在工夫红茶(Camellia azalea)加工过程中,对每个加工工序进行取样,对样品进行感官审评和主要品质成分检测,研究工夫红茶加工过程中的品质形成规律。结果表明,工夫红茶的条索、汤色、香气、滋味和叶底等品质特征在加工过程中逐步形成;从... 在工夫红茶(Camellia azalea)加工过程中,对每个加工工序进行取样,对样品进行感官审评和主要品质成分检测,研究工夫红茶加工过程中的品质形成规律。结果表明,工夫红茶的条索、汤色、香气、滋味和叶底等品质特征在加工过程中逐步形成;从鲜叶到干茶,各加工工序样品的含水量持续下降,在初烘、做形和干燥工序中下降较多,分别为21.37、14.35和24.22个百分点;与鲜叶相比,干茶中茶多酚、氨基酸和咖啡碱等主要滋味成分分别下降了5.16、1.04和0.62个百分点,而茶红素和茶褐素分别增加了0.64和0.14个百分点,茶黄素基本没有变化。 展开更多

In this study, an (AG) n microsatellite-enriched library of Rhododendron simsii Planch. was constructed with FIASCO ( fast Isolation by AFLP sequences containing repeats) method. Among 356 positive colonies verified by colony PCR of the (AG)n microsatellite-enriched library, 233 colonies were selected for further sequencing. According to the results, 202 colonies containing microsatellites were obtained, accounting for 86.7%. Discarding sequences with miscella- neous peaks, overlapping peaks and weak signals, 39 sequences were screened finally for subsequent primer exploitation, including 22 perfect type SSR loci, 5 im- perfect type SSR loci and 12 compound type SSR loci. The FIASCO method is efficient and feasible for constructing microsatellite-enriched libraries of Rhododendron spp. , which laid a solid foundation for isolation of microsatellite loci and investigation of genetic diversity and genetic structure of Rhododendron spp. 展开更多

Of them, 10 cross-combinations were included. The results showed that the hybrids were consistently tended to C. azalea on flower bud formation and development, blooming period, leaf trait and plant growth, but flower color, flower form and flower size of the hybrids, in a great degree, were dependent on the traits of another non-C, azalea's cross-parent. The hybrids all can bloom from summer to December and even to next spring. The hybrids' photographs illustrated in the paper show that their flowers are beautiful with different color, form and size. Also some of genetic laws of C. azalea's hybrids were discussed. These fire-new hybrids firstly fill the blank that no camellia flowers can be enjoyed in summer in the world. 展开更多

为探索杜鹃红山茶(Camellia azalea)的解剖结构与其生长环境的适应性,本文采用石蜡切片法和表皮印拓法对杜鹃红山茶茎和叶的解剖结构进行研究,结果表明:杜鹃红山茶茎的解剖结构皮层占比大;叶表皮外壁较厚,覆盖有角质膜,上表皮没有气孔器... 为探索杜鹃红山茶(Camellia azalea)的解剖结构与其生长环境的适应性,本文采用石蜡切片法和表皮印拓法对杜鹃红山茶茎和叶的解剖结构进行研究,结果表明:杜鹃红山茶茎的解剖结构皮层占比大;叶表皮外壁较厚,覆盖有角质膜,上表皮没有气孔器,这种结构略具旱生植物的结构特征。茎的表皮没有明显的角质膜;叶为异面叶,叶肉组织中海绵组织约占3/4,细胞间隙特别发达;茎和叶脉的木质部导管的管腔均较小;这些特征则显示出相对较弱的耐旱能力。解剖结构的不相协调,可能是限制其在自然环境中生存的重要原因。 展开更多
