采用浸渍法制备了Na_(2)WO4-Mn_(x)O_(y)/BaTiO_(3)催化剂,研究了Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn_(x)O_(y)/BaTiO_(3)催化剂对甲烷氧化偶联反应(OCM)的影响,利用SEM,XRD,EDS等分析方法对催化剂进行表征,并与Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn_(x)O_(y)/SiO_(2)催化剂进... 采用浸渍法制备了Na_(2)WO4-Mn_(x)O_(y)/BaTiO_(3)催化剂,研究了Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn_(x)O_(y)/BaTiO_(3)催化剂对甲烷氧化偶联反应(OCM)的影响,利用SEM,XRD,EDS等分析方法对催化剂进行表征,并与Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn_(x)O_(y)/SiO_(2)催化剂进行对比。实验结果表明,Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn_(x)O_(y)/BaTiO_(3)催化剂的活性组分W和Mn在钛酸钡表面分布均匀,且反应过程中催化剂的结构基本保持不变,在反+应温度为800℃、甲烷与氧气摩尔比为1.5时,Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn_(x)O_(y)/BaTiO_(3)催化剂催化OCM反应的C_(2)收率约为19%,C_(2)^(+)收率约为21%。与Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn_(x)O_(y)/SiO_(2)催化剂相比,Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn_(x)O_(y)/BaTiO_(3)催化剂的反应起活温度低60℃,具有更加活泼的活性氧位,能够在更低的温度条件下开始OCM反应。 展开更多

A new damping composite of CPE/BaTiO3/VGCF has been developed on the basis of the piezo- effect and conductivity mechanism. The conductivity of composites varied with the VGCF content are tested and analyzed.The results indicate that the conductivity of composites grows up slowly as the VGCF content is in the range of 10%-20%. It is very useful for industrial application to control the conductivity of composites by adjusting the VGCF content. In addition, at the range of - 50 - 120°C,the dependence of loss factor on the VGCF content varied with the temperature are tested and analyzed by dynamic mechanical and dielectric behavior measurement of the composites, and expected results are obtained. 展开更多

Photocatalytic Degradation of Oxytetracycline Dihydrate from Aqueous Solution Using Nano ZnO and ZnO.xBaTiO3 (x = 3%, 18%, 33% and 48%)

Therefore, the wastewater must be completely free from antibiotics before its release into the environment. In the present study, photocatalytic degradation was done to investigate the removal efficiency of Oxytetracycline Dihydrate (OTC) using ZnO, ZnO/3%BaTiO<sub>3</sub> (3 BZ), ZnO/18%BaTiO<sub>3</sub> (18 BZ), ZnO/ 33%BaTiO3 (33 BZ) and ZnO/48%BaTiO<sub>3</sub> (48 BZ) under UV light. After the exposure time of 420 min, about 99.57% and 97.87% of OTC was degraded using ZnO and 3 BZ respectively. Further, increasing the amount of BaTiO<sub>3</sub> in ZnO prolongs the degradation time. Therefore, faster efficiency was found using ZnO nanoparticles. The observed reaction rate constant using ZnO was 0.00933 min<sup>-1</sup> which decreased to 0.00532 min<sup>-1</sup> using 48 BZ, indicating the decrease of reaction rate for increasing the amount of BaTiO<sub>3</sub>. Hence, the use of ZnO photocatalyst is anticipated to be a promising technique for the photocatalytic degradation of contaminated wastewater with oxytetracycline antibiotics using UV light. 展开更多

The influence of the composition (Yb2O3, MgO, CeO2, Li2CO3) on the dielectric properties of medium temperature sintering (Ba, Sr)TiO3 (BST) series capacitor ceramics was investigated by means of conventional technology process and orthogonal design experiments. The major secondary influencing factors and the influencing tendency of various factor's levels for the dielectric properties of BST ceramics were obtained. The optimum formula for maximum dielectric constant (ε) and for minimum dielectric loss (tanδ) was obtained under the experimental conditions. The BST ceramics with optimum comprehensive properties was obtained by means of orthogonal design experiments, with the sintering temperature at 1200 ℃, the dielectric constant 5239, the dielectric loss 0.0097, withstand electric voltage over 6 MV·m^-1, capacitance temperature changing ence of various components on the providing the basis for preparation rate (△C/C) - 75.67%, and suited for Y5V character. The mechanism of the infludielectric properties of medium temperature sintering BST ceramics was studied, thus of multilayer capacitor ceramics and single-chip capacitor ceramics. 展开更多

1-3型压电复合材料作为一种新型的功能材料,具有低介电常数,低声阻抗和高机电耦合系数的优点,常用于制备高灵敏度宽带超声换能器。采用光固化成型技术打印钛酸钡微柱状结构作为1-3型复合材料的压电相,通过优化浆料配方,坯体的平面尺寸... 1-3型压电复合材料作为一种新型的功能材料,具有低介电常数,低声阻抗和高机电耦合系数的优点,常用于制备高灵敏度宽带超声换能器。采用光固化成型技术打印钛酸钡微柱状结构作为1-3型复合材料的压电相,通过优化浆料配方,坯体的平面尺寸精度可达到±10μm,烧结后压电微柱的宽度和高度分别为120、330μm,将环氧树脂填充于压电微柱的间隙制备1-3型压电复合材料,研究了不同压电相体积分数(20%~45%)对1-3型压电复合材料电学性能的影响。当压电相体积分数为45%时,压电复合材料的压电常数d33为74 pC/N,机电耦合系数kt为0.48,介电常数εr为1167,介电损耗tanδ为0.023,声阻抗Z为10.43 MRayl(1 Rayl=1 Pa·s/m=10-6MRayl),与钛酸钡陶瓷相比(kt约为0.37,Z为31.64 MRayl),其机电耦合系数提高了30%,声阻抗降低67%。研究结果表明,光固化成型技术制备的压电复合材料兼具高机电耦合系数和低声阻抗的优势,为压电复合材料在高性能超声换能器的应用提供了一种高效、低成本的制备方法。 展开更多

以偏钛酸和氢氧化钡为原料,用水热反应制备了超细钛酸钡粉体,其结构经XRD和TEM表征.粒径60 nm ~100 nm.较佳的反应条件为:偏钛酸20 mmol, n(Ba) : n(Ti)=1.2,于240 ℃反应8 h,加入少量异丙醇可明显改善粉体的分散性能.

Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics of (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3-BaTiO3(BNT-BT) were prepared by the conventional piezoelectric ceramic preparation technique (free air atmosphere sintering). The influence of BaTiO3 additive amount and La2O3 additive amount on the properties of BNT-BT lead-free piezoceramics were investigated. The results show that the dielectric constant(ε) and piezoelectric strain constant(d33) of materials start increasing and then decreasing while BaTiO3 additive amount increasing, the ε and d33 of materials have maximum value (ε=1650, d33=120 PC·N-1) while x(BaTiO3)=0.06 mol. The ε and d33 of materials start increasing and then decreasing while La2O3 additive amount increasing, the ε and d33 of materials have maximum value (ε=1684, d33=153 PC·N-1) while w(La2O3)=0.3%. The influence of La2O3 additive amount on the microstructure of BNT-BT piezoelectric ceramics was analysed by SEM(scanning electron microscope). The influence mechanism of La2O3 additive amount on the properties of BNT-BT piezoelectric ceramics was discussed. The BNT-BT ceramics with optimum comprehensive properties were obtained. 展开更多
