Teachers’Perception for Evaluation of the Primary School Students With Final Grade

The most difficult and delicate part of the learning process is assessment.Assessment is difficult because during his/her accomplishment the teacher has to consider not only the acquisition of knowledge from students,but also the overall degree of development of their competencies.It is delicate,because through assessment we can influence the emotional side of students and their“willingness”to learn.Despite these facts,teachers need to evaluate students during the learning process.The purpose of the research is to find out what is the perception of teachers about the level of evaluation of students with final grade.The overall results showed that 89%of teachers agree,9%of them have a neutral attitude,and 2%do not agree that the evaluation of students with a final grade is done taking into account many aspects and using many methods,the overall average of the results,M=4.36.Based on the empirical results,it was found that teachers who have completed assessment training have a more positive approach to student assessment,as the average score is higher than teachers who have not completed assessment training.From the qualitative results it was understood that the Teachers did not encounter any difficulties during the assessment of the students.

FUZZY SYNTHETIC EVALUATION ON RESIDENT'S PERCEPTIONS OF TOURISM IMPACTS——Case of Jiuzhaigou National Park, Sichuan Province, China

Tourism can have both positive and negative outcomes for residents in tourism destinations, It is a good method to analyze the status of tourism impact by means of investigating residents＇ perceptions of it. Various methods have been used in previous authoritative studies. However, owing to inherent imprecision, difficulties always exist in some conventional methodologies when describing the interpretation of linguistic or measured uncertainties for real-world randoln phenomena. The purpose of this research is to present the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to investigate residents＇ perceptions of tourisln impacts. At first, basic attributes and a hierarchical framework of tourism impacts are defined and formed. Secondly, the weighted vectors are determined according to the knowledge and experience of experts. Thirdly, the weighted evaluation matrices are aggregated to get the fuzzy sets of tourism impacts. In the last stage, the final fuzzy sets are defuzzified to get the rank of the residents＇ perceptions of tourism impacts. A case study in Jiuzhaigou National Park of China is provided to demonstrate the application of this method.

MF-CFI:A fused evaluation index for camouflage patterns based on human visual perception

The evaluation index of camouflage patterns is important in the field of military application.It is the goal that researchers have always pursued to make the computable evaluation indicators more in line with the human visual mechanism.In order to make the evaluation method more computationally intelligent,a Multi-Feature Camouflage Fused Index(MF-CFI)is proposed based on the comparison of grayscale,color and texture features between the target and the background.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed index,eye movement experiments are conducted to compare the proposed index with existing indexes including Universal Image Quality Index(UIQI),Camouflage Similarity Index(CSI)and Structural Similarity(SSIM).Twenty-four different simulated targets are designed in a grassland background,28 observers participate in the experiment and record the eye movement data during the observation process.The results show that the highest Pearson correlation coefficient is observed between MF-CFI and the eye movement data,both in the designed digital camouflage patterns and largespot camouflage patterns.Since MF-CFI is more in line with the detection law of camouflage targets in human visual perception,the proposed index can be used for the comparison and parameter optimization of camouflage design algorithms.

The Influence of the Solar Radiation Absorptivity up on the Outdoor Thermal Environment Evaluation Index and the Thermal Sensory Perceptions

When the thermal environment is under heated conditions, short-wavelength solar radiation shows a strong influence on the human body and the heat is accumulated in the human body. In order to demonstrate the effect of the short-wavelength solar radiation absorptivity of clothing on physiological temperature in an outdoor space, the relationship between the thermal environment evaluation index, ETFe, and the thermal sensory perceptions of the human body was investigated. A significant temperature difference of 2.7°C was shown for an ETFe that was thermally neutral (neither hot nor cold). The effect of short-wavelength solar radiation absorptivity was strongly apparent in ETFe when direct solar radiation was strong and in warmer outdoor spaces. In an outdoor space where the effect of the sky factor and albedo was strong, the setting of the short-wavelength solar radiation absorptivity was demonstrated to greatly impact the estimation of perceived and physiological temperature. When interviewing subjects on clothing in an outdoor space, it is essential to obtain the hue of clothing.

Evaluation of the Knowledge and Perceptions of Patients towards Generic Medicines in UAE

Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the knowledge and perceptions of patients towards generic medicines in some Emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Methods: A cross-sectional survey involving patients in three Emirates was undertaken. A 23-item questionnaire was designed, pre-validated and administered. Results: The questionnaire was fully answered by 96 patients out of 120 producing a response rate of 80%. The majority of patients were young Arab females with a university degree. Slightly less than 50% of patients were having a monthly income of less than ED 10,000. Results of the patient’s survey indicate that they have poor knowledge and perception of generic medicines. They did not know the meaning of generic or brand medicines and this negatively influenced their responses to consequent questions. Conclusion: Patients’ knowledge and perception of generic drugs were poor. Efforts are needed to increase public awareness of generic drugs and possible brand substitution. Both the prescribing physician and the dispensing pharmacists have an essential role to play in educating their patients of generic drugs.

Image Perception and Emotional Evaluation of Zhuhai Coastal Tourism Destination Based on Network Big Data Analysis

By capturing the online evaluation data of tourists on Zhuhai coastal tourist attractions in the two domestic OTA platforms Ctrip and Mafengwo, word cloud and word frequency statistics and complex semantic network analysis are used to carry out the research of image perception and emotional evaluation. The results show that:① Zhuhai City is the main body of the composition of tourists' image perception of Zhuhai coastal tourism, showing the 3S(seafood, sand, scenery) coastal tourism image of Zhuhai characteristics, and the rapid development of Zhuhai City is an important driving force for the transformation of the city's image perception.② The single core and two wings is the hierarchical pattern of tourists' image perception of Zhuhai's coastal tourism, namely Zhuhai as the centre and sand and seafood as the two wings.③ After evaluating the emotions of tourists in Zhuhai's coastal area, it is found that overall the tourists' perceived image is relatively good, with a large proportion of positive emotions, but there are also some negative and neutral emotions.

Building color and Psychological Evaluation Based on Superposition Analysis:A case study of Pingguoyuan Street in Beijing City

China’s construction has entered the high-quality development stage,and the building color landscape as the constituent element of the quality of urban artificial landscape has attracted more and more attention.In the process of building the building color evaluation system with the appeal of“public participation”,it is necessary to absorb and adopt public opinions,and the color planning practice cannot completely match the public opinions.In this paper,Pingguoyuan Street in Beijing City was taken as an example,and factor grading was constructed based on the relevant principle of“sensitivity grading”by analyzing the coupling relationship between color and urban artificial landscape structure.GIS technology was used to integrate and analyze residents’color sensitivity data obtained by investigation and interview and form the psychological evaluation of residents’color perception of artificial landscape,so as to provide scientific basis for the color planning of Pingguoyuan Street in Beijing City from the perspective of“space justice”.

Application of Eye Movement Analysis in Landscape Visual Quality Evaluation

The existing methods of landscape visual quality evaluation is mostly based on people's subjective feelings,and the objectivity and scientificity of evaluation results are insufficient.As an important means of experimental psychology,eye movement technology can show great advantages and potential in landscape visual quality evaluation.On the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant literature,based on the explanation of the technical principle of eye movement analysis,the application field,research content,technical methods and other aspects of eye movement analysis were reviewed.The application prospect of eye movement technology in landscape visual quality evaluation was explored to provide theoretical reference for the in-depth evaluation and research of landscape visual quality evaluation theory.

Residents Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Social Housing in Liberia

This paper evaluates the livability and convenience of social housing in Liberia from the residents’ perspectives. Using residents’ appraisal from several social housing projects in the suburb of Monrovia, residents’ satisfaction index with regards to the aesthetic, durability and comfort of their homes were measured. It also assessed their overall living environment which includes access to road and basic service facilities such as hospitals, schools, shopping and recreational centers. How secured and comfortable do they feel within their homes? What are the driving factors that led them to acquire their homes? Data were collected from 662 household heads from three housing estates in the suburb of Monrovia using the stratified systematic sampling method and analyzed using IBM SPSS descriptive statistic. Results show that while occupants of public housing are satisfied with certain aspects of their homes, they are generally unsatisfied with their living environment. This investigation is detailed to inform architects, designers and policymakers’ decisions toward social housing in Liberia. It looks at the underlining challenges affecting the improvement of social housing from the end users’ perspective and how these challenges can be mitigated to meet consumers’ satisfaction and make them part of the design process and policymaking.

Study of A Multi-criteria Evaluation Methodology for Nuclear Fuel Cycle System Based on Sustainability

This paper presents a multi-criteria evaluation methodology for nuclear fuel cycle options in terms of energy sustainability. Starting from the general sustainability concept and the public acceptance questionnaire, a set of indicators reflecting specific criteria for the evaluation of nuclear fuel cycle options are defined. Particular attention is devoted to the resource utility efficiency, environmental effect, human health hazard and economic effect, which represent the different concerns of different stakeholders. This methodology also integrated a special mathematic processing approach, namely the Extentics Evaluation Method, which quantifies the human being subjective perception to provide the intuitionistic judgement and comparison for different options. The once-through option and reprocessing option of nuclear fuel cycle are examined by using the proposed methodology. The assessment process and result can give us some guidance in nuclear fuel cycle evaluation under the constraint of limited data.

基于机器学习的历史文化街区游客感知多维度评价研究——以西安市北院门历史文化街区为例

旅游开发是历史文化街区活化利用的重要途径。游客的认知兴趣能够如实反映历史文化街区的价值传递与文化传承效果,引导具有文化价值的旅游资源发展方向。为优化文化场所营造、提高文化服务水平,游客感知逐渐成为判断历史文化街区保护利用工作实际进展效果的重要依据。本文选取西安市北院门历史文化街区为研究对象,运用机器学习中的LDA主题模型,从更关注历史内涵与文化价值传递的视角,探讨历史文化街区游客感知的多维度评价方法。研究发现:北院门历史文化街区的游客感知总体呈现高度不均衡的特征,“民族特色美食街”的感知形象占据主导地位;游客感知维度按旅游吸引力强度依次为消费体验、地方美食、景观建筑、环境氛围、生活记忆和非遗文化,消费体验与地方美食维度高度绑定,且对其他维度的带动作用极为有限;不同游客感知维度评价差异显著,消费体验和景观建筑维度关注度较高、满意度相对较低,历史文化传递效果欠佳,非遗文化和生活记忆维度满意度较高、关注度相对较低,保护挖潜力度不足。研究结果能有效反映北院门街区对游客的历史文化传递效果,对历史文化街区实现文化传承与旅游资源利用的双重目标具有重要意义。

电力系统状态感知虚拟仿真实验设计

针对传统电力系统状态感知实验中系统建设成本高、操作危险系数大、实验模式单一等问题,开发了电力系统状态感知虚拟仿真实验。具体地,设计了状态感知原理与实验准备模块、智能感知实验操作模块、实验考核和评价模块等实验内容,提出了以目标成果导向为原则的实验评价考核方法,构建了与之相适应的虚拟仿真实验教学方法。实践表明,该虚拟实验突破了传统实验中电气设备高压操作和高危实验环境等限制,延伸了实验教学的时间和空间,有助于培养学生深入开展电力系统状态感知与分析的综合实践能力,提升了电力系统实验教学效果。

感知系统触发条件穿透率评估方法研究

预期功能安全问题制约着自动驾驶汽车的落地。自动驾驶感知系统面临的各种极端行驶环境等极易引起预期功能安全问题。因此,须按照现有预期功能安全标准,在安全分析阶段识别并评估种类多且数量大的触发条件,筛选高价值触发条件为后续测试验证提供测试场景输入。本文中首先基于对触发条件在自动驾驶系统中的风险演化过程的分析,提出一套包括暴露率、穿透率和危害率的三维感知系统触发条件评估体系。随后,基于层次分析法构建了触发条件穿透率量化评估方法。最后,针对某量产车型的融合感知系统分析并选取15个触发条件,构建测试用例并开展封闭场地测试,评估上述触发条件的穿透率。最终经计算筛选得到3个高风险触发条件,验证了触发条件穿透率量化评估方法的可行性。

基于人群动态视觉关注度的城市滨水界面形态评价与分析模型构建——以南京青奥片区为例

【目的】滨水城市空间因独特的地理区位优势及形态特征,成为彰显城市特色风貌、品质及美好人居环境的重要空间载体之一。滨水界面是滨水空间塑造的重要核心对象,尤其在存量更新背景下,贴近人群视觉关注方式的动态视觉评价有助于从公众视觉需求角度厘清公众对滨水空间及滨水界面的品质诉求。【方法】以南京河西滨江青奥片区为例,借助倾斜摄影测量、实景数据影像采集、城市滨水界面形态分析、眼动仪生理眼动指标监测等技术方法,建构“关注度-界面”的关联机制,厘清不同运动方式下游览者的视觉关注特征与滨水界面形态各项指标的相关性与影响程度。【结果】发现滨水空间游览者的视觉关注度受建筑占空度、界面层次数量、轮廓起伏频率与轮廓起伏频度的正向影响;在不同运动方式下“关注度-界面”的指标关联情况各异。【结论】完成对城市滨水界面形态与人群动态视觉关注度关联机制的建构,可强化城市滨水界面对人群的有序引导,并为相关空间布局和规划决策提供有力支撑。

用户感知视角下App隐私政策合规性评价研究--以国内社交媒体类App为例

数智时代,研究评价社交媒体类App隐私政策的合规性,旨在对我国社交媒体类App隐私政策的科学制定和优化完善方面提供参考。以8款国内热门的社交媒体App的隐私政策文本为研究样本,从用户感知视角出发,构建包含4个一级指标和16个二级指标的社交媒体类App合规性评价指标体系;通过层次分析法和问卷调查法收集数据,使用物元可拓模型、TOPSIS评价法、模糊综合评价法、VIKOR评价法4种方法进行综合评价,并对评价结果进行比较与评估;指出尽管我国社交媒体类App隐私政策合规性评价结果较好,但文本可读性、个人信息收集与存储、个人信息共享与使用、个人信息安全与权利保障方面仍存在可读性弱、表述模糊、内容缺失等问题;针对存在问题提出优化建议。

地方感知视角下非物质文化遗产景区品牌评价研究

非物质文化遗产景区品牌化已成为获取竞争优势的重要途径,旅游者对塑造成功品牌具有关键驱动作用,如何提升旅游者品牌评价值得深入探讨。该文以非遗景区品牌建设为背景,基于571份游客有效问卷数据,探索游客个人怀旧倾向、非遗旅游体验质量与景区品牌评价之间的关系,并纳入地方性感知探讨其内在机制。结果表明:旅游者的非遗旅游体验质量与个人怀旧倾向均对景区品牌评价产生显著正向影响,地方性感知发挥部分中介作用;旅游者个人怀旧倾向对非遗旅游体验质量具有显著正向影响,非遗旅游体验质量在个人怀旧倾向与地方性感知、景区品牌评价的关系间起部分中介作用。围绕非遗产品对景区品牌的增值作用,形成对“非遗进景区”的产品选择、文化塑造及体验提升等方面的相关启示与建议,将是促进非遗景区品牌长远发展的重要考量。

基于公众感知的齐鲁乡村景观评价研究

传统古村落对传承民族记忆和展现地域文化具有重要价值。选择章丘朱家峪古村以携程网游客评价文本数据基础资料,运用ROST CM6和NVivo 12软件进行词频分析、语义网络分析及编码分析。结果显示:朱家峪景区游客量的峰值出现在4月和10月;景区公众感知可以归纳为建筑风貌、民俗文化、设施服务、心理感受4大类;游客对闯关东影视文化和村落整体风貌感知突出;景区需要在规划建设和服务管理2个角度及8个层面进行完善,以全面提高游客体验度和满意度。

基于SD法的澳门博物馆空间文化感知评价研究

博物馆作为历史发展和社会进步的重要标志,其最大的魅力在于传承文明和传播文化。研究选取澳门地区有代表性的博物馆作为研究对象,采用语义差分法和因子分析法,探究公众对澳门地区不同类型博物馆空间的客观感知和心理印象,并利用SPSS软件进行因子分析,并建立博物馆空间文化感知的综合评价体系。针对分析结果,从交互式设计文化体验、功能性设计文化认同、城市空间形象和室内空间形式这四方面总结博物馆空间文化性的设计优化策略,为澳门博物馆的后续评价研究与可持续发展提供理论支撑。
