、城市开发环境6个维度构建了绿色矿山生态旅游评价指标体系,以湖南为案例地,运用因子分析法测算湖南绿色矿山生态旅游开发适宜性评价,采用多元线性回归方法分析了湖南绿色矿山生态旅游开发的影响因素。【结果】结果显示,湖南绿色矿山生态旅游开发评价指标综合评分最高为0.84,最低为0.38,开发评价指标综合评分差距较小。旅游资源丰富程度、生态环境质量、政策支持情况通过了1%水平的显著性检验,基础设施、相关者的参与度和友善度、交通便利性通过了5%水平的显著性检验,且与湖南绿色矿山生态旅游开发存在正相关关系,风险安全状况对湖南绿色矿山生态旅游开发影响不显著。【结论】湖南省生态旅游赋能矿山修复开发潜力大,为此,应加强政府的宏观规划管理,制定相应政策法规,引导和保障矿山生态旅游开发。加强科学技术与数字化水平,加大创新投入,充分利用矿山遗留资源和当地文化,在生态修复保护的基础上,提高矿山生态旅游价值,打造矿山生态旅游产品。

网络小说版权价值评估指标体系构建探究

网络小说历经20余年的发展,现已成为我国版权产业的重要组成部分之一。随着网络技术的不断发展,网络小说产业规模不断扩大,一些优秀网络小说的版权成为多方争抢的热门。网络小说版权价值评估指标体系的构建对网络小说的内容创新以及版权保护与可持续发展具有重要意义。首先,对国内外已有文献中关于网络小说版权价值评估指标体系的研究进行梳理和评价;其次,分析网络小说版权价值内容及其影响因素,并从读者付费价值、经济衍生价值、社会价值以及外在环境价值4个维度构建评估指标体系;最后,根据指标体系的效度系数和稳定性系数对评估指标进行检验,论证网络小说版权价值评估指标体系的有效性和稳定性。

复杂网络视角下科技型初创企业的风险评估

首先对与科技型初创企业相关的影响因素进行梳理和筛选后,运用复杂网络理论构建科技型初创企业风险评估的复杂网络结构及指标体系,然后从复杂网络全局和模块化的角度分析科技型初创企业的风险。最后,选择10家科技型初创企业进行实证分析。研究结果表明,所构建的科技型初创企业风险评估模型具有一定有效性和合理性。
