随着网络信息技术的快速发展,身份认证的应用范围也在不断扩大。其中,JWT(JSON Web Token)作为基于Token的身份认证技术,被广泛应用于Web应用程序和API领域,以实现简单、可靠的身份验证和安全通信。然而,开发人员对于JWT标准和技术细节... 随着网络信息技术的快速发展,身份认证的应用范围也在不断扩大。其中,JWT(JSON Web Token)作为基于Token的身份认证技术,被广泛应用于Web应用程序和API领域,以实现简单、可靠的身份验证和安全通信。然而,开发人员对于JWT标准和技术细节理解不够深入,导致该技术在实践中经常出现各种安全漏洞。文中分析了近年来出现的有关JWT技术的安全问题,包括“none”算法绕过、敏感信息泄露、算法混淆攻击和密钥穷举攻击等,并针对这些问题提出了一种基于国密SM9的JWT强身份认证方案。该方案使用SM9公钥密码算法对JWT进行签名和验证,结合基于时间戳和随机数的验证机制,以提高算法的安全性和可靠性。最后对该方案进行安全性分析,结果表明该方案实现方法相对简单,能够有效地防御各种常见的JWT安全漏洞,同时具有良好的安全性和易用性,为JWT技术的安全应用提供了一种高效可靠的解决方法。 展开更多

We proposed a new digital signature scheme based on Catalano’s trapdoor. Since Catalano’s trapdoor is more efficient than existing trapdoors in number theory, our scheme need not modular exponentiation but several modular multiplications in the signing algorithm. We also proved our scheme is provably secure against adap-tively chosen message attack by using the Forking lemma. 展开更多

The Varzaghan district at the northwestern margin of the Urumieh–Dokhtar magmatic arc, is considered a promising area for the exploration of porphyry Cu deposits in Iran. In this study we identified mono-and multi-element geochemical anomalies associated with Cu–Au–Mo–Bi mineralization in the central parts of the Varzaghan district by applying the concentration–area fractal method. After mono-element geochemical investigations, principal component analysis was applied to ten selected elements in order to acquire a multi-element geochemical signature based on the mineralization-related component. Quantitative comparisons of the obtained fractal-based populations were carried out in accordance with known Cu occurrences using Student's t-values. Then,significant mono-and multi-element geochemical layers were separately combined with related geologic and structural layers to generate prospectivity models, using the fuzzy GAMMA approach. For quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of different geochemical signatures in final prospectivity models, a prediction-area plot was adapted. The results show that the multi-element geochemical signature of principal component one(PC1) is more effective than mono-element layers in delimiting exploration targets related to porphyry Cu deposits. 展开更多

Neurological disorders such as Parkinson... MicroRNAs have emerged as one of the major classes of non-coding RNAs. Recent reports have placed them in high abundance in the nervous system, having key roles in development. Neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease as well as Huntington disease have also been studied and several microRNAs associated with diseases pathogenesis have been identified. Various such findings indicate differential expression levels of many of these microRNAs. Such changes in the expression levels not only indicate towards a control of the biogenesis of these microRNAs but also indicate towards critical yet unelucidated roles of regulatory proteins, which probably act in concert to control the production or maturation of these molecules. In this work, a collection of overrepresented regulatory motif signatures were identified in the DNA and RNA sequences of the precursor microRNAs. The identification of such regulatory sequence signatures promises to provide new insights into many facets of microRNA regulation and neurological disorders. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Heart failure(HF),a common cardiovascular condition,is characterized by significant morbidity and mortality.While traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is often used as a complementary approach in HF management,systematic evalua-tions of its impact on clinical outcomes,TCM syndrome scores,and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels are lacking.This study fills this gap through a comprehensive analysis of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)focusing on TCM for HF treatment.It encompasses an assessment of methodological quality,a meta-analysis,and an evaluation of evidence quality based on established standards.The results offer crucial insights into the potential advantages and constraints of TCM in HF management.RCTs on TCM for HF treatment published since the establishment of the database were searched in four Chinese and English databases,including China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,VIP Information Chinese Science and Technology Journal,and PubMed.Methodological quality was assessed for the included studies with the Cochrane risk-of-bias assessment tool,and the meta-analysis and publication bias assessment was performed with the RevMan5.3 software.Finally,the quality of evidence was rated according to the GRADE criteria.RESULTS A total of 1098 RCTs were initially retrieved.After screening,16 RCTs were finally included in our study,which were published between 2020 and 2023.These RCTs involved 1660 HF patients,including 832 in the TCM group[TCM combined with conventional Western medicine(CMW)treatment]and 828 in the CWM group(CWM treatment).The course of treatments varied from 1 wk to 3 months.TCM syndrome differentiation was analyzed in 11 of the included RCTs.In all included RCTs,outcome indicators included comprehensive clinical outcomes,TCM syndrome scores,and BNP levels.The meta-analysis results showed significant differences between the TCM and CWM groups in terms of comprehensive clinical outcomes[risk ratio=-0.54;95%confidence interval(CI)=-0.61,-0.47;P<0.00001],TCM syndrome scores[weighted mean difference(WMD)=-142.07;95%CI=-147.56,-136.57;P<0.00001],and BNP levels(WMD=-142.07;95%CI=-147.56,-136.57;P<0.00001).According to the GRADE criteria,RCTs where"TCM improves clinical comprehensive outcomes"were rated as low-quality evidence,and RCTs where"TCM reduces TCM syndrome scores"or"TCM decreases BNP levels"were rated as medium-quality evidence.CONCLUSION TCM combined with CWM treatment effectively improves comprehensive clinical outcomes and diminishes TCM syndrome scores and BNP levels in HF patients.Given the low and medium quality of the included RCTs,the application of these results should be cautious. 展开更多
