The islands and associated back channels on the Ohio River, USA, are believed to provide critical habitat features for several wildlife species. However, few studies have quantitatively evaluated habitat quality in these areas. Our main objective was to evaluate the habitat quality of back and main channel areas for several species using habitat suitability index (HSI) models. To test the effectiveness of these models, we attempted to relate HSI scores and the variables measured for each model with measures of relative abundance for the model species. The mean belted kingfisher (Ceryle alcyon) HSI was greater on the main than back channel. However, the model failed to predict kingfisher abundance. The mean reproduction component of the great blue heron (Ardea herodias) HSI, total common muskrat (Ondatra zibethicus) HSI, winter cover component of the snapping turtle (Chelydra serpentina) HSI, and brood-rearing component of the wood duck (Aix sponsa) HSI were all greater on the back than main channel, and were positively related with the relative abundance of each species. We found that island back channels provide characteristics not found elsewhere on the Ohio River and warrant conservation as important riparian wildlife habitat. The effectiveness of using HSI models to predict species abundance on the river was mixed. Modifications to several of the models are needed to improve their use on the Ohio River and, likely, other large rivers. 展开更多

目的探讨盲道病房联合Teach-back的健康教育在眼科术后患者中的应用实践。方法选取2021年1—12月医院收治的122例眼科手术患者为研究对象,按照组间基线资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组采取常规护理流程;观察组... 目的探讨盲道病房联合Teach-back的健康教育在眼科术后患者中的应用实践。方法选取2021年1—12月医院收治的122例眼科手术患者为研究对象,按照组间基线资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组采取常规护理流程;观察组在对照组基础上采用Teach-back的健康教育方案。比较两组患者干预前后术后视障碍期间意外事件发生率、焦虑评分、术后生活自理能力以及体验的满意程度。结果观察组患者术后视障碍期间意外事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后焦虑评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后进餐、梳洗、穿衣、如厕、活动等日常生活自理能力评分高于对照组,观察组患者对病房设置体验的满意程度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盲道病房联合Teach-back的健康教育有利于降低眼科术后患者意外事件发生率,缓解患者术后心理焦虑问题,提高患者术后身心状态及生活自理能力,从而提高眼科护理安全管理和服务能力,也为我国眼科防盲事业发展起了推动作用。 展开更多

The Dinh An Estuary is one of the Nine Dragon estuaries of the Mekong River. An international navigation channel was built in the estuary for vessels traveling from the South China Sea to the southwestern area of Vietnam and then to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The morphological evolution of the navigation channel is complicated and unstable. The back siltation intensity in the navigation channel has largely increased and been concentrated in the curvature segments of the channel since 1980. In this study, based on simulation results and measured data, five key factors that influence the back siltation in the navigation channel were systematically analyzed. These factors included the increasing elevation gap between the channel and the nearby seabed, the disadvantageous hydrodynamic conditions, sediment transport, mixing of saltwater and freshwater, and wave effects in the navigation channel. It is shown that the back siltation to a large extent results from the low current velocity of the secondary ocean circulation, which often occurs in the curvature segments of the channel. Suspended sediment also settles in the channel due to the decrease of the current velocity and the sediment transport capacity when flow passes through the channel. The changes of hydrodynamic conditions are responsible for the majority of the severe siltation in the curvature segments of the navigation channel. 展开更多

For investigating the back pressure characteristics of turbine channel of an external-parallel turbine-based combined cycle(TBCC)inlet during the mode transition with the freestream air Mach number of 1.8,wind tunnel tests and numerical simulations are carried out.The results show that the critical back pressure of the turbine channel decreases linearly with the decrease of the open degree of splitter plate.The turbine channel has self-starting capacity when the open degree of the turbine channel is 100%.The total pressure recovery coefficient increases with the increase of back pressure when turbine channel is at supercritical and critical state.The mass capture ratio,total pressure recovery coefficient and outlet pressure ratio decrease obviously when turbine channel is at subcritical state.Results of the research would provide scheme reference and technology storage for TBCC propulsion evolution. 展开更多

基于反向投影的残差特征提取与融合,可有效提升深度网络的特征提取能力,从而有益于改善图像的超分辨率重构性能.在此基础上提出了一种改进的采用并行反向投影策略的图像超分辨率深度网络,通过并行增强处于不同频段的高频特征,得到超分... 基于反向投影的残差特征提取与融合,可有效提升深度网络的特征提取能力,从而有益于改善图像的超分辨率重构性能.在此基础上提出了一种改进的采用并行反向投影策略的图像超分辨率深度网络,通过并行增强处于不同频段的高频特征,得到超分辨率性能的进一步提升.具体进行浅层特征提取后,网络经过多级的双路并行的反向投影特征增强模块.每一级模块中包含两个通路,分别采用顺序相反的上下采样,可同时得到处于不同频段的残差特征信息.通过对多级残差特征的融合,图像的高频特征得到不断的增强.同时网络引入了多尺度特征提取与通道注意力机制,以改进特征表达和学习能力.在多个公开的数据集上的大量实验结果表明,该方法可以有效提升超分辨率性能,并且在减少模型复杂度方面有一定的成效. 展开更多

单裂隙管道-基质系统中反应性溶质运移解析模型研究

【目的】裂隙介质精确地定量刻画及其溶质运移理论研究已经成为裂隙含水层地下水污染防治的关键。目前裂隙含水层通常被概化为水平裂隙,而忽视管道裂隙几何特征以及基质扩散对溶质运移的影响。【方法】基于此,建立单裂隙管道-基质系统... 【目的】裂隙介质精确地定量刻画及其溶质运移理论研究已经成为裂隙含水层地下水污染防治的关键。目前裂隙含水层通常被概化为水平裂隙,而忽视管道裂隙几何特征以及基质扩散对溶质运移的影响。【方法】基于此,建立单裂隙管道-基质系统的溶质运移模型,并利用Laplace变换以及数值逆变换获得模型的半解析解,同时通过COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立数值模型进行验证。定量分析水动力弥散系数、迟滞因子等参数对溶质运移规律的影响,并计算溶质扩散质量通量以及存储量来反映溶质运移的时空规律。【结果和结论】结果表明:(1)管道裂隙水动力弥散系数越大,穿透曲线早期浓度越高,而所达到的峰值越低,且裂隙中溶质浓度随着迟滞因子增大而降低。(2)扩散质量通量峰值随着裂隙弥散系数的增加而减小,并通过分析不同位置的穿透曲线以及扩散质量通量的空间分布曲线可得反向扩散是导致穿透曲线产生明显拖尾现象的主要原因。(3)脉冲注入条件下,裂隙作为主要的存储空间,其存储总量表现出快速增加后不断降低的趋势,而基质中存储量表现出不断增加的过程。总之,通过理论模型计算分析表明在管道裂隙-基质系统中,基质存储与反向扩散过程对裂隙系统中溶质运移规律的影响不容忽视。 展开更多

针对背沟道刻蚀(Back Channel Etch,BCE)技术的非晶铟镓锌氧化物(a-IGZO)薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFTs),建立了一种高浓度掺杂态密度模型(High Concentration Doping Density Of States model,HCD-DOS model),并通过数值模拟... 针对背沟道刻蚀(Back Channel Etch,BCE)技术的非晶铟镓锌氧化物(a-IGZO)薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFTs),建立了一种高浓度掺杂态密度模型(High Concentration Doping Density Of States model,HCD-DOS model),并通过数值模拟研究态密度关键参数对器件性能的影响,以此揭示a-IGZO TFTs中制备工艺对导电沟道修复的物理机理.首先,采用结合强度较高的钼/铜双层结构作为栅/源/漏电极,引入BCE方法制备了底栅顶接触(BottomGate Top-Contact,BG-TC)TFTs.其次,建立了适用于BCE技术的a-IGZO TFTs的HCD-DOS模型.随后,基于TCAD(Technology Computer Aided Design)仿真器对态密度关键参数进行数值研究,结果表明,不同态密度参数对a-IGZO TFTs器件转移特性曲线、电学特性以及沟道内部电子浓度分布的影响有所差异.最后,基于HCD-DOS模型探索SiO_(x)钝化层沉积和N_(2)O等离子体处理对器件内部机理的影响.研究发现,N2O等离子体处理对态密度分布和沟道载流子浓度有显著影响,进而导致阈值电压正向漂移. 展开更多

研究了均布荷载作用下的冷弯薄壁背对式组合梁的弯曲应力分布,基于梁的经典弯曲理论和约束扭转理论,在考虑翘曲作用的影响下推导了构件在均布荷载作用下的弯曲应力理论公式。并通过有限元软件ABAQUS分析算例,将算例的仿真值和理论解析... 研究了均布荷载作用下的冷弯薄壁背对式组合梁的弯曲应力分布,基于梁的经典弯曲理论和约束扭转理论,在考虑翘曲作用的影响下推导了构件在均布荷载作用下的弯曲应力理论公式。并通过有限元软件ABAQUS分析算例,将算例的仿真值和理论解析值进行对比,验证了该理论公式的合理性。结果表明,弯曲应力在横截面上呈现线性梯度分布,以构件OT1.2-86-S75为例,当旋转约束k_(φ)取值分别为10、100、1000 N时,翼缘处的应力梯度分别为3.225、2.465、1.732 MPa/mm,即翼缘处的应力梯度随着旋转约束的减小而增大;沿纵向在相邻螺钉之间呈现连续抛物线式分布;若螺钉间距相等,弯曲应力最大值出现在跨中,弯曲应力极大值随着与支座距离减小逐渐递减。 展开更多

晶粒细化是改善镁合金材料强韧性的关键手段之一,而剧烈塑性变形工艺常作为细化晶粒的首选技术。等通道角挤压工艺(Equal Channel Angular Pressing,ECAP)由于可极大地细化晶粒而被广泛应用,然而一般的ECAP工艺在细化晶粒到一定程度后... 晶粒细化是改善镁合金材料强韧性的关键手段之一,而剧烈塑性变形工艺常作为细化晶粒的首选技术。等通道角挤压工艺(Equal Channel Angular Pressing,ECAP)由于可极大地细化晶粒而被广泛应用,然而一般的ECAP工艺在细化晶粒到一定程度后便难以继续,亟需对其改进。针对此,设计一种新型背压式ECAP工艺,采用Deform 3D软件对该工艺进行模拟,研究了不同挤压速率对AZ31镁合金变形过程的影响。结果表明,在等通道角挤压过程中设置背压可促进等效应变,且对应变速度非常敏感。在低挤压速率下其局部金属流动、等效应力明显加剧,在达到一定程度后,背压对释放应力集中效果明显,局部应力及应变增大不明显。这主要与镁合金变形机制基面滑移及棱柱面非基面滑移有关。此种新工艺对于镁合金材料进一步晶粒细化和提高性能有重要作用。 展开更多

In this work, we use a 3-nm-thick Al0.64In0.36N back-barrier layer in In0.17Al0.83N/GaN high-electron mobility transistor (HEMT) to enhance electron confinement. Based on two-dimensional device simulations, the influences of Al0.64In0.36N back-barrier on the direct-current (DC) and radio-frequency (RF) characteristics of InAlN/GaN HEMT are investigated, theoretically. It is shown that an effective conduction band discontinuity of approximately 0.5 eV is created by the 3-nm-thick Al0.64In0.36N back-barrier and no parasitic electron channel is formed. Comparing with the conventional InAlN/GaN HEMT, the electron confinement of the back-barrier HEMT is significantly improved, which allows a good immunity to short-channel effect (SCE) for gate length decreasing down to 60 nm (9-nm top barrier). For a 70-nm gate length, the peak current gain cut-off frequency (fT) and power gain cut-off frequency (fmax) of the back-barrier HEMT are 172 GHz and 217 GHz, respectively, which are higher than those of the conventional HEMT with the same gate length. 展开更多

To estimate channel in time or frequency some pilot must be used. Number of these pilots and deployment of them is very important for proper estimation in different channel with varying time and frequency. Carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) and hybrid multiple access protocol are taken into consideration in MAC sub-layer. Multilayered perceptions neural network with backpropagation (BP) learning channel estimator algorithm with different pilot deployment compare to classic algorithm in for channel estimating. Simulation results show the proposed neural network estimation decreases bit error rate and therefore network throughput increases. 展开更多

In this paper physical (PHY) layer and medium access control (MAC) sub-layer of BPLC are considered. Furthermore, effects of bit error rate (BER) are analyzed in MAC sub-layer. Powerful turbo convolutional code (TCC) and wideband orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) are used in PHY layer. Carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) and virtual slot multiple access (VSMA) are taken into consideration in MAC sub-layer. Multilayered perceptrons neural network with backpropagation (BP) learning channel estimator algorithm compare to classic algorithm in for channel estimating. The simulation results show that the proposed neural network estimation decreases bit error rate then in MAC sub-layer throughput increases and access delay is decreased. 展开更多

This paper discusses the breakdown mechanism and proposes a new simulation and test method of breakdown voltage (BV) for an ultra-high-voltage (UHV) high-side thin layer silicon-on-insulator (SOI) p-channel low-density metal- oxide semiconductor (LDMOS). Compared with the conventional simulation method, the new one is more accordant with the actual conditions of a device that can be used in the high voltage circuit. The BV of the SOI p-channel LDMOS can be properly represented and the effect of reduced bulk field can be revealed by employing the new simulation method. Simulation results show that the off-state (on-state) BV of the SOI p-channel LDMOS can reach 741 (620) V in the 3μm-thick buried oxide layer, 50μm-length drift region, and at -400 V back-gate voltage, enabling the device to be used in a 400 V UHV integrated circuit. 展开更多

The truncated binary exponential back-off algorithm is one of the most effective methods applied in collision resolution process of random multi-access channel.In this study,two new strategies are presented to improve the capability of the truncated binary exponential back-off algorithm.In the new strategies,the sizes of the initial window size or the operating window sizes are adjusted dynamically,which always bring a significant improvement for the self-adaptability of the original algorithm.A series of experiments are simulated and the results verify that the new strategies can make the implementation more stable and effective than the original algorithm. 展开更多

为降低导航电文对利用全球导航卫星系统反射技术(global navigation satellite system-reflectometry, GNSS-R)进行合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar, SAR)成像的影响,采用全球定位系统(global positioning system, GPS) L5导频... 为降低导航电文对利用全球导航卫星系统反射技术(global navigation satellite system-reflectometry, GNSS-R)进行合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar, SAR)成像的影响,采用全球定位系统(global positioning system, GPS) L5导频通道即无数据通道的信号,通过后向投影(back projection, BP)算法进行成像。仿真和实验结果表明,与剥离导航电文的数据通道信号的成像相比,导频通道信号的使用无需考虑剥离电文操作,降低了信号处理复杂度;从图像对比上看,目标和背景得到更好的区分,信噪比提升,成像质量得到一定程度改善。 展开更多
