Overview of the Symposium on Human Rights Cause in China in the New Era

The symposium on the "Progress of Human Rights Development in the New Era in China" was jointly hosted by the China Society for Human Rights Studies and the Publicity Department of the Guangdong Provincial Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and organized by Guangzhou University Institute for Human Rights in Guangzhou on 19 December 2017. 习近平生态文明视阈下基于RSEI技术的伊敏矿区生态环境质量研究

从习近平生态文明思想出发,采用现代遥感技术的遥感生态指数(RESI)评价模型和改进型遥感生态指数(MRSEI)对内蒙古伊敏露天矿区生态环境变化进行评估,以期为矿区和谐和可持续发展提供基础数据和科学依据。结果表明:2010年9月至2018年4月矿区产坑周围的NPP值范围呈下降趋势,反映了该地区生态环境变差。在东部以及南部的房屋建筑区NPP值变化也呈相同的趋势,NPP值较低的区域逐年扩大。该地区人与自然关系异化严重,在合理开采资源的同时应重视保护当地自然生态环境,促进人与自然和谐发展。
